Best Septic Tank Pumping in United States

You GUYS. Airspeed is THE best. Came right out same day on a Saturday in August and had my A/C up and running within 30 minutes. Tech was super nice and honest and informed me of future possible problems without once trying to up-sell me. Thanks Airspeed! I won't use anyone else!

I had a smoke detector that was going bad and needed to have my smoke detectors updated/replaced. Fire and safety team got the job done wonderfully and at a very affordable price! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would be a repeat customer. Thank you fire and safety team!

I needed a plumber, so went on Home Advisors. Custom Plumbing contacted me soon after. Set up an appointment for them to come out and give me an estimate. We agreed on 2:00 - 5:00. I was told that a technician would call me when they were on their way. When I didn't get a call by 430, I contacted their office and spoke to a girl there. She seem to know who I was and knew that I was scheduled for that day and confirmed the time. She told me they must be running late and that she would be in contact with the technician to get back to me. They never showed and never called me. They've still not followed up with me and it's been a week. Very disappointing.

We really respect One Call Services. Had a major leak in our water heater pressure relief valve and called this company. The support/sales staff were incredibly helpful and were able to get a technician out that day. Matt, the tech, was superb. He was very knowledgeable, credible, and helpful. He offered several options and provided us with stellar service. In addition, he was available the next day to answer extra questions we hadn't thought of when he was there. Highly respect and recommend this company for their amazing staff!

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

John is the very best!! He has been taking care of our home almost 10 years! He's so kind and caring! He is a pro...knows exactly how and what to do to solve the problem! Plus, he is honestly one of the very nicest people you'll ever meet!! I recommend him highly!!!

I had a difficult problem of an under slab leak that caused significant damage through out our house during a remodel.  Our general contractor and his plumbing subcontractor refused to take responsibility or even look into the issue.  We contacted AZ Leak Detection and dealt with Adam who was remarkable.  Not only did they find and repair the problem with minimal disruption to our family, but it was very reasonable and done quickly.  The best part of the experience was how upfront and honest they were at every step of the process, taking time to explain things to us that we were not knowledgeable about.  i would recommend them to my family and friends without a seconds hesitation!  I do not often take the time to review companies, but they were so outstanding they deserve the accolades.  they took a difficult and painful situation for our family and restored us to our home as painlessly as possible and for that no amount of gratitude can be offered!

Top Dollar Plumbing cancelled my appointment after 4pm on a Friday evening leaving me with a leaking drain pipe for the weekend. The technician's underwear bunched up when I commented on his extreme tardiness. We clearly agreed on an appointment time and I rushed home to honor this appointment. After waiting an hour, he's still 10 minutes away.  He then explains it's customary to provide a window arrival time and it's my fault for not being available earlier as he had finished prior jobs earlier than expected. Additionally, a customary window time was not communicated but instead the technician REPEATEDLY provided a pinpoint time. In doing so, HE set any and all expectations.

Instead of apologizing for my inconvenience and his lack of communication, he's insulted by my dissatisfaction and cancels while en route.

In the future, Top Dollar Plumbing should CLEARLY provide arrival time windows so that customers' expectations are reasonable and so that contracting decisions can be made based off those times. Also, don't cancel appointments when company communication is unclear and/or lacking. Instead, Top Dollar Plumbing should practice owning their mistakes, apologizing and striving to provide better customer service going forward. This is what makes a Professional Team.

Roybal installed a septic tank about 2 years ago and dug way under a slab of concrete, enough to crack the slab.  When the septic tank was installed and the dirt was put back half ass, nothing was compacted correctly and the crack became mush worse.  There was now a huge air pocket under the slab.

I figured I got off easily because of all of the bad online reviews about Roybal.  Well I just had the plumbers out because of a backed up drain.  They sent a camera down the sewer line and since the dirt was backfilled so poorly, it created a cavern under the slab and rain water had been eroding around the sewer pipe for 2 years now.  The pipe finally sagged enough to break.

The good news is the slab has to be cut and removed (repaired) to fill it in properly.  The bad news is that this is costing me $5000.  Thanks Roybal!

Our toilet had a leak. They replaced the toilet. The new toilet leaked. The mostlyrepaired the leak. Blue dye from the tank was seeping through. Called them again. it's not leaking was Santos response. After letting him know we were going to have another company come out to verify, he decided to tighten things up. He removed the toilet but said he would have to come back because he needed new gaskets. He purposely left the bathroom door open with the drain wide open. No plug. Obviously he did this on purpose. We took pics to show how he left it. We will use those later.  As far as us being in a rental as stated by our Landlord below. We sold our house and paid a full years rent in advance because we weren't sure what was going to happen under Biden. We are extreme clean freaks and have a had a constant sewer smell here until the toilet was replaced.

This company was by far phenomenal! From Stephanie going above and beyond to get her clients serviced on the same day, to Trevor the technician, who was outgoing, funny and professional! I will ALWAYS use this company moving forward! Thanks guys!

I made an appointment with the company but they would not give me a time frame because they go to emergencies first. Then at the end of the day they called and said they would not make it out to my house because they had so many emergencies. What is the point of making an appointment if they aren't going to show up. I basically had to waste an entire day off because of them. I ended up scheduling with One Stop Heating & Cooling and the price was way less and they showed up when they said they would.
