I'm 75 years old and I've used plumbers in six states and in multiple cities in some of those states.  If I hade to rate Affordable Plumbing Solutions compared to everyone else I've used, there is absolutely no comparison.  I recently had to replace all hardware on top and underneath a bedroom sink due to a leak.  Two plumbers couldn't find the leak, a third gave me an estimate of $1700 and a fourth $750.

I was having plumbing trouble so I went ahead and called plumbing masters. They had Mike over in no time, he was friendly and professional he really made sure I understood everything that was wrong and how he'd fix it. I'm so glad I called them truly such a life saver !!

Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was Good Friday so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! Just a shout out to ALLPRO and the team, that in a crunch time situation, came out and handled a job with the speed and care needed to get us ready to open and operate.  Special thanks to Julio who started the ball rolling and then involved Tim who then called upon his team, Mike and Jose, who did the actual work. We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

I had a water leak with my pipes for my water heater. I called Cobra and Josh was very friendly and gave me an exact time he would come by, same day for the service. I called another place before and had no return call. He was prompt and extremely helpful in every way. He took care of the leak and suggested other items to maintain my water heater which he took care of as well. Josh was polite and professional.  Cobra Plumbing is great.

I needed a new extra large water heater to go into a basement and a kitchen drain cleared. Freddy was prompt, personable, and gave me a fair quote on a couple of options within a couple of hours of my call. He was able to install it the next day and and stuck to his quote even though I think the job turned out to be harder than he was hoping. I will definitely call him next time I need a plumber!

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.

I bought a brand new Trane unit 7 years ago and have had it serviced every 6 to 12 months since then. In 2012 I accidentally forgot to do one of the scheduled maintenance appointments and so Parker and Sons (the people who sold me the unit) told me earlier this year that because I missed that one well visit my warranty was in a suspended status.

They came out in June 2013 and looked at the unit and claimed I had some burnt contacts , and some other such nonsense that would normally have been covered under the warranty but would be my responsibility now since I had missed that one appointment. They asked me for $454 to repair this problem. They explained that after I paid this amount, that my warranty (a plan I originally paid $595 to get) would then be reinstated and further repairs would be covered. I did not pay for the repair. In fact I did nothing other than change my filters as per normal. NOTHING WENT WRONG, NOTHING BROKE, and my AC worked fine.

Today Dec 26, 2013 was my next scheduled maintenance visit. The guy from Parker and Sons just came out an hour ago. He tested my system and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my system. Evidently the problems this summer magically fixed themselves, or maybe Santa Claus and his elves took care of it yesterday before Parker and Sons came back out.

The repair guy was concerned about a slightly dirty evap cooler coil which he admitted was not broken, just dirty. He said as it gets dirtier, it will start to loose efficiency and eventually will cause my electric bill to rise. He recommended getting it cleaned today. He then handed me a bill for $243 to take care of this cleaning, which of course is not covered by our warranty. I did not do this cleaning. I don't have $243 to blow on this nonsense, one day after Christmas.

I have another scheduled maintenance in May with Parker and Sons. I really do not feel they are being honest with me. I feel lied to, cheated and taken advantage of. I am sure I am not alone.

Honest pricing and a hard worker. Not only were these guys willing to work on a Sunday but they were able unclog our piping where another ''top rated big company'' failed twice.  They had a camera, which they used to show me the condition of my current plumbing before proceeding with the recommended repairs. I appreciate the honesty, fair pricing, and quality service. Our septic was serviced and the area was left level and cleaned. Would highly recommend.
