Kyle and Kevin with P&L were professional, on-time, masked, and worked with me through my gas line project to make sure everything was done as I needed.  They worked fast, and the end result is clean, functional, and exactly what I wanted.  I'll definitely be using P&L again for my plumbing needs.  Great company.

We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

Great service at an affordable price. If you want honest and professional work, these are the guys to call.

My first time using this company. Called around 8:30 A.M., the customer service lady (can't remember her name) was very nice, knew what I was talking about when I said I have a leak on the thingy that connects to....
She was professional and set me up for an appt quick. Adrien showed up well within the time frame I was given for the appt. He was courteous and explained my options for the issues I had. Adrien did a fantastic job correcting an issue I had without tearing out my shower wall like a different company wanted to. He is very knowledgable and instead of just jumping to the easiest (most destructive) way to repair, he took a moment to think of different options, and discussed them with me. To me, that is a professional that cares about the customer instead of just getting a job done quick. I appreciate the work he did, and saved me from spending to repair shower wall tiles.
Price for completing both of the issues I had was very fair and much better than the big name company I talked to previously.
This company is now my go to for plumbing issues.

They arrived on time.  They provided a very professional and thorough review of our issue with our toilets.  They even provided two quotes, provide the toilets ourselves or have them provide the toilets.

Option One's Dee Kimble was an hour late without notification.  I requested a call to meet at the vacant property. I received a text message stating Dee was on his way I immediately went to the property and arrived  within 4 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes I contacted them again and was told the serviceman showed up and left when no one was there.  When I asked them to return the dispatch told me they would contact me within the hour.  Two hours later when I contacted them again they said men are still working and I should be charged for after hours service if I still wanted service tonight.  I can accept them running late and was happy to meet another time but they told me it was my fault.  I have referred Option One to many realtors and investors and I will be sure to have them removed from their call sheets.

Quick reply & fantastic service for a residential sprinkler head leak. Nick Hollander also flushed the system & replaced a valve because Scottsdale water will clog up everything.  He was informative, quick & cleaned up afterward.  Great to find a contractor that knows their trade. Thanks. JJ

I would give them zero stars but that is not available. This company came to my home with the wrong equipment, performed no work and then sent me an invoice for $300 dollars. They had a truck which they said weighed 100,000 pounds loaded and would most likely cause serious damage to my driveway if they attempted to drive down it. And in addition, they did not have a hose of sufficient length to perform the work. Considering they had been at my house several days earlier, their failure to bring the proper vehicle, tools and equipment is astonishing. I would not recommend them to fix a leaky faucet, let alone to drain and inspect my septic tank, which they claim to be their business.  I would like to note that my initial interaction with the office staff was very pleasant and they seemed very helpful.  However, when I tried to call them after they failed to perform the work they would not return any of my calls.

Horrible company, service, owner, job, price, timing, sending report,  ... everything was super super unprofessional. I don't recommend them AT ALL.

I called them one day and told them what was the problem because my plumber told me that he shot the camera in the drain and it stopped at 160 feet in so I told them that we needed a 200 ft long snake to go all the way in and they said they have it and it's $225 charge and when they got there it was $300 not $225 and no checks  I said ok
And they told me they'll come in next day at 9am
8 am I get a call from the tech asking me if there is water and power outlet out there and I said yes
He comes in and start looking telling me they don't have enough extension cord so I went to the apartments behind my business asking them for power and they said ok
Next thing he told me that his machine is too big to fit in the ally
And the ally way is 5ft wide but there was a tree in the way that they didn't wan to work excuses excuses excuses
So he said that they'll look for a smaller machine on a different truck and they'll let me know within couple of hours and didn't hear back from them I called and spoke to the lady and she felt bad for me but couldn't do anything
So now I can't open for the day because of this stupid company

I have to say the service guy was was perfect. They did over charge me for a motor that should have cost $250 installed I paid $825. Desperate people are easy to take advantage of so beware when you call them because they will get the work done but you will pay 3x what you should. Good for them taking advantage of desperate people during hard times.

Jesse, the owner of Miranda came out to give me a quote on running two gas lines, one for the range and one for the dryer.  After spending over an hour crawling through our attic, investigating this project, he changed the parameters that I agreed with and he gave us a quote of $2,000 with a start time on the following Monday at 8am.  He called me at 9:33am Monday and it went to voicemail as I was on a conference call.  In the next moment I received a text from him that he increased his price to $3,100.  Needless to say, I had to part ways with him as no one can work with a business owner that changes their price after agreeing on a fixed price, the exact job parameters and the start time he and his worker would be here to start work.  Don't waste your time with this guy.
