I was having plumbing trouble so I went ahead and called plumbing masters. They had Mike over in no time, he was friendly and professional he really made sure I understood everything that was wrong and how he'd fix it. I'm so glad I called them truly such a life saver !!

Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. Very thankful for the quick service and he was also very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and call again if I need further services. Thank you!!

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Josh the owner is great!! We have had him out to our house twice and he has fixed our issues both times. Always friendly and fast. He is our go to plumber for sure!! Thanks Josh!!

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.

We had a possible water leak that made a water bubble in our downstairs bathroom ceiling possibly from our upstairs guest room bathroom...We decided to call Parker& Sons cause I had seen their tv commercials and read other reviews and was really happy with what I had read. Jim came out within 15 minutes after we got off the phone with their office. He was courteous, professional and efficient! He figured out that the water leak was coming from the bath tub in the guest bathroom and replaced the faucet, overflow and the lever that turns on the shower. He replaced part of the pipe that was leaking after he installed our new toilets, replaced the faucet, overflow and tub stopper and got a new toilet seat for the toilet in our bathroom and switching the shower heads in the bathrooms(which he did not have to do).

We had also asked him to look at our bathroom toilet, which had been out of commission  for awhile and he recommended just replace the toilet, which we wanted to do anyways. We actually decided to replace both the toilets in our bathroom and the guest room since they were old and no longer functioning properly. Jim was very efficient and when installing our toilet noticed the seat was broken and went to get a new one. He also set up a time for another person to call and set up a time to come in and repair the hole in the downstairs bathroom ceiling!  

If I could, I would give Jim and Parker& Sons 10 stars because he didn't have to do any of the extra stuff we asked him to look at and Jim took a huge weight off our shoulders looking at our old toilets cause we had been having problems with  them for awhile! We are so thankful Jim was able to fix the leak and replace our two toilets upstairs!  Jim and Parker & Sons really exceeded our expectations and we will recommend them to everyone! Thank you Thank you Thank you Parker & Sons and Jim for such a great job!!!!

Keith has been wonderful to work with! He has been courteous, honest, helpful, and prompt with all of our needs. We have had lots of questions and he has been there to answer every one of them. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend Ideal ten times over.

Rooter Hero to the Rescue! We were taken advantage of by a con artist working under someone else's contractors license. This person sold us many thousands of dollars of services to remodel our shower and after many excuses and delays, the shower was semi-complete. However, with the first use, it is obvious the shower was plugged. The other company called Rooter Hero to diagnose the problem when they could not. Rooter Hero discovered not only a pipe full of cement (under the slab of our home) but also uncovered the shoddy workmanship the other company did, using only temporary connections to smaller pipes than normally used. In fact, the temporary connections were already leaking! We had been taken advantage of a had a true mess on our hands BUT Rooter Hero has been with us every step of the way. They operate with true integrity and have done a perfectly correct job with the utmost level of professionalism and a level of customer service and support that is often unheard of today. They have helped us document and provided pictures of the incorrect work so that we can hopefully recuperate some of our money from the other company. They have provided caring, emotional support to us during this stressful and difficult time. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I will always sing their praises far and wide. THANK YOU ROOTER HERO!!

Don't bother calling them because they won't bother coming. We had a major water leak in the cement slab under our house. Called them at 7:30 on Monday morning. He said he couldn't come until Tuesday afternoon.
By 3:00 he didn't come or call us. My husband called and asked if he was still coming. He said yes-he was having trouble with his truck.
He never came and never called.
At 5:00 we called another plumber and they came by 8:00 the next morning.
