Best Septic Tank Pumping in United States

Recently had Vince do some work for me. He was very professional and super friendly! Definitely knows his stuff and highly recommend his services if you have any septic needs! Small business owner a plus!

Called at 7 a.m. Kelly was at my house at 8:10. Pumped the septic tank, then realized the backup in my house was caused by a blockage. Kelly said I can't leave you with this problem. Kelly proceeded to remove the blockage in just a few minutes. If you want professional, honest service at a great price, look no further.

On Saturday, July 20, 2019, in the middle of our searing Arizona summer heat, our plumbing began backing up.  It was chaos.  I was cleaning and mopping like mad using every rag-towel available.  My husband is currently disabled and was very frustrated that he couldn't help.  But, there we were.  We called everyone we could think including all the plumbers and septic service companies in the area and no one wanted to come out on the weekend.  

A friend of ours, a plumber, recommended Duck Septic Services.  We called, left a message and to our surprise got a text back right away.  As it turned out, the owners were on vacation and we felt horrible about disturbing them.  But, they were fine with it and called their brother, who works with them and asked him to respond.  He was good enough to do so.    

Jose was wonderful.  He responded quickly, got right to work and fixed the problem.  He answered all our questions and got everything under control right away.  He was pleasant, professional and a perfect gentleman.  He left the yard in good condition when he was finished too.  They were very affordable even with a very reasonable charge for a weekend response.  

We will be calling Duck Septic Services annually now just to be on the safe side although Jose assured us every other year would be fine too.  We highly recommend Duck Septic Services.  They got the job done perfectly, quickly and professionally.  And, we can't thank them enough for responding the way that they did.  For Septic maintenance or emergencies, these are the folks to call.  Just can't thank them enough.

They charge you $150 just to come out to your house for a 10min overview when you wouldn't be calling them unless you had a problem...

Great company. They showed up on time. Abel the guy who did the work was real nice and friendly. The sewer cap on my riser was cracked and he replaced it free. Recommend highly.

What a find!!  Call them ! I called about a dozen septic companies to pump and inspect our septic.  I mostly heard we don't service Wittmann AZ.  Then I found a company that did and they postponed twice over 3 days and then canceled because they are not able to inspect.  

Then through chance I got the name and number for Circle J Septic.  Fast. Polite.  Efficient!  Really great guys.

Family owned business. Needed septic pumped and inspected. Showed up on time.  Did what they were scheduled to do!  Experienced, efficient (and didn't leave my property messed up !)   The quick turnaround for paperwork (the ADEQ report) and billing was great !!

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

I had a septic tank emergency and Ed was the only one that took the time to ask me pertinent questions about my situation and give me answers to help resolve them. He took time to review the map of where my septic is located and to educate me on how the system works. He offered to walk us through how to clean the filter over the phone.  Even though he was too far to come service my system, he went above and beyond to help me as best he could even though he knew I was not able to use his service. He is extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend him and his company.

I'd give zero stars if possible.
Bait and switch price. Watch out!!
They told us a price for two septic $1500 inspections for real estate requirements. We asked for an email of the price quote and the woman said that they don't do that. They were supposed to be here at 10:00 am but showed up after 1:00 pm. When they got here, they came in a pump truck. They dug around a little bit, then asked if they could they go get the tractor. I guess the two lethargic guys didn't feel like digging. It took them an hour and a half to get back with the tractor. Why didn't they have the tractor on the truck when they came to the house? Then they tell us it is now $900 more for the tractor. This was never told to us ever or agreed to. We called the office and talked to Tom. He talked over us and tried tell us that the tractor cost $900 and it's now $2400. We never agreed to that. I guess he thought since he was at our property now, he could charge us more. We kicked them off the property. Horrible company. Beware. Get it in writing.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

Purchased a home in Carefree,AZ and had septic issues. Jim at Westwood stepped up to the plate and took care of the issues at hand immediately and in such a professional manner. I would strongly recommend Westwood to anybody regarding all of your septic needs without hesitation. This company is nothing short of the best. I'd give Jim and Westwood 10 stars if I could.

Rich and Alex were excellent.  They worked quickly, pleasantly and thoroughly.  They left a clean space.  Rich took a look at my whole house plumbing and found a few things that needed attention.  No hard sales pitch, just information.  He also took 10-15 minutes to make an adjustment to a health hazard on my hot water heater.   They're my new go-to plumber.

Once again, ProSkill to the rescue!  My tenant had a problem with getting the hot water heater started after gas had been turned off.  Called Garret in the office, and he was able to call my tenant and tell him what needed to be done over the phone. Voila! Hot water! No scheduling a service call, which he could well have done- Immediate answers to my problem, simple instructions and free advice.  Though it may not always be as easy as this, I know that when I have a problem that does require a visit, I will experience honesty and integrity.  This business is my #1 go-to for all my plumbing needs.  I feel so fortunate to have found them!

WOW!.... What a GREAT Experience!  I was selling a home and had pressure from the potential buyer to identify the septic and assure proper working condition ASAP! ...  I first called a company in Goodyear and talked to their representative, Kailey.  She seemed very knowledgeable and I could tell that she knew what she was talking about!  The problem was, that her company could not do my inspection for 2 weeks, so unfortunately that would not work for me.  I then tried a highly rated (Yelp) company in Phoenix, but their representative did not seem educated in the process and I could tell that she was unsure of herself... I could not justify using them primarily based upon that 5 minute phone interview (too bad!)

THEN, I called A-American (found on Yelp) and got ahold of WALLY WITHAM!  He was TERRIFIC!...  VERY knowledgeable, VERY Professional, and Understood my sense of urgency... He agreed to do my inspection the SAME DAY!

I got my report the next morning and Wally even contacted my Realtor and I a few times for follow-up questions.  In this day and age of impersonal/Indifferent service, Wally shined and I can not say enough about his value to A-American!  A huge Thanks, to Wally!

Ron is quick to answer a phone call and provided some helpful advice to potentially avoid an unnecessary service call. He provided same day service and was in and out in no time.  He has the tools and skills to get the job done.  I would definitely recommend him and will call on him again if I have any other plumbing issues.

We used Go Direct Plumbing for our hot water heater. It was previously installed incorrectly by the previous owner. Called this company the day after we noticed our water heater leaking. They were at my house within an hour, the rep was very professional pointed out that we would definitely need the water damage taken care of and called QuickRestore to also come out same day to get everything dried. I was so grateful for their kindness and honesty in such a stressful situation!!!

Everyone I worked with was fantastic. The office staff went above and beyond to help me and kept me up to date through the entire process and there were no surprises. On both visits to the home they explained everything that was gonna be happening as well as educate me on how to maintain the septic properly going forward.
