This is a late review, but the service was excellent. LD and Miguel were my techs and they did a great job. Even when dealing with the unexpected the guys from Williams were top notch. Nate, the owner was upfront with my with all costs involved. I would recommend this company to any who asked and I would use then again if needed. Thanks Nate and crew!

These guys are awesome. They did several plumbing updates and changes during the complicated and full remodel of my home. Water heater, toilets, kitchen and master bath are just some. Reasonable prices and a professional attitude always plus a great sense of humor always. Dave and Mitch did a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Mike came to install a tankless water heater in March. Did a fantastic job. However in June we found out the hard way that the unit was not ventilated properly. I called at 11 PM and got Erin. She  was very helpful and had Mike connect with me immediately. Mike came out and reworked the ventilation as well as had Mike M come out and tweak the unit itself so it burned more efficiently.

Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was Good Friday so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! I will be recommending them to family & friends if anyone ever has plumbing issues!!! Thank you Sandra, Eugenio & Felix. I appreciate you all! Happy Easter!!!

Just a shout out to ALLPRO and the team, that in a crunch time situation, came out and handled a job with the speed and care needed to get us ready to open and operate.  Special thanks to Julio who started the ball rolling and then involved Tim who then called upon his team, Mike and Jose, who did the actual work. We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Josh the owner is great!! We have had him out to our house twice and he has fixed our issues both times. Always friendly and fast. He is our go to plumber for sure!! Thanks Josh!!

I highly recommend Freddy Fox Plumbing! We had a dilemma with our water backing up in our sink and not draining. Freddy worked so hard to resolve this as it seemed like it was impossible. He worked from about 7pm until midnight as he did not want to give up and truly tried to resolve our problem and he did! I'm so glad we called him. He Is such a hard worker and I can guarantee most people would have given up after an hour in with no results but not Freddy! Call him if you need an affordable and friendly plumber!

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.

Shame on you Parker & Sons!! I called you out to take care of a breaker that kept tripping and Parker & Son's showed up with an iPad, a mask and some booties! No tool bag and no removal of the cover to the outlet that I reported was setting the breaker off ...nothing but a bunch of smoke & mirrors and then politely presented me with 4 different estimates ranging from $6K to $700 to replace two breakers.  Alpine Electric came out within 24 hours after I called them.  The technician found that a ground wire was touching in the outlet triggering the breaker. He repaired the outlet and replaced those same breakers for less than $350.00. No more Melvin's for me! Alpine Electric is at the top of my vendor list.

Honest pricing and a hard worker. Not only were these guys willing to work on a Sunday but they were able unclog our piping where another ''top rated big company'' failed twice.  They had a camera, which they used to show me the condition of my current plumbing before proceeding with the recommended repairs. I appreciate the honesty, fair pricing, and quality service. Our septic was serviced and the area was left level and cleaned. Would highly recommend.

Originally scheduled for Tuesday. They called and rescheduled for 10-12 on Friday. Received a call at 2 on Friday saying they needed to reschedule for the following week.  In the meantime, I called Flush King. In 1 hour from the time of  my call, Flush King had completed removal and replacement of the Pressure Regulating  Valve. Don't waste your time with Rooter Heroes. Call Flush King instead.

Finding a plumber in Cordes Lakes isnt always quick or easy. I highly recommend Rowdy Rooter out of Humboldt. Professional, quick and honest communication. Father and son local business .. good guys for sure!
