Called at 7 a.m. Kelly was at my house at 8:10. Pumped the septic tank, then realized the backup in my house was caused by a blockage. Kelly said I can't leave you with this problem. Kelly proceeded to remove the blockage in just a few minutes. If you want professional, honest service at a great price, look no further.

We had our tank inspected and pumped 13 months ago by this company when we bought our house. Our septic was backing up last week so I tried to call them out to come pump and tell us what the problem was. We called on a Sunday because poop was backing up through our showers. I told them they had done the inspection and pumping 13 months prior. They agreed to come that day and then called back to say the pumper wanted to wait till the next day. The next day the pumper called and said you probably just need to pumped because it's full, if you call a plumber it's probably cheaper but I mean I can come if you need me to I basically felt dismissed by the whole thing like they didn't want to help or make money for the job. Obviously they didn't want to deal with it because they probably didn't do a good job the first time. I was told our tank shouldn't need to be pumped 13 months after the last pump and inspection. Don't bother with this company. Horrible customer service on top of poor quality work.

Our septic tank decided it was full in the middle of night. I called left a message they got back to me in the morning. Said they were on there way to a job but would be here in the afternoon. True to there word. We were back working, they are very polite and clean up afterwards. I would use them again. Never had a septic system before (city girl). Now will be on a maintenance program every three to five years. They also showed me how the system works.

Cannot thank Jay and his crew enough!!  We needed an emergency septic pump and he came out the same day, despite having his entire day booked. It's so nice to know that there are still companies out there that know the true definition of customer service. Not only did he come out immediately to clean the filter and remove the sludge, so we were able to use our toilets right away, but he came back a second time to empty and thoroughly clean the septic tank when his truck was done servicing others. I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! They were easy to work with and were responsive to questions and worries. Fast, easy and reliable.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I hired Scottsdale Rooter Plumber's when an unknown water leak from under my house occurred late at night. They answered the phone, were polite, easy to schedule, arrived on time, and gave an honest review of what was going on and my options for repair. Over the next three days my entire house was re-piped, a water filtration system installed, a new hot water heater, and drywall repairs taken care of. The entire crew was polite, professional, timely, and cleaned up when they finished.

At the end of the job, there were no surprises, the price I agreed to is what I paid, the quality of work is excellent, and generally a pleasant experience from an undesirable situation. I would happily hire and recommend them in the future. For the amount of work performed I also felt the pricing was below other plumbers I have worked with in the past.

Had a new tankless water heater installed yesterday. Sebastian did a wonderful job doing the work, explaining in detail what was installed and why certain types of piping were used. Technician was right on time. Was respectful and did a great job. Very informative too. Prices are fantastic at least for drain clearing. I would use them again.

Needed a septic tank pump and inspection for house sale.  Paradise had put in a new tank in 2008 so they already had a field sketch of its location.  However, the technician could not read a map and I had to help orient him after checking with him an hour later.  Another hour passed and he had not found the tank edges so I had to direct him where to place the water jet and also I also marked the boundaries (because he was not).  By the third hour he could not find the correct tank drawing, and then gave up trying to find the inspection manways after digging one hole and filling it in.  He was recommending a backhoe or an independent boroscope company to find tank manways.  I called Paradise Valley Septic office after 3 hours and they send another technician.  Six hours of galactically stupid labor at $150/hr to dig out the manways (he broke one of them).  Then the tech would not tell me the results of the inspection.  The next week's written report called the tank 'degraded' and should be replaced without providing any details.
