Vincent is first rate.  He was here when he said he would be.  Fixed a very bad situation to 100% satisfaction.  He has a customer for life.

We have had major septic tank issues recently and I called East Valley Septic this morning and Kelly answered right away and came that morning to help us.
I will never use another septic tank company to pump our tank!  East Valley Septic does it right, I was very impressed with them and will refer to all my family and friends!

Ducks is a very professional organization. From the owner to the office down to the techs in the field. There are no perfect companies especially with the variety of individuals working. Ducks impressed me when I expressed a concern about an item that I thought should have taken care of. I spoke to the owner and he had the situation corrected within 24 hours. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am trying to give a company a 5star review even though I have never used them - how can that be?
I have not actually used  A-Z but would have liked to, after having spoken to the friendly and very helpful owner when I called to book an appointment. Unfortunately, it turned out that I was outside of their service area, but after I was made aware of tha,t the person gave me advice on what were fair prices and what to look out for when contracting with competitors in my area. I had called them because  of the great reviews and must state that these great reviews were definitely justified!
I finished up by calling a more local firm and the person who answered the call was kind of zombie like if you know what I mean, and it was obvious they were just there to take bookings. A computerized program could have done just as well or better. Not having much choice in the matter I made an appointment. On the positive side, they did turn up on the day, but did not call me 30 minutes before as requested to tell me they were running late.  Their operator was almost hostile and very abrasive and told me told me he was following procedure when I asked him a question, and that questions would delay things and cost me more money - nice! I presume they did what they were supposed to do, but I don't know enough about septic tanks to evaluate that.  What I do know is that next time I need septic services I will Z call  A-Z and offer to pay an excess milage charge if they would come out here.
Rather than give the firm I finished up with a 1 star I would rather give  a-Z a 5 star based on their attitude and helpfullness even after they knew I would not be able to use their services.

What a find!!  Call them ! I called about a dozen septic companies to pump and inspect our septic.  I mostly heard we don't service Wittmann AZ.  Then I found a company that did and they postponed twice over 3 days and then canceled because they are not able to inspect.  

Then through chance I got the name and number for Circle J Septic.  Fast. Polite.  Efficient!  Really great guys.

Can't be more pleased with the service.  Prompt call back,  up front honest pricing,  no surprises,  both the proprietors were knowledgeable, friendly and polite. On time almost to the minute

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

I highly recommend this company. They took the time to educate me on the system I had, the potential causes and solutions for the issue I was facing, and even gave me recommendations for what could be done in terms of expanding the system. They were extremely helpful and provided exceptional service; I will use them again to be sure.

Great Service and really responsive office. There was a small mix up that they were very quick to correct. Steve and Bill provided a fantastic service.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

This is the company to call for all of your septic issues.

Purchased a home in Carefree,AZ and had septic issues. Jim at Westwood stepped up to the plate and took care of the issues at hand immediately and in such a professional manner. I would strongly recommend Westwood to anybody regarding all of your septic needs without hesitation. This company is nothing short of the best. I'd give Jim and Westwood 10 stars if I could.

I used them recently for Toilet replacement in my son's bathroom. His toilet was really old. They installed a delta toilet. Larry came to install, was very polite and courteous. He did a good job. Did not replace the bolts which was unusual, I felt that he did not want to make the extra effort. Job was clean, no mess. Chris was very good at responding to messages.

Reason I gave them 4 stars:
1. Larry did not replace the bolts, not sure if this makes a difference but for the price they charged, he should have done this.
2. I specifically asked Larry several times if the flush volume was 1.6 gallons and he said it was. After he left, I found out it was 1.28.
3. Main issue is that they are very expensive. After this experience, I did some research and found several highly rated plumbers that I used to replace the other three toilets in the house. Saved a total of 375 dollars total on three toilets.

Overall, good but not great experience for the money paid.

Answer to Chris's note: I agreed to the price, however we disagree on what was said regarding the delta toilet. I was clearly given the wrong information by Larry. The bolts could not be in pristine condition, the toilet was 25 years old!!! Also, I stand by the fact that they are expensive. As I wrote before, I gave a 4 star review, still good, but not great.

Repeated customer of Proskill last 8+ years, they have done every job we've request perfect! No issues, no matter who we speak too, or provides the repair service in need, all are courteous, professional, very knowledgeable. The response is so quick,  we had a leak in the wall behind our refrigerator, started last evening, we had to turned off main water to house, called this morning,  BAM! Cody F. from Proskill (plumbing) got the pipe fixed, and restored our weekend. Proskill is our team of professionals we call every time we need help, they always deliver. Thank you Proskill, Thank you Cody!!! Great Job!!!

Wally had Mike out within 36 hours. He came out told, was honest and said not to do anything right now and was on his way. Never even charged us a trip charged. Amazing! Thank you!

If I could give you 10 stars Ron I would. I called Ron this morning told me it would be a couple of hour and he was at my front door within the hour. My toilet was unclogged in 15 minutes. I highly recommend Ron's company. I got quality service, fast reliable and very affordable. My birthday was saved!!

I bought the softener and I needed someone to install it and Go Direct gave me the best prices and the work quickly was good.

Not helpful. We booked a time for a rep to come out because we want to replace both our septic tank and our leach field. Instead of coming to our home, the rep called at the appointment time and gave some info, but ultimately wouldn't come to our house or answer any specifics unless we booked a $3500 excavation of our current tank.

Update - adjusting my review - they did call back later and say they would send out a tech to look at our yard. We decided to pass.

I used this company due to great reviews. I had them service a property I own. They never asked if there was running water on the property. They dug and dug and could not find the septic tank. I was told that it was easier to find with water on the property, yet they never asked ahead of time if they needed to bring out a truck with water......they still never located the tank. They charged me over $400 just for going out and not locating the tank. They were set to charge me another I believe just under $800 to go back out to try looking for the tank again and to pump it. That price could have increased depending on how long they had to dig for. I looked at their previous reviews on Yelp and noticed someone else had this same problem with them not being able to locate the tank so I cancelled my second appointment with them and called Ducks Septic. Ducks went out the next day and located the tank no issues. They only charged me $200 to locate the tank and go back out and cover up the hole, and their pump was A LOT cheaper than Paradise, AND no issues what so ever with them. I have called over 3 times to discuss this issue with them and Rita always says Wade will call and never does, so now I am going to try taking the issue up with my bank because being charged $400 for nothing is absolutely INSANE. Not happy with their over priced and under delivered service. Ducks will be my go to moving forward
