Best Septic Tank Pumping in United States

This company has no respect for the customer. They were supposed to put in 2 new leach lines on our septic system before we purchased our house. Instead, they only installed 1 new line and attached in to the old line that was already in place. We wanted to install a pool in our backyard. They were supposed to come and add a new line that would not be in the area that we wanted the pool. It took nearly 6 months to get the line put in and for the permit to be approved. They would never call or e-mail us to keep us updated. They wanted to charge us the same for 1 line as they charged the bank for 2 lines that were not put in. We asked them not to leave the access to the new leach line where it would be in the way of our entrance and they put it right in the middle of the entrance. Making it difficult to use the entrance. I will never use them or refer them to anyone. I gave 1 star only because I could not post without at least 1.

If I could give zero stars I would. Never responded to texts or calls until day of installation when mike finally called back he responded with I don't even know who you are, after saying he received my text over a week ago. I had Lowe's switch installers

Had Soro and Joel here. I just moved into this house and needed to locate the sewer clean out drain so I could drain my pool. They located it 6ft underground dug it up and brought it to ground level for me. They were very professional and courteous and informative. They let me know what they were doing. I feel they were very reasonable and didn't nickel and dime me. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for any plumbing needs. They will be my go to guys before I ever call anyone else.

Ascend plumbing responded in record time was patient with my time frame and got the job done quickly and efficiently. All in all they were great. The price was also a lot better for the sinks than most others. 10/10 service.

Great job to leak detective for finding the leak in my pool and fixing it! This is the same leak that pelican bay pools did not find and also told me it was not in the skimmer. Guess what guys, it was in the skimmer!

Went out this morning and saw a small sinkhole forming. We have a warranty service agreement through the city. Johnco plumbing was selected for us and I am happy they were. They contacted us within the hour and to our home within 2. Jason was the technician and he did a good job seemed knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly. I asked for the business card and will definitely use this company for any future plumbing issues.

Bob is an awesome plumber, has a fantastic attitude, is extremely well-priced, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond what was asked of him.  He came to my home this morning, joked with my children, did a fantastic job with the plumbing job, and even checked an additional leak in my upstairs bathroom.  I'm so happy I found him, I can't recommend him highly enough, and he will be my first choice in plumber moving forward!

I had Quality Pumping out a couple months ago to pump my septic system. He never informed me of the outlet piping was damaged, I had leaks above the lids and when I called them to ask them to come back to see why it was leaking they informed me that could not have someone out for at least a week I ended up calling Little Stinker and they informed me that the outlet pipe might be damaged. I ended up digging down to the outlet hole myself and found that the pipe was damaged and nothing was going out to the leach lines. I had Little Stinker come back out and they replaced all outlet pipes and it ended up costing me another $700.00. I'm not saying it was Quality's fault but the tech could have pointed out to me that the pipe was not right, after all....its their business to know these things, I would have gladly paid them to do the repairs when they were out here initially.

We had a leaking water main at our home that was flooding our front yard. We had a plumber tell us they would have to replace the whole line at a cost of several thousands of dollars. When I needed a second opinion, I was glad to find Second Opinion Plumbing! They responded quickly and, instead of sending me a ridiculous estimate via email, went right to work digging down to the leak. It was repaired that same morning at a fraction of the price of the first estimate! This was a messy, muddy, labor intensive job. From now on, Second Opinion Plumbing will be my first call when I have a plumbing need.

On February 3, 2023 I called and spoke to Mike. He said he would have someone call me over the weekend to discuss and quote my backyard project but no one ever called me back. I waited a month before posting this just in case he was backed up. But still, four weeks later...no call or text from Mike or his crew.

I am an out of town landlord and my rental had a sink hole in the backyard.  It took us a while to figure out how to get it fixed. After calling the city and being told they would have to pull the blue prints for the house to see if it may be an old septic system, and that would take up to 6 weeks to do.  They suggested I call a plumber. Called a plumber and explained what happened and they referred me to Coopers Sewer & Drain. Called Coopers and explained what was happening and was told they would send someone out to look at it. I believe the owner went out.  He called me from the rental and explained that it was an old septic system that had collapsed. When the house was put on city sewer the owners didn't take care of the septic system like they were supposed to.  I was seeing cha-ching cha-ching cha-ching.  I was not happy.  Coopers gave me an estimate that was MUCH lower than I had feared.  I said do it, they scheduled it for the next Thursday (only a few days away) and they brought in a backhoe and dug it out, added dirt, tamped it down and made sure it wouldn't sink.  The amount to fix it was on the low end of their estimate which made me VERY happy.  Today (almost 6 months later) you can't even tell there was a sink hole.  Coopers was very professional, kept me in the loop and called me for payment and took payment over the phone.  I highly recommend this company.

We would not recommend this company.  Reason is we asked for a quote on the work to be done after the first initial visit.  We waited 3 days and I still had not received a quote so I called again and they said it would be between 1500 and 2800.  We needed the work done so they came and replaced a small line that roots had grown in and pumped tank and it was 2500.  We felt for the time spent with the excavator charges were way high at 1200 then parts and labor were 600 and pumping 750.  This was a simple dig and replace a 3ft pipe.  We felt ripped off.  I will say the technicians were nice.
