Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

I had a great experience with Rescue Plumbing. My main water line was leaking, I called them in the morning and they came out the same day to give me an estimate which was the lowest of 4 estimates I got. They were able to schedule and complete the work the next day. They were very courteous and professional, and I was impressed they tested all the  house water fixtures to make sure water pressure was OK. The work required them to go under the house, in which they discovered 2 leaks. I was so pleased with the work Enrique and his son did replacing the main water line, I hired them to fix the 2 leaks. I would definitely recommend using Rescue Plumbing, first class family operation!

The laundry room washing machine drain became clogged. Cordie was very quick to respond with reasonable quote. He was on-time for the appointment and cleared the problem in the drain pipe. He conducts himself in a professional manner. I highly recommend him and his company.

Rick is a true professional that delivers helpful, excellent service with a smile. He truly goes above and beyond. We are so happy with his services. Besides having his team regularly service our commercial kitchen hoods, Rick personally trained our staff on the proper use of our kitchen equipment and makes sure that he not only does his job, but also makes sure we can do ours if we ever had an emergency. This company gets an A++ and we will continue to give them our business.

We called him and he came out in just a couple days when no one else could, he saved us a lot of trouble and did such a great job too, we really appreciate him and will call him with any plumbing or septic needs we ever have again. Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater.  I asked him if he would be doing it himself.  He said yes.  I informed him I would like to be here during installation.  Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now.  The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me.  I was very upset.  I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed.   I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice.   I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there.  Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself.  I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in.  I arrived at home to find nothing had been done.  I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed.  He said he sent the tech to another job.  I asked him again if this is going to be done today.  He said YES!  However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin.  He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow.  I text him back and said I really need it tonight.  I have been without hot water for 3 days already.  I have 4 kids and we all need a shower.  Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight.  Really?!  5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?!  He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse.  At least be honest.  I was extremely upset.  I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service.  I ended up having to find another company to do the work.  Luckily the next company was AWESOME!  He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing.  He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer).  We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

Hands down the best and most knowledgeable plumber in town. I've wasted plenty of money on other guys who read from a plumbers book for dummy's for instructions but no more of that. This guy is the real deal!

Their service was suppose to come out to inspect my rental homes AC and plumbing. Was told they could make both appts with in range of 2-5pm. They changed the apps on us for 10-1 and 2-5.  First appt was done waiting on the 2nd. AC guy finally came and wouldn't do anything until the landlords were present. Told him they were on their way. The tech was rude as soon as he found out he would have to wait a few minutes. I saw him pulling away after about 10minutes.  Never came back to the door to see how long. It is Friday late in the day and he was done. This tech showed very poor customer service as soon as he came to the door. I called immediately to the dispatch office and talked to them.  Got no where with them.  I told her the guy probably wasn't that far away they could send him back. They showed the same lack of customer service the tech did. The tech said he waited 20 minutes, which was a lie. Instead of making it right because they messed up by not calling my landlords  when they were on their way they said we could reschedule. Why is it that I have to waste my time waiting on them all day long but they cannot wait more then 10 minutes before they leave without a word. This is such poor customer service from making the appt down to the tech.  Ther are so many other companies in Phoenix that want the business I'd never waste my time or money on this company.

Scott was great! Spent days calling companies and getting nothing until we found this company. They came out the same day and pumped our tank while also talking to us about some other problems we were having and what we could do about it. Fast, friendly, reliable service! Thank you again!

I called them for gas leak repair and the service repair person was very rude and disrespectful to our house.  He was walking all over the house without asking for permission.

Warning, don't use this service.  He only pumps out the water and not the sentiment.  Worst septic service in the valley.
