Best Septic Tank Pumping in United States

Very responsive. Took the time to walk the yard and listen to my concerns with the existing system. They explained the differences I. The materials they uses vs what I was buying from Home Depot. Their products were commercial grade thicker pipes better distribution etc.  

It took a few days longer than expected but it was very very hot and they guys got over heated. Not really an issue but he communicated with me about it and showed concern for his workers.

I've been very happy so far and they did exactly what they said they were going to do.  Highly recommend

We added a bathroom and needed new plumbing installed. Joe responded to our call and came on time to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and he started the job as promised.

He and his crew were professional (e.g. they always made sure to clean up before they left for the day) and clearly knowledgeable (e.g. he helped design the new plumbing layout around the engineered trusses). Everything is working great and we have no complaints.

Summary: Diggers Plumbing is a reliable professional company. We would definitely contact him again for all future plumbing needs, and would be happy to recommend him to our family/friends too.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Gerry is awesome! Came out less than 24 hours after calling them. Fixed my tub faucet and also bonus fixed a front door knob that was giving me trouble for months, which he definitely didn't need to do. Definitely hire them! I work in a similar field and we will be recommending them to all our clients.

Freddy is the best. I promise!  He's the consummate professional, hard working and extremely reasonable. He charged me a third of what anyone else, especially Chas Roberts, would have for leaky faucets, a toilet bowl replacement and changing out all the connection lines and valves. In the future, I won't be calling anyone else!  George.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.

I signed up for an A/C tune up from Parker & Sons at the local Costco. They set up an appointment for me. When the guy got out to our house he helped me check my thermostat to be set up correctly. He did that and then moved on to the A/C tuneup. He left and we noticed that it wasn't blowing warm or hot. We called them back to come out and see why. They came out a day or so later and said that we need to replace the motor/condenser saying it was going to be $1200. I carry a home warranty so I called them to come out. When the new company came out he noticed that the condensing unit had no power and the disconnect was in the off position. So he flipped the switch basically and now I have nice hot air coming out. I am amazed at the crap this company just tried to pull. Maybe it was an honest mistake, but two different people from Parker & Sons were at my house. I paid them $118 for an A/C tuneup and another $75 for my home warranty to basically just flip a switch. Buyer beware.

These guys were GREAT!!! We were working on closing on our property and at the last minute, were asked for a septic certification certificate. We called around and not only were they able to come out for us the next day (which was a weekend), because we were closing on Monday but they were the best pricing (the others had hidden fees). They were prompt, on time, did a great job cleaning and certifying the septic system for us and we were able to finish our closing on time!

Called at 11:00 at night on a Sunday. They were there within minutes, and had the drain cleaned out in less than an hour. NO price gouging here! Very reasonable pricing! A++
