For right now they get five stars. I called them at noon and at 3:30. I was on the phone with him with a call back scheduling an appointment for 2 o'clock the next day to me that's worth five stars. we will see how the service is tomorrow but so far I recommend them

Very pleased with the service provided. We called just as they were closing yesterday afternoon because our septic tank was full and over flowing. I was told someone would be out @ 8:00 this morning. Jason showed up  early (which I always appreciate)  did  a great job and was very professional.   Will definitely call them again.

What a find!!  Call them ! I called about a dozen septic companies to pump and inspect our septic.  I mostly heard we don't service Wittmann AZ.  Then I found a company that did and they postponed twice over 3 days and then canceled because they are not able to inspect.  

Then through chance I got the name and number for Circle J Septic.  Fast. Polite.  Efficient!  Really great guys.

I have a sewage holding tank that has given me constant issues. This weekend I needed to have it pumped out and on Saturday called around to find someone to pump it out and was not having any luck. Sunday morning I got a call from message I had left the day before and they were able to schedule to come out the very next day. They contacted me when they were on their way and did an excellent job pumping out the tank and cleaning it down. Good value. Very profession. Would highly recommend.

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My slow-running kitchen drain became totally clogged on a Sunday night. First thing Monday, I started calling plumbers. The first two couldn't respond that day. But Flush King was out by noon. It took about an hour to get 39 years of muck out of that drain. Not cheap, but worth it. I really appreciated Flush King's responsiveness.

Ron came out for a special emergency plumbing job on a Sunday morning. He is very professional, was in and out within an hour of calling and gave a straight price with no unexpected costs. I would recommend and use again.

Called Go Direct & Sewer after reviewing all other plumbing services...sorry to say there are lots of plumbing companies with horrible reviews, especially with the service I needed, which is the main sewer line repair.

Spoke to Jorge the owner, and he was the only one, that I spoke to that had the time to explain the process of sewer repairs and the steps needed, which brought peace of mind and a better understanding that I stopped freaking out.

Jorge have solved my sewer problem and it was very, very reasonable and when I asked if he gives military discounts, he gladly reduced my bill.

Although I have been a customer for nearly six years, today looks like I'm done.  I have grown tired of getting stood-up.  My A/C company did it too many times and now Paradise Valley Septic did it.  Yesterday, they called to confirm today's appointment and even went so far to say I'd be the first call of the day (8 a.m.).  At 9:00, I called to find out where the tech was and was told he had an emergency call.  Then I asked why nobody had bothered to call me and she said she didn't know because she just walked in the door - as she starts at 9:00 (but miraculously she already knew about the Emergency Call).  PLEASE!  I've been around too long for B.S.  Then I was called later to alert me that the tech would be there at 10:30.  He rolled in at 10:50 and I sent him away.  I had other things planned and had already blown nearly 3 hours.  So, this is just happening too often.  I get it at the Dentist, Doctor, and just about everybody else under the sun.  There are other companies out there I will give my business (dollars) to.  Let's see who deserves my business!
