My mom was doing a load of laundry a few days back and as the washer drained it backed up into the tub.  She initially called another plumber who shall go unnamed.  They ran a snake through the pipes and couple times to the tune $200 each time didn't tell her what was wrong and needed to be fixed wither time.  They they wanted to dig up the yard and replace all the pipe down to the city line as a cost of $2k.  I smelled a scam and had my mom call Speakes   Speakes is what all business in the service trades should strive to be, fair and honest.  They sent someone out to my moms within and hour or two.  Not only were they able to find the problem, but they fixed in in less than an hour and the whole thing only cost  $140.  I could not possible say enough positive things about this company.  

They are and honest and knowledgeable local business and they get the job done right.

These guys would have been great except they are absolutely unwilling to help after the work has been done.  I specifically asked them before and then again after the work was complete to break out labor from parts.  They are unwilling or just too lazy to do so.  The owner will not return any of my calls and keeps having his secretary handle his difficult customer(s).

I had a slab leak in my kitchen and they came out and were able to identify exactly where it was. With the location of the leak and fresh tile, I begged them to tunnel to the leak instead of going through the slab. They thought about it for a bit and ended up tunneling through my patio instead of indoors. They back filled well and I just had to redo concrete outside.

Slab leaks suck :(

Because my hot water was warm at best, I assumed the problem was my 12 year old water heater. The Home Depot plumbing contractor suggested I may also have a slab leak based on information I gave him and they do not repair slab leaks. I called Icon plumbing. Travis confirmed that I had a slab leak on the hot water side. He also said that they do not usually have to jackhammer the floors, saving my beautiful wood floors. They repair the leak and run a new line through the attic. They repaired the leak located behind the wall of my washing machine and ran a new line, through the attic, from the leak to my water heater.

The bottom line was my floors were not jack hammered and after leak was repaired, my water heater did not have to be replaced (saving money). The only repair I had was 4 sheetrock hole repairs which is much cheaper than repairing floors. Icon plumbers Travis and Joe are great guys. They were respectful of my home and left the work spaces very clean.

Addendum-I was quoted over $4000.00 including water heater replacement from another company. Icon plumbing made repairs for less than $3000.00 without water heater replace or wood floor repair. My last slab leak was in my master bath. The home warranty plumber jackhammered the floors and charged $3800.00. Plus I had to repair my bath floors. The home warranty company would NOT cover costs and I immediately dropped them.

Abe of Strittmatter Plumbing, Heating, and AC repaired the water main line to my home and I could not be happier with everything about his work and his demeanor! Abe was very professional, always on time, extremely knowledgable, and very clearly FAIR and HONEST (which is So, SO important to me!). Abe did excellent work on what was a fairly complicated job. I felt like I was in such good hands from start to finish. And that's exactly how I like to feel when somebody's working on my home. For me, that feeling of confidence and trust is worth everything! The support staff at Strittmatter was also completely above and beyond -- they were EXCEPTIONAL -- in regards to their personal approach, their kindness, professionalism, timeliness, helpfulness, you name it. They were really, really great! Thanks so much, Abe and Outstanding Staff, for being so competent, professional, knowledgable, and HONEST! You really warmed my heart. Truly.

I chose Benton plumbing because of there 5 star rating. Yes this company definitely deserves to be at the top. They weren't the first place I called. But from the moment you answered my call I was impressed. The lady listened to my problem and she was able to dispatch Ray to come out. He arrived on time and came prepared to take care of my issues. Five star for sure.

Only guy to actually give a decent quote for installing a specific part and was upfront and got the issue fixed quickly.

We had multiple plumbers out to our house to fix a toilet and they all recommended a very expensive double cleanout installed in the front of our house where the assumed the sewer pipe ran out to the street. Randy came, ran the camera, and discovered we already had a double cleanout on the side of the house through which he could access any point in the house. He saved us $7500, and getting our front yard dug up for no reason.  All the guys that came out from RWD were very polite and professional, and great to work with. And they were fair on price too. 100% recommend.

Our kitchen floor had felt warm for several weeks, then one Saturday we came home and found water slowly coming up around the cabinets.  We called another plumbing company but they couldn't come out until that next Tuesday.  That company, however, gave us The Plumber's info, and Curt (the owner) himself was out at our house within a couple hours. He thoroughly investigated and found that we had a hot water Slab Leak...  He was very personable and professional, took the time to explain everything to us, gave us a flat price to fix it (which was better than we had feared), and started to work right then.  He fixed our leaking pipe, (buried four feet below), and only had to break  ONE 17 Travertine tile to fix it!  Amazing!!!  He protected our property with plastic sheeting while he worked, and did a great job cleaning up as well.  He was Fast, Fair, and a very good plumber.  Highly Recommended!

Good Fellas responded to my text, made it to my house the same day and replaced my outdoor faucet at a reasonable price with professional. Don't hesitate to call these Good Fellas for your plumbing needs.

Can't say enough good things about Micah.   Called him at 5.15pm tonight and he rearranged his evening to be able to help. He was at my house at 6:05. Incredibly polite, nice, and a person who takes his trade and reputation to heart.  I trusted him to do what was needed. He did not disappoint. I will use him without question for all future needs.

Called on Monday and they were here repairing the leak Tuesday at lunch. Knowing how busy these companies are these days i was super excited to get someone out so fast. They took care of the problem and fix other problems we didn't know we had. They also added valves to help us in the future. Great job. Fair price!

Awesome service ! Got my upstairs shower back working in 24 hours. I was pressed for time and needed this done asap before my vacation. My shower is fixed and also was recommended to fix some other things around my home to avoid any further issues. I will be working this company again to get these issues fixed next week. I was told after the fact they only warranted their work for 30 days. Was told it was on the bottom of invoice. The phone assistant was totally rude. Even after using them for thousands of dollars of work I feel I was treated shabbily. Will never use this company again.
