I usually don't take the time to write review, but in this case I really need to make an exception.  From my initial call to the company until the job was done this company really makes the customer satisfaction their #1 priority.  The estimator Philip P was so helpful and I never once felt he was trying to oversell something that I wouldn't need at the time.  In other word, I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off by someone.   I don't know much about roofs or roofing, but I do know the job was done on time, they kept me informed of every issue I had, and it was done right.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for roofing services.

We had several roof tiles threatening to fall on our AC after a large storm. Legacy responded to my call first thing and were out within 2 hours. The team was professional and pricing was fair. They were able to secure all the tiles. We definitely recommend this company.

It was wonderful working with this company. We found out our roof was leaking during a rainstorm and had someone out that very day. We got quotes from multiple people and they were by far the cheapest. They put a tarp on our roof and came back later that week and fully repaired. Very easy to work with and would highly recommend.

KGJ roofing was very professional to work with.  They exceeded my expectations at every turn of the process.  I noticed a leak in my ceiling and called up KGJ roofing after doing some research on roofers.  The owner Kenny sent out a guy named Pat.  Pat inspected roof and measured it all and noticed some wind damage he felt my be covered by my insurance.  I was ready to just write a check for a new roof and this information ended up saving me 14k.   The Forman Scott was terrific and communicating and sending me pics as I was in Tucson at my primary residence during the roof replacement.  Shirley in the office kept me informed often and was very helpful anytime I reached out to her.

Absolutely worst experience ever!!! I rent a townhouse... so i get a ring at my door for these two guys to use access to my water to clean the roof... i said sure, THREE HOURS later they are still using MY water to clean all 4 townhouses roofs! So im paying for this water for one. For two they made a HOLY mess!!!! Dirt and water came through my bathroom vent. My backyard was absolutely disgusting full of so much dirt and grim. My glass patio table was covered and chipped from a rock hitting it. My chairs have cushions on it that are absolutely ruined. This mess was so bad it went inside my home... my laundry room and onto my washer and dryer units! My truck is parked on the other side of my townhouse and that was completely full of mud and dirt! I watched these men throw a dead bird off the top of the house in front of my door... promised they would clean up... they not only left everything a complete mess they left the dead bird in front of my home as well as all there nasty stinky trash bags!!!! I called the head boss and he is not helpful at all. He calls me at work and tells me his men cleaned everything up , i get off work to find they kicked the bird halfway under the bush next to my door.... cleaned the trash bags up and half cleaned my backyard. My table is still broken and im upset... my garbage can was brand new and looks like it went through hell... my new door mat is disgusting, my truck and backyard are still gross. Now im left with all this and have to pick up this nasty bird! Im so unhappy with how unprofessional this company is. If this is not fixed and paid for i will sue no doubt! Be aware!

Competitively priced and very qualified, I always felt taken care of and felt assured Rene was watching over our job. In early, done as fast as possible and looks amazing! Excellent service all round from Jose and team! Came through when we needed last minute job that was identified on inspection report for the sale of our home. Jose holds the utmost professionalism, has amazing communication and responsiveness, and does quality work - but is most of all HONEST. We received lower quotes from other companies, but A1 was by far the most professional company we interacted with. Jose was great at explaining why simply putting a bandaid on a larger repair is not the right thing to do. I would recommend Jose and A1 above all roofing companies I have researched in the valley.

KyKo did a great job with my roof repair.  They were prompt, courteous, and professional.  they were done with a pretty big job in one day and after they cleaned up you wouldnt even know they were there.  I would definitly reccomend them to anyone needing roof service in AZ.
