Thomas came out and fixed my leak fast! Friendly and professional-will use them again!

After being assured that an exterior leak had been located and repaired, I was charged $680. Water continued to flow in the same area and pattern immediately after Hole in One's repair. After requesting that the ongoing leak simply be stopped/fixed, I am informed that it was repaired. Hole in One's position is there is simply a new leak. I am then told to use another company to find it and repair it as Hole in One's initial $680 repair was thorough and appropriate.

When I texted their employee, Clint, to resolve payment and the leak a few days later, I am texted the information on the photo above:

Oscar has informed me that there is nothing more he can say that I didn't already cover in our conversation.
Arguing with you about it any further isn't worth the $800. Enjoy your complimentary sewer repair, and please don't contact Hole In One for any more of your plumbing needs.

After forwarding his employee's response to the owner, Oscar, no response or explanation was offered.

There are way too many plumbers in the metro for anyone to have to tolerate this. Please find another company that stands behind their work and won't curse at you when they don't.

After analyzing the situation and seeing the work done, I realize I could have done this myself. However, they charged me $270 for about 2 minutes of work and a $10 part from Home Depot. As a woman and a veteran, I find it deplorable that a company would take advantage of me to that extent. Needless to say. I will never utilize this company again.

Our sink in the kitchen basically blew up during the holidays, and Icon came to the rescue. Sorry for the delayed post.

We had multiple plumbers out to our house to fix a toilet and they all recommended a very expensive double cleanout installed in the front of our house where the assumed the sewer pipe ran out to the street. Randy came, ran the camera, and discovered we already had a double cleanout on the side of the house through which he could access any point in the house. He saved us $7500, and getting our front yard dug up for no reason.  All the guys that came out from RWD were very polite and professional, and great to work with. And they were fair on price too. 100% recommend.

A neighbor recommended The Plumber. I called and they were able to come the same day. Our normal plumber gave us a timeframe 5 weeks from now. Two people showed up,  both wearing masks. They were able to to find the leak in nothing flat, in a different place than where I thought.  They were able to fix the leak in less than an hour leaving just a small hole in the wall to have repaired.
I now have a new plumber for any neds I have.

I found Micah's Honest Plumbing from a recommendation on my neighborhood Facebook page. I am so happy I made the call. Jenny, Micah's wife, answered my call and gave me more information than I could ask for. She was not only helpful but friendly. I felt like I was speaking to a good friend. Once Micah arrived, we talked through my issue and he fixed it quickly and replaced my kitchen faucet with a brand new one I had recently bought with no extra charges. During Dallas early 2021 ice storms, we had a pipe burst. In the midst of a chaotic week for service companies, they came within one week.

Just had Lex's Plumbing at house. Called on Thursday and got service call schedule for Friday AM. Cost of job was reasonable and service tech very professional and polite.

Awesome service ! Got my upstairs shower back working in 24 hours. I was pressed for time and needed this done asap before my vacation. My shower is fixed and also was recommended to fix some other things around my home to avoid any further issues. I will be working this company again to get these issues fixed next week. I would recommend Schrade Plumbing in a heartbeat!  They treated me right and did a fantastic job on my repair.

Our house was damaged by the tornado in October, and a tree fell across our gas line and damaged it.  Schrade was recommended to me by a neighbor after I told her another company couldn't come out for a week.  Schrade came out THE SAME DAY to assess the damage.  They gave me the best estimate of all the plumbers I saw and were the nicest, most professional people.  I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me or overcharge for the repairs.

They got my gas line replaced, brought my appliance connections up to code, and replaced my water heater in two days.  I have an older house, so all of these things were a little challenging as new appliances don't always fit into older homes.  

They did all this work for the best price, the quickest response, and with a fantastic attitude.  I was treated like family and greatly appreciate the work that they did.  Thank you!
