Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

I had a great experience with Rescue Plumbing. My main water line was leaking, I called them in the morning and they came out the same day to give me an estimate which was the lowest of 4 estimates I got. They were able to schedule and complete the work the next day. They were very courteous and professional, and I was impressed they tested all the  house water fixtures to make sure water pressure was OK. The work required them to go under the house, in which they discovered 2 leaks. I was so pleased with the work Enrique and his son did replacing the main water line, I hired them to fix the 2 leaks. I would definitely recommend using Rescue Plumbing, first class family operation!

The laundry room washing machine drain became clogged. Cordie was very quick to respond with reasonable quote. He was on-time for the appointment and cleared the problem in the drain pipe. He conducts himself in a professional manner. I highly recommend him and his company.

Rick is a true professional that delivers helpful, excellent service with a smile. He truly goes above and beyond. We are so happy with his services. Besides having his team regularly service our commercial kitchen hoods, Rick personally trained our staff on the proper use of our kitchen equipment and makes sure that he not only does his job, but also makes sure we can do ours if we ever had an emergency. I needed a new water heater. I had Ace Home do some A/C work for me several months ago and I was pleased with the work so I thought I would give them a try for the new heater installation.  I got great service from the very start.  Rich was the technician that installed the heater along with some new fittings I needed to bring everything up to code.  He is most efficient and professional.  He took time to explain everything that had to be done and when finished made sure I understood what was done.  I will use Ace Home Services again when needed.

Needed service on a Sunday, called Scott he set it up for same day service. Super fast service very professional and taken care of same day??? Yes to all of the above. Will use again when the need arises for sure.

A totally unethical business.  Jason Hart, Service Manager at Empire Plumbing & Air Conditioning came to my home to give me an estimate for an ADA toilet (1), new tub handles and shower wand, and a hot water heater.  I'm sure when he came in he saw an old white haired woman with no man in sight and dollar signs flashed through his mind.  I had been doing business with Empire for the last several years and I don't think anything I previously had done was so out of line and felt I could trust I was getting everything at a fair price.  I signed to have the work done for a whooping $4,119 which was more than double what it should have cost.  At the time of installation I mentioned to the installers that I felt there was a mistake and an adjustment should be made.  Of course the signed contracted was flashed in my face.  By email I pointed out that I was being charge for TWO toilets (not one) for almost $2,000 and the toilet that was installed cost about $400.  For the tub handles and shower wand I was charged over $1100 and cost about $120.00.  For the hot water heater, which had a dent in it, I was charged over $1,700 and cost about $650.  My supposed discount brought it down to the $4,119.  What I should have been charged, allowing a generous five hours of labor at $150 an hour, was about $2020.  I requested a refund of $2000 which I feel was a more than a fair adjustment.  I filed a complaint with the ROC and because I signed the trumped up estimate I am SOL.  EVERYONE dealing with Empire Plumbing and AC do you homework BEFORE you sign anything.  Just because they can doesn't mean they should.  I'm a big believer in KARMA and I hope when something bad happens to them they think of me.

Warning, don't use this service.  He only pumps out the water and not the sentiment.  Worst septic service in the valley.
