Nate is wonderful! He is responsive, detailed oriented, refreshingly honest, and it is very obvious he has integrity. These were the main selling points we loved about Nate. In addition, he has very reasonable pricing. I really appreciated the feedback and ideas to make our yard something beautiful. We are still in process of refining the plan. As far as the plan, sod installation, curbing, sprinkler install, and valve repair.

Dave at Affordable Plumbing knows plumbing. He offered great advice and answered all our questions. They removed an old reverse osmosis system, 3 old sink drains then installed quarter turn valves. After we had new counter tops installed they came back and installed a new garage disposal, 3 new sink faucets and drains. They look amazing! They paid attention to details, were neat and didn't make a mess. Affordable Plumbing is reasonably priced and very easy to work with. We will definitely use them again on our master bathroom renovation project. Highly recommend them!

I was having plumbing trouble so I went ahead and called plumbing masters. They had Mike over in no time, he was friendly and professional he really made sure I understood everything that was wrong and how he'd fix it. I'm so glad I called them truly such a life saver !!

Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. Very thankful for the quick service and he was also very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and call again if I need further services. Thank you!!

Just a shout out to ALLPRO and the team, that in a crunch time situation, came out and handled a job with the speed and care needed to get us ready to open and operate.  Special thanks to Julio who started the ball rolling and then involved Tim who then called upon his team, Mike and Jose, who did the actual work. We added a bathroom and needed new plumbing installed. Joe responded to our call and came on time to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and he started the job as promised.

He and his crew were professional (e.g. they always made sure to clean up before they left for the day) and clearly knowledgeable (e.g. he helped design the new plumbing layout around the engineered trusses). Everything is working great and we have no complaints.

Summary: Diggers Plumbing is a reliable professional company. We would definitely contact him again for all future plumbing needs, and would be happy to recommend him to our family/friends too.

These guys are great! They were at my house within a couple hours, Shane dove right in and fixed my sewer problem at a reasonable cost. They gave me some great tips on how to keep it running smooth. I would highly recommend this company.I will definitely use them again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Absolutely the worst plumbing company I have ever had. Not only did it take the technician 4 hours to undo a clogged line, but he apparently left the entire mess of sewage and backup on my roof!! I only found out because now that it is raining, it is sloshing down my roof into my backyard. Very rude and unapproachable technician as well. Absolutely horrible

Awful- lying- unprofessional company Called on Thursday said would be out Friday then called and said huge slab leak and could not make.
Labor day week-end so not working Saturday, Sunday or Monday-would be there Tuesday-called their truck is broken- will be there Wednesday to fix our problem..
We have been turning water off and on so we could have some water.
Texted 5 times on Wednesday called twice -They're on their way then they will be there in a half hour.
We finally texted we found someone else and plan to write a terrible Yelp review. You guessed they showed up 20 minutes later. We sent them on their way I am beginning to wonder about Yelp reviews-This company has good reviews-but is the worst company.  We waited without water for almost 6 days. We coming,will be there said Freddy Fox Rooter- I also plan to call BBB and register a complaint against the company.
Everyone has car problems- it was Labor Day week-end.  We tried to be understanding  but to continue to lie till 5:00 pm on Wednesday is terrible. .

Avoid this company they do not deserve your business or your money.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.

It's a hard review to do and I want to be completely fair, but yes, I have serious complaints.

I have a 2-story house with 2 3-ton AC units 1 for each floor. Both have the condenser unit outside and the air handlers in the attic above the 2nd floor. The upstairs unit stopped blowing cold air, but the downstairs unit was operating perfectly - was... My units are 21 years old, and I understand they've outlived their life expectancy, but they were working that day, maybe not efficiently but they cooled the house just fine.

I called for a technician to come out and diagnose the issue with my downstairs unit and give me a quote on replacing them. The technician that came out was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and informative during his diagnosis of the problem unit - a bad capacitor no biggie.

After that he wanted to look at the furnaces in the attic, which I had already moved a bunch of stuff for total access. From this point forward there is 'zero' communication on what or why he is doing what he is doing. I assume this is because I still wanted a quote for replacement, and he would need to see what equipment we have or maybe he was still doing the basic diagnostic which should be part of the repair of the broken unit. What was odd to me was he immediately opened the panel on the working downstairs unit, I thought okay I'm going to let you do your thing and left the attic.

~20 min later: He comes down and I need to pay him for the original capacitor replacement on the non-working unit, which my wife and kids are now happy to see and feel working (at least it appeared so when the upstairs was 95F.) No problem 'PAID'

It did take a long time ~90min for the technician to leave my home at this point. Yeah, he was working up quotes on his phone, but I repeatedly reminded him I will not sign anything today and I have email, he just refused any social queues to leave or tell me anything while he was playing with his phone, for all I know he was placing football bets He also continually made phone calls, presumably to prevent me from talking to him. Eventually he started giving me quotes 1st 21k/unit then 18k/unit then 23k for both and finally all the way down to 18k for both units. It was super uncomfortable to watch. I am sure he was working on the quotes to be honest, but it was very awkward.

Eventually while he was packing up, he got on the phone (speaker phone) talking to someone about his next job. Then he had to go upstairs to get some equipment, stayed up there on the phone for several minutes before he left. And then ~5 min later knocked on the door and left his tools upstairs, very odd still on the phone had to go upstairs into the attic to get his gear - all still on the phone.

Not long after he replaced the capacitor on the upstairs unit and left, we noticed the downstairs unit suddenly does not work correctly. It appears it might run for ~5min and then stop. Additionally, the upstairs unit that was fixed with a simple capacitor replacement barely blows cold air now that we've been able to observe it over some time, this unit used to have a very strong air-flow.

Regardless of whatever the problem(s), I am not saying a Parker and Sons technician sabotaged my systems - but it sure feels like it, I will not be calling Parker and Sons to look at them, I will not be getting replacements from them either.

Called the Ideal made an appointment for septic job. No problem thus far.
On the day of the appointment nobody showed up. Called twice. No answer. Left messages. Nothing.

Septic backed up Saturday afternoon - eeesh.
Called them and they dispatched Jason. He was professional and friendly and got the job done for $77! Back in business. Pleased to not get oversold and get emergency service with no surcharge.
So happy and highly recommend.

Finding a plumber in Cordes Lakes isnt always quick or easy. I highly recommend Rowdy Rooter out of Humboldt. Professional, quick and honest communication. Father and son local business .. good guys for sure!
