Honest company.  I am an investor and use them form some of my A/C and heating needs.  They aren't the cheapest but they are reliable and do good work.

I had a smoke detector that was going bad and needed to have my smoke detectors updated/replaced. Fire and safety team got the job done wonderfully and at a very affordable price! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would be a repeat customer. Thank you fire and safety team!

Called with a plumbing leak that I found after I got home from work - very professional on the phone.  Came right out and fixed the job - they were dressed professional - did not have to worry about them dragging dirt thru my house - which was nice.  I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need and I know that  I would use One Call Plumbing again!!!

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

John is very professional and honest. I almost got sucked in with another plumbing company, who told me it would be thousands of dollars, and called a contractor to my house to start a huge insurance claim! They estimated over $8000.00 worth of work to be done! I almost fell for it, until I got up the next day, and decided to call John for a second opinion. Thank God I did! He came and knew how to fix my problem right away. Bottom line? I paid $400.00. That's right. John is the best. I'm so relieved.

After calling about three or four other leak detection contractors and not getting a call back, a web search got me to AZ Leak Detection LLC. I called and spoke with Gail who gave me a quote right there on the phone and said they would be there next day. They showed up on time as promised and in just a couple hours they located the leaks in my pool. Gail and Brandon provided me a full report on paper and after doing exactly as advised, my pool is now leak free! They even gave me a senior discount! Friendly, courteous, and competent. Did exactly what they said they would do with no surprises! What else can you ask for?

Very timely, professional and helpful.  Good customer service and communication.  My water softener pipes busted while I was out of town.  I returned to find my garage flooded on a Sunday.  I turned off the water main and contacted Top Dollar first thing Monday morning.  I spoke with dispatch and they gave my number to the technician.  I got a call from the technician right away and he was here within 2 hours He not only fixed the problem and cleaned out my bathtub drain too.  All for a great price!  I also had water damage in the garage and he was able to get me with a contractor who came out to assess the situation for a free consult within the hour.  Top Dollar is Top Mitch, I would highly recommend their services

Roybal installed a septic tank about 2 years ago and dug way under a slab of concrete, enough to crack the slab.  When the septic tank was installed and the dirt was put back half ass, nothing was compacted correctly and the crack became mush worse.  There was now a huge air pocket under the slab.

I figured I got off easily because of all of the bad online reviews about Roybal.  Well I just had the plumbers out because of a backed up drain.  They sent a camera down the sewer line and since the dirt was backfilled so poorly, it created a cavern under the slab and rain water had been eroding around the sewer pipe for 2 years now.  The pipe finally sagged enough to break.

The good news is the slab has to be cut and removed (repaired) to fill it in properly.  The bad news is that this is costing me $5000.  Thanks Roybal!

Amgio Rooter was great! I had some serious plumbing issues. Nelson (owner) took great care to ensure that my problem was addressed with the smallest impact to my wallet as possible. He came out within 2 hours of my call. They showed up on time, were clean and very professional. Nelson definately had the opportunity to make more money but chose to take a more economical route that fully addressed the issue which saved me hundreds of dollars and time. I will use them again in the future and strongly recommend Amigo to others.

These guys are great.  I have done 2 deals with them through Angie's List.  Jim was very knowledgeable.  He replaced an outdoor faucet and I have also used them to look at a toilet.

Very mad consumer! July 4th 2018 a/c quit. I called penguin because of the no afterhours charges. Tech came out in a decent amount of time, found the problem quickly kly and repaired it fast. That is where the good stopped! The bill $700 and some change, then my thinking was that t seemed a little high but it's a holiday, 8pm, and he got us running in a half hour. Fast forward to laborday weekend and a/c won't blow. No problem I'll call penguin. Different tech arrived and checked it out. There was a wire not completely connected which had melted and was no longer contacting and was burned and fried therefore had been shorting out for awhile. I informed the tech that that was the capacitor that was replaced on 4th of July, he said it looks like a warranty issue there will be no charge for fixing the wire. He repaired the wire and turned the unit on and my blower started turning, but it was turning the wrong way, he said I needed a new blower motor and capacitor estimate about $800 but since I was a previous customer he could do it for around $600. I didn't have the money so I refused and decided to replace the motor myself the next day. I found a replacement at an appliance repair shop for $210 new motor, capacitor, and mounting bracket, I was told around $600 by penguin. Ti top it off, the appliance repair shop asked why I was replacing it and when I said it was turning backward he responded to look for a short because the only way it would do that is if it had a long sustained short , probably at the capacitor. The warranty was a short at the capacitor! Now my compressor keeps sticking on so I had a look , the contactor that was replaced 4th of July is broken and was obviously dropped prior to install so I went online to a big box hardware store and found a new capacitor and contactor for $17, no where near the $ 700 i was charged in July! Also, they said I need to start anning to replace the unit which would be around $7600, I found the unit locally for about $2300. I was told it would only take a couple hours to swap, so how much mark up and labor charge is involved here?
