YoI used Nate a few times, I was very pleased at the work he did. I called him for a leak, and was surprised at his manspaining. I was annoyed at this, and his smoking, as smoking is not permitted on the property, but I could deal with it. Monday morning comes, and no Nate. No response to texts,  nothing.  I hired someone else who did a fantastic job, more too, at half the cost of William's. Hey Nate, the advice on my life is none of your business.  Take your own advice,  and quit smoking and knock off the condescending attitude.
Nate, you know exactly you I am, it is not a fake review.  I wil.let all my friends know about you additude towards women. All of them. I will even post it on my wall. You are a Male chauvinist pig. Overcharging women. As far as knowing me, you knew enough to bad mouth me and my life, you are you to judge me? Yelp can remove the review, but can't touch my wall. Nate, think about that as you reek of cigarette smoke.  Disgusting. You also called me stupid and dumb, your a smoker, how stupid is that? Fake review,  yeah, right! I know your personality well enough to know you would come after me pissed off. Yelp has any doubts about this review,  I still have my receipt.

Excellent service!  They replaced my water heater.  They came on time, did a great job with the installation, and cleaned up. Good pricing on the unit and install.

Mike came to install a tankless water heater in March. Did a fantastic job. However in June we found out the hard way that the unit was not ventilated properly. I called at 11 PM and got Erin. She  was very helpful and had Mike connect with me immediately. Mike came out and reworked the ventilation as well as had Mike M come out and tweak the unit itself so it burned more efficiently.

Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was Good Friday so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! I will be recommending them to family & friends if anyone ever has plumbing issues!!! Thank you Sandra, Eugenio & Felix. I appreciate you all! Happy Easter!!!

Just a shout out to ALLPRO and the team, that in a crunch time situation, came out and handled a job with the speed and care needed to get us ready to open and operate.  Special thanks to Julio who started the ball rolling and then involved Tim who then called upon his team, Mike and Jose, who did the actual work. These two were so customer service oriented and professional I wanted to hire them for myself. Thanks for a job well done. In this day and age it means everything to small businesses to stay open. These guys are great! They were at my house within a couple hours, Shane dove right in and fixed my sewer problem at a reasonable cost. They gave me some great tips on how to keep it running smooth. I would highly recommend this company.I will definitely use them again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Gerry is awesome! Came out less than 24 hours after calling them. Fixed my tub faucet and also bonus fixed a front door knob that was giving me trouble for months, which he definitely didn't need to do. Definitely hire them! I work in a similar field and we will be recommending them to all our clients.

Called Freddy Fox Plumbing Monday April 6 around noon because one of my tenants had a leaky toilet.  I put him in touch with my tenant and he actually made time to go out later that evening.  He actually met my tenant around 7:00PM and worked until 9 PM to fix not only the leaky toilet, but also had to replace the fill valve, fix the shower head and the kitchen sink faucet.  I use Freddy Fox Plumbing for all my rentals and he does a great job. I would highly recommend him.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.

Have been with Parker & Sons a number of years now after starting with a different outfit. Have had to wince a couple of times with prices, but overall have been satisfied with timely responses, performance, and results. The 2x per year preventative maintenance requirement that is part of the warranty is painful to deal with but, with some exceptions, the assigned personnel have been good. Am particularly happy with Christopher Luna. Excellent skilled professional tech and great representative for the company.

Keith has been wonderful to work with! He has been courteous, honest, helpful, and prompt with all of our needs. We have had lots of questions and he has been there to answer every one of them. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend Ideal ten times over.
