Wayne came out on a Saturday to assess our roof leak issue. Wayne came back on Monday after the roof dried and competed the repairs. Wayne offered to come check the roof once a year to ensure there are no broken tiles or issues at no cost!!! Now that's service! We will use Wayne for all of our roofing needs! Provided a rather timely and affordable quote. When inquired about synthetic underlayment, quick and simple response without further explanation. Plus no inspection of roof to provide an accurate quote. Overall the response time and quote price was excellent. Just felt a little lacking in personal touch to assure client makes best decision.

We had this company give us an inspection and quote on our roof.  After reviewing 5 companies we felt this is the company we could trust 100%.  They did a great job and provided quality work.  The entire staff was very concerned that we understood every step in the process and were happy with the quality of the work.  They believe on doing it right the first time , no cutting corners.  They were professional and respectful and we would recommend them 100%.

Monsoons left us with a leaking kitchen ceiling. We had 3 roofing companies estimate the repairs. 2 companies were wanting our business but not very engaged otherwise on the front end. Matt, from Arizona's Finest Roofing not only spent an inordinate amount of time on the roof during the initial review, but he provided us with a vast array of photos for our insurance company, AND, he re-arranged and repaired some existing tiles so that we would not leak should more rain arrive (it did) before we could get scheduled for the repair. OVER AND ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY, this is the mark of excellence. Further, Laurie Richards in the office displayed the same enthusiasm for great customer service making the entire procedure smooth and painless. Highly recommend.

Great value for the work they do. The only thing preventing me from giving them a 5 is the back and forth it took to get a crew out to do the work. First time it was because the entire crew called out sick? Second reason was weather (understandable). There was almost going to be a third time but instead they sent out 1 guy to do the work. He did an amazing job!  The only other thing was when I originally reached out I specifically asked to unblock their caller ID because I won't answer blocked calls. They called me a few times (unbeknownst to me) until finally about a week later I ended up calling them to schedule an appointment. Price-wise they had the best quote. I would still recommend them even with the hiccups I experienced.

The reputation and integrity of the company is a reflection of the people who own, operate, and work for that company. My wife and I just had our roof replaced by Legacy roofing. These folks are amazing. On August 5th we called Legacy for an estimate on a leak repair and possible roof replacement. Toby, the owner met with us the very same day. He offered us a choice between the two. Our roof was 25 years old so we decided to replace it. That evening Nancy sent our quote via email, and the following day Toby's brother Mike brought us some samples to look at. By weeks end we had our order in for our new roof. Tear off on the old roof was completed on Monday August 10th and our new roof was completed on Tuesday August 11th, a day earlier than anticipated. The tear-off crew was courteous, professional, and thorough. Roof was dried in, stocked with material, and cleaned up in the same afternoon. Dan and his crew arrived the next morning for shingles. Despite the monsoon rain off and on all day they finished that afternoon. The folks at Legacy said what they were going to do, and delivered with flying colors. I would recommend legacy to anyone looking for an honest roofing company for any roofing needs. Thank you so much for a job well done. We love our new roof!!

Roof had a leak after neighborhood holiday celebrations that included mortar skyrockets and gunfire. Stonecreek was responsive and was onsite quickly to ascertain work needed. Workmanship was clean and timely. Jerry, my account rep, was available by phone or email when I had questions. I highly recommend Stonecreek Roofing and will use them for future projects.

We needed our roof to get patched and coated, Henry responded to our request for an estimate promptly and came out to assess within a few days. His estimate was cheaper than the others we got, and at the end he maintained the quoted price. The job was done fast and professionally, highly recommended.

We had the roof on our 20 year old home in Show Low replaced by KGJ Roofing this year and couldn't be happier.  From the estimate, to the selection of roofing shingles, to the scheduling of the job, everything went smoothly.  The roofing team showed up as scheduled and completed the job, including removing old roofing and constructing a fix to a bad roof design, in less than 3 days.  Our property was always left in order and they used a magnet over the areas each day to be sure loose nails were picked up.  Kenny, owner, and Shirley, office manager, are not your typical Mountain construction team.  They communicated with us regularly and could be counted on to do what they said, when they said they would do it.  There were no additional charges when all was said and done - the original estimate is what we paid.  We would highly recommend KGJ Roofing if you are looking for top-notch professional roofing from a trusted, competent team!

We recently had our flat top roof resurfaced and Express Roofing did an outstanding job from beginning to end! We had to handle this project remotely as we were out of town for a few months. This was difficult for us at first as we like to be very hands on with projects. We felt completely at ease leaving and having Express Roofing take care of our home while we were gone. Jenna in the office was an excellent communicator, Jeremy's visit to our home for our bid before we left was extremely professional and Rene (the owner) and his crew kept in contact with phone calls, pictures and a drone video!!! Our neighbor who was watching them do the job called and asked us for their contact info. We really felt like we were treated like family!! Thank you Express Roofing! Jose gave me a fair quote same day on my patio roof and was able to start the job next day! He and his team finished the work repairing my patio and replacing broken tiles on my main roof within 2 days of calling him (this was a holiday weekend mind you)! Hey arrived each day on time as promised. I was truly impressed by his professionalism and prompt communication. I needed to get this job done to satisfy an inspection report while selling my home. Jose even took the time to explain the job to my realtor, so she could better explain it to our buyers. He took before and after pictures of everything and even took extra pictures of the bird debris under my solar panels, so I could submit them to my solar company for approval on pigeon abatement. I would definitely recommend Jose and A1 Roofing to anyone!
