Vincent is first rate.  He was here when he said he would be.  Fixed a very bad situation to 100% satisfaction.  He has a customer for life.

We had our septic backup and we called trying to find someone to help us out.  Know one could come for at least a week.  At first they didn't think they could come until the next day, but he came first thing this morning.  He was very professional, friendly and did an awesome job.  We highly recommend you give them a try.

We had our tank inspected and pumped 13 months ago by this company when we bought our house. Our septic was backing up last week so I tried to call them out to come pump and tell us what the problem was. We called on a Sunday because poop was backing up through our showers. I told them they had done the inspection and pumping 13 months prior. They agreed to come that day and then called back to say the pumper wanted to wait till the next day. The next day the pumper called and said you probably just need to pumped because it's full, if you call a plumber it's probably cheaper but I mean I can come if you need me to I basically felt dismissed by the whole thing like they didn't want to help or make money for the job. Obviously they didn't want to deal with it because they probably didn't do a good job the first time. I was told our tank shouldn't need to be pumped 13 months after the last pump and inspection. Don't bother with this company. Horrible customer service on top of poor quality work.

I am so happy I found Septic Technologies. I was referred to them by quite a few people and they did not disappoint. Our septic over flowed and they were there within 2 hours from when I called. The technician was so friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me and also maintenance going forward. The price was cheaper than anyone else I had found and the quality of work was great. I look forward to using them going forward on all of my septic needs.

I found an abandoned septic tank that caused a sinkhole and I discovered AZ Septic Plumbing on google. Abel did a great job explaining how to fix it and gave me an accurate quote. It was a tight squeeze to get equipment in my backyard but Abel was very careful and attentive. He saved as many pavers as he could and cleaned up before leaving.

Circle J Septic was able to schedule my septic pump & certification within 1 week.   Josh & Michael actually arrived a bit early which we appreciated & completed the job professionally & promptly.   We learned a lot about septic systems while they were working.  They are great guys, very friendly & personable.  I would 100% recommend Circle J Septic to anyone needing septic pumping and/or certification.

I have a sewage holding tank that has given me constant issues. This weekend I needed to have it pumped out and on Saturday called around to find someone to pump it out and was not having any luck. Sunday morning I got a call from message I had left the day before and they were able to schedule to come out the very next day. They contacted me when they were on their way and did an excellent job pumping out the tank and cleaning it down. Good value. Very profession. Would highly recommend.

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

Had a new hot water tank installed in 2016, and it failed by 2018.  After two visits by technicians, stating nothing was wrong with the tank, only a bad element, Belsito identified a leak replaced the tank and charged us for labor.  

2018 tank is now failed from the same type of leak (water pouring out from element).  Despite several messages, emails, and online appointment requests,  the plumber has yet to respond.  Avoid... Poor quality products, incompetent technicians, poor responsiveness.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

This is the company to call for all of your septic issues.

I was in serious need of someone to help me with a backed up septic.  It was on a Friday afternoon and I called 10 yes 10 septic companies to come out and help me before the inside of my house would flood.  None of them would come out that day and some could not come out until next week.  Do you know what my house would look like by then?  I finally called AAAA Westwood Services and told them what the problem was and Jim said that he could be out early the next morning between 7-8.
He was here at 7:10 am.  If you ever are in need of any septic problems PLEASE call Jim.  He came out cleaned the septic the right way as the filter was never cleaned by the last person that pumped it out.  I would recommend Jim and his company to anyone.  he is on time, honest, did a wonderful job and was a pleasure to deal with.  If I could give him 10 stars I would.  Wonderful person that did a wonderful job.  THANK YOU JIM A MILLION TIMES.

We found out during the inspection on our new home that it had polybutylene pipes. After reading about it and talking to a number of plumbers we decided that repiping would be a major repair but one worth doing. Well as it turned out, our house was a nightmare to repipe and what is usually a 2 day job for one plumber turned into a 4-5 day job for a whole team of plumbers. It was super stressful!! While a different company was who we primarily worked with (I was super pleased with them as well), Flush King worked with them to get the job done in a timely manner for me. It was neat to see two separate plumbing companies work together to help one customer. I was also very impressed with the team Flush King sent over. They showed up as soon as they were needed and worked hard the entire time. Thanks for your help guys!

I had looked into another well known HVAC company to have my whole house unit replaced.  But I had been using Proskill for my A/C and plumbing maintenance for years, so I decided to give them a look.  Turns out for the same price I got a much better system and peace of mind knowing the people I already have been using for years would be taking care of me for this as well.  They were efficient (in and out within 6 hours), they cleaned up after themselves very well, and they were polite and professional.

We have been using this company for the past couple years to service the septic tank. This review is based on the most recent appointment.

There was a sewage backup on all the toilets/shower/tubs at our house on a Monday night. We called the next day and Walley was able to fit us into the schedule on the same day. Mike was the technician who came to rescue- he was knowledgeable, professional and had a sense of humor. He was efficient and kept everything neat after opening the septic tank and cleaning the filter. Luckily, our nightmare stopped within 24 hours!

We will continue working with this company.

When looking for a plumber for an unexpected leak, Jorge (Owner) was the first to respond and come over to evaluate.  He was very detailed and knowledgeable.  Very happy with his service and highly recommend this company.

Not helpful. We booked a time for a rep to come out because we want to replace both our septic tank and our leach field. Instead of coming to our home, the rep called at the appointment time and gave some info, but ultimately wouldn't come to our house or answer any specifics unless we booked a $3500 excavation of our current tank.

Update - adjusting my review - they did call back later and say they would send out a tech to look at our yard. We decided to pass.

Do not use this company!!!
Firstly, they did the inspection of an alternative septic system in the house we purchased about 9 months ago and they declared it all good and in order. They were contracted by seller's  realtor company.
Fast forward to this November, the alarm is going off and we call Paradise Septic, the technician comes out and charges 165.00$ for the visit and explains the problem is the grinder pump which costs another 670.00$. The alarm goes off a day after its fixed, technician comes back and says its a root that is growing into the tank.
We decide to call another company that had serviced the system and find out that the septic has had issues for years, there is no grinder pump in the tank and the system was not pumped nor cleaned properly.
These guys are very dishonest and will lie to you and to add to the insult they have very aggressive and rude people doing the billing.
Stay away, they are horrible!!!
