Great company to work with.  They are prompt, professional, fair priced and great people.  They showed up, evaluated, and repaired the problem within an hour.  We HIGHLY recommend them.

We had a substantial hail storm the 4th of July 2019 and unfortunately it appears many folks have experienced issues with the roofing company they were using.  That is not the case here, Alison with Paragon Exteriors was AWESOME!!

She was very clear and helpful during the entire process.  In addition she was present every step of the way from the insurance inspectors visit to the various items we had fixed including the roof in order to ensure all of the work was being completed up to her high standards.  My singles were not impact resistant so the insurance company wouldn't allot funds to upgrade but despite this she was able to add that in at no additional cost to me.  We had new gutters and some minor painting and patchwork which were all completed quickly and look wonderful, just like the roof.

I want to thank universal roofing specialist for traveling out to California to inspect my boss' roof and install a new roof and be soo patient with the cities permits because we know how that can be. I love that he gave step by step details and pictures. Deshawn's communication is very thorough. I recommend his company to anyone needing any roof repairs.

Their work speaks for itself and they listen and deliver the goods to your satisfaction. It appears to me there's still business' with integrity and not only motivated by $$$.

Stell Roofing referred me to Hays Roofing since Stell's workload was at capacity.  I called Hays and was told the estimated would call me back to schedule an onsite quote.  2 days later I got a call back and we scheduled a date and time.  Hays did not show up and did not call.

NO SHOW

Justin returned and put two coats of elastomeric on the roof.  
There has been only light rain since then,  but it didn't leak.  
We hope that it doesn't leak again during the monsoon season.   If it makes it through that, we will be very happy.
Justin did the right thing by standing behind his warranty.

A contractor you can trust? It must be a lie! Well it isn't.  The owner of Ultra Roof and Exteriors is a sweetheart. Joe and his staff goes above and beyond to get the job done in a timely and professional manner. Never one to jerk you around and spring up surprise service charges,  he's a man that's good on his word. Plus he's hilariously amusing and wears too much orange.

Ultra Roof and Exteriors is licensed to do both residential and commercial roofing and they do both well. Joe is knowledgeable, patient, and knows his trade inside and out.  So if your roof is fixing for, well, a fixing, call Joe!

We just worked with Orville, as a recommendation from my friend, and it was a really great experience. We had our whole house painted in two days!! The team took great care in prepping and they used good paint, Dunn Edwards. The price was phenomenal and the communication was outstanding. We felt valued as customers and have recommended them to all our friends. Thanks for a job well done, guys!!

Very pleased with the customer service from Roof King. Called the office and was immediately greeted by Karen who was able to schedule a technician out to our house within 24 hours. Although it was a minor repair request ( wind damage) , the tech ( Hunter) was on-time, knowledgable, courteous and thorough. He made the repair and also checked over the entire roof. Found another small issue that I was not even aware of. Took pictures of the repairs (and sent me copies for my files) . Reasonably priced and invoiced/paid electronically. I asked for several business cards to pass along to neighbors.

Great service. Chris was great but I think it was a little pricey for what was done. I won't know if what he did works until it rains! Hopefully I won't have a  leak but Chris said to call him if it does !

I can't comment on their work because I can't get them to return a phone call.  I have left at least 6 messages over three weeks.  I had a neighbor who was very pleased with their work, but I'll find another company because if this is how they treat a prospective customer, I can only imagine what they will do (or rather, won't do) if something goes wrong.  After I read the other comments, this seems to be norm rather than the exception.

My husband and I purchased our house March 2013. We had no idea we had a leaky roof until the monsoon season. Initially it was just a few drops so we put it on the back burner. By the time this last monsoon season ended we had buckets in several corners of the house.

We yelped a few businesses and had some come out to inspect the roof. We we're not pleased. Fortunately, I remembered that a former client of mine owned a roofing business with her husband and son. Once we called them the ball started rolling quickly. Glendale Roofing was able to squeeze us in before the holiday season. During the inspection they noticed the a/c unit was not where it was suppose to be (don't know how the other roofing companies missed that). The crew showed up a few weeks later. Unfortunately my husband and I had to work that day, but it was a relief to know that when we got home everything was taken care of. Those buckets are now in our shed.

We highly recommend GRC. They are professional, reliable, honest and not terribly expensive. I hope to never need their services again, but know we're in good hands if we do.

I was going to have mission Restoration do my roof I ordered one color they brought out a different color and then when I asked him to take it off my roof they damaged my roof even more I would never recommend these guys and Matt is very rude and inconsiderate
