Ducks is a very professional organization. From the owner to the office down to the techs in the field. There are no perfect companies especially with the variety of individuals working. Ducks impressed me when I expressed a concern about an item that I thought should have taken care of. I spoke to the owner and he had the situation corrected within 24 hours. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Wow these guys were great, I would give them 10 stars. Not only was their work great and clean, they advised me about a possible plant-root problem that may cause big problems in the future, so they are saving me big bucks for future repairs. Efren and Gilberto you guys are the academy award winners of the septic business. My neighbors have all asked me for their info.

Great company. They showed up on time. Abel the guy who did the work was real nice and friendly. The sewer cap on my riser was cracked and he replaced it free. Recommend highly.

What a find!!  Call them ! I called about a dozen septic companies to pump and inspect our septic.  I mostly heard we don't service Wittmann AZ.  Then I found a company that did and they postponed twice over 3 days and then canceled because they are not able to inspect.  

Then through chance I got the name and number for Circle J Septic.  Fast. Polite.  Efficient!  Really great guys.

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. I had the most amazing experience with these guys. Saturday morning I realized my garbage disposal had went out. Messaged them on yelp, within 2 minutes I received a response with an estimate on a full replacement, 30 minutes later a technician arrived and replaced with a new garbage disposal. He also performed a water pressure test and looked at my other plumbing to identify any other issues. I was so impressed with their speedy response and amazing service. Juan and Pro-skill, really worked with and for me in resolving a complex high-tech hot water heater system failure.  They kept on the job until fixed and Juan is a truly sharp and pleasant tech...strongly recommended!

There is nothing scarier than a septic back up and the fear of what's to come next!  AAmerican Septic was very responsive and sent someone the same day to evaluate our concerns.  No upsells or taking advantage of our lack of knowledge on septic systems, the gentleman who came out cleaned the filter, coached my husband on unplugging the main pipe causing the problem and gave us a time frame for maintenance to the system in order to avoid future problems.  So grateful for servicing us right away and addressing our concerns.  Will definitely call them back to schedule maintenance.  Cost was reasonable.

When our kitchen sink decided to back up on us last week, J and I tried our tried and true Clog Buster.  Take apart trap, etc, connect to hose, cross fingers, and turn on the water.  Shut off water. Curse.  Stomp.  Curse some more.  And then search Yelp for plumbers.

I came across Ron's business.  Boy am I sure glad I did too!  J gave him a call, and after he told Ron what all we've done, Ron gave J a flat (and very fair, i might add) price to come and unclog our drain and main vent (which you have to access from the roof).

J said he was in and out in about 90 minutes.  I got home just in time to pay him.  His work comes with a 30 day guarantee, which is awesome!  From now on, if ever we cant unclog a drain ourselves (like in this case), I know who we are calling!   :)

Called Go Direct & Sewer after reviewing all other plumbing services...sorry to say there are lots of plumbing companies with horrible reviews, especially with the service I needed, which is the main sewer line repair.

Spoke to Jorge the owner, and he was the only one, that I spoke to that had the time to explain the process of sewer repairs and the steps needed, which brought peace of mind and a better understanding that I stopped freaking out.

Jorge have solved my sewer problem and it was very, very reasonable and when I asked if he gives military discounts, he gladly reduced my bill.

Go Direct Plumbing & Sewer in Mesa is a small honest plumbing company, so take advantage of it while it's still small and honest, because we all know that as one gets bigger... LOL,

Everyone I worked with was fantastic. The office staff went above and beyond to help me and kept me up to date through the entire process and there were no surprises. On both visits to the home they explained everything that was gonna be happening as well as educate me on how to maintain the septic properly going forward.
