Vincent is first rate.  He was here when he said he would be.  Fixed a very bad situation to 100% satisfaction.  He has a customer for life.

For right now they get five stars. I called them at noon and at 3:30. I was on the phone with him with a call back scheduling an appointment for 2 o'clock the next day to me that's worth five stars. we will see how the service is tomorrow but so far I recommend them

HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I found out they priced higher. Their work is not quality and they left a dirty mess. I haf Paradise Septic clean up and they were $400.00 less plus they were professional. Duck's Septic stinks

I called Septic Technologies to address issues we are having with our septic.  They were the 3rd company we had out in that last year.  They were the first company to actually address the issue properly, actually pumping out the solids and cleaning out the tank.  They also discovered a leak we had in the plumbing.  They were courteous, quick and service oriented!  I will definitely use them again and recommend!

Absolutely outstanding customer service and evaluation of the situation.  Able was great at explaining the issue and describing the needed follow up.  He came late in the day although it would have been easy to say he didn't have time.  Reasonably priced. Our hero!  Jasmine from the office was also extremely helpful to get service to us.  Won't use anyone else in the future!

Circle J Septic was able to schedule my septic pump & certification within 1 week.   Josh & Michael actually arrived a bit early which we appreciated & completed the job professionally & promptly.   We learned a lot about septic systems while they were working.  They are great guys, very friendly & personable.  I would 100% recommend Circle J Septic to anyone needing septic pumping and/or certification.

Can't be more pleased with the service.  Prompt call back,  up front honest pricing,  no surprises,  both the proprietors were knowledgeable, friendly and polite. On time almost to the minute

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! They were easy to work with and were responsive to questions and worries. Fast, easy and reliable.

I had a septic tank emergency and Ed was the only one that took the time to ask me pertinent questions about my situation and give me answers to help resolve them. He took time to review the map of where my septic is located and to educate me on how the system works. He offered to walk us through how to clean the filter over the phone.  Even though he was too far to come service my system, he went above and beyond to help me as best he could even though he knew I was not able to use his service. He is extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend him and his company.

The 2 times I have had them to my house they have not been able to fix a thing.    First time was a leaking drain pipe inside a block wall.    They didn't want to touch it.     However, the second time was only to replace a faucet cartridge.    I actually knew more than the plumber that showed up who just screwed around with it for 30 minutes and left.    Both times I had to pay their $150 minimum charge for nothing.    Don't waste your time with these bozos, call a real plumber.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

This is the company to call for all of your septic issues.

I was in serious need of someone to help me with a backed up septic.  It was on a Friday afternoon and I called 10 yes 10 septic companies to come out and help me before the inside of my house would flood.  None of them would come out that day and some could not come out until next week.  Do you know what my house would look like by then?  I finally called AAAA Westwood Services and told them what the problem was and Jim said that he could be out early the next morning between 7-8.
He was here at 7:10 am.  If you ever are in need of any septic problems PLEASE call Jim.  He came out cleaned the septic the right way as the filter was never cleaned by the last person that pumped it out.  I would recommend Jim and his company to anyone.  he is on time, honest, did a wonderful job and was a pleasure to deal with.  If I could give him 10 stars I would.  Wonderful person that did a wonderful job.  THANK YOU JIM A MILLION TIMES.

We called at 6:30 p.m. on a Monday as our system was completely backed up.  Crud coming up in the bathtub, I am really gross.  Flush King Chris answered the phone and was able to schedule with me after I sent a text with my address and email.  Super slick.  He came out in an hour and was able to get everything cleared out.  Great service and fair value. Highly recommend!

There is a reason these guys have 5 stars here and on google. My AC went out and a tech was available shortly. They text you the tech's name and picture, which I thought was nice. He fully inspected and tested everything and quickly determined the problem. He replaced the part which he had in his truck immediately. My tech was Nate and he was amazing, knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely use them for any of my service needs.

We had a scenario with the septic backing up. Obviously, that's not a We can get you on the books in two weeks type of incident. I searched Yelp and called American (I figured anyone that uses a poop emoji for their business, must have a sense of humor, at least).

The woman who answered the phone was very polite and friendly. She said 'Wally' is the expert and asked him a few questions. Took down my information and said he would call back within a couple of hours to tell me when they could come out.  When no one called back by 5pm I emailed them just to make sure they had the right information.  Nothing.

24-hours later, still no call from 'Wally' or anyone else. Maybe the poop emoji was a sign they don't take their business seriously? I've lost a day addressing a serious problem and now we're headed into the weekend.

Not much I can say here that has not been expressed in previous reviews. We had a clogged sink that unfortunately I was unable to resolve - I called Ron around 6am on Wednesday morning and he was at the house by 8am and the issue was resolved by 9am!
Ron was very friendly, efficient, and affordable, he even gave me a few pointers on how to avoid potential future problems.
I've def. found my guy for future home repairs in Ron's area of expertise. Thanks again Ron.

We used Go Direct Plumbing for our hot water heater. It was previously installed incorrectly by the previous owner. They installed everything up to code, got us a new water heater at a fair price, and offered quick reliable service. All staff friendly, and made scheduling easy. Arrived on time to both appointments. Great for quick, reliable, and professional service. We will be using them again in the future.

Technician was right on time. Was respectful and did a great job. Very informative too. Prices are fantastic at least for drain clearing. I would use them again.

5 Stars for honoring their word and having integrity.

They were able to fit us in rather quickly (within 2 weeks) after another company cancelled on us.

The tech that came out was friendly and clearly explained what needed to be done. He suggested that we put in risers so that each time they return to pump they won't need to charge us a digging fee.  He gave us a verbal quote for labor and material and we approved.

I got a call asking for payment the following day but it was for over twice the amount quoted.  After a professional discussion I was informed that they rushed and weren't able to get a proper written quote out.  They accepted responsibility and we were able to work out a reasonable solution for both parties.
