This is a late review, but the service was excellent. LD and Miguel were my techs and they did a great job. Even when dealing with the unexpected the guys from Williams were top notch. Nate, the owner was upfront with my with all costs involved. I would recommend this company to any who asked and I would use then again if needed. Thanks Nate and crew!

I'm 75 years old and I've used plumbers in six states and in multiple cities in some of those states.  If I hade to rate Affordable Plumbing Solutions compared to everyone else I've used, there is absolutely no comparison.  I recently had to replace all hardware on top and underneath a bedroom sink due to a leak.  Two plumbers couldn't find the leak, a third gave me an estimate of $1700 and a fourth $750.
This problem went on for weeks.  I finally found Affordable Plumbing Solutions and he gave me an estimate of between $300 and $350.  The spread was due to not knowing how much the Faucet would cost.  He went to the house late Tuesday to see what he would need and fixed everything first thing the next morning.  My tenant called me to tell me how great they were.  Save yourself the trouble of finding a Plumber and call Affordable Plumbing Solutions firs

Mike came to install a tankless water heater in March. Did a fantastic job. However in June we found out the hard way that the unit was not ventilated properly. I called at 11 PM and got Erin. She  was very helpful and had Mike connect with me immediately. Mike came out and reworked the ventilation as well as had Mike M come out and tweak the unit itself so it burned more efficiently.

Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was Good Friday so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! Just a shout out to ALLPRO and the team, that in a crunch time situation, came out and handled a job with the speed and care needed to get us ready to open and operate.  Special thanks to Julio who started the ball rolling and then involved Tim who then called upon his team, Mike and Jose, who did the actual work. These two were so customer service oriented and professional I wanted to hire them for myself. Thanks for a job well done. In this day and age it means everything to small businesses to stay open. We added a bathroom and needed new plumbing installed. Joe responded to our call and came on time to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and he started the job as promised.

He and his crew were professional (e.g. they always made sure to clean up before they left for the day) and clearly knowledgeable (e.g. he helped design the new plumbing layout around the engineered trusses). Everything is working great and we have no complaints.

Summary: Diggers Plumbing is a reliable professional company. We would definitely contact him again for all future plumbing needs, and would be happy to recommend him to our family/friends too.

These guys are great! They were at my house within a couple hours, Shane dove right in and fixed my sewer problem at a reasonable cost. They gave me some great tips on how to keep it running smooth. I would highly recommend this company.I will definitely use them again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

I was recommended to this company by a friend who is in Real Estate, and boy am I glad. Josh gave me a time and was at my door right on time...He even gave me a call to let me know he would be here on time. With a smile on his face he quickly got the job done and his price was as he quoted on the phone. I live in an old mobile home and I am sure I will have more plumbing problems so I will definitely use Cobra!

I had a problem with my drainage pipes, toilets overflowing. I called Freddy at 10pm  texted him my address and he was at my house within 20min.   Freddy was nice, professional, fast, clean, and very reasonable with his price.  I hope you hire him. You will NOT  be disappointed.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.

I had my annual inspection for plumbing electrical and AC just recently. Each technician that came to my home was very nice and respectful and professional. I want to thank Zach (elec) Garrett (plumbing) and Matt (AC). Kudos to all of them.

The stars that I'm leaving are for each one of the technicians. It's saddens me to see how overpriced Parker and sons is. Their labor costs are totally out of reach. It's sad because for myself I have to look elsewhere because I cannot afford their prices. But I do give Mr Parker credit for hiring professional techs.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. They came out to do a septic certification at our house three weeks ago. Part of that process involved digging up the front yard. The guy says I'm all done and the yard was still all torn up. I said what about the yard and he said he needed to get a cap for the inspection pipe and he would be back in a couple days. That's was three weeks ago. We have called at least four times and each time he tells us he will be out in the morning and then never shows. Meanwhile our yard is a mess and a safety hazard with no cones or anything. Find somebody else for your septic needs.

Our office toilet clogged and we were unsuccessful at plunging the problem. We only have 1 toilet, so it was a bit of an emergency to get it fixed today. I called a handful of plumbing companies, and all stated they would have someone call us back to schedule a same-day appointment. Rooter Hero was the ONLY company to follow through! I called around 12:00pm, and received a call back around 12:15pm. I was given the name of our tech and an estimate of 60-90 minutes. Don arrived right at the 60-minute mark in a clean work van, as well as, a clean uniform. He introduced himself and quickly got to work. Cleared the clog and provided friendly recommendations to avoid the clog happening again in the future. Before paying he asked if we had a coupon, and I did. He took a copy with him, and charged me the exact price as listed on the coupon. No surprise fees! He was friendly, professional, and our plumbing hero! We will definitely use Rooter Hero again if we need these types of services. Thank you!

Don't bother calling them because they won't bother coming. We had a major water leak in the cement slab under our house. Called them at 7:30 on Monday morning. He said he couldn't come until Tuesday afternoon.
By 3:00 he didn't come or call us. My husband called and asked if he was still coming. He said yes-he was having trouble with his truck.
He never came and never called.
At 5:00 we called another plumber and they came by 8:00 the next morning.
