These guys could have taken me to the cleaners but instead are the most honest contractors I have ever dealt with. Logan and Moses also did quality work, addressed my issues and were friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Will be a return customer as this is now my go to plumber.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I can not say enough great things about the owner/plumber Alec! He is honest and AMAZING at what he does! I will NEVER trust any plumber other than Alec!

This company and its sister companies (Mr. Sparky and others) are a rip off. Way overpriced and the techs try to sell you things you don't need. They wanted me to replace a faucet that was only five years old because they said they couldn't fix the leak in the hose in the pull out part of the faucet and charge me over $200 just to install the faucet. I cancelled the appointment and I was able to fix it for $5. And 15 minutes work. The technician also tried to sell me a new tank for a reverse osmosis for $200 plus installation fees. I called the company directly and got the tank for $50. Took me about 5 minutes to put it in.

I had called mr. Sparky and Mr Rooter in the past for some new Construction. They were two to four times more than any of the other bids I received.  

Will never do business with either of them.

Every place has that one employee that thinks they can talk to people anyway they want on the phone. My company does a lot of business with Backflow Parts USA and their employee Mike never wants to be bothered or inconvenienced with looking up a purchase order and acts like when you're calling for something we are bothering him. Do yourself a favor and use American Backflow Parts or Bavco. In the long run both of these companies are cheaper even though you may need to wait on shipping from Bavco but it is always reliable and only 2 days to receive.

I am very impressed with this company. We had sewage back up into our house and they came the second the order was placed, located the issue, and were digging and repairing pipes that day. They worked on it all day and into the night when the sun was down just to make sure we would not have to go without water. Chris Specht the product manager was professional and extremely nice. He took his time to show me everything and explained it all in depth. I highly recommend them.
