I was in a bad spot the other day, my septic tank was backed up and I needed to get it pumped right away. I called 6 or 7 other businesses and no one could get anyone out for 4 to 7 days, they didn't seem to care. I called East Valley Septic and asked when they could someone out, one of their first questions was is your system backed up. When I told them yes they made provisions in their schedule to get someone out that day, he was out a few hours later. On top of that they had one of the best prices.

We had our tank inspected and pumped 13 months ago by this company when we bought our house. Our septic was backing up last week so I tried to call them out to come pump and tell us what the problem was. We called on a Sunday because poop was backing up through our showers. I told them they had done the inspection and pumping 13 months prior. They agreed to come that day and then called back to say the pumper wanted to wait till the next day. The next day the pumper called and said you probably just need to pumped because it's full, if you call a plumber it's probably cheaper but I mean I can come if you need me to I basically felt dismissed by the whole thing like they didn't want to help or make money for the job. Obviously they didn't want to deal with it because they probably didn't do a good job the first time. I was told our tank shouldn't need to be pumped 13 months after the last pump and inspection. Don't bother with this company. Horrible customer service on top of poor quality work.

Called and spoke with them a few times. they mentioned they did our septic inspection before buying the house but didn't understand our system and referred me out. The first day we moved in the alarm was going off. Referred us out and then we had to pay someone else $500 because the sensor was wedged up that's it! I guess from them emptying it.. nothing else was wrong. But they didn't want to come back out to us. if they had, it would have saved me tons of phone calls and money. But I was pushed off on to other people.

Our septic tank decided it was full in the middle of night. I called left a message they got back to me in the morning. Said they were on there way to a job but would be here in the afternoon. True to there word. We were back working, they are very polite and clean up afterwards. I would use them again. Never had a septic system before (city girl). Now will be on a maintenance program every three to five years. They also showed me how the system works.

Cannot thank Jay and his crew enough!!  We needed an emergency septic pump and he came out the same day, despite having his entire day booked. It's so nice to know that there are still companies out there that know the true definition of customer service. Not only did he come out immediately to clean the filter and remove the sludge, so we were able to use our toilets right away, but he came back a second time to empty and thoroughly clean the septic tank when his truck was done servicing others. Do NOT hesitate to hire them. Your tank will be the cleanest it's ever been. Thanks so much, guys!!!

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! They were easy to work with and were responsive to questions and worries. Fast, easy and reliable.

I called Cave Creek Septic a couple of days before Christmas about an ongoing issue we were experiencing with our septic system backing up and they got back to me very quickly considering it was the holidays.

I was battling at cold and my voice was shot, so they happily accommodated me by texting me to help diagnose the issue we were experiencing.  Whoever it was that was texting me was clearly very knowledgeable as they were able to quickly diagnose the problem sight unseen.  When they came out, they were very professional and got to work right away.  The problem they thought it was ended up being accurate (filter cleaning) and they resolved it quickly.

What I really liked about the service is the technician was very helpful in answering all my questions.  He even showed me how to service the filter in the future which will save me from having to pay someone to come out regularly.  When it comes to pumping, they'll be who I have come out time and time again.

We first used Belsito Plumbing when our home warranty company sent them out to handle a septic problem we had. Recently we found a water leak in the garage at a water heater circulation pump that was spraying water horizontally and eating into the drywall next to it. We called the warranty company and requested Belsito again but couldn't be guaranteed they'd get the call. We called Belsito directly who answered on the weekend and told us how to turn off the water and suggested we wait till the next morning so we didn't have to pay an emergency service call. They were here 8am the next day, it took about an hour to repair and when I called the warranty company and went through the prompts the cost of the repair was so little I didn't even need to speak to anyone for authorization; the automated message said send the bill in for reimbursement.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

This company is Amazing from start to finish. They are honest and conscientious. They do the best work for a very fair price. Great family owned business. The office person is very friendly and the service tech does a very thorough job.

I found them after another company emptied our tank half way, but claimed to have emptied it all the way. It is super important who you hire to empty your tank, because some companies will empty just liquids (full or part way) and leave solids.

You do not want solids left in your tank. This is why I would trust Westwood to do it right. They will wash out the inside of your tank, leaving it nice and clean. They also do inspections.

I would look no further. You will have no regrets!

I was very pleased and impressed with my AC installation.  From the time of the quote, to completion of the job, it was a great and painless experience handled in the most professional manner.  

Hector came over to review my situation (16 year old unit that was on its last leg) and then quickly provided a quote.  From there, he coordinated the efforts of scheduling and explained the process.  We scheduled our install a few weeks out, and unfortunately it just happened to fall in mid-June with the major heat wave.  Despite the ridiculous heat, Jake and Ethan handled it like pros!  They worked so so hard and never once complained or looked defeated.  They even took the time to explain the new system and help set up the new thermostat.  I was very pleased with how courteous and professional they were, top notch.

There is nothing scarier than a septic back up and the fear of what's to come next!  AAmerican Septic was very responsive and sent someone the same day to evaluate our concerns.  No upsells or taking advantage of our lack of knowledge on septic systems, the gentleman who came out cleaned the filter, coached my husband on unplugging the main pipe causing the problem and gave us a time frame for maintenance to the system in order to avoid future problems.  So grateful for servicing us right away and addressing our concerns.  Will definitely call them back to schedule maintenance.  Cost was reasonable.

Disappointed.  Is definitely a bait and switch on the advertising.  59$ for 'what' drain clean out.  Kitchen - ground level access they quoted $245.  This is outrageous.  As a builder, I know what the rates for various work should be.  Keep looking - there is Custom Plumbing for $69 (75ft reel and hose flushing) and there is Anthony Plumbing for $55 (75ft reel, hose flush, and camera to discern any malformations).  In our case, clogged the kitchen drain line before with ground strawberry head sludge that should have been easily accommodated with flushing.  This time with one grapefruit rind that has never been an issue at other properties.  Previously, The rooter plumber spent no more than an hour and charged a flat $50.

There is absolutely no justification for the high quote that $59Rooter gave.  Even if there were attic access involved - $245 is outrageous.  Plus, in our case - it is time to 'visualize' the site of hang up - so can't beat Anthony Plumbing.

I was a little hesitant to use this company due to the low number of yelp reviews but they were great!  Their pricing was also significantly less than other quotes I received. I was worried that maybe they were lacking in technology and experience.  I was wrong.  They were knowledgeable and experienced and did an amazing job at a much lower rate.  I would definitely recommend them!

Christian from Rooter Ranger Plumbling was awesome- he called when he was headed my way, assesses the situation quickly, and was able to fix the issue quickly and correctly! Will definitely be using them again and referring them out to others.

I used this company in March 2020 to inspect and drain my septic.  They overcharged me to drain the septic and would not pass the inspection unless I paid almost $7,200.00 to replace the leech pit.  This held up the close of escrow on my home.  
I had two other companies verify the work they wanted to do and both verified that the septic system was working properly.  
I would not recommend Paradise Velley Septic Service.  This is a dishonest company.
