Excellent service!  They replaced my water heater.  They came on time, did a great job with the installation, and cleaned up. Good pricing on the unit and install.

Mike came to install a tankless water heater in March. Did a fantastic job. However in June we found out the hard way that the unit was not ventilated properly. I called at 11 PM and got Erin. She  was very helpful and had Mike connect with me immediately. Mike came out and reworked the ventilation as well as had Mike M come out and tweak the unit itself so it burned more efficiently.

Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. We added a bathroom and needed new plumbing installed. Joe responded to our call and came on time to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and he started the job as promised.

He and his crew were professional (e.g. they always made sure to clean up before they left for the day) and clearly knowledgeable (e.g. he helped design the new plumbing layout around the engineered trusses). Everything is working great and we have no complaints.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Gerry is awesome! Came out less than 24 hours after calling them. Fixed my tub faucet and also bonus fixed a front door knob that was giving me trouble for months, which he definitely didn't need to do. Definitely hire them! I work in a similar field and we will be recommending them to all our clients.

Freddy did a great job with a plumbing problem we had with our bathtub/shower.  We definitely will call  him again and recommend Freddy Fox Rooter for plumbing problems. He is professional, honest, and hardworking.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.

Parker and Sons replaced my air conditioning system.  Not long after that I discovered any oily substance leaking on the ground.  The first set of technicians couldn't fix it which meant I didn't have a functional heater in the dead of winter until the next day when they sent out a master electrician.  

Apparently Parker and Sons didn't connect to the existing wiring type correctly the first time causing the problem.  

I would not trust them to send qualified technicians in the future.

Honest pricing and a hard worker. Not only were these guys willing to work on a Sunday but they were able unclog our piping where another ''top rated big company'' failed twice.  They had a camera, which they used to show me the condition of my current plumbing before proceeding with the recommended repairs. I appreciate the honesty, fair pricing, and quality service. Our septic was serviced and the area was left level and cleaned. Would highly recommend.

What I want to tell you about this company is that this is a great company that I had to deal with. My Kitchen sink got clugged very bad, on the outside of my house, and it was clugged for about 3-4 month. I was trying to fix it myself, it hepled for a little while and then same problem over and over again. So I called one company, who couldnt tell me the price for cable drain over the phone, so when they came the waned to charge me $225, so I said that ROOTER HERO charges only $77 for the same job, and they left. So I called ROOTER HERO, they showed up in about 30-40 min and the guy, name SORO, told me that my problem wouldnt go away if he would just do a cable drain. So he suggested to do a complete water jet cleap up for less than $300. So he did, and now my problem is solved!!! Also, he gave me 2 year warranty on this. I Think this is a very good deal!!!

Finding a plumber in Cordes Lakes isnt always quick or easy. I highly recommend Rowdy Rooter out of Humboldt. Professional, quick and honest communication. Father and son local business .. good guys for sure!
