East Valley Septic really helped me out of a mess !!!!  My septic had backed up on a Sunday. I called other companies and was told the earliest would be Wednesday. Not acceptable. I called EVS and explained my situation Kelly took it to heart and told me he would try his best to get to me by the afternoon. He was good to his word and kept in touch with me all morning as to when he would arrive. He arrived when he said and went right to work on my issue. He also taught me important things about my system that I didn't know !!!
The service was outstanding and Kelly was so knowledgeable and professional I knew that I would use no one else !!!

*updated review*   Terrible customer service from the office staff over a scheduling issue. I was ready to use another company when Ernie called and said he'd be right out. Ernie was professional and told us what the issue was with our septic tank and explained what we should and shouldn't do to keep it working smoothly.

Had to service the septic tank this week. We used Septic Technologies.  Excellent service, quick response time and extremely knowledgeable.  They are reasonably priced and they suggested ways to make our system more efficient without upselling and dire warnings. Extremely satisfied and will totally use again. If you want honest and good service call Septic Technologies.  We will never use any other company. Thank you Septic Technologies!!!

I found an abandoned septic tank that caused a sinkhole and I discovered AZ Septic Plumbing on google. Abel did a great job explaining how to fix it and gave me an accurate quote. It was a tight squeeze to get equipment in my backyard but Abel was very careful and attentive. He saved as many pavers as he could and cleaned up before leaving.

Also shout out to Yazmin who was able to answer all my questions over the phone.

Circle J Septic was able to schedule my septic pump & certification within 1 week.   Josh & Michael actually arrived a bit early which we appreciated & completed the job professionally & promptly.   We learned a lot about septic systems while they were working.  They are great guys, very friendly & personable.  I would 100% recommend Circle J Septic to anyone needing septic pumping and/or certification.

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

I called Cave Creek Septic a couple of days before Christmas about an ongoing issue we were experiencing with our septic system backing up and they got back to me very quickly considering it was the holidays.

I was battling at cold and my voice was shot, so they happily accommodated me by texting me to help diagnose the issue we were experiencing.  Whoever it was that was texting me was clearly very knowledgeable as they were able to quickly diagnose the problem sight unseen.  When they came out, they were very professional and got to work right away.  The problem they thought it was ended up being accurate (filter cleaning) and they resolved it quickly.

What I really liked about the service is the technician was very helpful in answering all my questions.  He even showed me how to service the filter in the future which will save me from having to pay someone to come out regularly.  When it comes to pumping, they'll be who I have come out time and time again.

Cave Creek Septic truly is an asset to the community up here in the New River and Cave Creek area.

Belsito Plumbing used to be good but since they have changed ownership management it has gone dow hill. Several months ago I I made an appointment with Krista with the plumber Louis who already did the quote for this project I had planned. I have used Louis before. Yesterday, I called in the morning and confirmed my appt between 2-4 pm time frame. At 3 pm they told me the plumber was running behind and would be over at 4:30, I said no problem. After 6 pm, still no plumber. I text messaged the plumber Louis, and he says that I am not his schedule! I call the office and the lady that answers says, who's Louis? I said, you don't know who your own employees are?  She says hold on and gives me Darren who I think is the operations manager. He says hold on and passes the buck by connecting me to an unassuming acountant who has no idea what is going on. She confirms that they scheduled me with a Charles not Louis like I requested and that she was going to call me to tell me that he cancelled an hour ago. I expressed my disappointment that no one was professional enough to keep me in the loop and that I wasted 4+ hours of my day waiting around. She said Darren would call me back and he never did as of this  post. I am finding a new company.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

This is the company to call for all of your septic issues.

Purchased a home in Carefree,AZ and had septic issues. Jim at Westwood stepped up to the plate and took care of the issues at hand immediately and in such a professional manner. I would strongly recommend Westwood to anybody regarding all of your septic needs without hesitation. This company is nothing short of the best. I'd give Jim and Westwood 10 stars if I could.

Tech came out early and did what he had to to clear toilet. Then he quoted me obnoxious prices for replacing a toilet & re-piping house (he said it was needed). Not sure how he actually diagnosed pipes as he never pulled out a camera to look.

If you go to their website, schedule an appointment based on the date and time provided evidently that is only a request . At least that is what I was told by dispatch. I had a scheduled appointment for Wednesday between noon and 4pm, again this is based on what their website provided. Dispatch calls me and informed me the earliest is April 8th. Absolutely a bait and switch.

We had waited a ling time yo pump our septic tank. Several neighbors had AAmerican and were satisfied. We had an appointment within several days of our request. Prior to the visit, I provided pictures. Very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Nice guy, was able to diagnose over the phone (simple issue).  If problem persists, I'll have him come out and gladly pay his fee.

Jorge at Go Direct Plumbing was awesome! He responded immediately, quick to fit us in, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He had all of the parts with him that he needed to rebuild one of our toilets and the cable that regulates the water to the toilet. Their prices were very reasonable. He was able to understand everything needed without looking at it first after our phone consultation. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs we ever have. Called this company the day after we noticed our water heater leaking. They were at my house within an hour, the rep was very professional pointed out that we would definitely need the water damage taken care of and called QuickRestore to also come out same day to get everything dried. I was so grateful for their kindness and honesty in such a stressful situation!!!

I used this company in March 2020 to inspect and drain my septic.  They overcharged me to drain the septic and would not pass the inspection unless I paid almost $7,200.00 to replace the leech pit.  This held up the close of escrow on my home.  
I had two other companies verify the work they wanted to do and both verified that the septic system was working properly.  
I would not recommend Paradise Velley Septic Service.  This is a dishonest company.
