Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

The laundry room washing machine drain became clogged. Cordie was very quick to respond with reasonable quote. He was on-time for the appointment and cleared the problem in the drain pipe. He conducts himself in a professional manner. I highly recommend him and his company.

Besides having his team regularly service our commercial kitchen hoods, Rick personally trained our staff on the proper use of our kitchen equipment and makes sure that he not only does his job, but also makes sure we can do ours if we ever had an emergency. I was in desperate need of a reliable septic company who could come out and give me an honest opinion of what was going on with our septic issues, and not just try to pump our tank and collect a quick check. JT came out on a Friday afternoon, evaluated the issues, and got right to work. This was no small task, our entire yard was dug up, leach line was replaced, amongst other major repairs. Tameron's wasn't willing to give up without providing us with a functional seepage pit and drainage. I am so thankful I finally found a reliable company who was willing to work through whatever issues we were having. I highly recommend JT, and Tameron's plumbing and Septic. This is the first time in 5 years I have a fully functional septic tank and seepage pit. Thank you JT for fixing some major issues in our backyard. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Jody Grafft did a wonderful job finding the water leak in a wall that was shared by my laundry room and pantry. He also changed the valves that connected my washing machine to water, as the old valves were corroded and impossible to turn off. I really appreciate the great work of Jody Grafft.

Had an out of state water filtration system, Waterboy 2000 installed by Mike and his assistant from Paar Plumbing.
The initial flow unit for the Waterboy was incorrect and we received a new one before the final install. Unfortunately, the new flow unit was larger and taller than the original and Mike had to spend time and materials to retrofit the plumbing. Final job looked professional, fit and worked as installed. They got the job done without a complaint.  
Would use and recommend Mike from Paar!
BTW- Mike had a great drywall guy, George Rangel, that made a seamless (yep, I said that) transition from our old drywall to the new install.

Almost made a big mistake.  They came out for the low cost annual AC check and all went well until the tech is done then sits down with you and shows pics with estimates.  He started throwing out these ridiculous prices to clean the coil and blower but if you go with their special customer 3 year plan you can save 20% off the regular price and have the coil and blower cleaning included.  Sounded reasonable and almost had me until I said I would go with it and then says that price was only if you went for the $2,200+ option of having your attic insulation done.  I indicated that I would be interested only in the 3 year plan at the 20% discount price.  He contacts his boss for approval.  Tech says to boss it is an easy job a couple of times and boss asks if I was an existing customer.  Big mistake the tech makes is he has boss on speaker phone and I tell the boss was irritated.  Boss says he can't do that as it would be unfair giving me that price because it is the price for existing customers only.  Would only do 10% off.  This comes to $75 apart from what I would agree to.  So I jump in and add to the conversation about knowing the value of a new customer as I own a business as well.  Why should I be penalized for being a new customer?  Boss goes on and on over talking me not listening to a word I had to say.  Tech writes on his invoice that the customer has no respect for his services.  Are you kidding me?!!  The arrogance of the tech and the boss was just amazing.  Earlier the tech said I would probably need a new system in two years.  So, for $75 the boss not only throws away my potential 3 year service agreement business but also a possible new system install in a couple years.  So, the bottom line here is, read these reviews.  They are spot on.  This company is rude, upsell the heck out of you and then blame you for their customer service mistakes!  Oh and by the way, they were referred by a friend,  You can bet the friend will hear about this as well.  Word of mouth goes a long way!!!  Glad I did not make a big mistake getting involved long term with this company.  Lastly, I bought a can of foaming cleaning agent for $14 and I will clean the coil myself!  They could have said it needed cleaning during the service for a cost of $100 and I would have said yes.  Amazing what happens when you deal with greed at its finest!

BioGreen came recommended from an outdoor mall management team that I know, and they did not disappoint! Heather was so awesome and attentive. She called me back quickly after I left a message and was able to send emergency help within about an hour. Scott was so patient and informative through the process and a much larger issue was avoided thanks to their quick response and thorough work to get our issue handled!  Highly recommend!

Empire taught me that I'm the biggest sucker in the world...and it's a costly lesson.

We originally called them because our septic backed up and it was 11pm on a Sunday night. I thought I did my due diligence researching and finding a company that handles emergency repairs in the middle of the night.

The guy came out and fixed the problem and quoted me one price that was like without the service agreement and another price about $200 lower with a $16.50 service agreement for one year. I opted for the service agreement and paid about $375 for the plumbing (they snaked the line to unplug it). They also came out and checked my AC later in the week and said it was fine.

The next time they came out to check the AC they replaced the outside blower and added a kickstarter to the unit and charged me about $700. I just found out from my new AC guy that the blower would have been under warranty so they really took me on that job.

Next my plumbing backed up again but this time snaking it didn't work. They had to open up my back patio to replace a pipe and also had to have the septic pumped. Two guys did the job in about 6 hours, a subcontractor pumped the septic and the only part was a wide PVC like pipe. The final bill was just under $4000 and this didn't include patching the patio cement so now there's a giant 3'x1' hole with an exposed pipe in my patio. $1100 of this amount was for the septic to get pumped, about triple what I would have paid had I picked up the phone and called someone myself.

My advice to you, don't buy the service agreement and avoid Empire. And anyone that is saying that they saved a ton with all this preventative maintenance is just a big sucker like me. They come out twice a year to figure out what they need to sell you and replace things even if they're under warranty.

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
