Called at 7 a.m. Kelly was at my house at 8:10. Pumped the septic tank, then realized the backup in my house was caused by a blockage. Kelly said I can't leave you with this problem. Kelly proceeded to remove the blockage in just a few minutes. If you want professional, honest service at a great price, look no further.

I contacted Duck's Septic on Saturday because our toilets and tubs were backing up. I spoke with Ernie who was extremely accommodating and professional. He offered to come that very day but I decided to wait until Monday. Ernie Jr and Lupe' showed up as promised. They were quick and efficient and thoroughly explained the job at hand. Within about an hour the job was done and the holes that were dug were completely filled in and it looked as if no one had been here. I will gladly recommend Duck's Septic to anyone looking for a complete and thorough pumping and cleaning of their Septic System.

Wow these guys were great, I would give them 10 stars. Not only was their work great and clean, they advised me about a possible plant-root problem that may cause big problems in the future, so they are saving me big bucks for future repairs. Efren and Gilberto you guys are the academy award winners of the septic business. My neighbors have all asked me for their info.

these folks are awesome! theyre a small family run business that has wonderful customer service! we've had two service calls from them so far. the first one was a regular septic visit but during the servicing, they found an obstructed connection in our underground plumbing (gross), and snaked it out on the spot. no charge! we didnt even realize that the obstruction was what was causing our slow plumbing! the other service call happened when we had a serious problem with our riser (the tube that goes from the septic tank to the surface to access the system.) the previous owners had used a metal barrel, cut off both ends, and sunk it into the ground as the riser! on top of that he made a large, heavy concrete lid to access the tank. az septic explained the issue and how the concrete lid was slowly and over time, crushing in the barrel riser. we were freaked out!  (we're not very septic savvy) they fit us in for an appt very quickly and brought in a backhoe and a new (appropriate), riser and had the whole thing replaced in no time. they cleaned up after themselves and charged us a very resonable price. the customer service was great on the phone too. they were very communicative throughout the process. i would highly recommend them. they really seem like they care about thier reputation and want to provide a good service!

Circle J Septic was able to schedule my septic pump & certification within 1 week.   Josh & Michael actually arrived a bit early which we appreciated & completed the job professionally & promptly.   We learned a lot about septic systems while they were working.  They are great guys, very friendly & personable.  I would 100% recommend Circle J Septic to anyone needing septic pumping and/or certification.

Family owned business. Needed septic pumped and inspected. Showed up on time.  Did what they were scheduled to do!  Experienced, efficient (and didn't leave my property messed up !)   The quick turnaround for paperwork (the ADEQ report) and billing was great !!

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

I filled out a price quote request online at 7pm and left my phone number. I got a call back within 15 minutes.  Repairman showed up the next morning and fixed the clogged drain- even cleaned up before leaving.  Very friendly, super fast response time.  Would call again, but hopefully won't have to :)

I requested a quote from them and I got a reply fairly quickly. Not only was Ron polite but he also directed me to where I needed to be looking. Called Go Direct & Sewer after reviewing all other plumbing services...sorry to say there are lots of plumbing companies with horrible reviews, especially with the service I needed, which is the main sewer line repair.

Spoke to Jorge the owner, and he was the only one, that I spoke to that had the time to explain the process of sewer repairs and the steps needed, which brought peace of mind and a better understanding that I stopped freaking out.

Jorge have solved my sewer problem and it was very, very reasonable and when I asked if he gives military discounts, he gladly reduced my bill.

They were able to fit us in rather quickly (within 2 weeks) after another company cancelled on us.

The tech that came out was friendly and clearly explained what needed to be done. He suggested that we put in risers so that each time they return to pump they won't need to charge us a digging fee.  He gave us a verbal quote for labor and material and we approved.

I got a call asking for payment the following day but it was for over twice the amount quoted.  After a professional discussion I was informed that they rushed and weren't able to get a proper written quote out.  They accepted responsibility and we were able to work out a reasonable solution for both parties.
