East Valley Septic really helped me out of a mess !!!!  My septic had backed up on a Sunday. I called other companies and was told the earliest would be Wednesday. Not acceptable. I called EVS and explained my situation Kelly took it to heart and told me he would try his best to get to me by the afternoon. He was good to his word and kept in touch with me all morning as to when he would arrive. He arrived when he said and went right to work on my issue. He also taught me important things about my system that I didn't know !!!
The service was outstanding and Kelly was so knowledgeable and professional I knew that I would use no one else !!!

Horrible I would never recommend them. They came and pumped my septic and never checked for problem. In 3 weeks after they pumped I had problems with it full again. They would not come out and look at what was happening, they just wanted to come pump again and charge me again. It took several hours to find someone who would come out and check it septic to see what happened. The leachfield was never checked and it was the problem.  Duck septic should have checked this and know there was a problem that will cause me several thousand dollars that they should have found. They refused to come out, when I ask for help from them instead of coming out to check it they just called. Poor service, unconcerned for what you need.

My first time dealing with Septic issues, I called the right people. Septic Technologies was super responsive and took the time to explain all the things. 100% recommend this local business.

Abel just left our rental property. He came with his backhoe and of course our tank was deeper than expected and he was deep in the project trying to run a riser to allow for easy emptying moving forward. I can assure you many would have arrived and said no thanks to this job, not this company. He went the extra mile and he will be the only company I use in the future. While his job description doesn't include cutting tree branches or a low bamboo barrier fence in the way of the backhoe... he felt obliged to not leave, and helped me with the branch removal(working outside the box and scope). In all respects he went the extra mile. That is why I took the time to review. Septic company clean out is a dirty hard business and he did this all with respect and a great attitude.

Circle J Septic was able to schedule my septic pump & certification within 1 week.   Josh & Michael actually arrived a bit early which we appreciated & completed the job professionally & promptly.   We learned a lot about septic systems while they were working.  They are great guys, very friendly & personable.  I would 100% recommend Circle J Septic to anyone needing septic pumping and/or certification.

Everyone knows that a septic back up is not any ones idea of a good time.  That being said, Jay from Best Way Sewer and Drain made the situation a bit more bearable.  He was here as promised, efficient and very knowledgeable.  He gave us the ability to use our facilities with a minimum of disruption.  I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

This is the go to outfit for septic in Cave Creek. They've been servicing systems here for years. Very responsive and knowledgeable.

Called Belsito plumbing for a very simple problem - a stainless steel cup stuck in the garbage disposal (embarrassed to make the call really).  We couldn't get the thing dislodged despite prying at it for over an hour and concluded that we would have to disassemble from below to fish it out.  Out comes Louis from Belsito, and he pops the cup out in less than a minute. No disassembly required.  I guess it just took a little oomph and some magic.  Who knows?  Anyhow, the problem was so simple and ridiculous, he didn't charge us anything for the visit.  Nice guy too. What company offers such friendly and honest service nowadays?  Apparently, Belsito does!  I was thoroughly impressed.  

Will definitely call them back should I need a plumber in the future.  Fully recommended!

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

This is the company to call for all of your septic issues.

What is important to me in my decision making are the people and that companies arrive at the appointment time they've set.

Chris was great! He was friendly, respectful, efficient, and knowledgeable. We called bright and early with a shower issue that required us to shut our water off, so we needed someone to come out same day. Chris was able to squeeze us in between 2-4 pm. He ended up arriving about 3:45, right as planned. After a few moments, he was able to diagnose the problem as a broken cartridge, and was able to replace the part within an hour. The price was about what we expected. The only issue is that now the shower pressure is much weaker than it used to be. I'm not sure if this is standard for this type of repair, but I miss my old shower pressure. Regardless, the service was great and Chris was quick and accommodating. Thanks again!

Extremely poor customer service and lack of professionalism, expensive, and incomplete work. If you do use them, make sure you get detailed write up of EXACTLY what they will deliver. Note, if you request diagnostics they charge $125 on ONE item. If you ask them to check an GFI outlet behind refrigerator, they'll open door of fridge and then apprentice will flip switch at control panel and then say all is ok.  They did not move a thing. If you ask them to check GFIs across home, they'll tell you homes built cheap in Phoenix and only need one GFI in entire home.

Manager called me after I complained and got same line of BS from him that his Technician with poor attitude had.

There's much better service providers across Phoenix and much cheaper. Don't waste your time on these guys.

What a great company to deal with.  I called regarding a septic modification and the gentleman I spoke with told me exactly what I needed to do and saved me about $700.00!  The fix was so simple and he really knows his stuff.  This is a customer service oriented company and I recommend them highly.  Great job!

I am usually skeptical about going with the lowest price. This time it worked out amazingly. Had a clog in our guest bathtub. George was able to come out right away. He arrived on time and gave me a call when he was on his way. He was polite,kind and completed the job in 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber.

Technician was right on time. Was respectful and did a great job. Very informative too. Prices are fantastic at least for drain clearing. I would use them again.

I'm a flexible person. Routine septic service, come sometime after lunch. They call me at 5pm (on the day they were supposed to show up) to say they have to reschedule. Hmm. Then, I decide to try them again a few weeks later. This time first thing in am.

Spoke to Bob who told me first thing in am the following Thurs, sometime between 8 and 9, I would get a call. So at 10am, I call the office. After being on hold for 10 minutes, the female receptionist says, Oh, I know I spoke to you, but I just can't find your ticket anywhere. Yeah, I talked to Bob and you guys did this last time. We can be out first thing tmw. My response was a dialtone.
