Hot Water Heater burst and water running all over the garage. I called Singletary on a Friday afternoon and they were there with a new HW heater in an hour. Great service, great job. While the truck was parked in front of our home, 2 people came by praising the company's work. Wow.

I had a water heater problem where the water was getting way too hot no matter what the temperature was set for. I called these guys based on a referral from our homeschool group where they said that Liberty was fair and honest. Well, they were more than fair and honest. They checked on my warranty for me and went ahead and gave me the warranty when they couldn't get through on the phone lines. They had to call me back a few times and each time they said they would call me back, they did. Imagine that!

They were able to come out early and they called ahead to make sure it was ok and then they were here within about 15 minutes after that call. Joe was very professional and helpful and took time to explain things to me. And the price was very fair especially considering they went ahead and covered the parts under the manufacturer's warranty. This company was a real pleasure to deal with, a far too rare occurrence in today's age. I will definitely be calling them again for any future needs.

David came to my house yesterday & it was the first visit for him to service my RO system... He not only did that & did an excellent job but he installed a new filter for me which I didn't have but needed, so now my water is the proper ph for my health.. He also added air to my tank & moved the system higher on the cabinet wall as it had been installed to low.. He also tighten up connections and replaced some washers & did all of this at no additional charge, plus gave me a discount on my filter insulation...

We are building a house right now and Desert Sky Excavating has been a pleasure to work with . Their work is great and they are always reliable, friendly and fun. When we have a request, they listen and promptly execute. I never thought I would write a review for an excavating business, but I really love their service.

We had these guys come out to fix a broken water line at a job site. Initially, the gentleman showed up on time. That is where the positives end. His first quote was $2000 to fix the pipe (apparently assuming we were desperate and would pay anything). When confronted with the outrageous price, he agreed to fix the pipe for less than $300 (yay!). He proceeded to have my employees dig the hole and turn valves on and off while he supervised and patched the pipe.  

Later that evening, we were informed that a new leak that had sprung up further down the system because of some debris that was sucked into the broken pipe. We called Emergency Plumbing that evening and were told to expect someone around 10 the next morning. Starting at 7am, both I and one of my business partners began calling the office to confirm the appointment. We received no call back. I personally waited at the job site from around 9:30 - 11:00. No call - no show. At this point, we had made no less than a dozen calls that were not returned. I called another plumber, who was on site and had the new leak fixed within 45 minutes.

Fast forward to later that afternoon, we FINALLY get a call back stating that someone had been out to look at the leak at 7am. I'm not sure how this is possible, considering not even I knew where the leak was until later in the day. This is a large commercial building. Anyway, lets take their word for it. Why we weren't called, I have no idea. To top it all off, when we asked if it was the same gentleman who came out to look at the job initially (thinking maybe he looked at the original pipe since that is where the first job was done), we were told that the guy doesn't even work there anymore. WTF?

Anyway, this was an unreliable company in my experience with questionable ethics ($2000 price gouge attempt and the crazy story about the guy going out at 7am to look for a leak without calling anyone).

I must say Jake was great, we just closed and moved into our  home on Saturday June 30th 2018, and we already had a water leak on Tuesday, OMG, it was our sprinkler system, I got Jake's number from my GPS, I was looking for the closest plumber, It was a blessing because I explained what was happening and sent him a picture and video of the leak, and it was just what he did, backflow,  Jake stopped the leak and cleaned the hard water build up/erosion, he explained to me and my husband what it was and what we needed to do, He is very knowledgeable and a all around good, kind guy.
Jake was a great help to us. Oh, I forgot to mention he was here in 10 minutes, I was so happy.  I will use his service again and again for regular maintenance for our home and emergencies. Thank you Jake.

The BEST experience ever!  We had a sudden leak IN THE WALL and Jason was here in what seemed like moments!  He and his crew (David especially) spent whatever it takes to stop the leak and repair the pipe; then as long as they were here I asked if they could change all the faucets (one had been dripping for quite some time) .  They could, they did.  House is renewed and I cannot say enough about the care they took in our home; the appropriate guidance they continuously gave as to what would be best for the house.  We took up way too much of their time and they always treated us with respect.  David talked me down from fear several times, and was a great listener when I asked if something out of the scope could also be done. I highly recommend Champion Plumbing for any size/age of house; these guys KNOW what they're doing!!
