I used Alec and was thoroughly disappointed. Alec is dishonest and does not have the expertise or qualification to be a licensed plumber contractor. I used him to find a possible drain clog which required locating the septic tank to determine. I asked Alec in advance if he had the experience/ knowledge with septic tanks and he told me he was very familiar with them. I let Alec know that the septic tank companies had quoted me an hour labor to locate and pump. He told me he could find it fast without a problem. Well, it took Alec 2 days, a total of 7 hours just to find the septic tank and he still could not determine where clog was coming from. First day (3 hours) he could not locate it and said he didn't have the right tools and will need to comeback. Second day (4 hours), finally located the septic tank at the the exact area where I had shown him. After looking at the septic tank he said I should get it pumped because he could not determine if there was a clog or not. He didn't even have a camera for his snake to go into the drain to see. Alec then tried to charge me for 7 hours of labor which I could have had the Septic company do in less than an hour. What a joke! He was trying to charge me for his learning-on-the-job. Unreal! Filed complaint with Arizona Registrar of Contractors. R.O.C. License #243326. Alec needs to have his license revoked and he needs to take some additional plumbing classes. Be careful with this guy. He also has a location in Show Low, AZ.

I've never written a bad review until now but here goes. We had these people out to unclog our drain line Nov. 28 and were charged 365 with a 30 day guarantee. About 3 days later I called them and said we were still draining slow and things were bubbling in the toilets when we flushed. They sent someone out when just my son and husband were home and he said everything was good and he didn't see a problem. Then a week after the warranty was up, we were once again completely plugged.They wanted to charge us another 365 and I called the office and was told that it was at the tech's discretion whether or not to honor the warranty. It was at the end of the day and he evidently didn't and I told him politely that it wasn't right since I had never been satisfied that the previous plug was totally gone and now that the warranty is up, he wanted to charge me full price. They offered a coupon for 40 toward the bill which would have brought it to 325. I declined and the man got quite rude and mumbled good luck with that when I said I would have to find someone else. We called Cobra plumbing and Jerry (who I think is the owner) was out the next day and not only cleared the plug, but found where our problem was with a video feed of our pipe, all for 300. I so wish I would have called him in the first place. He was a pleasure to work with. My friend, who is a real estate agent was there when roto rooter was here, and she was just amazed at the tech's attitude and said she would never recommend them. I totally understand if a warranty is up, but the job was never done right in the first place and I had called and had them before expiration, and they did nothing. Very poor customer service.
