Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

I called Rescue Family Plumbing on a Saturday with a clogged toilet that needed to be fixed ASAP.  They came out within a few hours and fixed the problem immediately.  They are the best in the business.  Family owned, courteous, and honest.

I was in desperate need of a reliable septic company who could come out and give me an honest opinion of what was going on with our septic issues, and not just try to pump our tank and collect a quick check. JT came out on a Friday afternoon, evaluated the issues, and got right to work. This was no small task, our entire yard was dug up, leach line was replaced, amongst other major repairs. Tameron's wasn't willing to give up without providing us with a functional seepage pit and drainage. I am so thankful I finally found a reliable company who was willing to work through whatever issues we were having. I highly recommend JT, and Tameron's plumbing and Septic. Had a great experience with this company.  Joey came to our house and diagnosed the plumbing problem immediately! came up with a plan and was able to complete this plan at a timely bases and at a very reasonable rate.  Joey has great customer service skills and I enjoyed him very much!  I certainly would recommend this company for any plumbing or hvac needs!

How had  Ace home services take care of my air-conditioning and heating systems for the last five years. Had my AC go out Saturday at 6 PM called Ace and they were out Sunday morning and had it back on by 10 AM.  Very important when it's 113°. There always professional and extremely responsive. Their service tech Caleb Carver explained everything thoroughly and was a true professional.  Re-signed for additional three years of service with this great company.  Great to have you on my team.

I found a leak from the bottom of my 10 year old water heater yesterday.  I knew enough that at that age, the tank liner was likely leaking and a new unit was needed.  My google search turned up Empire.  I called and the service tech got out promptly to inspect the unit.  He confirmed that it needed replacement.  However, his quote for everything was over $2,000 plus tax.  A 15% discount on that if I signed up for a service plan.  I paid him $31.14 for the service call and sent him on his way.  I got ahold of someone today that wil provide the same for less than 700 all in.

To be clear, I have no issues with the guy who came out personally.  It's the margin they wanted for the work.

Warning, don't use this service.  He only pumps out the water and not the sentiment.  Worst septic service in the valley.
