Best Septic Tank Pumping in United States

Beware...they provided an incomplete inspection and recommended unnecessary repairs.  They did not answer questions on the inspection report honestly.

Called Mike to come over and solve a problem with a shower valve. He did outstanding work and fixed the problem and got everything working as original. He did the work at a very fair price and I will call Mike at Backwater Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

I had a flood in my bathroom on Sunday I called them Monday morning and they showed up in less then 2 hours all the way up in tonto village and fixed the problem a fair price and speedy work.

Jose Ventura was very professional when he came into my home. He was properly wearing a mask, had booties on, and gloves. I felt very comfortable letting him into my house due to COVID. The work he did was impeccable and his work area remained clean and organized. I totally recommend Elite Rooster and Jose to anyone. I will be a repeat customer if i ever need plumbing services again. Thank you!

It was a snow day and the owner took the time to answer my frenzied questions. Based on the timely and helpful responses alone, we were able to solve our problem. Others had basically had automated responses about getting scheduled 3 days out not even bothering to ask if that would be the appropriate solution. We had dropped a ring down the shower drain and with their help we figured out how to retrieve it. If and when we need plumbing, I'm calling them first!

I had a problem for some time with a leak.  Another company spent more than a week checking it out and determined there was no problem.  However the leak continued to the point where I had no salt.  Leak detective diagnosed the leak almost immediately and accurately.  They were able to fix a difficult problem and I am happy to provide a very strong recommendation for their services.  Thanks for your help!

This company came out last week for an insurance claim.  My insurance denied the claim but Johnco quoted me a price.  Jason came out today and didn't just fix it he replaced the whole are.  We will always use and highly recommend Johnco

Bob is an awesome plumber, has a fantastic attitude, is extremely well-priced, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond what was asked of him.  He came to my home this morning, joked with my children, did a fantastic job with the plumbing job, and even checked an additional leak in my upstairs bathroom.  I'm so happy I found him, I can't recommend him highly enough, and he will be my first choice in plumber moving forward!

Tommy was extremely helpful at helping us troubleshoot our plumbing issue. We were concerned it was a septic issue but Tommy helped us figure out it was actually a plumbing issue. We will definitely use quality pumping when we need our septic pumped!

I'm very pleased with this company and I believe his name was Justin who did such a great job! We had decided to have a misting system installed and after getting several estimates we went with SOP.
They came out quickly to give an estimate and once we decided to go with it they got the job done in record time.

On February 3, 2023 I called and spoke to Mike. He said he would have someone call me over the weekend to discuss and quote my backyard project but no one ever called me back. I waited a month before posting this just in case he was backed up. But still, four weeks later...no call or text from Mike or his crew.

I have used this company for the 11 years I lived here, for all my septic tank needs. They have done me right every time.

We would not recommend this company.  Reason is we asked for a quote on the work to be done after the first initial visit.  We waited 3 days and I still had not received a quote so I called again and they said it would be between 1500 and 2800.  We needed the work done so they came and replaced a small line that roots had grown in and pumped tank and it was 2500.  We felt for the time spent with the excavator charges were way high at 1200 then parts and labor were 600 and pumping 750.  This was a simple dig and replace a 3ft pipe.  We felt ripped off.  I will say the technicians were nice.
