Best Septic Tank Pumping in United States

Matthew was running late, but kept us apprised of his timeline, which I really appreciated.  He did a great job and I apparently don't need a new dryer. Yay!

Excellent service! Right from the start he knew what the problem was (our water heater completely died.) We got a few quotes from other plumbers and decided to go with P&L plumbing Based on price and availability. They were fast and responsive and had us up and running that same day that I made the appointment. I would highly recommend for anybody needing a new water heater, it is perfect! Hot and wonderful. He was extra careful to take care of our new carpet even though our water heater was upstairs and he had to carry it all the way down and out. Cannot say enough good things. excellent job!

We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

Roy Jones was so quick to expedite our emergency to replace our hot water heater. Roy was so professional and he had the best prices around. I will definitely be using Roy for our next plumbing job. I highly recommend Roy to all who read this review!

WaterMasters' just replaced my septic tank. The owner Frank battled weather delays and time deadlines to get the work done.  He keep me appraised of the situation and got the work done in time.   I was very impressed by his care to preserve my natural desert environment.   He and his crew explained everything about the system and recommended care to prevent future problems.   The whole operation was very clean and professional!   I would highly recommend Watermasters

Frank was AWESOME! He showed up with a great attitude and ready to work. We had two issues, one with our toilet and one with our shower drain. He fixed both in a timely manner and saw there may be a future issue with our plumbing. He gave us an estimate should we decide to get that fixed. Our neighbors also used this company for a massive leak. We all recommend them!

I had Affordable plumbing out to replace some fixtures, Ben was knowledgeable, friendly and a great communicator explaining the steps required. I experienced great customer service from the beginning to the end and responsible pricing. I found a plumber for a long time, will definitely use them in the future.

I called and spoke with a friendly, professional woman who set up my same- day appointment between 10a and 12noon.  At 10:30, I received a call advising the crew was 10 minutes out.  They showed up shortly thereafter, and quickly assessed the situation:  a clogged kitchen drain.  They opened the clean- out and grease blobs flowed out. ( Gross. )  Then they snaked the line, sprayed down the area with my water hose, collected their fee ($49.50, as promised), and politely left.  I would have given them 5 stars, but I later found the grease blobs on my patio floor- and no one wants to see that...  Overall, I'm pleased with Option One and I would recommend them to you (at least for a minor rooter job).

It was time for my annual residential fire sprinkler inspection. I had used their services before to replace a stuck sprinkler control valve so I decided to give them a call to see how long it would take them to come out and do an inspection. WOW! Even though it was a Friday late afternoon, they had a technician team in the area and sent him straight away. The team came out, checked everything out, showed me around the fire sprinkler since I wasn't too familiar with it, and then wrapped things up. Great service. And great pricing too! Thank you.

I have been using Priority Pumping at my home in Surprise since I moved in. I never had a septic system before and Priority did the initial inspection prior to my home purchase. That very first year I had them install risers at the same appointment that I had them pump the septic tank. Money well spent and I'm glad I am able to make it easier for the guys when I call them every year. They are always friendly; both the office staff as well as the technicians are professional, friendly, and great people to work with!

I have been using Priority Pumping for about 5 years now and every year I have them pump my septic and they are just wonderful! I refer them to everyone who asks who to use for septic pumping as well as septic inspections. I don't see myself calling anyone else!!

This guy is a rude person he Acts like you should know what the plumbing terms are and very poor customer service. He is very unprofessional and when you ask him about the quote He gets upset. And says I don't want to do the job and hangs up on you.

Two stars since the rep on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was downhill from there. The guy they sent out seemed resentful that they even sent him to my house. He complained that he was too old to be working full time and the new owner didn't understand this. That wasn't even the worst part. He overwhelmingly complained that my septic system wasn't setup right (like complaining would make things better). Was grossly over charged for his trouble shooting suggestions which now I realize was just a way to upsell. Upset with this place, upset with myself for not realizing these tactics until after the fact. 395$ later I'm no closer to getting my septic service resolved; but one thing's certain, they're not getting anymore of my money.

Now I know how they can afford to do so much advertising. I called back in April to receive their Rejuuuuuvanation for my A/C unit that I hear so much about on the radio. The tech seemed very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my many questions about my A/C unit. I wanted to watch him clean (my) coils the right way and watched as he threw the acid solution haphazardly onto the coils using an old plastic soda bottle. He explained that the acid solution eats through their sprayers, so he just uses old water or soda bottles to save money! And when he showed me the picture that all techs are required to send, it showed three vertical stripes of bubbles that cleaned maybe a few square inches of the coil, and never touched the several square feet of the rest of it. He essentially just sprayed the dust off the coils with a garden hose!

Let's talk about pricing! He quoted me over $3000 to replace one of the coils, and recommended I install a Hard Start Kit on my unit for over $600. Since coils are covered under my Home Warranty, I declined repairs and told the tech I was going to call them instead, at which point he froze like a deer in headlights. He said, Uhhh...well, if you do that, then you won't get to choose us to make the repairs for you. I told him that for $3000, they could send whomever they wanted.

Later that same afternoon, a technician from a different A/C company inspected my A/C unit, told me the coil didn't need to be replaced, but that the coolant was a tad low and topped it off for me. And, for fun, I asked him what his company charged to install a Hard Start Kit? He said it's an inexpensive kit that goes on easily, and he can do it for $150 installed!

My Goettl technician may have been knowledgeable, but he cut corners during his service, and was trying to seriously over-charge me for unnecessary repairs and upgrades. I definitely won't be calling them again.

Worst customer service ever tried to hire. Sent me the phone number tried calling a few times no one answered then he decided to send rude messages when I informed him I hired someone else already. Glad I went with someone else.
