Vincent is first rate.  He was here when he said he would be.  Fixed a very bad situation to 100% satisfaction.  He has a customer for life.

For right now they get five stars. I called them at noon and at 3:30. I was on the phone with him with a call back scheduling an appointment for 2 o'clock the next day to me that's worth five stars. we will see how the service is tomorrow but so far I recommend them

HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I found out they priced higher. Their work is not quality and they left a dirty mess. I haf Paradise Septic clean up and they were $400.00 less plus they were professional. Duck's Septic stinks

They charge you $150 just to come out to your house for a 10min overview when you wouldn't be calling them unless you had a problem...

These guys are good at what they do. Very Professional and their pricing was quite reasonable. They did everything they said that they would do, on time and on budget.  

Abel is a perfect gentleman and explained the work before hand and shared his expertise for my future construction needs.

I'm looking at an addition to our home and would contact A-Z Septic in a nano-second to drop in a new & larger tank.

Our septic tank decided it was full in the middle of night. I called left a message they got back to me in the morning. Said they were on there way to a job but would be here in the afternoon. True to there word. We were back working, they are very polite and clean up afterwards. I would use them again. Never had a septic system before (city girl). Now will be on a maintenance program every three to five years. They also showed me how the system works.

I have a sewage holding tank that has given me constant issues. This weekend I needed to have it pumped out and on Saturday called around to find someone to pump it out and was not having any luck. Sunday morning I got a call from message I had left the day before and they were able to schedule to come out the very next day. They contacted me when they were on their way and did an excellent job pumping out the tank and cleaning it down. Good value. Very profession. Would highly recommend.

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

They took the time to educate me on the system I had, the potential causes and solutions for the issue I was facing, and even gave me recommendations for what could be done in terms of expanding the system. They were extremely helpful and provided exceptional service; I will use them again to be sure.

Great service, came same day for a free estimate, with a very fair price. Next day came before the scheduled time and completed the repair in a timely fashion, exceeding all our expectations. The technician was Louis, couldn't have been nicer, explained everything as he went along. This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

I only hung up on you when you called me SCREAMING at me for leaving you a negative review. Three times. And then I blocked you. And virtually none of what you wrote is in fact true. But nice try. You should consider a career in fictional writing. You're way better at it than you are at plumbing or customer service. Funny...a real plumbing company showed up and hour later and fixed the clog in 20 minutes and charged me $47. You quoted almost $300!!! And they warranted the work for 30 days like all reputable companies do.

I have used Pro Skill for years for my heating and air. They are great, Never had a problem, so I though I'd give them a try in the area of plumbing.
I am a senior citizen, retired and have little knowledge re plumbing.
He was so kind and informative. I always ask questions. He showed me where my main shut off was, where the shut off is to the water heater,
discussed instant hot water and how it works, Most of all he discovered that my soft water tank was shut off.  A different  plumbing company was at my house a couple of months ago, servicing the soft water and osmosis. Apparently he shut off the softener and never turned it on.  
He found no other issues.
From now on,  Proskill will be my go to plumbers.

Wally had Mike out within 36 hours. He came out told, was honest and said not to do anything right now and was on his way. Never even charged us a trip charged. Amazing! Thank you!

Scheduled an appointment and took time off work to meet Ron. He never showed up.  I called him and he said yeah, this is what happens we I set up appointments in advance, I rarely am able to show up. He asked if I wanted him to come by the next day.  Fool me once...

When looking for a plumber for an unexpected leak, Jorge (Owner) was the first to respond and come over to evaluate.  He was very detailed and knowledgeable.  Very happy with his service and highly recommend this company.

Technician was right on time. Was respectful and did a great job. Very informative too. Prices are fantastic at least for drain clearing. I would use them again.

We had our septic tank needing empty.  I was impressed how quickly they came out to pump.  Then was told our tank was eroding.  I was told they would help fix it u til we could get a new tank.  I was left with an open tank in my back yard with caution tape.  (We have 3 kids and 2 dogs)... 2 days with no word.  Began calling and was told that they could not help and it would be three months and we need permits. Then came in a bid of over 22,000.  Was told the owner Todd would call because we were confused and can't keep this hole open for three months.  Was old he would call that day.  I am still waiting... going on 14 days.  Do NOT use. Customer service is a joke!
