Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

Rescue Plumbing Services is such an amazing company! All the services I requested was completed in such a professional manner. I needed the shutoff valve replaced in the bathroom sink, the plumbing under the sink and the faucet replaced. I was trying to DIY it myself, but failed. They were here in no time and corrected and completed the work with no issues and in a timely manner. I was so pleased with their work I then requested a shower head replacement, kitchen water shutoff valves replacement, under kitchen sink plumbing, water filter install, garbage disposal install and dishwasher install. The laundry room washing machine drain became clogged. Cordie was very quick to respond with reasonable quote. He was on-time for the appointment and cleared the problem in the drain pipe. He conducts himself in a professional manner. I highly recommend him and his company.

Rick is a true professional that delivers helpful, excellent service with a smile. He truly goes above and beyond. We are so happy with his services. Besides having his team regularly service our commercial kitchen hoods, Rick personally trained our staff on the proper use of our kitchen equipment and makes sure that he not only does his job, but also makes sure we can do ours if we ever had an emergency. Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater.  I asked him if he would be doing it himself.  He said yes.  I informed him I would like to be here during installation.  Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now.  The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me.  I was very upset.  I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed.   I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice.   I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there.  Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself.  I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in.  I arrived at home to find nothing had been done.  I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed.  He said he sent the tech to another job.  I asked him again if this is going to be done today.  He said YES!  However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin.  He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow.  I text him back and said I really need it tonight.  I have been without hot water for 3 days already.  I have 4 kids and we all need a shower.  Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight.  Really?!  5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?!  He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse.  At least be honest.  I was extremely upset.  I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service.  I ended up having to find another company to do the work.  Luckily the next company was AWESOME!  He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing.  He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer).  We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

I contacted Mike with a grinder pump issue and couldn't be more impressed with his help. Mike was able to identify and walk me through a basic diagnosis to assess the damage to a pump with an alarm ringing. I would highly recommend Mike to those who have a grinder pump at their home!

I used ACE Home Services after I bought a Groupon for an AC service visit. The technician showed up on-time and set right to work. After being on the roof for a little while, he returned and informed me that my coils were absolutely filthy and showed me pictures to prove it. He explained why I would want my coils cleaned, so I hired him for the job, which he did right then and there. He estimated it would take an hour and a half, and it did. I can't attest to how fair ACE's pricing is because I didn't shop around for coil cleaning. However, the technician did a great job, kept me in the loop, and met all my expectations.

So why not five stars? This is my first experience with ACE, and they're honestly the only interaction I've ever had with any AC company. Thus, I have no comparison. I'm happy with the service, though, and would recommend them to others.

As someone who manages a rental property, I get pretty comfy with service companies.  I called Empire when for my own residence last year for air conditioning problems.  Essentially, the breaker kept kicking for problems that I finally found out a year later were purely a result of the breaker installation (not relevant) but Empire basically took our service fee, reset the breakers, and said it was due to inconsistent output from the AC unit and put a thingiemagie on there.  All I know is that it cost $250+.  It managed to control the problem until the end of the year by coincidence because it was the end of AC season and the AC was running infrequently.  A year later, I found out it's an electrical problem on the breaker and the fix they made was necessary and didn't solve the problem.   This is where my amnesia kicks in.  I completely forgot about all of this/my dissatisfaction when I called them again 16 months after that fiasco for my rental property.  There was a hot water heater leak and I needed someone to check it out/diagnose.  They said we needed a new water heater (which we do) and quoted us over $1100.  I did all this via phone from work because it's not my house and I had to remedy something quickly (while at work).  For the life of me, I could not get the technician to stop selling me the service package (Which is how I finally remembered it was them!  The company from a year before!  They won't stop talking about the service package before giving you a quote!) and just give me the #$*(@#$ quote so I could make a decision (at work, on the phone) about how to proceed with the pricey fix.   After interrupting and even having to be a little firm and rude, I finally got the price quote and let him know that No, I was NOT interested in the service package or what the water heater would cost me with the service package. I want to know what it will cost me.  Today.  By itself.  Whew.  So, I finally got the quote.  Way too high.  When I stated I thought it was high, I was again sold on how they could do it today and the service package will save me $120 dollars! Good day sir.  Here's your $29.99 service fee.  I'll call you tomorrow.  No, no, I won't.  I got Home Depot to do the sale of the heater, the install, and the take away of the old unit for $800.  It's my own fault, really... the amnesia.  My advice?  Write down every service company you shouldn't use again... somewhere.

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
