We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

Best experience I've had dealing with a plumber.  Was quoted a price when I made the appointment that I thought was too good to be true, but in the end I was not disappointed.  Ryan handled the service call this morning for our house in Cerritos, CA.  He was pleasant to deal with and very patient as he answered my questions.  I requested only a drain clean for the kitchen sink, but since the sink has clogged up a number of times over the past few years, i suspect I will be calling Ryan and Rooter Ranger again to handle my future plumbing needs.  Very satisfied.

Underwhelmed. Can't comment on the quality of their work or the actual price charged because they didn't show up. After an hour and 50 minutes into the two hour service window they provided I called in to see if there was a problem. I was assured I was next on my list and someone would be right over and call to let me know they were on their way. Another hour passed without a phone call. Pretty poor customer service in my opinion. I feel I was OPTION ONE-HUNDRED for their schedule.

It was time for my annual residential fire sprinkler inspection. I had used their services before to replace a stuck sprinkler control valve so I decided to give them a call to see how long it would take them to come out and do an inspection. WOW! Even though it was a Friday late afternoon, they had a technician team in the area and sent him straight away. The team came out, checked everything out, showed me around the fire sprinkler since I wasn't too familiar with it, and then wrapped things up. Great service. And great pricing too! Thank you.

I have been using Priority Pumping at my home in Surprise since I moved in. I never had a septic system before and Priority did the initial inspection prior to my home purchase. That very first year I had them install risers at the same appointment that I had them pump the septic tank. Money well spent and I'm glad I am able to make it easier for the guys when I call them every year. They are always friendly; both the office staff as well as the technicians are professional, friendly, and great people to work with!

I have been using Priority Pumping for about 5 years now and every year I have them pump my septic and they are just wonderful! I refer them to everyone who asks who to use for septic pumping as well as septic inspections. I don't see myself calling anyone else!!

Was at the house in 30 minutes. Unplugged the sewer line in 5 minutes. Plus explained to me how the septic tank works. I thought it needed to be pumped. But he showed me how to check it. Doesn't need to be pumped out for a number of years. I will definitely call them when it does.

As usual Vets saved the day.  Have used for years. Ernie is a total asset to this company.

Called them to replace a leaky angle stop this morning.   $500 bucks for two new angle stops and supply lines which took under an hour of labor and the parts are under $20 bucks.  What a ripoff
