Nate is fantastic! Ive hired him three times. Replace my timer, 3 valves, and a leak in my line. He's on time, does what he says he's going to do and does quality work. Straight shooter. My go to guy for irrigation issues.

Excellent service!  They replaced my water heater.  They came on time, did a great job with the installation, and cleaned up. Good pricing on the unit and install.

Mike came to install a tankless water heater in March. Did a fantastic job. However in June we found out the hard way that the unit was not ventilated properly. I called at 11 PM and got Erin. She  was very helpful and had Mike connect with me immediately. Mike came out and reworked the ventilation as well as had Mike M come out and tweak the unit itself so it burned more efficiently.

Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was Good Friday so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! Just a shout out to ALLPRO and the team, that in a crunch time situation, came out and handled a job with the speed and care needed to get us ready to open and operate.  Special thanks to Julio who started the ball rolling and then involved Tim who then called upon his team, Mike and Jose, who did the actual work. We added a bathroom and needed new plumbing installed. Joe responded to our call and came on time to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and he started the job as promised.

He and his crew were professional (e.g. they always made sure to clean up before they left for the day) and clearly knowledgeable (e.g. he helped design the new plumbing layout around the engineered trusses). Everything is working great and we have no complaints.

Summary: Diggers Plumbing is a reliable professional company. We would definitely contact him again for all future plumbing needs, and would be happy to recommend him to our family/friends too.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

I had a water leak with my pipes for my water heater. I called Cobra and Josh was very friendly and gave me an exact time he would come by, same day for the service. I called another place before and had no return call. He was prompt and extremely helpful in every way. He took care of the leak and suggested other items to maintain my water heater which he took care of as well. Josh was polite and professional.  Cobra Plumbing is great.

Had a serious issue with a clogged main line in my home. Mr. Fox arrived at my home after a busy day at 8:30pm and worked on the problem until the job was done. Somehow a toy got past the trap in the toilet and was stuck in the main line causing TP to block everything. He took the time to make sure the item was pushed 150' out to the street. Not an easy task since it was so jammed, and the pipes took many turns. His pricing was very reasonable, and he was more professional then the other large corporate entities that have performed services at my home. Thanks Fred.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.

The best thing Parker and Sons do is marketing. Their TV ads are great and would make you feel like you might be dealing with a reputable company. They are reputable indeed and definitely have a business model that insures success for them, for you? Not So Much..... If you are looking for a plumber to do service work for a fair price and straight up deal; don't expect to find it here. I had requested a service repair for a rental property I own. I wanted a reputable company with  status because I didn't want to be guessing about whether the job would get done properly and on schedule. I knew I would probably have to pay a little more but I thought it would be worth it. My first contact with their office was pleasant enough and my service request was received and their representative on the phone understood that it was a rental property and that I would be paying the bill and that the appointment would be made with my tenant. Trying to schedule 3 ways are difficult and I wanted to make it easy on  all parties. My first impression was good until the up selling  started. I again explained again that this was a rental property and I just needed the broken items repaired but if you wanted to quote me on a water softening system I didn't ask for; while you were there go ahead, just don't involve my tenant in the process. Great, the appointment was made, My tenant even called me to confirm. The day before the appointment another representative from Parker and Sons called me to make arrangements for meeting an estimator on site to quote the water softening system. Once again but maybe with a little more frustration I explained that I didn't want a water softener system and especially didn't want my tenant dealing with another appointment or being involved in the process of acquiring new equipment. I quickly eliminated the water softener quote from the equation.  On the day of service the plumber showed up on site; on time and why not? After all you are dealing with a reputable company with great TV ads. That's when the real pain started for me. He had called because I had to authorize payment and he started on the list of items that needed repair some of which had already been excluded from my initial contact. My main concern and also my tenants first request had to do with a kitchen faucet side spray that was  sticking on. The Moen faucet assembly was less than 2 years old. I was told that the whole assembly would need to be replaced for the lump sum of $1300.00 REALLY?  Geez, I think I have seen those side spray nozzles sold at big box stores for like 30 bucks. I decided to pass on that repair item but went on to the next. The bathroom faucet was old and I knew it would have to be replaced but oh well that wouldn't hurt too much. It didn't hurt much But it didn't hurt little either... $385.00 for a basic bathroom faucet? I guess I dodged the bullet on the water softener system. i still enjoy the TV ads though, just wouldn't use them or recommend them to my friends.

Called the Ideal made an appointment for septic job. No problem thus far.
On the day of the appointment nobody showed up. Called twice. No answer. Left messages. Nothing.

Called at 11:00 at night on a Sunday. They were there within minutes, and had the drain cleaned out in less than an hour. NO price gouging here! Very reasonable pricing! A++

Finding a plumber in Cordes Lakes isnt always quick or easy. I highly recommend Rowdy Rooter out of Humboldt. Professional, quick and honest communication. Father and son local business .. good guys for sure!
