I am no plumber, so when my wife's toilet started leaking I remembered making a note on PandLPumbing.com  480-649-4400 from my Next Door App. This happened on a Sunday. Since I was able to turn the water off at the valve it was no rush, I called P and L Plumbing on Sunday and actually spoke to a live person. They came out on Monday when they said they would, and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. The price was very fair the technician was honest and reliable. I have them on my speed dial. It's only a matter of time before my water heater tank goes. I'm going to turn to them for service. I highly recommend P and L Plumbing and would honestly tell anyone looking for a good plumber to call P and L Plumbing 480-649-4400 for service.

We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

I called Rooter Man late in the afternoon on a Friday because my sewage drain was clogged and backing up into various house drains.  I was promptly scheduled for a Saturday morning appointment.  Roy showed up right on time, even though it was pouring rain.  Once the rain let up, he used his snake to clear the drain, and then his camera to verify that everything looked clear.  This was a very stressful situation for us since we couldn't shower or use much water.  We were so grateful that we found Roy and Rooter Man.  I would not hesitate to call him again if we ever have a clogged drain of any kind.  Very honest, patient, and straightforward.  Great service!!!!

These guys are great.  They came out when they said they would and fixed the problem with my septic pump under warranty. No complaints.

Worst experience with a plumber! Came out quick but as soon as he got here he was up selling  me to remove the toilet for $500 before he even did anything. I am a rental property owner for the past 26 years and this guy was barley wet behind the ears! I said I would remove the toilet and before I could ever get my wrench to remove the two nuts that holds the toilet he said I have for other jobs! I dismissed him and proceeded to do the job and call another plumber to help me get the job done! You should have at least tried something before you up sell anyone! I feel bad for people that don't know anything and you take advantage of them! Very sad!

First time with Zest. Made an appointment online and a tech was able to come out the same day! Really great how they provide free estimates for everything so you know what you're getting into. Dalton was very friendly and knowledgeable with our small fridge issue. He fixed everything quickly and answered all of our questions before leaving. We will definitely be calling them again with any other issues that arise in the future!

My only complaint is the receptionist whom I called mid-way through my appointment time slot of 10-12AM to ask her if the service person was going to be late and asked her to please call me if he was going to come past the 12:00 window as I had plans with my granddaughter.  She never called back and the service person didn't arrive until 12:40.  He was very apologetic and got right to the task at hand; clearing my bathtub drain.  He was a very nice young man who took the time to explain everything he was doing and the best part of it was they stuck to their advertised price of $49.50.  Unlike the previous company who came out (Schuelke Plumbing, LLC ) who said they were going to have to charge me $200 becuase he had to use his rooter without even removing the drain plug to take a look at it.  So call Option One if you need this kind of repair.  I am a very picky person and would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the flaky receptionist.

Just moved to Scottsdale and needed to have our fire sprinkler system inspected and turned off while having a new furnace installed in the attic.  Scott came out right away, did the inspection and gave me training on our system that I did not have.  Highly recommended

I have been using Priority Pumping at my home in Surprise since I moved in. I never had a septic system before and Priority did the initial inspection prior to my home purchase. That very first year I had them install risers at the same appointment that I had them pump the septic tank. Money well spent and I'm glad I am able to make it easier for the guys when I call them every year. They are always friendly; both the office staff as well as the technicians are professional, friendly, and great people to work with!

I have been using Priority Pumping for about 5 years now and every year I have them pump my septic and they are just wonderful! I refer them to everyone who asks who to use for septic pumping as well as septic inspections. I don't see myself calling anyone else!!

This guy is a rude person he Acts like you should know what the plumbing terms are and very poor customer service. He is very unprofessional and when you ask him about the quote He gets upset. And says I don't want to do the job and hangs up on you.

In August 2022 I got a quote for $1800 to re-pipe a park model manufactured home. The work was to include re-piping to 2 new faucets, 5 new shut-off valves and a new 20 gallon water heater. I was to purchase the water heater and faucets. All other materials (about 40' of plastic pipe, valves  and connectors) were included in the bid.
Now, just over 2 months later when the unit is available to work on, Jeff says that he will not honor the $1800 bid because of pipe cost increases, he now needs $2700. $700 more for 40' of pipe? From one 16 year service veteran to other vets. There is no honor with Vet's Plumbing.
