Best Septic Tank Pumping in United States

My septic backed up and I called East Valley first thing the next morning. He was here by noon and found my tank was not full, I just had a blockage. He cleared it and charged me for one hour labor.
That is exceptional service and honesty.

I did not have any obvious signs that I need a septic pump but just thought it was time for some preventive maintenance. I usually called a local Paradise Valley Septic Service but this time I thought I would try Septic Technologies upon recommendation from a friend.  Gina the lady on the phone was friendly and could not give me a price but said depending on what they found it could be $1000 but most likely not.  I realize now that I should have balked at that figure but since I usually paid under $200 I did not in my wildest dreams think the bill would be $987.50.  Gina explained that my system was the absolute dirtiest they had ever seen and it was full of solids and sludge.  She told me this was backfilling from the leeching system.  Although I have a 1250 gallon system they were able to extract 1750 gallons charging $450 per 1000 gallons amounting to $787.50.  Because my septic system was extra dirty I was charged another $100. I was also charged a man hour of $100 as they were only there an hour.  
The real kicker was when Gina explained the horror story of how the experienced septic team feared for their safety because there was so much pressure they thought it was going to blow.  Common sense tells me liquid does not compress and if the system were full it would be backing up in the house.  I also do not believe if I have a 1250 gallon tank they could pump out 1750 gallons. I took a couple of months to pay them and feel ripped off as a result.  During the hour the team decided my waste was not only dirty but dangerous and I should be charged for it. Talk about being full of it.

Abel came out on time and quickly completed the job. He is knowledgeable, a hard worker and his price was low. Excellent service!

Our septic tank decided it was full in the middle of night. I called left a message they got back to me in the morning. Said they were on there way to a job but would be here in the afternoon. True to there word. We were back working, they are very polite and clean up afterwards. I would use them again. Never had a septic system before (city girl). Now will be on a maintenance program every three to five years. They also showed me how the system works.

Everyone knows that a septic back up is not any ones idea of a good time.  That being said, Jay from Best Way Sewer and Drain made the situation a bit more bearable.  He was here as promised, efficient and very knowledgeable.  He gave us the ability to use our facilities with a minimum of disruption.  I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

I had a septic tank emergency and Ed was the only one that took the time to ask me pertinent questions about my situation and give me answers to help resolve them. He took time to review the map of where my septic is located and to educate me on how the system works. He offered to walk us through how to clean the filter over the phone.  Even though he was too far to come service my system, he went above and beyond to help me as best he could even though he knew I was not able to use his service. He is extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend him and his company.

Our regular plumber is great, but a little pricey, so we decided to try someone new.  Belsito's rating on Yelp made us give them a try.  We called on a Saturday afternoon for a non-emergency.  They told us someone would call us back and let us know when they could come out.  About an hour later the doorbell rang and it was the plumber.  Luckily we were home as we never got a call.

The plumber was friendly and got right to work.  He was able to take care of one problem, but needed a part for the second one.  It turned out that he could not order the part (??) and we had to do it ourselves.  Once the part arrived about a week and a half later, the plumber came back out to finish the work.

He did a decent job and was a nice guy.  But, they were extremely expensive.  We certainly did not save any money going with Belsito.  Also, when he was out the first time the plumber left some dirt on our carpeted steps.  He was wearing booties, so not sure how he got the dirt there.  It was easy to clean up, so not a huge problem.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

This is the company to call for all of your septic issues.

What is important to me in my decision making are the people and that companies arrive at the appointment time they've set.

Flush King/Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers was the second company that I had appointment with, and I wish I called them first.

I requested an online quote via Yelp from half dozen of companies and Chris with Flush King replied within a minute. Not only he was the first to respond, he included a competitive quote and offered to do the work the same day.

3 hours later - I'm a happy camper. Chris did an excellent job and literally made my day. My only regret - Flush King was not my first choice. They would've saved me a weekend and a pain in my back.

Punctual, accommodating, quality work done. Very transparent with pricing and work order. No surprises. The technicians were professional, personable, and skilled.

We had a scenario with the septic backing up. Obviously, that's not a We can get you on the books in two weeks type of incident. I searched Yelp and called American (I figured anyone that uses a poop emoji for their business, must have a sense of humor, at least).

The woman who answered the phone was very polite and friendly. She said 'Wally' is the expert and asked him a few questions. Took down my information and said he would call back within a couple of hours to tell me when they could come out.  When no one called back by 5pm I emailed them just to make sure they had the right information.  Nothing.

24-hours later, still no call from 'Wally' or anyone else. Maybe the poop emoji was a sign they don't take their business seriously? I've lost a day addressing a serious problem and now we're headed into the weekend.

Thank you so much for your help today! Ron is amazing. Fast, helpful, friendly & reasonably priced! You can't ask for more than that. We had just moved and within days we had a serious backup. We turned on the washer and all the toilets started bubbling along with all the sinks, showers & tubs backing up...then one little toilet flush and  appeared in all the drains. Ron came out same day and now all is well. Turns out someone flushed a few wipes down the toilet. Not sure who because we know not to flush anything but toilet paper, but I am really glad Ron was on Yelp. I will definitely use him whenever necessary, as well as tell everyone I know to use him as well. Thanks again Ron...you are awesome!

When looking for a plumber for an unexpected leak, Jorge (Owner) was the first to respond and come over to evaluate.  He was very detailed and knowledgeable.  Very happy with his service and highly recommend this company.

Not helpful. We booked a time for a rep to come out because we want to replace both our septic tank and our leach field. Instead of coming to our home, the rep called at the appointment time and gave some info, but ultimately wouldn't come to our house or answer any specifics unless we booked a $3500 excavation of our current tank.

Update - adjusting my review - they did call back later and say they would send out a tech to look at our yard. We decided to pass.

Paradise Septic did Inspection on a residential property Nov 2016.   Inspection listed risers and septic tank was fully drained.  Shortly after moving into property (2 people) all drains, toilets, sinks are backed up.   Johnny Mendiville gave a lecture on septic 101and they did their job, but $3000 later with another company we know they did not.   Not inspection possible down a 4 access tube (these are NOT risers, btw), heavily encrusted solids, and.....wait for it.....NO RECENT PUMP OCCURED.   In calling around town, more than one curious company asked who did the inspection, and they said We just want to see if it Paradise Septic.   Oh sh*t...literally.   Use at your own risk folks.
