I was in a bad spot the other day, my septic tank was backed up and I needed to get it pumped right away. I called 6 or 7 other businesses and no one could get anyone out for 4 to 7 days, they didn't seem to care. I called East Valley Septic and asked when they could someone out, one of their first questions was is your system backed up. When I told them yes they made provisions in their schedule to get someone out that day, he was out a few hours later. On top of that they had one of the best prices.

I had a really great experience with the company. They made the whole process super easy and gave me tips & facts on how to save and take care of our septic tank. JR especially was very informative, professional, and respectful. Looking forward to using the company again.

Crew did an awesome job. Guys were very respectful and friendly. Office staff was very kind and as well. I literally called to schedule service and to my luck someone had canceled so they offered to come out the same day!! All my questions were answered and the amount  I paid was very reasonable. All in All great service!!!

Today was the second time we used AZ Septic.  Their service, quality and pride if workmanship is outstanding.  Our Service Tech, named Able S., was very professional and efficient. He had everything on his truck he needed and was even equipped for a few unexpected fixes. I highly recommend them.

Our septic tank decided it was full in the middle of night. I called left a message they got back to me in the morning. Said they were on there way to a job but would be here in the afternoon. True to there word. We were back working, they are very polite and clean up afterwards. I would use them again. Never had a septic system before (city girl). Now will be on a maintenance program every three to five years. They also showed me how the system works.

I have a sewage holding tank that has given me constant issues. This weekend I needed to have it pumped out and on Saturday called around to find someone to pump it out and was not having any luck. Sunday morning I got a call from message I had left the day before and they were able to schedule to come out the very next day. They contacted me when they were on their way and did an excellent job pumping out the tank and cleaning it down. Good value. Very profession. Would highly recommend.

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! They were easy to work with and were responsive to questions and worries. Fast, easy and reliable.

I highly recommend this company. They took the time to educate me on the system I had, the potential causes and solutions for the issue I was facing, and even gave me recommendations for what could be done in terms of expanding the system. They were extremely helpful and provided exceptional service; I will use them again to be sure.

This is an update to my previous review. I'm changing my rating from a 1 to a 3. I'm doing this because after I wrote the first review, they reached out to me and tried to rectify the situation and the relationship. I appreciate that they made the effort. I can't comment on their work as I decided to go with another company.

I called this company once each day for two days to get an estimate on a small job. They did not feel it was necessary to call me back either time, as promised. If you don't want my job, that's fine, just tell me and stop wasting my time. If you don't care, I don't want you working on MY home.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

This is the company to call for all of your septic issues.

The service from this company is phenomenal. I called and they gave me the lowest  estimate over the phone out of three companies. I scheduled a time that was convenient for me within a week period. The tech that showed up was on time and ready to work. He was very quick and thorough. He did not try to sell me on repairs or up-charges. Call them first you will be happy you did.

Chris saved the day! As a business with a 100 visitors on an average a day if your toilets don't flush you have a big problem. The first plumber I called did not have the equipment to resolve the issue. I called Chris at 11am on a Sunday and he was here at 1pm. Within a few hours everything is working again! He will be my first call the next time I have an issue.

Best customer service ever. My AC unit went out, I called at 7 AM and got appointment for 10-12. Technician here by 9:00. I was texted a picture of technician prior to arrival for safety. My AC was fixed and running for a great price within the hour. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

There is nothing scarier than a septic back up and the fear of what's to come next!  AAmerican Septic was very responsive and sent someone the same day to evaluate our concerns.  No upsells or taking advantage of our lack of knowledge on septic systems, the gentleman who came out cleaned the filter, coached my husband on unplugging the main pipe causing the problem and gave us a time frame for maintenance to the system in order to avoid future problems.  So grateful for servicing us right away and addressing our concerns.  Will definitely call them back to schedule maintenance.  Cost was reasonable.

Ron came next day and did a quick and great job on resolving a kitchen plumbing issue that also affected the washer.

I bought the softener and I needed someone to install it and Go Direct gave me the best prices and the work quickly was good.

Not helpful. We booked a time for a rep to come out because we want to replace both our septic tank and our leach field. Instead of coming to our home, the rep called at the appointment time and gave some info, but ultimately wouldn't come to our house or answer any specifics unless we booked a $3500 excavation of our current tank.

Update - adjusting my review - they did call back later and say they would send out a tech to look at our yard. We decided to pass.

Having moved into a home with a septic tank, we didn't know what to do, but when I called Rita at Paradise Septic, I felt so much calmer. From scheduling which was quick and painless, to all of my questions which were numerous, I always felt listened to and taken care of. On the day of, Jerry showed up on time and was the ultimate professional, not only answering all my questions (trust me people, I had a lot of them) but also helped us with some plans we have moving forward with the system.
