Excellent service!  They replaced my water heater.  They came on time, did a great job with the installation, and cleaned up. Good pricing on the unit and install.

We added a bathroom and needed new plumbing installed. Joe responded to our call and came on time to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and he started the job as promised.

He and his crew were professional (e.g. they always made sure to clean up before they left for the day) and clearly knowledgeable (e.g. he helped design the new plumbing layout around the engineered trusses). Everything is working great and we have no complaints.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

A guy from the gas company came by because our gas bill was going up really fast. After a little investigation he told me I had a hot water leak and needed a plumber over ASAP. I wasn't sure where to start, but I found Freddy on Yelp. Although it was already late, we talked about the problem over text and he gave me a call later at 7:00 PM! He had me check a few things to confirm it was a slab leak, and told me how to stop the bleeding until it gets addressed. Although he doesn't specialize in slab repair, he offered to put me in touch with someone who can help. Freddy was extremely helpful, even though this isn't even work he would take on. I feel really lucky to have given him a call, and will definitely contact him the next time I need standard plumbing services. Thanks, Freddy!

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.

I will never use this company again!!!!!!!!!! The office staff was worthless.. I couldn't even get past them.... to make an appt... I think the whole company is melvin...

Keith has been wonderful to work with! He has been courteous, honest, helpful, and prompt with all of our needs. We have had lots of questions and he has been there to answer every one of them. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend Ideal ten times over.

These guys are con artists. Our pressure vacuum breaker was leaking, so I contacted Rooter Hero to fix it. Someone came out and quoted us $1019 to replace it. He said the part alone cost $600. A quick Google search revealed that the part could be obtained for less than $100 from Amazon, Home Depot, or many other places. We said no thanks. We had someone from another company come out a replace the part for $100. Rooter Hero plumbing literally quoted us more than 10 times what another company charged, and lied to us about the cost of the part.

Finding a plumber in Cordes Lakes isnt always quick or easy. I highly recommend Rowdy Rooter out of Humboldt. Professional, quick and honest communication. Father and son local business .. good guys for sure!
