Jason responded quickly and had someone out the next day to cap a sprinkler so remodeling could continue.

We really loved that these guys communicated so well. We got text messages when they were on the way, we got text messages after they left. They were very thorough, good price, and we would highly recommend them. Will definitely use them again when we have our next plumbing needs!

We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

Roy Jones was so quick to expedite our emergency to replace our hot water heater. Roy was so professional and he had the best prices around. I will definitely be using Roy for our next plumbing job. I highly recommend Roy to all who read this review!

These guys are great. They came out when they said they would and fixed the problem with my septic pump under warranty. No complaints.

On Sunday, my shower stopped working and was dripping uncontrollably. Frank came out (after 6pm on Sunday!), and assessed the situation. It is a 30 year old shower/plumbing. Frank was able to stop the dripping and is trying to find a valve that will fit into this old thing and will return tomorrow. Frank is a very nice person, very professional, and an expert. I couldn't be more pleased.

I used Affordable Plumbing to install a gas line, because I hated my electric stove and wanted a gas stove. I first called a well known company and I was quoted a ridiculous price. Decided it wasn't worth doing the project. I decided to call Affordble Plumbing, and it was 1/2 the price of the 1st quote, so I decided to move forward.
I loved everything about my experience with Affordable plumbing from the quote, the customer service by Benjamin and the people in the office. They were always very attentive, responsive and professional. They were able to get the job done way quicker than I anticipated which is a plus.
I highly recommend Affordable Plumbing!

I needed the services of Option One today and just like the previous times I've called them for help they showed up on time, professional and knowledgeable. The technician was very professional and helpful. He did a great job. Option One will always be the company I call for all my plumbing needs.

Every once in awhile you find a business that does EVERYTHING right. And it's usually when you least expect it. I had a leak in my home sprinkler system and needed it taken care of ASAP. So I called the FEC and I was greeted with an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable person on the other end of my call. She was so nice. She was honest and up front about pricing. Skip ahead to the service and Scott shows up. To say that he was both friendly and professional is a gross understatement. Scott told me what needed to be done and he did it. His son ended up coming by to help finish the project. From beginning to end, this company could not have been better. I'm remarkably impressed with everyone involved. Thank you to your entire staff. What a team you have!!

Excellent service! Highly recommend.
Was at the house in 30 minutes. Unplugged the sewer line in 5 minutes. Plus explained to me how the septic tank works. I thought it needed to be pumped. But he showed me how to check it. Doesn't need to be pumped out for a number of years. I will definitely call them when it does.

In August 2022 I got a quote for $1800 to re-pipe a park model manufactured home. The work was to include re-piping to 2 new faucets, 5 new shut-off valves and a new 20 gallon water heater. I was to purchase the water heater and faucets. All other materials (about 40' of plastic pipe, valves and connectors) were included in the bid.
Now, just over 2 months later when the unit is available to work on, Jeff says that he will not honor the $1800 bid because of pipe cost increases, he now needs $2700. $700 more for 40' of pipe? From one 16 year service veteran to other vets. There is no honor with Vet's Plumbing.

from 7/2013. (My post was removed because I provided contact information on how to get referral information for an approved contractor from a local utility. I felt it important to share my bad experience with this company. I re-posted the review the same week I was notified it was taken down (and why) from Yelp.
My review:
If only there was a 0 star option...I'm sitting waiting for DAN the supervisor who's an hour 1/2 late...that I spoke with this morning, after 3 unreturned calls this week about billing, each with promises for a return call within the hour, to confirm our meeting for today at 4pm. When I call to find out why he's late, I was lied to and told my husband rescheduled the appt. He did not! I'm not happy AT ALL and know why this company has no BBB rating (and an alert, oh and they changed their name this year (2013) too to remove themselves from the bad rating).
That's a terrible way to conduct business and everyone I know will hear about how my A/C died within 2 months of an all clear seasonal inspection. Charged me $49 to show up when it stopped working, didn't find the leak. Provided options to replace the evap coil that was falling apart it was so badly corroded for $2500 or a recommendation to replace my 7 yr. old unit that is still under warranty (the half off sale ended the next day). Gee, think that corrosion happened in a month with no previous mention? Then added the insult to no show to the appt to discuss handling the situation why I was charged when the unit was just inspected. (Fee eventually refunded).
We've spent over $1500 in service with Goettl in less than 2 years. Each repair or service took more than one technician and repeated visits. Seasonal inspections always included 3 recommendations for them to make more $(insulation, duct cleaning etc...). Given they didn't originally install the unit but they certainly haven't helped the situation or identified issues that could have really helped. Such as the unit being installed with the wrong pitch so that it doesn't drain properly. How about that recommendation, so that the unit doesn't corrode in the first place?
check around there are better options out there.

I DO AGREE, do research for yourself to determine why 1-Address,1-Manager, 2- business names? It appears a lawsuit was filed against 1- listing at this address with a different name. Hey, maybe things are better under new name... but not for me.

Worst customer service ever tried to hire. Sent me the phone number tried calling a few times no one answered then he decided to send rude messages when I informed him I hired someone else already. Glad I went with someone else.
