Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

Rescue Plumbing Services is such an amazing company! All the services I requested was completed in such a professional manner. I needed the shutoff valve replaced in the bathroom sink, the plumbing under the sink and the faucet replaced. I was trying to DIY it myself, but failed. They were here in no time and corrected and completed the work with no issues and in a timely manner. I was so pleased with their work I then requested a shower head replacement, kitchen water shutoff valves replacement, under kitchen sink plumbing, water filter install, garbage disposal install and dishwasher install. I was pleased with all the work completed! I love that when you call, Yolanda is always able to accommodate the date and time for the service. Enrique is very professional with his work. I definitely recommend their service to anyone who needs plumbing services! My sister needed plumbing services and I recommended them to her; she was also very pleased with their service. We just recently moved into a new house and Mike and Hudson spent almost a week replacing all the piping under the bathroom sinks and also replacing toilets and all bathroom and kitchen faucets.  They installed a utility sink in the garage and a new RO system.  Their work ethics was top notch as was their workmanship.  We have had no issues with any of the different jobs and if I ever have a need for any plumbing work I know he will be my first choice.  I recommend Paar plumbing without reservations.

Let's try this again and see if it stays posted. I've had a service contract for eight years with Ace home services.  I really did know better but one always hopes you can find an honest company in the world. Every year they tried to get me to buy parts that were overpriced from 500 to 1000% over an Internet price and probably unnecessary.    Two years ago I replaced the contactors for $50 and they wanted $640. When they came out this year they told me I had a horrible Coolant  leak and I needed new units at $9000 apiece although they could not tell me where the leak was. I have heard these companies sabotage your units in order to make it look like something is terribly wrong with them.  I tried to watch them every year but apparently was unsuccessful. I ended up having someone else come out and look at the units. They found that the metal coolant caps have been removed and replaced with plastic caps that had no O-rings in them. They put 11 pounds of coolant in one unit. Several months later I had them checked again and they were just fine.  If you need any current service including emergency service run don't walk away from this company. My Service contract is not yet over but I will never use them again.

For anyone considering this company! This is a screenshot of me booking the appointment with Scott and then Scott completely blowing our appointment off with no explanation. I hope this saves other people from completely waisting there time with this company.

During the recent unusually cold spell, I had an exterior water line freeze and burst on a Saturday morning. I called Empire, spoke to a pleasant male, and was given a 4-hour window for the after-hours service call. The technician missed his window, but I understood they were busy.

Upon arrival, the technician correctly diagnosed the problem, cut out two sections of copper pipe and installed replacements. Knowing we were due for another cold night, he advised we cover as much exposed pipe as possible, which we did. He also gave advice on leaving water dripping overnight, which I did.

I was charged $480 for the repair. A little high, but emergency service so I had no issue paying it.

The next day ... you guessed it ... pipes froze again and burst in a different spot despite following the given instructions. I called Empire back and as it happened the same technician was on another job right around the corner. He arrived in about 90 minutes, again diagnosed the problem correctly and told me he would fix it for ... another $380.

I balked. Now, I expected to pay for the service, but based on the totality of the above, had hoped to have it repaired for, say, the cost of parts plus the emergency service visit. I think that would have been fair for all. The company refused to reduce the price, so I declined the repair.

Fortunately, a friend was available to help. $18 worth of parts from Home Depot and about 40 minutes time, the issue was fixed.

Empire had the opportunity to make a lifelong customer by being fair. They chose to attempt to gouge me and take advantage of my problem. I will never again use any of their services.

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
