We have had major septic tank issues recently and I called East Valley Septic this morning and Kelly answered right away and came that morning to help us.
I will never use another septic tank company to pump our tank!  East Valley Septic does it right, I was very impressed with them and will refer to all my family and friends!

Horrible I would never recommend them. They came and pumped my septic and never checked for problem. In 3 weeks after they pumped I had problems with it full again. They would not come out and look at what was happening, they just wanted to come pump again and charge me again. It took several hours to find someone who would come out and check it septic to see what happened. The leachfield was never checked and it was the problem.  Duck septic should have checked this and know there was a problem that will cause me several thousand dollars that they should have found. They refused to come out, when I ask for help from them instead of coming out to check it they just called. Poor service, unconcerned for what you need.

I highly recommend Septic Technologies!  We needed help right away our septic was full and backed up!  They had their guys out to our house with in a few hours to save our day!  They were very professional and we appreciate the service they provided.

Our septic tank decided it was full in the middle of night. I called left a message they got back to me in the morning. Said they were on there way to a job but would be here in the afternoon. True to there word. We were back working, they are very polite and clean up afterwards. I would use them again. Never had a septic system before (city girl). Now will be on a maintenance program every three to five years. They also showed me how the system works.

I have a sewage holding tank that has given me constant issues. This weekend I needed to have it pumped out and on Saturday called around to find someone to pump it out and was not having any luck. Sunday morning I got a call from message I had left the day before and they were able to schedule to come out the very next day. They contacted me when they were on their way and did an excellent job pumping out the tank and cleaning it down. Good value. Very profession. Would highly recommend.

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! They were easy to work with and were responsive to questions and worries. Fast, easy and reliable.

I highly recommend this company. They took the time to educate me on the system I had, the potential causes and solutions for the issue I was facing, and even gave me recommendations for what could be done in terms of expanding the system. They were extremely helpful and provided exceptional service; I will use them again to be sure.

Belsito Plumbing just left and I am so pleased. We have had low water pressure in part of our house for a few years now. We have had a couple of other plumbers come, but no one has been able to or really I should say, taken the time to really find the problem. Belsito Plumbing did take the time and then proceeded to fix the issue. I was expecting a huge bill for the time even though we did not have anything replaced, just cleaned out, but I was so happy that the cost was so reasonable. The technician could not have been more nice. He was diligent, respectful and hardworking. He went about diagnosing the problem, checked everything, and then settled on the issue. He then told me about what he thought was the issue and then went about and fixed the issue. The water pressure is now wonderful everywhere in the house. I could not be more happy. I will be singing Belsito Plumbing's praises any chance I get. Thank you Belsito Plumbing!!!!

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

Called AAAA Westwood Septic after they had closed for the day.  Received a call back very shortly after and woman was very pleasant. She was able to send someone out the next day.  The gentleman that came to pump out the septic and cesspool was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to.  Highly recommend AAAA Westwood for your septic/cesspool needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Chris at Scottsdale Rooter Plumbing. I have a property in Scottsdale Arizona that needed a new water heater ASAP. Of course it's Saturday evening. I sent out a request for a quote on Yelp ( Chris has 5 stars) and within about 30 seconds of me doing that Chris is on the phone with me. I explained it was a rental property I needed to have a water heater replaced and how much would it cost to get that installed and he gave me the price which was the same as the final invoice   I then asked when  he could  put the water heater in. He said I can do it today which was actually this evening (Saturday and it would not cost anything extra for the weekend). He called my renter immediately after getting off the phone with me and had an appointment within an hour to get out there and fix it. This guy is great. My renter was over the moon happy with the quick service and I was really happy with the price.  Chris even gave me a $50 customer discount. I will use Chris for all of my plumbing needs in the future on this rental property. Thank you Chris I appreciate the  great job you did!!! Will highly recommend to friends and family in Phoenix! Customer Service just doesn't get better than this!!! A++++++ service!

After no call/no shows from both Howard Air and Parker & Sons we turned to Yelp for guidance.  ProSkill was highly rated, and were able to schedule an appointment within  the week.  Cody and Robert showed up within five minutes of the scheduled time, finished quickly, had some credible maintenance suggestions.  They also put on booties without being asked.  All and all, a very positive experience.

Mike came out to fix my outflow baffle.  It could have cost more but he came up with a cheaper solution.  From the first phone call, to the quick response time to the service and clean-up, these guys are by far better than anyone I have ever used in the past.  

I will never use a different septic service company again...better prices, more experience...and honestly...you could tell that Mike LOVED his job.  

People like that take pride in their work and really perform.  Also, he took before and after pictures to show the work that he performed inside the septic tank....yes...he had to climb in there to fix my issue.

I backed up my sink by overloading my garbage disposal. I plunged and plunged and even attempted to snake it to no avail. Ron came out at 5 pm on a weekday (amazing!) and helped me out. In less than an hour he had my drain cleared and my garbage disposal running clean.  I would recommend him to family or friends anytime, he was extremely friendly and very accommodating. I have found a plumber who is prompt, polite and kind, not to mention it was cheaper than the price quoted. Amazing. Thank you so much!

Jackie and Craig were awesome throughout this process and they were very responsive for what we needed to get done. Highly recommended and not overpriced

Called this company the day after we noticed our water heater leaking. They were at my house within an hour, the rep was very professional pointed out that we would definitely need the water damage taken care of and called QuickRestore to also come out same day to get everything dried. I was so grateful for their kindness and honesty in such a stressful situation!!!

This company starts with an unconscionable contract and I should have known then to run in the other direction. The contract says they can damage your property, ruin your landscaping, cut your sprinkler lines and walk away with no recourse. They WILL do those things and have no regard for responsibility. They cut my sprinkler lines and walked away without turning off the water. Said they would repair, but didn't and refused to pay for repairs. Charged extra to dig a hole and left that open on my property as well. Complained about having to pump the tank and charged 3% extra for using a credit card.
