Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

Jody Grafft did a wonderful job finding the water leak in a wall that was shared by my laundry room and pantry. He also changed the valves that connected my washing machine to water, as the old valves were corroded and impossible to turn off. I really appreciate the great work of Jody Grafft.

I chose to use Paar Plumbing for my deli on a few occasions. Most recently, they completely re-did my commercial kitchen plumbing setup including sawing concrete to install a new mop sink, relocating a few other sinks to create more workspace, adding heavy duty sprayers on dishwashing sinks, hiding hot/cold pipes inside the walls, securing sinks to the wall, neatly caulking around the equipment, AND left no evidence of cut up drywall to access my pipes. The FRP he installed looks so nice and really makes my kitchen remodel look so classy. Any plumber can snake a drain...Mike Paar sets himself apart by really knowing how to do great work...not cheap work. If you want it done correctly, pay the money for quality work and just understand that not all jobs are without unexpected events, so just be patient and you'll be so happy with the end result for years to come.

Things don't always go right, but when they don't it's great to have a company stand behind their name and make things good.  

I had a negative experience with one of the technicians; he was curt and I felt the charges were very high.  Two days later when things were still not working correctly another technician came; he was professional and helpful, but I still felt the charges were too high.  I contacted another company and was satisfied with their service and prices.

I contacted Cool Ace by email and detailed my concerns. I received a phone call from them the following morning.  The gentleman who phoned was apologetic, assured me that the first technician would be reprimanded, and offered to refund more than I requested.  The check has arrived and I will consider using them again.

They were suppose to pump my moms septic tank out and he did NOT we had to call another company because after bio-green services came out she was still having flooding  issues had to repay another company would never recommend these guys

Don't recommend calling after regular hours because you will get a lower level of service according to the supervisor rep that came out the following day.  We had someone come at 9:30 PM and fixed the issue and charging an arm and a leg only to realize that he just charged us money and didn't fix anything.  Someone came out the next day and fixed the issue and gave us a discount (although I still think we got ripped off).  Would not recommend after hours but were ok during normal business hours during the week.

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
