We made an appointment with Joe and he came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate. Our toilet flapper was bad he replaced it and did a great job, very friend and knowledgeable.  We have recommended Joe to all of our friends and this is the second time we have used him.  Great job Joe, keep up the good work, you have a customer for life.

Our first experience with AAA.  I purchased it for my wife, so when I'm out of town she would be taken care of, so I thought.  My wife called at 3:30 Pm for a tow truck, nobody came.  At 5pm another call waited on hold for 20 minutes, not joking, so they could tell us when truck would arrive.  We were placed on a priority list.  Sounds good?  6:30 the truck shows up.  Not pleased with how they left my wife stranded in the heat for 3 hours, in a bad part of town.  Everything closed.  Very upset.  Wouldn't waste your money.

We had this company do our commercial backflow tests on our two backflows.  One failed and they did not provide a bid to repair it nor tag the backflows as inspected.  When we contacted them to find out when they were there they gave us a date.  In checking our video surveillance their truck was never on our property.  He is very rude to talk to and said one backflow failed.  As there was another address on the report and no sign of them on video so I had another company inspect the backflows.  Both passed with no problem.   Maybe they did inspect them, I don't know but I've never talked to such a rude business owner in my life.  Told me my annual inspection fee is no loss to his business!

This company has no clue what they are doing and treat you rudely when they can't fix your problem. Our home warranty company sent them out to deal with a water heater issue.  They ended up replacing the unit with the wrong water heater.  We have a direct power vent (which requires two vents) system they installed a standard water heater with only one vent.  When I asked about the other vent they said it is no longer required.  Well, that water heater didn't work either.  The warranty company sent out another company to diagnose it and they confirmed it was the wrong water heater.  I hired another company to come out and they confirmed it was wrong as well.  I thought the warranty company had ordered the wrong water heater so I gave Just Plumbing the benefit of the doubt and let them install the correct one.  WRONG IDEA.  It doesn't work and they say our vents must be clogged.  I then got a call from another tech named Aaron who asked why I cussed his tech out.  (which I didn't) He then said well then your wife cussed him out. (which she didn't).  When the tech left yesterday after failing to fix our problem I gave him a $25 gift card because I knew he was trying hard.  This was the second rude call I got from Aaron during this fiasco.  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

**UPDATE** 3/18 Had another plumbing company come out and they found Just Plumbing had choked down the Intake and Exhaust vents so far that the air couldn't evacuate the system causing the unit to shut down.  They installed the correct piping from the new unit to my existing vents and everything works!!  Anytime something went wrong Aaron blamed us or something else.  If he had any idea of what he was doing this would never have happened.
