East Valley Septic really helped me out of a mess !!!!  My septic had backed up on a Sunday. I called other companies and was told the earliest would be Wednesday. Not acceptable. I called EVS and explained my situation Kelly took it to heart and told me he would try his best to get to me by the afternoon. He was good to his word and kept in touch with me all morning as to when he would arrive. He arrived when he said and went right to work on my issue. He also taught me important things about my system that I didn't know !!!
The service was outstanding and Kelly was so knowledgeable and professional I knew that I would use no one else !!!

Amazing company with unbelievable customer service. We had an issue on a Saturday morning and the owner of the company personally helped us out with a clog. He educated us on how our system works and what we can do to make sure we are keeping the system healthy (ultimately will save us a lot of money going forward!). Very knowledgeable and personable. Family owned business. Needed septic pumped and inspected. Showed up on time.  Did what they were scheduled to do!  Experienced, efficient (and didn't leave my property messed up !)   The quick turnaround for paperwork (the ADEQ report) and billing was great !!

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

I had a septic tank emergency and Ed was the only one that took the time to ask me pertinent questions about my situation and give me answers to help resolve them. He took time to review the map of where my septic is located and to educate me on how the system works. He offered to walk us through how to clean the filter over the phone.  Even though he was too far to come service my system, he went above and beyond to help me as best he could even though he knew I was not able to use his service. He is extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend him and his company.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

The service from this company is phenomenal. I called and they gave me the lowest  estimate over the phone out of three companies. I scheduled a time that was convenient for me within a week period. The tech that showed up was on time and ready to work. He was very quick and thorough. He did not try to sell me on repairs or up-charges. Call them first you will be happy you did.

Larry came out when I noticed a sulfur/ gross smell coming out of my bathroom sinks. He was friendly, professional and thorough. He cleaned out all my P Traps and even offered to go to the pool store for me to buy me shock to put down the drains to take care of the smell. He mentioned it was safe and effective for plastic pipes. I would recommend them again since they came out the next day after I called and were happy to help.

ProSkill was super responsive and able to get out to assist me the same day with issues with my air conditioning.  The tech was super helpful and not pushy at all once he figured out what was wrong.  Very reasonable pricing and very quick/ thorough in fixing the issue.

This company is wonderful.  The guy came the very next morning.  He was friendly,  professional, and gave us good advice.  The price was reasonable too.  We will be staying with them for a long time, and we highly recommend them!

Ron, came out to my rental property two times to find no one home. I imagine this is very frustrating for a contractor! He didn't complain and he came back a third time (in the same day) and got the job done in 20 minutes. This guy is amazing I will definitely use him in the future.

Jorge at Go Direct Plumbing was awesome! He responded immediately, quick to fit us in, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He had all of the parts with him that he needed to rebuild one of our toilets and the cable that regulates the water to the toilet. Their prices were very reasonable. He was able to understand everything needed without looking at it first after our phone consultation. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs we ever have. Christian from Rooter Ranger Plumbling was awesome- he called when he was headed my way, assesses the situation quickly, and was able to fix the issue quickly and correctly! Will definitely be using them again and referring them out to others.

Everyone I worked with was fantastic. The office staff went above and beyond to help me and kept me up to date through the entire process and there were no surprises. On both visits to the home they explained everything that was gonna be happening as well as educate me on how to maintain the septic properly going forward.
