Best Septic Tank Pumping in United States

We are so THANKFUL for this company! Desert Septic went above and beyond our expectations of fixing our septic issues. After hoping and wishing our slow drainage problem would go away for a good year or so, our seepage pit finally had enough....on Thanksgiving Day....while both mine and my husband's entire family were there. A total embarrassment to see your tanks overflowing in your front yard while the guys stand around it and try to troubleshoot the problem! We finally called Desert Septic after five different friends from work and in the neighborhood referred them...and after reading reviews of course! My husband called and explained to Deanna what was going on. After hearing many possibilities and worst case scenarios, we were so relieved that our septic problem wasn't going to cost nearly what we thought in would. He made an appointment and George and Deanna came out very quickly. George assessed the problem (which was our completely saturated seepage pit that was much too small to handle our family of seven) and we picked a day to start the new leach line since we have tons of space for it. After getting all the necessary blue staking and paperwork done, Desert Septic installed the new leach line in a day and made the whole experience of dealing with our nasty septic problems a breeze. They also went over instructions and maintenance that we could do ourselves since my husband likes to do as much upkeep on things around the property as possible. We are so thankful to have chosen the right company to handle our septic needs! George and Deanna are the BEST in the business, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable and honest. This company was amazing! We had a septic inspection company drop the ball they were able to help us immediately. Gary and his team were so easy to work with and handle our situation with confidence and knowledge when others could not. I am very disappointed in Reddi Services. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have used them many times in the past with no issues. However, on March 20,, 2018 I called re: leaky shower valve. They set me up for service later that same day. I met the service person, Gerald, at my house around 11:20 a.m. (I am sure of the time because I looked at my clock at work before I left to go meet Gerald in order to estimate my arrival time to the dispatcher). Gerald had been to our house before to fix an outdoor faucet and had done a good job. He's personable, smart and efficient. When Gerald arrived I directed him to the bathtub and explained the problem. He noticed the leak, diagnosed it immediately, and told me he would also fix the slow drain in the same shower and replace the toe pop drain stop. I told him I would go to my room to change out of my work clothes. When I emerged less than five minutes later Gerald was no where to be found. I thought he was outside getting tools and parts from his truck, but I looked out the window and his truck wasn't there. He was gone for about 45 minutes to an hour. When he returned he turned off the water to the house and fixed the leak cleaned the drain, and installed the new top pop stopper. His labor was less than 1/2 an hour. I was impressed and pleased with his quick work, and asked him the price. He had not quoted the price to me before that point in time. The total bill was $693.44! I was shocked that he would charge so much for 1/2 an hour's work. He told me the parts alone were $200, which seems way to much for a tub stop and a rebuilt shower valve. So, he basically charged me $493.22 for 1/2 or labor. I paid him with a check without argument because I didn't want to get in an argument with him in my kitchen, and because my 13 year old son was home for Spring Break and I didn't want to put my son through a heated discussion which likely would have ensued had I questioned the bill. After Gerald left I called Reddi Services and informed the dispatcher of what happened. She was polite, and she said she would refer the matter to Gerald's manager. I then went to the bank and stopped payment on the check. I have owned three older homes in Central Phoenix over the years dating to 1994, and have used many plumbers, electricians, roofers, etc... over the years and have not had a similar problem, nor have I complained or questioned their bill. I believe I have a feel for the fair market price of these types of services, and what I was charged by Reddi Services was outrageous. My feeling is that the entire project, including parts, should have been no more than $200. I was told by the dispatcher that Gerald was going out of town  and would be gone for several days. We agreed that the matter would wait until he returned. Stay tuned. It will be interesting to see how they respond to this situation. As of now I would NEVER hire Reddi Services again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Thank you for taking the time to read this review.

I Appreciate these guys coming out and explaining the services and what they recommended for my septic system. They did a great thorough job, no surprise charges everything was upfront! I will be using them again and will be recommending them to my family/friends/neighbors.

Drain completely stopped up two days before Christmas. Niemeyer Brothers came out the same day I called. Plumbers were courteous and professional. My drain was a mess.Very difficult to get to the clog. They took it as a challenge and kept at it until it flowed better than it has in 30 years. It took some time but they were kind enough to bill me less which made me very happy. I also had them replace the faucet and water dispenser too and they did a great job. They took care and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Very happy customer.

We are new to the world of septic, so I called Canyon State Septic based on a stellar recommendation from a neighbor. I didn't know if we needed regular maintenance or basically anything about being on septic. John answered the phone when I called and handled all of my questions right on the spot. He patiently took the time to explain the important precautions we should follow. When we do have a problem with our system, we will absolutely be calling them again for help. I can't recommend Canyon State Septic highly enough.

My daughter, Lydia, recently became a new home owner in Laveen. On Sunday evening, she called me panicked about sudden sewer waste coming through her shower. I researched and decided to explore Jason the Plumber primarily because he was located on that side of town. I called Jason anticipating no answer (it was Sunday, after all...).
Surprisingly, he did!

And even though he was on the road back to Phoenix from an out-of-town trip, he took the time and patience with me to explain and offer advisement on the particular problem. He then promised to contact me the following morning to arrange a visit to the home to assess the issue.
Still not the best part of this saga...

Later, the same evening, Jason called right after returning into town. He not only offered to make a trip to my daughter's home, but within a short time of arrival there, he completely resolved the problem! Lydia was so VERY impressed with his professionalism, quality of work, pricing and pleasant personality. She is also ecstatic that she's found her forever plumber - Jason the Plumber!!

Thank you, Jason, for going so far out of your way to rescue us from a scary situation. Forever grateful!

A surprisingly positive septic experience!

When selling our 55 year old home required a septic inspection, we called Macho Contracting which was recommended by a few of our neighbors.  After the inspection, Robby reported to me with photos of the tank and the area in need of repair.  The buyer then requested confirmation of the distribution type. Appreciating the urgency of the request during the short inspection period, the crew quickly probed the area and found issues.  They alerted us to the problem immediately, showed us the problem areas in person and also in photos and live video feed, and discussed solutions.  Macho addressed the issue within our tight time frame at a reasonable price.  
The entire team worked on our case: Tabitha, Robby, Danny, Joel and owner Alfredo. They were extremely polite, responsive, and communicative during our urgent week, ultimately ensuring the timely close on the sale of our house.  We highly recommend Macho Contracting and their top notch crew.

In March of this year, I contracted this pumping service.  Not only did they do a stellar job, I was informed, unfortunately, of the very shoddy job performed by the last pumping company I used.
The service tech had to do additional work to properly perform his task and the information he gave me was invaluable.
As an added bonus, I had risers installed to make the next time that much easier, something I was never offered from the other company.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring septic tank work.

ViTech came out for a home warranty plumbing service. Prompt reply and easily made arrangements to have my issue taken care of. He was quick, efficient, and honest.  Would definitely consider calling them again if the need arises.

I needed a tank inspections asap for mortgage lender and they squeezed me in right away....Josh was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me about my septic tank. I have used Ajax before for septic pump outs and will continue....they are the BEST!!

04/2019 - I was moving into a home that had some suspicious issues with the plumbing so I sought out someone to help me get information on what the real issues were with the septic system.

After careful consideration,  I contacted Rob to see what help he could offer.
