We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

The driver in Tempe from the US60 to L101 NB did not treat people on the road like gold. The driver closely road peoples bumpers, then proceed to cut across the gore area leading the L101 ramp. Multiple cars had to slow down incredibly fast and swerve to allow the van in.

Don't drive like a mad lad in a company van.

It was time for my annual residential fire sprinkler inspection. I had used their services before to replace a stuck sprinkler control valve so I decided to give them a call to see how long it would take them to come out and do an inspection. WOW! Even though it was a Friday late afternoon, they had a technician team in the area and sent him straight away. The team came out, checked everything out, showed me around the fire sprinkler since I wasn't too familiar with it, and then wrapped things up. Great service. And great pricing too! Thank you.

I had them come out to hydro jet my sewer line. $300 sounded like a good deal.
They cleaned the line and all was good for two weeks. It backed up again and they came out to clean it out again. No such luck. They gave me a bid to remove and replace the line. The bid was off. They never talked to the city because the quote wasn't to code.  Got two more bids for the same work. Both told me that they used the wrong equipment to clean the line to start and the city would not allow their work.   Got the job done after their screw up with a 1 year warranty.

Shop around, ask questions...and avoid this company.
By the way. Asked them to refund and fix the problem.....no response.

This guy is a rude person he Acts like you should know what the plumbing terms are and very poor customer service. He is very unprofessional and when you ask him about the quote He gets upset. And says I don't want to do the job and hangs up on you.

As usual Vets saved the day.  Have used for years. Ernie is a total asset to this company.

I have used Goettl twice in the past week for two different plumbing needs.  They answered the phone right way with friendly customer servic people on the other end.  Shout out to Heidi!

Both times they were able to come out the same day.  Once to assist me with my leaky faucet and the other to install a new toilet.

Matthew was my technician both times and he was great!  I received a text message when he was on the way to my place, which was very convenient.  He was very professional.

Prices seem fair for same day service.  They don't charge extra fees to use a credit card, like some places do.

I will use Goettl again for my plumbing/air condition needs.

Worst customer service ever tried to hire. Sent me the phone number tried calling a few times no one answered then he decided to send rude messages when I informed him I hired someone else already. Glad I went with someone else.
