Hired this company to check out my AC units for preventive maintenance. Jason came out and proceeded to perform test on air flow and temperature. He directed my attention to the upstairs unit, which had air blowing out from the cabinet instead of through the duct. He said there was a gap in the back of the unit which do to the tight space he couldn't completely fix but could attach a piece of sheet metal to help reduce this loss of airflow.
Having done this you could tell that it did help and made a difference in the other rooms.
Now to the price. I was pleasantly surprised that the charges were very reasonable. Although I did not require refrigerant. That can be costly.
Jason was knowledgeable answered any questions I had and I appreciated that he treated my questions with respect. He was great and I would highly recommend this company and will keep their contact info handy for the next seasons service.

Loren is great. He is informative, helpful, friendly, and willing to do everything he can to help you, even if it's a holiday, a weekend, or late in the day. When asked, he also gave me some advice on our dishwasher, even though he was repairing our clothes washer. Prices are definitely affordable and reasonable. Loren is polite and I never felt uncomfortable around him. He is my go to guy for appliance repair now.

Thomas arrived at my new home on time and was tremendously informative and caring.  Not only was his expertise appreciated - given a few small adjustments - I now have air flowing easily through my home!

Last night our AC quit working.  This morning Sheridan's fixed our unit.  I'm disabled and on a limited budget (something they didn't know).  They fixed our unit and kept the costs minimal!  Our repairman was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and displayed expertise and concern above and beyond for our welfare!  I will recommend them to anyone and I'm grateful for their work!!!!  Good on them!!!

What a pleasant experience I had with Society's Air. My A/C on the second floor was blowing hot air. I promptly called them and they were able to meet my needs at a nominal price. Very friendly and open about cost and the process to complete the work. I will continue to use this company for all of my A/C needs. Oh and I got a two year warranty as well!

I just received a competitive bid from Gary from Air Dynamics, for replacement of all units on premises. I felt that Gary was very thorough and honest. I hope to do business with them in the future .

They are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt.  They installed our new dishwasher, stove and kitchen water fixture and everything works great.  I would not hesitate to use them again.

My air conditioning was not working properly and my parents referred me to Roberto and Fernando at C&B Mechanical.  They were referred by their neighbor and were treated very well and fair when they needed repair work done on their HVAC.  Here in Arizona if at any time one has problems with their AC anxiety automatically sets in and that's exactly what happened last night when the cool air stopped coming.  I had asked people for referrals and everyone started talking about a new unit.  That was not what we wanted to do.  I was pretty sure the blower motor was faulty in some way but I'm not an AC guy and it seemed like a daunting task.  I called both Roberto and Fernando and left messages.  They called me right back and came over within the hour.  They asked me if I thought it might be and I told them.  After checking the unit out they told me that it was the blower motor and asked me if I wanted a motor from American Standard which they could get on Monday or if I wanted an after market motor which they could get today.  I told them the after market motor was fine with me and they went to get it.  I asked them if they charge weekend rates before they left to get the motor and they looked at me like I was crazy Oh...that's just the big companies that charge emergency rates too.  Today is a regular day.  This was another thing that we were worried about because it is Saturday.  While they had gone to get the motor they gave me a call with an estimate for parts and labor.  It was less than I had anticipated it would be for the motor alone.  They came back within a half hour and had the motor installed within a half hour after that.  Needless to say I was stunned.  I have had a few experiences with repair men and repair situations from plumbing to car repair.  This was the best experience I have had yet.  Roberto and Fernando didn't give me the run around and they didn't take their time getting the job done.  The price was probably the best in town for what was done.  Impressive to say the least.  It's only 11 am and we already have cool air.  Thanks guys.

Needed to have a New A/C Unit and after checking with several other companies and doing some research I choose to go with Turn-Key on account of their promptness, professional standards & On Time. They showed up with everything and told me it would take around 2-3 hours which it was 2 1/2 hours. I was impressed with the American Standard Unit and how quite it was. Scott Masterson treats you like you are family. The Job was left Clean (Spotless) and I feel I got the Best Deal & Workmanship Possible.

Casey was able to fix a thermostat problem over the phone!  He has so much know-how in his head that he can tap into that storehouse and fix things via phone!  He was so smart and patient that I decided to have him look into my whole system.  I always put off upkeep in fear of huge padded bills, but he's a straight shooter.  A real pleasure to work with.

My 16 year old air handler finally had enough and I already knew I'd have to replace it and the A/C unit together due to their age. Matthew came out on Tuesday to look at everything and replaced the handler and unit Saturday. Considering it's almost impossible to find a 5 ton split with heat pump and not have to order it, I was ecstatic!  He was friendly, professional and knew his stuff.  There were some complications with the fan on the air handler scraping and he got it fixed on the spot so I could have air conditioning again. Desert Sky AC is now my go to for A/C or heating! I'd give them more stars if they were available!! Highly recommend!!

Brandon, the technician arrived withing the scheduled time, was very cheerful and after first discussing the problem with him (had an electrical short on our roof-top Trane Heat Pump), was quickly up on the roof diagnosing the problems.  He found a burnt relay and a wire shorting to a copper coolant line, and quickly solved both problems within one and a half hours.  The cost of repair was very reasonable and saved another $35 using the Angies list repair coupon.  My present HVAC company sent 5 tech's on 4 appointments and couldn't solve the problem !  Brandon did it in 1 !  Great job Brandon, we're switching to Schiller H&C !

Beware! I used this company discount air out of fountain hills to install a whole entire new air conditioning system in winter 2021-2022. Mike the owner was out of town at the time but his son and a couple other young guys did the job. It was very expensive and it only took the group of guy like 2 hours max to complete the job. Fast forward to June 2022 the condenser stopped working so I called mike. He said turn the unit off and I will have a tech out between 1-3 pm . Nobody ever showed so I tried to call Mike two more times after 3 pm. No answer and no return phone call! Unbelievable! I will never use this company discount air ever again ! What horrible customer service! Shame on mike and discount air! Horrible !!!

Louie B. is my HERO.  119 outside and Louie is on my roof replacing my capacitor.  Dedicated and prepared.  I called 5 places and CHANDLER AIR was the first to call me back and didn't hesitate to make sure I was scheduled that day.  The hottest day of the year, the busiest day for HVAC companies, no problem.  Goettl told me they couldn't get there for 4 days.  I said you'll have to let yourself in because we'll be dead by then.  Call Chandler Air, they are the best.
