Called One Call Plumbing in Mesa, AZ to replace a leaking water heater. Was quoted $1250 parts and labor to install a Bradford-White 50gal gas heater(one of the lowest rated brands available) and was promised service the next day. Price was exceedingly high and the quality not what I really wanted but agreed to it due the fast installation time. Service guy showed up when scheduled and immediately said he was going to charge an extra $240 to move the water softener(an effort that required the removal of 2 plastic spring clips and a move of 6 inches.) This discussion led to his being asked to leave the premises.
In the end though I am thankful for this bait and switch tactic, because the next reputable plumbing company I called supplied and installed a better quality water heater for $839 and charged no extra for the 5 minute job of moving the water softener.

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

Called AAA Valley this morning when I woke to a flood downstairs. The owner was awesome and was out within an hour to help me fix the problem. It turned out our back flow from the house was clogged and he had a quick solution that fixed it. He even walked me through how to fix it if we had a problem again in the future. He also made some other great recommendations and even drew me a diagram of our sewage pipes. Price for the call was $95 which I think was fair. We will definitely use him again for any future needs.

We had a serious leak in our kitchen that we discovered late on a Friday night. We found Adam after an internet search Saturday morning and he came out that afternoon! He found the leak, fixed it, and even restored the damage! His whole crew is fantastic! Great job!!!

Very timely, professional and helpful.  Good customer service and communication.  My water softener pipes busted while I was out of town.  I returned to find my garage flooded on a Sunday.  I turned off the water main and contacted Top Dollar first thing Monday morning.  I spoke with dispatch and they gave my number to the technician.  I got a call from the technician right away and he was here within 2 hours He not only fixed the problem and cleaned out my bathtub drain too.  All for a great price!  I also had water damage in the garage and he was able to get me with a contractor who came out to assess the situation for a free consult within the hour.  Top Dollar is Top Mitch, I would highly recommend their services

Roybal installed a septic tank about 2 years ago and dug way under a slab of concrete, enough to crack the slab.  When the septic tank was installed and the dirt was put back half ass, nothing was compacted correctly and the crack became mush worse.  There was now a huge air pocket under the slab.

I figured I got off easily because of all of the bad online reviews about Roybal.  Well I just had the plumbers out because of a backed up drain.  They sent a camera down the sewer line and since the dirt was backfilled so poorly, it created a cavern under the slab and rain water had been eroding around the sewer pipe for 2 years now.  The pipe finally sagged enough to break.

The good news is the slab has to be cut and removed (repaired) to fill it in properly.  The bad news is that this is costing me $5000.  Thanks Roybal!

I came home after a vacation to find a broken water valve outside with water going everywhere at 11pm at night. The next morning at 8am I started calling around and was referred to Nelson at Amigo. I explained the situation and after we spoke, he said he would be at my house by 10:00am and he was true to his word. He arrived on time prepared to Perform my repair. Nelson not only is a professional plumber but he also has great customer service skills. He explained what occurred and walked me through the repair. I would recommend him and Amigo Plumbing in a heartbeat.

I called plumbing masters to fix a broken water heater. It was a minor repair and I felt the price quote was noticeably higher than what I thought it should be.   I decided against having them fix the problem and just took care of it myself saving hundreds of dollars.  After posting a review, plumbing masters called me and wanted to make it right and refunded my call out fee which I appreciate.

One of their techs came out to look at our A/C. Only an authorization to CHECK OUT WHAT WAS WRONG was given, and they replaced a part at a greatly overinflated charge, with no ability to provide a broken down estimate of hourly labor charges, part prices, etc. Got a BS line about their overhead breakdown and the cost of doing business: not AN ESTIMATE AS OTHER REPUTABLE COMPANIES PROVIDED afterward. The tech REFUSED TO REMOVE THE PART WHEN WE SAID NO WAY.. said the office would call the next day. No call. Shady. I worked in residential property management for many years and dealt with vendors daily. These guys are no better than Travelers... BEWARE!!!!
