Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

They were able to come out the same day when our septic backed up and looked things over and recommended to wait until after we got the septic tank pumped out to not waste money.  Once I remembered where the other cleanout was in the house I had them come back out and snake the pipes anyways and they were able to clear the blockage caused by our septic tank needing to be pumped.  They were very nice and did a great job.

I was in desperate need of a reliable septic company who could come out and give me an honest opinion of what was going on with our septic issues, and not just try to pump our tank and collect a quick check. JT came out on a Friday afternoon, evaluated the issues, and got right to work. This was no small task, our entire yard was dug up, leach line was replaced, amongst other major repairs. Tameron's wasn't willing to give up without providing us with a functional seepage pit and drainage. I am so thankful I finally found a reliable company who was willing to work through whatever issues we were having. I highly recommend JT, and Tameron's plumbing and Septic. I chose to use Paar Plumbing for my deli on a few occasions. Most recently, they completely re-did my commercial kitchen plumbing setup including sawing concrete to install a new mop sink, relocating a few other sinks to create more workspace, adding heavy duty sprayers on dishwashing sinks, hiding hot/cold pipes inside the walls, securing sinks to the wall, neatly caulking around the equipment, AND left no evidence of cut up drywall to access my pipes. The FRP he installed looks so nice and really makes my kitchen remodel look so classy. Any plumber can snake a drain...Mike Paar sets himself apart by really knowing how to do great work...not cheap work. If you want it done correctly, pay the money for quality work and just understand that not all jobs are without unexpected events, so just be patient and you'll be so happy with the end result for years to come.

I had my AC Tune Up service completed today by their technician Curt.  He was honest and up front, and completed the job in thorough manner.  He also gave me many tips and showed me how to do periodic maintenance on my two AC units so that they will last longer and run more efficiently.  He also took the time to explain some of the other maintenance services that I should consider that were not owner serviceable without pressure to have unnecessary services completed.  He was very professional and is truly an asset for ACE Home Services.

A totally unethical business.  Jason Hart, Service Manager at Empire Plumbing & Air Conditioning came to my home to give me an estimate for an ADA toilet (1), new tub handles and shower wand, and a hot water heater.  I'm sure when he came in he saw an old white haired woman with no man in sight and dollar signs flashed through his mind.  I had been doing business with Empire for the last several years and I don't think anything I previously had done was so out of line and felt I could trust I was getting everything at a fair price.  I signed to have the work done for a whooping $4,119 which was more than double what it should have cost.  At the time of installation I mentioned to the installers that I felt there was a mistake and an adjustment should be made.  Of course the signed contracted was flashed in my face.  By email I pointed out that I was being charge for TWO toilets (not one) for almost $2,000 and the toilet that was installed cost about $400.  For the tub handles and shower wand I was charged over $1100 and cost about $120.00.  For the hot water heater, which had a dent in it, I was charged over $1,700 and cost about $650.  My supposed discount brought it down to the $4,119.  What I should have been charged, allowing a generous five hours of labor at $150 an hour, was about $2020.  I requested a refund of $2000 which I feel was a more than a fair adjustment.  I filed a complaint with the ROC and because I signed the trumped up estimate I am SOL.  EVERYONE dealing with Empire Plumbing and AC do you homework BEFORE you sign anything.  Just because they can doesn't mean they should.  I'm a big believer in KARMA and I hope when something bad happens to them they think of me.

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
