We sought out a company that we thought we could trust and we were not disappointed . The communication was prompt and seemingly honest, all work was done on schedule and they were very responsive to our questions. After installation we were concerned about the amount of cooling in our bedroom and they were great in adding a new direct duct at very reasonable cost to us.  They wore masks and were both personable and very professional. I give them very high ratings and have no qualms in recommending them.

I would highly recommend Loe's appliance repair. Laron was honest, efficient and knowledgeable. He came out on a Friday evening and had my dryer back in working order in no time. This was the second time my 2 year old Samsung dryer had an issue with not heating. Laron came out the same day I found him on Yelp, diagnosed the problem and sure enough he fixed it. Anyone I know who needs an appliance repairman, you will be who I tell them about. Thank you again.

I have a rental in Scottsdale and had Rescue One out after my tenants called about the air conditioner not cooling the house properly. Another company had been referred to me but couldn't get a tech out for a few days which wasn't going to work for me. My parents who live in Phoenix referred me to Rescue One after they had a good experience with then earlier this year. The Rescue One team was very prompt and communicated with me through the process excellently. It turned out to be a easy fix and the process left me very satisfied. Thanks again.

Last night our AC quit working.  This morning Sheridan's fixed our unit.  I'm disabled and on a limited budget (something they didn't know).  They fixed our unit and kept the costs minimal!  Our repairman was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and displayed expertise and concern above and beyond for our welfare!  I will recommend them to anyone and I'm grateful for their work!!!!  Good on them!!!

Woke up to AC blowing warm, called at 6 am and my AC was fixed and blowing cold again by 8:30. Phillip was very professional and courteous and a pleasure to do business with, highly recommended!

My air conditioning was not working properly and my parents referred me to Roberto and Fernando at C&B Mechanical.  They were referred by their neighbor and were treated very well and fair when they needed repair work done on their HVAC.  Here in Arizona if at any time one has problems with their AC anxiety automatically sets in and that's exactly what happened last night when the cool air stopped coming.  I had asked people for referrals and everyone started talking about a new unit.  That was not what we wanted to do.  I was pretty sure the blower motor was faulty in some way but I'm not an AC guy and it seemed like a daunting task.  I called both Roberto and Fernando and left messages.  They called me right back and came over within the hour.  They asked me if I thought it might be and I told them.  After checking the unit out they told me that it was the blower motor and asked me if I wanted a motor from American Standard which they could get on Monday or if I wanted an after market motor which they could get today.  I told them the after market motor was fine with me and they went to get it.  I asked them if they charge weekend rates before they left to get the motor and they looked at me like I was crazy Oh...that's just the big companies that charge emergency rates too.  Today is a regular day.  This was another thing that we were worried about because it is Saturday.  While they had gone to get the motor they gave me a call with an estimate for parts and labor.  It was less than I had anticipated it would be for the motor alone.  They came back within a half hour and had the motor installed within a half hour after that.  Needless to say I was stunned.  I have had a few experiences with repair men and repair situations from plumbing to car repair.  This was the best experience I have had yet.  Roberto and Fernando didn't give me the run around and they didn't take their time getting the job done.  The price was probably the best in town for what was done.  Impressive to say the least.  It's only 11 am and we already have cool air.  Thanks guys.

When I got home from work at 6 pm Ac was blowing warm on one side of the house. Found Matthew and desert sky on thumbtack. All reviews were 5 star reviews. Matthew was out at 7 am the next morning. Right on time very nice and polite. Signed up for the twice yearly maintenance plan. I like dealing with the smaller family owned individual businesses. Matthew was very informative and I'm glad I called. Desert sky and Matthew are my new ac and heat company. Thanks for the quick service and the great job!

I just had a wonderful experience with Schiller heating and Cooling.  My tenants said that the furnace wasn't working.  My rental agent sent another firm out to look at the problem.  They said the fix would cost thousands but a new HVAC system would be $6000.  I asked Schiller Heating & Cooling to provide an estimate for the repair and for a replacement.  I talked to Robert after he had visited the house.  He said that the problem was caused by a short in the wiring harness on the outside unit.  He re-seated the wires and tested the unit & found that everything was now working fine.  He said that I didn't have to replace the unit.  I asked him how much I owed him.  He said that they don't charge for estimates and I owed him nothing.  He simply asked that I keep him in mind when I'm ready to upgrade my system.  I told him that I surely will.  What great service!

Beware! I used this company discount air out of fountain hills to install a whole entire new air conditioning system in winter 2021-2022. Mike the owner was out of town at the time but his son and a couple other young guys did the job. It was very expensive and it only took the group of guy like 2 hours max to complete the job. Fast forward to June 2022 the condenser stopped working so I called mike. He said turn the unit off and I will have a tech out between 1-3 pm . Nobody ever showed so I tried to call Mike two more times after 3 pm. No answer and no return phone call! Unbelievable! I will never use this company discount air ever again ! What horrible customer service! Shame on mike and discount air! Horrible !!!

Typical AZ story: A/C not working on the 115+ degree day!  Chandler Air crew was able to schedule same day - whew! - but that as typical for this team, they usually can respond same day within a matter of hours.  Hector responded and did a quick assess, noted what the possible issues could be and gave the good news - it was a less costly issue and he could fix it same day!   Hector/Chandler Air provides high quality service, professionalism and quick responsiveness.  Thank you to this crew!  They've been my speed dial for all A/C issues and routine services, always high quality service.
