Omg I absolutely love this company! It was the first REAL day of summer and everyone was booked! I called on a Saturday day without even realizing that it shows them as closed and no one picked up, but he CALLED ME BACK and was able to come over in 45 minutes to help us with our AC! He was the owner and he was just so nice! Honestly amazing experience and I would HIGHLY recommend them!

I had a smoke detector that was going bad and needed to have my smoke detectors updated/replaced. Fire and safety team got the job done wonderfully and at a very affordable price! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would be a repeat customer. Thank you fire and safety team!

We were so lucky to have been pointed in One Call Plumbing's direction! After our last renters left our rental home, they left it with some serious damages, especially plumbing ones! Arthur came in and was extremely knowledgeable and thorough when explaining what he was doing and why. Also, his pricing was super fair and reasonable. I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

He brought his partner, Mr. Trusted P. Rooter and took care of the issue within minutes.

He gave great advice, tips on plumbing issues and maintaining a properly functioning, plumbing system.

It was enjoyable to talk to him about his experience, tools and knowledge of plumbing. His family has been in the plumbing business for generations.
He even showed us a picture of when he was a child with his father, standing next to his father's equipment.

John has earned a place in our contact list as our trusted plumber!

Alex came out and looked at my hot tub for maybe 5 minutes (didn't take anything apart) and concluded I in fact, did NOT have a leak, but a few minor things needed to be fixed (a rubber 0-ring, a rubber  nipple on the PVC pipe in the storage closet). He said he could come out the following week and fix it for another $225.

So, when I went to pay for this inspection, he charged me $225. I replied, Wow, that's expensive, you didn't even do an actual leak detection. Do you normally charge the full price of a 1.5-2 hour leak detection just for a diagnosis? and he looked at me and said, Yep. So I went ahead and ran the credit card, and when he left, I decided to call, and I spoke with Gayle through the main number.

After talking with her a bit, she told me that if someone comes out, doesn't take anything apart, and there is in fact NO leak and it turns out to be something else, they only charge $99. I told her what happened, and she didn't seem too concerned, she seemed a little confused. Since she didn't even know how to handle the situation, I just had to order her around and take charge since she clearly couldn't. I told her to only charge my credit card the $99, (in the end, she really did only charge me $99) and that she needs to speak with Alex, and he needs to lower the price of the repairs or I'm going somewhere else. $225 for a few rubber parts (he even told me I could get them at Leslie's Pool Supply and Home Depot) and a little bit of labor? That's ridiculous.

I later called back and she told me he would only charge me $175. I cancelled my appointment.

The fact of the matter is - HE LIED TO MY FACE. HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME ($126 worth) and if he did it to me once, he would sure as hell do it to me again.

Gayle told me these guys are sub-contracted out, so they make a percentage of their services. OF COURSE THEY DO, no wonder he effed me over.

NEVER trust these people. They are over-priced and most importantly, DISHONEST and will screw you over!!! They don't even deserve 1 star. They deserve 1 middle finger.

Very timely, professional and helpful.  Good customer service and communication.  My water softener pipes busted while I was out of town.  I returned to find my garage flooded on a Sunday.  I turned off the water main and contacted Top Dollar first thing Monday morning.  I spoke with dispatch and they gave my number to the technician.  I got a call from the technician right away and he was here within 2 hours He not only fixed the problem and cleaned out my bathtub drain too.  All for a great price!  I also had water damage in the garage and he was able to get me with a contractor who came out to assess the situation for a free consult within the hour.  Top Dollar is Top Mitch, I would highly recommend their services

I was in a very tight spot this week, trying to close on a home and needing an emergency septic tank certification. Mike and his team came out and were done with the work within 24 hours of our first conversation. I couldn't ask for better service. Also very friendly team, and the report was delivered later that evening. Many many thanks.

Have used these guys for a few small plumbing jobs. They are very friendly and offer great prices. I will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs.

Yesterday I called Plumbing Masters and set an appointment for Friday 1/15 between 3-7. The lady was friendly on the phone and said I would receive a picture of the guy that would be showing up so I was aware of who my tech would be. I felt like it went well UNTIL the techs showed up a day early. They showed up yesterday, they were two males that were extremely rude. They lied about costs of equipment, which we are well aware of how much they cost at any store. We have had over 5 quotes to repipe our house since our hot water line is leaking under the slab and the highest of all the quotes were 5k. Plumbing Masters quoted us $20,000 to repipe 3 areas of our house and said we could finance it for 10 years and pay around $350 a month for it. They are absolutely insane. We have a small 1 story house and are only repiping half of it. This company is a joke. I would not recommend them.

Had Nathan, come out yesterday, and he said it need to be replaced*the whole unit* for 8k. Was very friendly guy. But never tested the pressure in the ac unit. Cost me 99.00. Today got someone else out and they looked at it and knew with in 15mins what was wrong and fixed. Not going with these guys.
