Wow. Wayne is excellent. He came to check the job the same day that I called. He had it fixed in a couple of days. To top it off he did these extras and barely charged us. Great great pricing and a guy we would, and have, strongly recommended to family and friends. This is your roof guy!!

Provided a rather timely and affordable quote. When inquired about synthetic underlayment, quick and simple response without further explanation. Plus no inspection of roof to provide an accurate quote. Overall the response time and quote price was excellent. Just felt a little lacking in personal touch to assure client makes best decision.

We had this company give us an inspection and quote on our roof.  After reviewing 5 companies we felt this is the company we could trust 100%.  They did a great job and provided quality work.  The entire staff was very concerned that we understood every step in the process and were happy with the quality of the work.  They believe on doing it right the first time , no cutting corners.  They were professional and respectful and we would recommend them 100%.

We found loose shingles on the ground after the last monsoon storm.  We have a very high 2- story, and couldn't see if the shingles came from our home.  Dawn in the office was kind and scheduled an appointment to check it out.  Steve came out, and was very courteous,  checked it iut and gave us good news that our roof is fully intact.  Best part of the story is there was no charge for them to give me peace of mind.  Any future issues for our home, we know who to call!!! The time to get them to start the work was lengthy. A few missteps occurred during the scheduling process. Once the work started, that too took much longer than it was supposed to. Due to the efforts of Corina, I am very happy with the job. She was in constant contact with me sharing all the details of the job and what was happening and whatI could expect to happen next. The team did good work, it just took longer than scheduled.

Recent rains revealed the integrity of our tile roof was not as good as believed. Called Frank V to get a quote on finding and repairing the leak. Made an appointment for the next day, he arrived on time, reviewed the issue and stated they could fix the problem as well as address some needed general maintenance to the roof. His roof tech was there the next day, job finished and cleaned up nicely. Even cleaned up a bit of a mess on the roof that a recent arborist left after trimming some trees. As I couldn't be home at the time of the repair, they even took pics of before during and after the repair to show the condition and repair job and emailed them to me. Reasonable pricing, fast response, excellent punctuality, clean workmanship....what more can one ask. Highly recommended! When the time comes to do the big underlay replacement (roof is 19 years old), I will definitely be calling these guys again.

It is your company.  Alex Stewart was the person we dealt with.  The old ROC # for Arizona Roofing and Remodeling is 317487.  The new ROC # for Arizona Roofing and Remodeling is 322763.  Please notice the name Christina Stewart on both accounts with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.  Our claim against this company was under the old number of 317487.  If you go to the ROC page, look up this company, then click more info at the far left, you will see there was 1 claim and that it was resolved.  Believe me resolved is a relative term.  We did not receive all of our money back, but felt it best to settle.  Just because a case is resolved does not mean the contractor is any good.  Our roof was completely redone by JBS Roofing. As I stated before, three other roofing companies came to give us estimates and NONE of them had a kind word to say about the quality of the job Arizona Roofing and Remodeling did.

Cannot rave enough about Charles Stewart and his crew! First, Charles was SO responsive during the whole project and gave me an extremely reasonable quote. Second, they completed the job in 2 days which is really incredible because our house needed lots of stucco repair and it was a lot of square feet to paint. Third, the crew was so nice! I went to them a few times with small requests and they were so pleasant and happy to help in anyway! Last but certainly not least- THE QUALITY. I basically have a brand new house and I'm so so in love! They spent a lot of time on repairing stucco and I really appreciate their hard work. I am beyond thrilled I found him for this project and HIGHLY recommend him to everyone!!! Thanks Charles!!!!!

I've been dealing with this roof repair issue since May 29. I had to go through my HOA for approval.  The first time you were out, nothing was done. Your roofers arrived before I left for work and did nothing but bang on the roof a few times.
I called the HOA again to arrange repair and specifically asked for Renco to contact me beforehand so my sick dachshund would not be home.  Today I got home and noticed roofers were here. I am beyond angry!!!!
You left debris behind and I'm missing pieces from my roof! The flashing isn't even finished!!!

Recently we needed to replace the 35 year old roof on our Mesa home. We contacted several roofing companies and settled on Express Roofing. Several considerations figured into our decision on Expressive Roofing. Their sales representative responded the next day after we contacted. After sending out a field inspector to view the roof a repair cost was developed. Because of seasonal rains approaching a replacement date was agreed on. The express crew stocked materials, stripped the old roof and performed the replacement ahead of schedule. The are was always kept clean of debris.
The materials used were exceptional quality and after completion the new roof and trim looked great.
So in closing we can only say Cost was fair, crews were efficient, materials were top quality and final experience was superb. Thank you Rene, Jeremy, Jenna and all the team at Express Roofing

They came out after we had heavy rains to look at and advise on a leak in our roof, and they advised they needed to come back out with a drone to get a better look at the roof. They never called us back or followed up. Definitely not a reliable company.

The crew from KY-KO arrived at our residence right on time the day they began work. They were very considerate of our neighbors, quietly unloading all their equipment, tools, and materials. Once they started work they were very fast and did a fantastic job of removing all the old roofing materials down to the plywood deck. At the end of the first day, they had stripped the entire roof and had begun laying down the new roofing materials. KY-KO coordinated getting our solar water heater removed from the roof and followed up with me to let me know the status of the job as they moved along. I was very impressed with the overall pre-planning and follow-up they provided. At the end of each day, they picked up all the trash, nails, and old roofing materials from the yard and from the swimming pool. When they left there was nothing left in the yard; the only way you'd know they had been there was because the roof was beginning to shape up as a new one. I can't say enough good things about the way the crew conducted themselves while on the job site, and I can't say enough good things about the terrific job of coordination that was provided by the office. The only bad thing I have to say about the entire job is the letter they sent out telling me they had the right to file a mechanic's lean against our property if I didn't pay the balance of their bill. This came after I spoke to the office staff explaining to them that both my wife and I had COVID-19 and were both struggling to care for one another. I told them I would definitely pay the remainder of the balance and asked them to please send an invoice, which they never did. I would rate the overall quality of the work as 5 stars, but I must admit I was somewhat offended by the threat to file a mechanic's lean.
