Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

I had a great experience with Rescue Plumbing. My main water line was leaking, I called them in the morning and they came out the same day to give me an estimate which was the lowest of 4 estimates I got. They were able to schedule and complete the work the next day. They were very courteous and professional, and I was impressed they tested all the  house water fixtures to make sure water pressure was OK. The work required them to go under the house, in which they discovered 2 leaks. I was so pleased with the work Enrique and his son did replacing the main water line, I hired them to fix the 2 leaks. I would definitely recommend using Rescue Plumbing, first class family operation!

The laundry room washing machine drain became clogged. Cordie was very quick to respond with reasonable quote. He was on-time for the appointment and cleared the problem in the drain pipe. He conducts himself in a professional manner. I highly recommend him and his company.

Rick is a true professional that delivers helpful, excellent service with a smile. He truly goes above and beyond. We are so happy with his services. Besides having his team regularly service our commercial kitchen hoods, Rick personally trained our staff on the proper use of our kitchen equipment and makes sure that he not only does his job, but also makes sure we can do ours if we ever had an emergency. This company gets an A++ and we will continue to give them our business.

I was in desperate need of a reliable septic company who could come out and give me an honest opinion of what was going on with our septic issues, and not just try to pump our tank and collect a quick check. JT came out on a Friday afternoon, evaluated the issues, and got right to work. This was no small task, our entire yard was dug up, leach line was replaced, amongst other major repairs. Tameron's wasn't willing to give up without providing us with a functional seepage pit and drainage. I am so thankful I finally found a reliable company who was willing to work through whatever issues we were having. I highly recommend JT, and Tameron's plumbing and Septic. This is the first time in 5 years I have a fully functional septic tank and seepage pit. Thank you JT for fixing some major issues in our backyard. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Love to start by saying they don't even deserve a one star...

My neighbor below me (I live in condos) has been having leaks in her garage every time I take a bath so we called this company in hopes of fixing the problem. Well they didn't and they came out 4 separate times to fix the leak that should have been fixed the first time.  The plumber stated to me well shit happens after I told him about my disappointment with the service we have been getting. He kept coming up with things it can possibly be.  I will be contacting the company in the AM for a full refund of service they didn't know how to provide. Shame on you for sending people that have zero knowledge in plumbing and fixing leaks.

Do not call this place if you care to have your problems fixed.. this caused me more of a headache then the leak itself

Hands down the best and most knowledgeable plumber in town. I've wasted plenty of money on other guys who read from a plumbers book for dummy's for instructions but no more of that. This guy is the real deal!

Let's try this again and see if it stays posted. I've had a service contract for eight years with Ace home services.  I really did know better but one always hopes you can find an honest company in the world. Every year they tried to get me to buy parts that were overpriced from 500 to 1000% over an Internet price and probably unnecessary.    Two years ago I replaced the contactors for $50 and they wanted $640. When they came out this year they told me I had a horrible Coolant  leak and I needed new units at $9000 apiece although they could not tell me where the leak was. I have heard these companies sabotage your units in order to make it look like something is terribly wrong with them.  I tried to watch them every year but apparently was unsuccessful. I ended up having someone else come out and look at the units. They found that the metal coolant caps have been removed and replaced with plastic caps that had no O-rings in them. They put 11 pounds of coolant in one unit. Several months later I had them checked again and they were just fine.  If you need any current service including emergency service run don't walk away from this company. My Service contract is not yet over but I will never use them again.

He is NOT 24/7! I called at 3:30 pm on Saturday and never received a return call.  I called him back at 12:50 because the septic had started to overflow in my tubs and toilets.  He said let me give you a call back and 40 minutes later he is not answering his phone  and my septic is still overflowing!!  NOT RELIABLE!  JUST LIKE OTHER REVIEWS!

This is one of those companies that specializes in service via annual contracts. Get your wallet out . . . dealing with Empire is extremely pricey.

We made the mistake of calling Empire when our air conditioner broke. Being new to the area, we didn't have any local contacts and just used the yellow pages. When the Empire guys came, they found out what was wrong and replaced a small part that I later found was something like $60 or $70 when ordered on the Internet. But for some reason, by the time they added their service fee for the appx 20  minute appointment, it was considerably over $600. Then, they try to get you to buy an annual contract so that you can get two free tuneups. All in all, I wouldn't trust these people to come back to my house EVER. They give me a creepy feeling just talking to them on the phone.

Warning, don't use this service.  He only pumps out the water and not the sentiment.  Worst septic service in the valley.
