Our first experience with AAA.  I purchased it for my wife, so when I'm out of town she would be taken care of, so I thought.  My wife called at 3:30 Pm for a tow truck, nobody came.  At 5pm another call waited on hold for 20 minutes, not joking, so they could tell us when truck would arrive.  We were placed on a priority list.  Sounds good?  6:30 the truck shows up.  Not pleased with how they left my wife stranded in the heat for 3 hours, in a bad part of town.  Everything closed.  Very upset.  Wouldn't waste your money.

We had this company do our commercial backflow tests on our two backflows.  One failed and they did not provide a bid to repair it nor tag the backflows as inspected.  When we contacted them to find out when they were there they gave us a date.  In checking our video surveillance their truck was never on our property.  He is very rude to talk to and said one backflow failed.  As there was another address on the report and no sign of them on video so I had another company inspect the backflows.  Both passed with no problem.   Maybe they did inspect them, I don't know but I've never talked to such a rude business owner in my life.  Told me my annual inspection fee is no loss to his business!

Awful experience. They replaced a hot water heater in my home back in Feb, which took a week to do. Then, come to find out through a home inspection for selling my house, that they installed the completely wrong water heater. I am still dealing with them, and my home warranty company, to get this issue fixed. This time around, the SECOND time they are replacing my water heater, it's taken nearly a month already and they still haven't finished the work (citing manufacturing issues). I would avoid this company at all costs.
