East Valley Septic really helped me out of a mess !!!!  My septic had backed up on a Sunday. I called other companies and was told the earliest would be Wednesday. Not acceptable. I called EVS and explained my situation Kelly took it to heart and told me he would try his best to get to me by the afternoon. He was good to his word and kept in touch with me all morning as to when he would arrive. He arrived when he said and went right to work on my issue. He also taught me important things about my system that I didn't know !!!
The service was outstanding and Kelly was so knowledgeable and professional I knew that I would use no one else !!!

Fantastic service.  Thankful for their service on a weekend as this was very unexpected.  Tony was great with explainations and schooled us on better maintenance of septic systems.  He was very polite as was the person we scheduled with on the phone.

Had to service the septic tank this week. We used Septic Technologies.  Excellent service, quick response time and extremely knowledgeable.  They are reasonably priced and they suggested ways to make our system more efficient without upselling and dire warnings. We chose A-Z Pumping by researching and reading all the positive reviews (and recommendations) on both yelp and nextdoor.com. It was the smart choice. Abel came to our home and what was supposed to be a 2-3 hr job became a 3 day job.  He (and his co-worker) worked extremely hard in 100 plus degree temperatures, but they kept going and returned each day until the work was completed. They made sure it was completed the right way too. We were pleased with his honesty and hard work ethic.  Lisa (the office manager) kept in touch with us and would call if Abel was running late or was tied up on another job. We highly recommend A-Z Septic Pumping to anyone seeking septic pump services. We have now become loyal customers. Thanks again, great job!

What a find!!  Call them ! I called about a dozen septic companies to pump and inspect our septic.  I mostly heard we don't service Wittmann AZ.  Then I found a company that did and they postponed twice over 3 days and then canceled because they are not able to inspect.  

Then through chance I got the name and number for Circle J Septic.  Fast. Polite.  Efficient!  Really great guys.

Can't be more pleased with the service.  Prompt call back,  up front honest pricing,  no surprises,  both the proprietors were knowledgeable, friendly and polite. On time almost to the minute

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

I had a septic tank emergency and Ed was the only one that took the time to ask me pertinent questions about my situation and give me answers to help resolve them. He took time to review the map of where my septic is located and to educate me on how the system works. He offered to walk us through how to clean the filter over the phone.  Even though he was too far to come service my system, he went above and beyond to help me as best he could even though he knew I was not able to use his service. He is extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend him and his company.

Roger showed up at the prearranged time and completed the job efficiently.  He was supervised constantly by two dogs and a cat, and this did not distract him from his task . When he left there was no trace that he had been other than the newly installed bathroom faucet.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

Called AAAA Westwood Septic after they had closed for the day.  Received a call back very shortly after and woman was very pleasant. She was able to send someone out the next day.  The gentleman that came to pump out the septic and cesspool was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to.  Highly recommend AAAA Westwood for your septic/cesspool needs.

I received a response through Yelp from Chris late Thursday night as I needed to schedule a plumber to check out an emergency situation early Friday - great communication.  
On Friday morning, I received a call and a text from  Rich to say he was on his way - courtesy that I really appreciated! He arrived at my property and quickly diagnosed the issues.  He then clearly provided work options for my consideration, solved the plumbing issues and referred me for restoration services . The whole time I felt like he was advocating for me, and taking care of a tough situation.  Rich was looking out for my best interest, and before leaving, he took a look around and spotted several connections and potential issues that could be my next emergency. He  provided me with great advice  and what to expect, and estimates for the work.  He didn't push anything on me,  but instead explained it to me like he was my older brother and wanted to help me look out for issues.  Really made me feel comfortable and confident in how to proceed.  Very responsive, provided great information,  skilled plumbing service and made me feel comfortable to move forward.  Loved that!  When was the last time you could say that about a plumber?

Our A/C went out when it was in the 100's, I called George Brazil to come out figuring they are larger and have less overhead. Their service was horrible, he kept telling me he had 5 more appts. that day and I needed to hurry and make some decisions on the new unit to purchase.... The service with them was sub par.

Proskill just happened to be tuning up my next door neighbors A/C on the same day and I went over to see if they could come look and give me a price for a new unit. My neighbor highly recommended them as he knew them personally. G.Brazil gave me a price for a 16 seer York for almost $10,000, the same seer unit except a Trane brand was thousands cheaper. Proskill came out the same day to look it all over and had it replaced within the next couple days. They did a beautiful job, they had to rebuild our attic access, it looks better than it did to start with, had to pour a larger slab and they went the extra mile on everything they touched. They kept my home super clean despite all the insulation up in the attic and the A/C is awesome!! These are my go-to guys from now on!! Highly recommended, so lucky I found them. :)

WOW!.... What a GREAT Experience!  I was selling a home and had pressure from the potential buyer to identify the septic and assure proper working condition ASAP! ...  I first called a company in Goodyear and talked to their representative, Kailey.  She seemed very knowledgeable and I could tell that she knew what she was talking about!  The problem was, that her company could not do my inspection for 2 weeks, so unfortunately that would not work for me.  I then tried a highly rated (Yelp) company in Phoenix, but their representative did not seem educated in the process and I could tell that she was unsure of herself... I could not justify using them primarily based upon that 5 minute phone interview (too bad!)

THEN, I called A-American (found on Yelp) and got ahold of WALLY WITHAM!  He was TERRIFIC!...  VERY knowledgeable, VERY Professional, and Understood my sense of urgency... He agreed to do my inspection the SAME DAY!

I got my report the next morning and Wally even contacted my Realtor and I a few times for follow-up questions.  In this day and age of impersonal/Indifferent service, Wally shined and I can not say enough about his value to A-American!  A huge Thanks, to Wally!

We gave Ron a call asking if we should have a camera inspection on our sewer lines in the unit we have been living in for two years since we are now going to buy the unit. We told him we haven't had any plumbing issues, never used Drano, etc and he advised us to save our money and not do the camera inspection!  We appreciate his honesty in saving us some money. Will definitely call back if we ever need service!

Jorge at Go Direct Plumbing was awesome! He responded immediately, quick to fit us in, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He had all of the parts with him that he needed to rebuild one of our toilets and the cable that regulates the water to the toilet. Their prices were very reasonable. He was able to understand everything needed without looking at it first after our phone consultation. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs we ever have. Christian from Rooter Ranger Plumbling was awesome- he called when he was headed my way, assesses the situation quickly, and was able to fix the issue quickly and correctly! Will definitely be using them again and referring them out to others.

I was able to use these guys through a home warranty to do service (pumping my septic tank).  They contacted me quickly and scheduled service.  When on site Tom was able to help discuss some items regarding the septic and went above and beyond for explanation and discussion on how best to keep up the septic tank.
