Best Septic Tank Pumping in United States

I called in an emergency, they were at my place within an hour.  Great service.  The technician was very knowledgeable, hard working and did a great job.  I would highly recommend Sunset Septic Services and would not hesitate to call them in the future...actually, I don't think I would call anyone else.

Great service, highly recommended came to the house in short notice to take care of a small leak inside wall.

I ended up with three people here trying to fix my problems. They were all friendly and professional!  I will call them back if another problem arises!

Our sewer pipe collapsed and our toilet and tub backed up and overflowed. I reached out to several companies and Elite Rooter responded quickly and sent out a whole team of guys to inspect and diagnose exactly what happened. They went over the details of the damage and repair costs and worked with me on my payment. They assigned two plumbers to work on our home, Brian and Junior. Both were overly helpful and kind. We trusted them completely to be in our home and work at their own pace. They were perfect and we couldn't have asked for better service from them. We highly recommend Elite Rooter for plumbing emergencies (especially Brian and Junior).

Element plumbing came out after hours and on short notice when our tankless water heater stopped working. Micheal took the required parts with him, ordered all the warranty replacement parts for us, then came back to repair everything. Incredible service, and knowledgeable people. Would recommend them to anyone

Should be ZERO stars.  This guy and his son came over and were there for 7 minutes.  While checking for leaks they broke off all the plastic piece on the side of the pool which is used to make water flow towards the top skimmer.  He left all the broken pieces lying around the pool, never said anything about it, collected payment, and took off.  I called him back about this and have heard nothing since.  Zero competence, horrible customer service, and flat out breaks items in the pool, doesn't fix them or get new pieces.  I highly suggest no one uses this guy moving forward.  I would think that any other company would not do this and be okay with it.  In the end I am out $225 for 7 minutes of his time and am left wasting my time to go purchase (out of my pocket) the things HE broke while trying to determine a simple leak.  I love how some of these people say he is a very pleasant guy.  Couldn't be any worse of a person to chat with either.  He is just horrible all the way around.

These guys bailed me out!  After another plumbing company pulled a no-show, Johnco came in and got the job done (and I didn't have to take another morning off of work).  The technician (Jason) was courteous, quick, and explained that my garbage disposal had done its job, but that it had just reached the end of its life.  he was prepared with a replacement, and was able to swap out old with new in about 45 minutes.  He also walked over the warranty information, and how to ensure I got the full two year warranty.

After missing a morning of work and being a bit upset, Johnco saved the day.  Highly recommended!

Bob is an awesome plumber, has a fantastic attitude, is extremely well-priced, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond what was asked of him.  He came to my home this morning, joked with my children, did a fantastic job with the plumbing job, and even checked an additional leak in my upstairs bathroom.  I'm so happy I found him, I can't recommend him highly enough, and he will be my first choice in plumber moving forward!

I had Quality Pumping out a couple months ago to pump my septic system. He never informed me of the outlet piping was damaged, I had leaks above the lids and when I called them to ask them to come back to see why it was leaking they informed me that could not have someone out for at least a week I ended up calling Little Stinker and they informed me that the outlet pipe might be damaged. I ended up digging down to the outlet hole myself and found that the pipe was damaged and nothing was going out to the leach lines. I had Little Stinker come back out and they replaced all outlet pipes and it ended up costing me another $700.00. I'm not saying it was Quality's fault but the tech could have pointed out to me that the pipe was not right, after all....its their business to know these things, I would have gladly paid them to do the repairs when they were out here initially.

I was having an issue with my water heater yesterday so I called my home warranty and they would not send anyone out to my house until the next business day since it was not a true emergency. I have tenants with small children living at the property and needed the water heater fixed asap. A good friend of mine referred me to Second Opinion Plumbing. I called them last night around 7:15pm and was greeted by a warm welcoming voice eager to help me with my water heater issue. I briefly gave him the rundown on what was going on and with no hesitation he asked for my address and said he would be over in 20 minutes. The technician was able to fix my water heater within 15-20 mins of being there. He also took the time to show me what the problem was and explained ways on how I could help this issue from happening again in the future. I was left with excellent service from an outstanding technician who gives pretty solid high fives on the way out the door.

I would HIGHLY recommend Second Opinion Plumbing to everyone in the area with hopes they are able to work with Justin who was the top notch technician who came to my rescue with such short notice. Not only does Justin come with lots of knowledge & great plumbing skills, he also has a VERY IMPRESSIVE beard! I would totally add 5 more stars to this review just in honor of his beard.

On February 3, 2023 I called and spoke to Mike. He said he would have someone call me over the weekend to discuss and quote my backyard project but no one ever called me back. I waited a month before posting this just in case he was backed up. But still, four weeks later...no call or text from Mike or his crew.

I called them to do a pump and certification for the sale of the house.
1st guy can't find the second part of the tank, wasn't sure if it was a tank, had to call a 2nd guy to help (He has only been doing this 3 months)
While on the walkie talkie I kept hearing one of the guys say, just pump it and fail it, just pump it and fail it.

I asked why it would fail if it's functioning. They said it's not up to code. And it's old. But it functions, so I figured it would be grandfathered in as long as nothing is physicaly wrong with it.
2nd guy shows up, he can't  find second part of the tank either.
So fine, I'll pay for labor, you guys can go. If you guys are going to fail my tank, without even inspecting it, my buyer is going to back out, and having it pumped and certified is pointless at this point.

I get a receipt for  $60 labor, seems reasonable, I'll pay.. Then the kid comes back 20 minutes later and said the boss said I need to pay additional  60$ for the second guys labor  (even though it was not my fault the first kid needed help) and an additional  $80 for an inspection they didn't even do. They couldn't even find the other part of the tank!!!  but graciously he said I can have that back when they come back and do the tank replacement
That they don't even know needs to be done.
It will be a cold day in hell that I have them back out to my house. Enjoy your $80 for nothing, I'll find another company.  
$120 for labor and they didn't even replace the cap they removed.

If you want to be lied to and overcharged these are the people you want.
Not only were we grossly overcharged from their original quote but the worker that added the invoice made a $200 mistake in his favor which we were never given credit for.
