I did not have any obvious signs that I need a septic pump but just thought it was time for some preventive maintenance. I usually called a local Paradise Valley Septic Service but this time I thought I would try Septic Technologies upon recommendation from a friend.  Gina the lady on the phone was friendly and could not give me a price but said depending on what they found it could be $1000 but most likely not.  I realize now that I should have balked at that figure but since I usually paid under $200 I did not in my wildest dreams think the bill would be $987.50.  Gina explained that my system was the absolute dirtiest they had ever seen and it was full of solids and sludge.  She told me this was backfilling from the leeching system.  Although I have a 1250 gallon system they were able to extract 1750 gallons charging $450 per 1000 gallons amounting to $787.50.  Because my septic system was extra dirty I was charged another $100. I was also charged a man hour of $100 as they were only there an hour.  
The real kicker was when Gina explained the horror story of how the experienced septic team feared for their safety because there was so much pressure they thought it was going to blow.  Common sense tells me liquid does not compress and if the system were full it would be backing up in the house.  I also do not believe if I have a 1250 gallon tank they could pump out 1750 gallons. I took a couple of months to pay them and feel ripped off as a result.  During the hour the team decided my waste was not only dirty but dangerous and I should be charged for it. Talk about being full of it.

Our septic was a little overdue for a check-up, so I called A-Z and they got back to me quickly and we schedule a time. They arrive a little late, but not too bad. No biggie. He got to work quickly and finished the job super fast. He was really friendly, gave me some great advice on things I could do to keep the septic healthy. Schedule their next maintenance visit right then and there. Really happy with the results and my interaction with them.

Our septic tank decided it was full in the middle of night. I called left a message they got back to me in the morning. Said they were on there way to a job but would be here in the afternoon. True to there word. We were back working, they are very polite and clean up afterwards. I would use them again. Never had a septic system before (city girl). Now will be on a maintenance program every three to five years. They also showed me how the system works.

Cannot thank Jay and his crew enough!!  We needed an emergency septic pump and he came out the same day, despite having his entire day booked. It's so nice to know that there are still companies out there that know the true definition of customer service. Not only did he come out immediately to clean the filter and remove the sludge, so we were able to use our toilets right away, but he came back a second time to empty and thoroughly clean the septic tank when his truck was done servicing others. Do NOT hesitate to hire them. Your tank will be the cleanest it's ever been. Thanks so much, guys!!!

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. This company is Amazing from start to finish. They are honest and conscientious. They do the best work for a very fair price. Great family owned business. The office person is very friendly and the service tech does a very thorough job.

I found them after another company emptied our tank half way, but claimed to have emptied it all the way. It is super important who you hire to empty your tank, because some companies will empty just liquids (full or part way) and leave solids.

You do not want solids left in your tank. This is why I would trust Westwood to do it right. They will wash out the inside of your tank, leaving it nice and clean. They also do inspections.

I would look no further. You will have no regrets!

We had waited a ling time yo pump our septic tank. Several neighbors had AAmerican and were satisfied. We had an appointment within several days of our request. Prior to the visit, I provided pictures. Very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Sent a message through Yelp at 7:30am - had a response by 7:35 and he was at my house by 8:20!! Took him a few minutes and got my garbage disposal unclogged and working again!! All for 59 bucks!  Happy to have a great plumbing contact in Phoenix who is quick and courteous!!
