Dave is as good as they get and I highly recommend his family run business!! I live in Sun City and had a sewer pipe collapse under my home. I had 5 plumbers give me estimates and I was given a thorough description of the work that each would perform. 3 of the 5 were going to break holes thru my newly installed ceramic tile flooring to accomplish the replace/repair job on my pipes. Dave and one other plumber had a better idea which was to reroute the 2 inch pipe thru the garage and out to the front yard. The only scar that was left on my property was some new concrete patchwork in the garage and driveway. Way better than my new kitchen floor being trashed. Dave even did the drywall patchwork where he accessed the plumbing pipes for the repair. His drywall repair work is as good as any drywall installer too! All I had to do was paint it!! I also had a 26 year old hot water heater (which Dave needed to disconnect for the repair job), so I went to Lowes and purchased a new one. I told Dave I would install it myself when he was done. No, he did the install of the new hot water heater as well. WOW!!! And there were issues on the install, but it was done perfectly!! Thanks Dave for going the extra mile for me.

After dealing with another company, we are so glad we found Liberty! Fast, professional service that got us all fixed up with very reasonable rates! Matthew explained his way thru all the upgrades and repairs - a bonus over just being told that one NEEDS the upgrade/repair. This is a great company!

Still saying FIVE stars for this company!! David was polite, professional, clea, kind, and just worked his way down our latest plumbing list! Recommendations will save buying new faucets - new fixtures look great! I just can't say enough good things! Oh, and was the quote correct? We had a water main break.  Ryan's customer service was exceptional.  They responded early the next day, prior to the scheduled time, and trenched the area for the water line.  The workers were personable and did a fantastic job.  The price was extremely reasonable.  I can't recommend them enough and plan on using them again for synthetic grass in the back yard!

Dan came out late Friday night, answered all of our questions, and fixed everything while the family watched TV.  Good guy, very friendly.  Smooth sailing.

I must say Jake was great, we just closed and moved into our  home on Saturday June 30th 2018, and we already had a water leak on Tuesday, OMG, it was our sprinkler system, I got Jake's number from my GPS, I was looking for the closest plumber, It was a blessing because I explained what was happening and sent him a picture and video of the leak, and it was just what he did, backflow,  Jake stopped the leak and cleaned the hard water build up/erosion, he explained to me and my husband what it was and what we needed to do, He is very knowledgeable and a all around good, kind guy.
Jake was a great help to us. Oh, I forgot to mention he was here in 10 minutes, I was so happy.  I will use his service again and again for regular maintenance for our home and emergencies. Thank you Jake.

Overall I just would not call this company out again. The lack of communication in between their employees and customers is very poore When you say you're gonna be somewhere qnd your running late, that's when you pick up a phone call and say Hey I am not coming or running late so people don't decide around a wait for them.  Then you tell them what time you are available they show up beforehand do not wait for you to get off work in 15 minutes turn around and leave. Just overall very poor customer service. When they  give you a 2 hour window to come out it will be more like 3 to 3 1/2 hours.

They don't see anything wrong with using their extremely loud pump at 4 in the morning next to residents
