Best Septic Tank Pumping in United States

I was having drip irrigation issues in several areas. Nate was able to come out and take a look the following day and then have a crew out the day after to get it fixed.  They explained everything as they went and were pleasant and cheerful despite the heat, and now we aren't having any more issues with the drip!

I contacted Dave as he had done some work for my wife when she had a house in Prescott. Now that we had a place in Chino Valley we have a well with a high level of arsenic. Our first conversation with Dave was that we should go ahead and purchase the equipment we need and he would do the installation.

Over the next month or so we did the research and purchased a water softener, reverse osmosis system and a couple of other items including a new kitchen sink.

We made an appointment and Dave came out. Three-steps out of the truck he calls my wife a cougar but I let it go. Whatever?

Next, he tells me I should not have bought the water softener as there is a better product on the market that he sells. I'm sure he is correct; however, my softener is not returnable.

Dave also tells me my Wellmate water pressure take is no longer working, that the bladder is shot. He can tell this be just feeling the tank.

He has to rush off and we consider all of this.

The next day I text him and ask for a written estimate to do the installation and he DECLINES the work.

I the meantime I purchased a replacement Wellmate tank and retained a new plumber (review coming).

THE KICKER...

MY OLD WELLMATE PRESSURE TANK WAS JUST FINE! It just needed to be re-pressurized.

I was having plumbing trouble so I went ahead and called plumbing masters. They had Mike over in no time, he was friendly and professional he really made sure I understood everything that was wrong and how he'd fix it. I'm so glad I called them truly such a life saver !!

Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. Very thankful for the quick service and he was also very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and call again if I need further services. Thank you!!

Just a shout out to ALLPRO and the team, that in a crunch time situation, came out and handled a job with the speed and care needed to get us ready to open and operate.  Special thanks to Julio who started the ball rolling and then involved Tim who then called upon his team, Mike and Jose, who did the actual work. We added a bathroom and needed new plumbing installed. Joe responded to our call and came on time to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and he started the job as promised.

He and his crew were professional (e.g. they always made sure to clean up before they left for the day) and clearly knowledgeable (e.g. he helped design the new plumbing layout around the engineered trusses). Everything is working great and we have no complaints.

Summary: Diggers Plumbing is a reliable professional company. We would definitely contact him again for all future plumbing needs, and would be happy to recommend him to our family/friends too.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

I was recommended to this company by a friend who is in Real Estate, and boy am I glad. Josh gave me a time and was at my door right on time...He even gave me a call to let me know he would be here on time. With a smile on his face he quickly got the job done and his price was as he quoted on the phone. I live in an old mobile home and I am sure I will have more plumbing problems so I will definitely use Cobra!

I've used Freddy's several times for household plumbing. From small jobs to very big jobs, they have never disappointed. Freddy's has always been quick to respond even during off hours. Freddy's not only does excellent work, but also goes the extra mile to ensure that they leave the job very clean as well. I will never use another plumber and would recommend Freddy's to anyone.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.

Backed up sewer line that I already snaked with a Home Depot rental a couple months ago.  Tech was really nice and he did the best he could.  My only beef with the whole situation was that they should have presented me with an option to do a high pressure line treatment BEFORE they charged me $255 to clear the line with a traditional snake.  The tech even said that what he did would work for now but the next time I would want to get the high pressure service done ($450).  So hear I am waiting for the laundry to overflow again  and then I will call back and get charged $450.  I would have opted for that service (if it was offered) and saved myself $255.

I do not recommend this place.

I scheduled two separate appointments with Keith. Keith initially missed the first one & asked to reschedule to a later date. We agreed & rescheduled for later that week. When it comes time for the second appointment, Keith is a no show again. He has been ignoring my calls and voicemails as well.

How can a business expect to thrive if they give off such poor first impressions & are so careless about their own appointments? I gave them two separate chances and they have been a disappointment in both. I do not recommend this place.

Chris Ball did a great job on our 2 toilets! Came out same day on a holiday and no extra charge. Very fair rates for their services completed. Best part is they did a scope with a camera of our plumbing so we could see for ourselves what was going on. Didn't try to upsell us and actually said we didn't need new equipment as the previous plumber claimed. Will definitely use again!

Don't bother calling them because they won't bother coming. We had a major water leak in the cement slab under our house. Called them at 7:30 on Monday morning. He said he couldn't come until Tuesday afternoon.
By 3:00 he didn't come or call us. My husband called and asked if he was still coming. He said yes-he was having trouble with his truck.
He never came and never called.
At 5:00 we called another plumber and they came by 8:00 the next morning.
