Best Septic Tank Pumping in United States

Recently had Vince do some work for me. He was very professional and super friendly! Definitely knows his stuff and highly recommend his services if you have any septic needs! Small business owner a plus!

For right now they get five stars. I called them at noon and at 3:30. I was on the phone with him with a call back scheduling an appointment for 2 o'clock the next day to me that's worth five stars. we will see how the service is tomorrow but so far I recommend them

We had our tank inspected and pumped 13 months ago by this company when we bought our house. Our septic was backing up last week so I tried to call them out to come pump and tell us what the problem was. We called on a Sunday because poop was backing up through our showers. I told them they had done the inspection and pumping 13 months prior. They agreed to come that day and then called back to say the pumper wanted to wait till the next day. The next day the pumper called and said you probably just need to pumped because it's full, if you call a plumber it's probably cheaper but I mean I can come if you need me to I basically felt dismissed by the whole thing like they didn't want to help or make money for the job. Obviously they didn't want to deal with it because they probably didn't do a good job the first time. I was told our tank shouldn't need to be pumped 13 months after the last pump and inspection. Don't bother with this company. Horrible customer service on top of poor quality work.

They charge you $150 just to come out to your house for a 10min overview when you wouldn't be calling them unless you had a problem...

We hired them to take out an old septic and replace with a new one. Sounds simple? We explained to them that the septic services two buildings and one building isn't even functioning at all. For starters they took out the old one and put the new one in the wrong place so it failed inspection. They kept failing inspections and it caused the process to go on for months and months.

When they finally figured out where the septic was supposed to go, they didn't hook it up to our only bathroom??! Communication is terrible and their response to me no longer having a usable bathroom was nobody told us about that bathroom , bull crap Able was told. so now I've paid thousands of dollars for septic that isn't hooked up to anything. We have to pay to have a porta potty put on the property so our employees can go to the bathroom. They blamed us for not knowing where property lines where, but they were working on all the permits.

They offered no resolution to their screw ups and were left us with no working bathrooms! It's costing us more money to have someone else fix their mess.

I'd stay away.

Our septic tank decided it was full in the middle of night. I called left a message they got back to me in the morning. Said they were on there way to a job but would be here in the afternoon. True to there word. We were back working, they are very polite and clean up afterwards. I would use them again. Never had a septic system before (city girl). Now will be on a maintenance program every three to five years. They also showed me how the system works.

Cannot thank Jay and his crew enough!!  We needed an emergency septic pump and he came out the same day, despite having his entire day booked. It's so nice to know that there are still companies out there that know the true definition of customer service. Not only did he come out immediately to clean the filter and remove the sludge, so we were able to use our toilets right away, but he came back a second time to empty and thoroughly clean the septic tank when his truck was done servicing others. Do NOT hesitate to hire them. Your tank will be the cleanest it's ever been. Thanks so much, guys!!!

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

I called Cave Creek Septic a couple of days before Christmas about an ongoing issue we were experiencing with our septic system backing up and they got back to me very quickly considering it was the holidays.

I was battling at cold and my voice was shot, so they happily accommodated me by texting me to help diagnose the issue we were experiencing.  Whoever it was that was texting me was clearly very knowledgeable as they were able to quickly diagnose the problem sight unseen.  When they came out, they were very professional and got to work right away.  The problem they thought it was ended up being accurate (filter cleaning) and they resolved it quickly.

What I really liked about the service is the technician was very helpful in answering all my questions.  He even showed me how to service the filter in the future which will save me from having to pay someone to come out regularly.  When it comes to pumping, they'll be who I have come out time and time again.

Cave Creek Septic truly is an asset to the community up here in the New River and Cave Creek area.

I had an issue with an AC instillation that was done by Belisito. The person that installed it was terminated. I want to thank Belsito and Gene in particular for rectifing the situation for me and making sure that I was taken care of at no expense to me. I am very very thankful and very appreciative of their standing behind their work .

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

This is the company to call for all of your septic issues.

This company is Amazing from start to finish. They are honest and conscientious. They do the best work for a very fair price. Great family owned business. The office person is very friendly and the service tech does a very thorough job.

I found them after another company emptied our tank half way, but claimed to have emptied it all the way. It is super important who you hire to empty your tank, because some companies will empty just liquids (full or part way) and leave solids.

You do not want solids left in your tank. This is why I would trust Westwood to do it right. They will wash out the inside of your tank, leaving it nice and clean. They also do inspections.

I would look no further. You will have no regrets!

Noticed a water leak in my main water line and had water running into the street. Received immediate response from Chris at Flush King.  Gave me an estimated quote and dispatched Armando to come out and fix the problem. Armando was great, diagnosed the issues and explained what needed to be done.  Dug up the area where the leak was occurring an showed me how it needed to be fixed.

Overall great experience with Flush King - highly recommended.

Proskill installed our new A/C Units last week and they were outstanding as they always are. We use them for everything HVAC and plumbing for good reason: there is not a company out there that is as skilled, efficient, extremely detail oriented, courteous and always goes the extra yard. We want to personally thank Daryl Johnson, Terrence Snapp, Alex Dillion and Tom Brown for the awesome job they did. Not only installing everything both inside and out, but also for the smaller things like automatically changing our air filters and getting us setup with the new smart thermostats they installed. I could go on and on about this company but highly recommend just trying them and you'll see what we rave about. None better!!

I needed my septic pumped they gave me the same day appt. The two guys that came out today 3/16/23 sorry did not get there names were amazing so professional very helpful even help with the clogg and gave me information about it. They both went way and beyond. I live o Joy lane so maybe give them a big thank you

Called left a message and our call was returned immediately, as well as Ron the owner of the company coming to help us within the hour of our initial call. Explaining the pricing of each procedure along the way, until our clog was successfully cleared up.  If we ever need a plumber again, without a doubt we will be calling Ron at the wonderful, awesome, honest business. $59 Rooter & Plumbing Service!

Jorge did a Great job!  He was on-time, worked professionally and proficiently.  Kept us informed as he worked through the installation, and walked us through how often to change the filters and membrane in our new RO system.  He made sure we were pleased with his performance.  Will definitely use them again!  Pricing was much more reasonable than 4 other quotes I received from larger companies.  Saved over $350 by using Go Direct!

Not helpful. We booked a time for a rep to come out because we want to replace both our septic tank and our leach field. Instead of coming to our home, the rep called at the appointment time and gave some info, but ultimately wouldn't come to our house or answer any specifics unless we booked a $3500 excavation of our current tank.

Update - adjusting my review - they did call back later and say they would send out a tech to look at our yard. We decided to pass.

Stay clear of this company. They quote you one price and then show up and it's hundreds of dollars more if you actually want them to do the job they said they would. Consumer beware. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB.
