Absolutely the worst. After paying for an $50 estimate, Joe, the owner, refused to send me a copy of the estimate, refused to answer his phone, refused to return my messages. I paid immediately, yet this joker flat out refused to give me what I paid for. If this is how he handles an estimate, imagine how he would handle an actual job. I cannot say how much I distrust this guy and I would never recommend him to anyone.

Our first experience with AAA.  I purchased it for my wife, so when I'm out of town she would be taken care of, so I thought.  My wife called at 3:30 Pm for a tow truck, nobody came.  At 5pm another call waited on hold for 20 minutes, not joking, so they could tell us when truck would arrive.  We were placed on a priority list.  Sounds good?  6:30 the truck shows up.  Not pleased with how they left my wife stranded in the heat for 3 hours, in a bad part of town.  Everything closed.  Very upset.  Wouldn't waste your money.

We had this company do our commercial backflow tests on our two backflows.  One failed and they did not provide a bid to repair it nor tag the backflows as inspected.  When we contacted them to find out when they were there they gave us a date.  In checking our video surveillance their truck was never on our property.  He is very rude to talk to and said one backflow failed.  As there was another address on the report and no sign of them on video so I had another company inspect the backflows.  Both passed with no problem.   Maybe they did inspect them, I don't know but I've never talked to such a rude business owner in my life.  Told me my annual inspection fee is no loss to his business!

Do not use this company. I had three toilets that were running and it has taken them 3 visits to fix the toilets, and on the third visit that was supposed to happen I called to confirm my appointment and the receptionist told me that there was a scheduling error and that no one would be able to come out. When I expressed my frustration and asked if to speak to a manager, the owner (female) got on the phone and started to raise her voice at me and turned the whole situation into me being the cause of the problem. At one point she even said, I don't care about your toilet situation, I only care about the technician who is drilling through a wall right now and is overworked. I have never had such a horrible experience and I have never had anybody in a customer service position talk to me that way. Very rude, very unprofessional, and why does it take 3 visits to fix a leaky toilet?
