Kevin and his brother were awesome! They arrived on time, and were very efficient and courteous. They both wore masks and were aware of social distancing. They did great work in a very short amount of time! Great value for the level of work!

We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

Roy is my go to guy for any plumbing job. Fantastic quality work at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

These guys are great.  They came out when they said they would and fixed the problem with my septic pump under warranty. No complaints.

**UPDATE** So after this whole ordeal, we got a surprise visit this morning from Rooter Ranger, specifically Daniel, who, within 15mins diagnosed and located the leak. Daniel and the team of professional, extremely knowledgeable and kind plumbers fixed the issue within 2 hours! Thank you Rooter Ranger for sending Daniel... he's the best!

Absolute WORST plumbing company in The Valley. Do not hire them unless you want to get jerked around for DAYS without anyone diagnosing the issue or fixing your plumbing leak. They also keep suggesting and referring out other companies so they don't have to do any actual work because they're either a. Incompetent or b. Lazy.

We discovered we had a leak somewhere in our upstairs bathroom and was dripping into our kitchen and garage. A representative came out and said they couldn't diagnose the leak until another contract company would come out to cut the drywall and expose the piping so they could find the leak. Well, today said company came out and removed my ENITRE CEILING in the kitchen and half of my garage. Called this sorry excuse of a plumbing company to come out and locate and fix the leak so we could have someone come out and repair the ceiling.

The regional manager came out and assured me that that's not how we do business so we waiting for him to come out. He finally arrived 4 hours after speaking on the phone and left within 5 mins, telling my husband that he couldn't fix the issue because it's the wood under the toilet seat that's wet and is causing the issue... like what?! What kind of diagnosis is that?! We can see it's wet and there's something CAUSING the leak, wouldn't you think?! Well, we were again told that another company would have to come out to fix the flooring and he left WITHOUT SO MUCH AS TO DIAGNOSE OR LOCATE THE LEAK!!!!

I called the company again, furious, and apparently my message will be sent to all the supervisors -- but I'm not sure what good that will do, these plumbers are absolutely the worst most incompetent, clock-milking, wanna get paid for doing nothing kind of plumbers.

I HIGHY suggest you RUN quickly and find another company to help with plumbing needs; this company SUCKS!!!

They arrived on time.  They provided a very professional and thorough review of our issue with our toilets.  They even provided two quotes, provide the toilets ourselves or have them provide the toilets.

I had to contact Option One Plumbing on a Saturday night when my hot water heater gave out on us. They were not only responsive and sent someone out the next morning but they put me first on their schedule and worked tirelessly to get the job done promising not to leave us without hot water. Their prices are very fair but most importantly their customer service is 5 star

It was time for my annual residential fire sprinkler inspection. I had used their services before to replace a stuck sprinkler control valve so I decided to give them a call to see how long it would take them to come out and do an inspection. WOW! Even though it was a Friday late afternoon, they had a technician team in the area and sent him straight away. The team came out, checked everything out, showed me around the fire sprinkler since I wasn't too familiar with it, and then wrapped things up. Great service. And great pricing too! Thank you.

I called this company to come look at my septic system that was leaking above ground.  He told me I needed to have my system pumped. I gave him the cash and he didn't have the change to break it and give me my change.  When I went to my backyard to see if they were done they had left no more than 10 minutes after so call pumping my tank.  They never gave me my change ok fine. Two days later the same problem with the leaking system into my yard happened again. I called them to inform them and he chewed me out said it was because my washer empties into the tank and I need a repair.  He said all he can do is pump it again. I asked him why would it need to be pumped if it was emptied two days prior. He then proceeded to yell at me and told me to call someone else and hung up on me. I had a reputable professional company come and they tell me it was never pumped the tank is completely full hence the overflowing in to my yard.  I am going to sue this man and his stealing my hard earned money. I am a single mother of 3 children he has no right to steal from me or anyone else.  He needs to be put out of business. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE on him. There are plenty of companies who know how to be honest and do the job they are paid for.

In August 2022 I got a quote for $1800 to re-pipe a park model manufactured home. The work was to include re-piping to 2 new faucets, 5 new shut-off valves and a new 20 gallon water heater. I was to purchase the water heater and faucets. All other materials (about 40' of plastic pipe, valves  and connectors) were included in the bid.
Now, just over 2 months later when the unit is available to work on, Jeff says that he will not honor the $1800 bid because of pipe cost increases, he now needs $2700. $700 more for 40' of pipe? From one 16 year service veteran to other vets. There is no honor with Vet's Plumbing.

Jacob came to my house today to install a new water purity and RO system. He was prompt, clean, and courteous to my family and I. His work was picture perfect and he even went the extra mile to leave me extra isolation valves for my refrigerator and RO spout. The water purity system is a work of art in my garage. I would recommend Jacob and Goettl to anyone looking for 5 star service, products, and workmanship.

Worst customer service ever tried to hire. Sent me the phone number tried calling a few times no one answered then he decided to send rude messages when I informed him I hired someone else already. Glad I went with someone else.
