We received fast friendly service, and the price was within our budget.
These guys are the real deal. Super responsive , when the technician came out both were super informative , nice and did their jobs very well. I've had plumbers in the past come and they would never fix the problem they would just lessen the backup. Jeremy and Tim came out here and unclogged bathroom right away. I appreciate the honesty and the ease of mind. These 2 guys are def workers u never want to get rid of working for your company and if I ever need any plumbing done they will be my go to. 10/10 super happy
I had O'Bryan come out to help with a gas water heater that wouldn't stay lit. After trying to tell me the wind probably blew it out (highly unlikely since it sits in a furnace closet in the middle of the house interior), they got it lit. When asked what I do if it goes out again, the technician said it might be the gas valve unit and that I should call the manufacturer and order it myself since it takes a long time to get through to them and O'Bryan would charge me for the time Rheem keeps them on hold. Seriously? It went out again, of course, so I found the company that originally installed the water heater and had them do the work ... for 30% less than O'Bryan quoted and I didn't have to find the part myself.
On Sunday our toilet started to back up and simultaneously our shower drain as well.
I was able to call O'Bryan on Monday later morning and they had next day availability and said they would let me know if something became available later that day (which didn't happen but good to know they offered and tried to accommodate)
Reece and his partner arrived ahead of our scheduled time (with notice provided) and diligently and respectfully listened and investigated the situation. They thoroughly looked around the house for the least invasive entry points and started to work. After a few tries they were able to diagnose and remove the blockage on our line! Everything was looking great and I thought we were near the end but during the last round of checks the toilet started to overflow again.
So Reece and his partner went back to work; and started inspecting the toilet, reran their auger, even took the toilet apart to check the seal, and discovered a small tag had somehow choked off the toilet during the initial checks!
After about two hours of work they were able to fix everything and left our place in pristine order. If Reece is an indication of O'Bryan's character I'd hire them over and over.
My 17yr old water heater gave up the ghost. O'Bryan came out quickly and replaced so I was only a few hours without water. Later, the city inspector was months behind on inspections, so they helped navigate the city's lagging inspections. All going well now. Have had other work done with them like replacing all the internal parts on an old worn out toilet. Have a membership with them now to get discounts on fixes for my aging house's interesting collections of plumbing issues. They are accessible by phone (unlike some other companies who I have played voicemail tag with indefinitely trying to solve issues).

I used the BBB rating of A+ and Yelp Reviews to select O'Byran plumbing. I am 67 years old and always want to get a great deal but more so I want a fair price and quality service. I got great work and both Reece and Mark were smart and worked hard. They knew how to communicate and took care in their work.
I had a lot of work done and much of the cost was related to cutting out dated pipes out and re-plumbing. Not a small job. 5 different projects that were all done well.
I do not do a lot of reviews but this company does it right.
I was able to buy my own fixtures and they installed them. They cleaned up and I would use them again. This was not a small job that they did in 8 hours.

I called and scheduled. They responded quickly. They offered to update to an earlier time. I accepted it. Two nice people showed up and evaluated the situation and considered it a leak on the house side of the main exterior shutoff. I thought their estimate was a bit too high so I rejected it and paid for the estimate. They are correct in the location of the leak so I will probably expose the pipe and see if it is in the concrete or not. Then I might call them back. They did everything they said ahead of schedule and provided an estimate. Very good people but plumbers are just getting too expensive, so maybe I will be my own plumber.
I had a faulty valve in my water heater. Knowing both are 9 and 10 years old I was expecting to spend a lot of money. Tanner was able to fix the problem and give me a very reasonable estimate for later. Very professional and on time.
We had them out to install three toilets. They put them all in with expertise and that was about 2 weeks ago and still working properly As an expert does. Everything was cleaned up before they left for us .
I am now getting them. again because I feel I can trust them for doing a fantastic job.

Amazing! We had an emergency and they came out quickly and resolved everything quickly and professionally. They were friendly and calm. They explained everything clearly and I highly recommend them! Ryan & Mark were wonderful and Kaitlyn was super helpful and calming on the phone!! They are the heroes of the day! Can't thank them enough!!
We were looking to replace 4 toilets and had several plumbing companies respond. Not knowing anything about the process, choices or pricing, William took the time to patiently answer.
We did not replace them yet. When we do, we will certainly use O'Bryan Plumbing. This review will be updated after the installation is complete.

After loss of hot water & a subsequent flood in the garage, we needed to find a good plumbing service fast. After seeing the positive reviews for O'Bryan Plumbing, I called them right away. I spoke to the kindest people at their office and they sent someone out as quickly as they could. We got an estimate and gave the go-ahead for a new water heater. Everything was fantastic! I will be definitely be going to them for future plumbing crises!
This is a follow-up to an original negative review that I posted just this morning.
I had called for some work to be done which turned out not to be scheduled due to some miscommunication.
Only a few hours later I received a call from the owner of a company who was very concerned about the quality of information communicated. He was more than willing to send someone out to look at whatever the plumbing issue was and address it in anyway possible.
Since my original phone call with the company I found someone else who was able to come out today and do the work.
In the future I would definitely give them a call seeing how invested the owner is in the satisfaction of the customer

Seriously disappointed. I had scheduled services the previous week because of a gas leak. O'Bryan calls an hour before their scheduled service to reschedule for two days later. I had rearranged my work schedule to this appointment. I am very frustrated, but luckily I was able to schedule another plumber whose service appointment is actually cheaper, and is highly rated on Yelp.
O'Bryan Plumbing and services was a pleasure to work with. I needed a new water line cut and run for the ice maker of our fridge. I was able to be seen on the next day after calling on Friday. Tanner was my tech and he was courteous and prompt by letting me know he was on the way. He assesed the job and gave me a quote which I gladly accepted. I was able to get scheduled the immediate following Monday.
Tanner arrived promptly again and they immediately got to work. They were able to set me up a new water line and got it hooked up on my fridge and ensured it worked.
While they were finishing up they were able to help me quickly with a small leak coming from our AC.
Kudos to Tanner and O'Bryan plumbing; I would recommend them to anyone with plumbing need
O'Bryan is 1 of the top plumbers in the area. They're knowledgeable, reputable, reliable, and do a good job at whatever task they're on. I also appreciate that they're always on time, never have to move an appointment, and treat me like an important customer.
I first reached out to them to get a quote to install a whole home water filter/softener. Although I didn't go with them (+$700 more expensive than the other quotes I got), I knew if I ever needed future plumbing services, they'd be the folks for the job. Sure enough, I needed their help a few months later. One of my toilets wouldn't flush after we had the big freeze and thinking it was a frozen drain pipe, I waited it out only to realize it might be something more. Low and behold, they resolved my flushing problem in a very timely manner. What was the source of the problem, you might ask? Poop. Apparently, you can't flush brown steamboats if you have new low-flow toilets. You gotta pinch and flush, pinch and flush, wipe and flush (repeat as necessary), and don't you dare combine those tasks under 1 flush! My bad, bro. So not only did our guy deal with a gag-inducing job, he informed us along the way of how to prevent this in the future and things to bear in mind with the shape and type of our toilet. Cool guy and great info.
Our main toilet stopped up Monday afternoon. I called the company with whom we have a contract, but their next appointment was one week away! In the meantime, we couldn't use this bathroom without overflow. I called at least 5 plumbing companies and no one had openings until Wednesday. I found O'Bryan Plumbing through Yelp. They agreed to come out the next day, and they unstopped the toilet so now everything is working.
I was impressed with the manners of both plumbers, as well as their attention to cleanliness...they covered their shoes with booties and cleaned up the whole area before they left. I was SO relieved to have my bathroom back! I will call on them again for any plumbing issues.

Over at my friends house when she noted she was having plumping issues. Oh no. It's about to be the 4th July weekend and it's going to be hard to get a plumber. We called after looking into several other yelp reviews regarding plumbers. We called total of 5 and only two answered. One said they are not available till Monday. Obliviously, we went with O'Bryans. This is early Thursday.
Montana was at the house within an hour! That's great service. He unclogged the drain. All at a reasonable price of $179. Especially since we couldn't find any one else. Glad my friend won't have to worry about plumping issues over Independence Day! Thanks Montana.

Would recommend. They are on the higher side for certain services so I often alternate between another company depending on the type of service.
Came promptly and resolved my issues. Very professional as well. Definitely recommended.
What started as a simple toilet replace became potentially concrete repour and new brass fitting, etc. However, they were able to salvage a lot of the existing plumbing and saved me over 600 - no concrete re-pour. I'm sure I got the details wrong :) long/short- excellent job, very trustworthy, will definitely use again!!!

We listed our house and the home inspector thought he identified a leak. The guys at O'Bryan came out same day to check it out. Turns out it was a false alarm but we wouldn't have known without the team from O'Bryan checking things out super quick. They came back to fix an outside faucet and did a superb job! I highly recommend.
Bobby did a spectalular job in my home. I have had two other companies come out to see why we did not have a strong water stream out of our faucet in the tub and neither was able to identify or fix the issue. Bobby came out and looked at it and in 5 seconds said it was the filter. Access to the filter was difficult due to 30 years worth of corrosion so he had to remove tiles to replace the system. He did a great job and explained the process and why. Finally works like it did when we purchased the house new.
Bobby was insightful, confident and extremely polite and respectful.
I am only using O'Brian from now on.
James and Jarad are awesome, I have a slab leak in my rental house, they came and inspect the problem, the leak believe was from one of the hot water pipes, they suggested re-route through the wall and attics instead of tunnel in from the foundation, that can avoid same problems in the future (easily to fix). Also the costs is 1/3 compared to other two quotes I received.
Very happy with the service, they're on time and efficient.

I would like to thank O'Bryan Plumbing
Services for fixing my leaking sprinkler pipe in front of my house. They have to dig and connect a brand new tubing without disturbing much of the mulch in front of our house. The service quality is awesome. Just be patient with customer service during the weekend cause it is worth it.
The price is competitive. It cuts half the price of the plumber sent to me by my home warranty. Once again, thank you, O'Bryan. I hope more Texans will see the value of spending some time doing the review because it helps other customers like me to find a reliable and trustworthy to keep the value of our most precious possession: our HOME.
Jeromey came by to fix a leak. He was super professional and knowledgeable, and honest about what needed to be done. I would highly recommend them, and would use them again.
O' Bryan definitely lives up to its 5 star reputation. They just completed a large plumbing project this last week that consisted of tunneling underneath the house and replacing broken pieces of cast iron plumbing with PVC. The price was reasonable for the size of the project. They were respectful, quick to respond, and fast and efficient workers. They also want out of their way to do a few extra things for us. Highly recommend if you live around the Allen area.
Would recommend and have, the gentleman were very nice, knowledge and explained everything in great detail.
They showed up right on time, and they wore a mask and kept a safe distance. The work was completed quickly, and I'm very satisfied with it. Everything was smooth - would definitely call them again.

My problem was a leakiy valve in the master bathroom, I used Obryan once before because they did such a great job with a repair in the kitrchen a couple of years ago. Once again these guys are professional and quick! The cost was extremely fair and I will recommend Obryan Plumbing to all of my family and friends
This has been the most difficult company to work with by far. I've been in the construction industry for 10 years, and what an absolute nightmare.
Beware their warranty means nothing, they will deny you if the owner is simply having a bad day. The owner likes to start arguments, has no customer service and even hung up on a client. Be very careful as the owner is quick to get defensive and can't have a normal conversation. Make sure you shop around or you will regret the final outcome. It's company's like this that give the industry a bad name.

O'Bryan sent someone out to investigate a leak, but it turned out to be a super easy fix. He charged so little that it definitely wasn't worth the trip. No complaints at all!
O'Bryan has helped me with new water heaters and other plumbing services since my first review. I have been very happy with everything; office staff, technicians, products, prices, and the owner is a wonderful guy!

I had them replace a toilet recently and they did a great job. They were fast and arrived on time. The guy that showed up was clean and professional and kind of changed my view of what a Plummer looks like! Definitely recommend them from my experience
I had a plumbing job that kept getting delayed because the plumber kept pushing out our appointment. I tried to stick with them since we've had an ongoing relationship, but after the third reschedule I was fed up. I went online and found O'Bryans, and O'Bryan's was fantastic to work with! I called in, got an appointment scheduled, and assessment all within my required timeframes.
I think I just need to start working with professional plumbing services.

What a amazing company!!! I had recently received a quote from Mr Rooter and the guy came in and did not inspect just looked around knowing I was under the gun and limited on time told me it would cost 4K to fix my wife made me get a second opinion from Obryan they fixed the issue for $450!!!! Mr Rooter is a scam don't get taken advantage of

Returned from evening bike ride. Tried to take shower but no hot water. Checked the water heater and water was flowing out. Luckily was able to call O'Bryan to come out and replace the next day which they did.
Jillian and Bobby were very professional and courteous. They were also very open and honest. Explained all my options, presented pros and cons. Having read some reviews of water heaters online (enough to be dangerous) they confirmed that they take extra steps to protect their customers and provide honest recommendations based on their experience. What more could you want from anyone?
After installation, Jillian went over what they had done and how they added a scale collector to the inlet line which my previous water heater didn't have. Didn't learn that online so YAY O'Bryan!

I called around to several plumbing companies in the north Dallas area and O'Bryan had, by far, the best pricing. They were able to set up an appointment within a few days and were very polite/professional over the phone.
The morning of, Evert called to let us know he was available sooner than our appointment time which was great! He was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Fixed our shower and toilet in less than 30 minutes and even gave us tips on what we could fix ourselves, instead of charging an arm and a leg, which he could have easily done.
We will definitely be calling O'Bryan next time we have any plumbing issues. Highly recommend them!
I had O'Bryan put in two hot water heaters at mi casa. Their bid was the lowest and they did a great job. The plumbers were courteous and professional and on time for the installation. When I called Mr. O'Bryan after hours over a problem (turned out it wasn't) he called back at 9:00pm and promised to have someone out at 8 the next morning and they showed up on time.
All in all, highly recommended
We just moved into a new house and had issues with our hot water heater and the kitchen faucet seemed loose... called Benjamin Franklin plumbers they came out for less than 5 mins told me the faucet needed to be replaced, charged me a trip fee of 6o dollars and left. Three days later a leak started under the sink and when I turned on the disposal for the first time it sounded like glass was in it...
Called several plumbers to get a same day appt with no luck until we called O'Brian s, they gave us an ETA and showed up right on time. Eddie and Ryan were very professional and handled all our plumbing issues, we will continue to use their services in the future!
Had them come out to install a new toilet after some issues with the flange prevented us from doing it ourselves. Javier and Ryan were on time, courteous and fast. They kept to the quote they gave us and left everything clean. Good Service.

My water heater stopped working on a Saturday morning. They got a crew out that day to assess. We didn't know if our heater was still under warranty and they researched that for us and helped us minimize our out of pocket costs. They had us up and running 2 days later which was amazing considering we were working within a warranty challenge etc.
I cannot stress enough how much I like this company. They are responsive and organized They don't charge a visit fee and will assess and think of best way to address your problem without charging you an arm and a leg. Their employees are honest, thoughtful and compassionate about your issues. I don't know where they find these people but keep up the good work! Thank you!

The technicians just left my home and I wanted to provide feedback on their service.
I preface my remarks with the fact that I am a claims manager for a large carrier and I deal with contractors, vendors, and plumbers on a day-to-day basis.
The technician (and trainee) were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They listened as I explained my situation and gave their opinion and options available. It felt like they made me a part of the process, which I appreciated. After they fixed the problem they provided their expertise once again by giving me information about a preventative measure I could take to keep the issue from reoccurring.

Called with a problem leak under our sink and two great guys from O'Brien had the problem fixed by lunchtime. They figured out what needed to be replaced and gave a fair estimate. Polite and professional, recommend highly!
Hope we don't need them again too soon but good to know who to call.
These plumbers are great! Great price and better service than any plumber I've ever hired!
We had the main waterline replaced to include all the home being rerouted with PEX.
A few days later I called the actual plumber that was at our home about a few concerns for the job they completed earlier. He answered and scheduled a time that worked for us the next day.
He and a helper came out and resolved the minor issues and actually went above and insulated a line they did not even install.
It's a company I'd recommend!
I can't believe I had anyone else come fix my pluming before. I needed a hot water heater and Jill came out and was able to have the whole project complete in a few hours. Everything was clean very easy to deal with. Wil defiantly call again for any issue!!!

I've used O'Bryan Plumbing several times and they are always very helpful and accommodating, reasonably priced and do excellent work. Once I even had a crew that wasn't going to charge me because they weren't able to completely repair my problem in one call, although they were able to resolve the crisis. Of course, I insisted on paying the basic service charge, and they left me a quote to replace the faucet. They're good people and always my first call for plumbing.

Before I called O'Bryan Plumbing I called Plano city water.They were able to tell me if I had a water leak or not and if it was inside or outside
by looking at my water usage hx .They said I did not have a water leak inside for sure but my usage of outside water usage was very high which was probably due to my settings on the irrigation .when I checked, it showed it was set to go off 3 x a week at 4 am.we thought it was turned off .When O'Bryan Plumbing came and checked for leaks inside and outside, not knowing there was not a leak inside and only a small possibility of one outside, returned with a verdict that there was not one
inside but on the outside a valve needed to bed replaced. Just 2 days before I had a different Plumbing co. tell me there was a99.9 % chance
there was a leak in the house under the slab and wanted to do an expensive test which of coarse I declined(this company has the word
Green in their name). Just to say there are dishonest companies out there too. O'Bryan company are very Honest but not cheap.The crew
are very professional.
Our toilet flooded our house and we called multiple plumbers trying to find a company. Within half an hour, the plumbers were at our house and immediately solved our problem. Even though the problem was that we were complete idiots and our supply line had detached from our toilet. They didn't make us feel like idiots and gave us an estimate for the repairs if we needed to contact them again. We honestly probably will, but we wouldn't hesitate twice to call them with another problem if we ever experience this again.

I recently had a tub and toilet replaced and was very impressed with the quality of work and excellent service.
We had an excellent plumber who came out when we had some water damage a few years ago, however, he mostly works with restoration and is not local.
Someone recommended O'BRYAN'S, and I am so happy that I made the call!
I'm sure that all of their plumbers are great; with that said, Russell is just wonderful!
Always prompt/efficient, and wonderful to deal with!
Fast, honest, efficient and great work. We had hot water heater emergency and they were responsive, (water leaking from upstairs!!), fair and top quality. These guys found and offered ways for me to save money on the install, (seems like usually your quotes go up), and left me options to economize. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, and that's a great way to earn trust. I checked out their reputation and it was stellar, too. Their work is certified by the city, in this case, by permit, so I know it's done right.These guys are top notch and I hope they're around for a while, 'cause I'll be using them and referring to them anytime I can. We had O'Bryan Plumbing out to give us a bid to repair a foundation leak. After looking at a couple of options with multiple companies, we decided to go with O'Bryan and have them re-route the line. It was a fantastic decision. They showed up on time, did the work they committed to doing, and even charged us LESS then their quote because the work was less extensive than they anticipated. I will definitely use these folks again with any plumbing problems we confront!
These guys are great. Quoted a fair price to take car of my problem and charged $50 less than quoted plus came out same morning I called and finished in less than 2 hours,but were very thorough. Brian answered a number of other plumbing questions I had. Courteous and friendly guys. I have only written 2 reviews on Yelp. One was for a garage door company that deserved to be slammed as they were very shady (I did not get through Yelp to find them). I am glad my daughter told me about Yelp which helped me locate this excellent company.

This was my second time to use O'Bryan and again they did not disappoint. I had a toilet that was leaking so bad I had to turn off the water. (not to the whole house, but just the toilet) Anyway, I called that morning and they sent somebody out. The plumber who came said that since the toilet was so old and rusted it would be better to probably just get a new one, which I agreed. He went a got a new toilet that morning and by noon he was done installing it - actually I think it was before noon. Everything has been great since - no more leaks and all is well. Plus I think the price for the whole install and toilet was quite reasonable. Thank you O'Bryan once again...
This is a long delayed review, but we've used O'Bryan twice now for very different issues and both times we were really pleased with the service. For one, they are genuine and honest. I put a lot of credence in that because for home repair work, you are often at the mercy of the expert. Second, they do good work, which is important for the obvious reasons.
First time we had them come, we had a sudden and major issue with tree roots in the plumbing pipes. The break was under the house's foundation, so they needed to tunnel under to get to it. To make matters worse, turned out our house sits on large amounts of solid rock, which meant they had to literally jackhammer the tunnel pretty far under. I found the whole process pretty terrifying, but also impressive. They fixed the pipe, installed new toilets and repairs some drains in the tubs. All done quickly and with care. Without getting into the details of it, the ordeal leading up to needing the repair was incredibly stressful, and O'Bryan's team seemed to genuinely want to help.
Second time was about a year later - suddenly weren't getting any hot water. Turned out the heater was leaking into itself and needed to be replaced (which at 15 years seemed about right). They were able to come the next day and install the new one. Very easy and fairly priced.

Water was leaking from under our toilet. We called them and they were very pleasant on the phone and when the technician showed up. Grateful they made the extra effort to show up that same evening and he fixed the seal under the toilet and even helped us some on the price. Over all and very honest and pleasant experience- Thanks!
I had O'Bryan plumbing come out to my home today and make a repair. Russell came out did a great job and offered suggestions and gave me great information. If you need a great plumbing company give them a call.

Rene came out yesterday to fix a leak at our house, and cleared out our ac drain line. We noticed last night it was still leaking, and he came right back & repaired the problem going way above & beyond. He wasn't hired to work on our ac unit, but he did, and we're almost positive he fixed our ac leak!! I am THRILLED to have dry floors & clean towels again! Thank you so much for your hard work!! Give this man a raise :) he works hard!!
Our neighborhood NEXTDOOR.COM app was my go to for advice on hiring a plumber and truly I couldn't be more pleased with the referal. O'Bryan Plumbing Services is a company that I know I can trust and be happy to use for all of our plumbing needs. Asa was very professional and helpful with recommendations on our leek. Suggested we rule out a simple fix before we call them back. NO SERVICE CHARGE!. I know many businesses would have charged for the call.

We had 2 gas leaks, one in our attic caused by our roofer and one at the meter. The leak at the meter resulted in a complete shutoff of our gas which meant no hot water or stove/oven usage. It was 9 p.m. so we elected to wait till the morning to call a plumber. Called O'Bryan first thing in the morning and they were here within the hour. Repairman was knowledgeable and efficient. Both problems were fixed by noon. I can't speak to the price aspect as they were the first and only company we called, but I do not feel as though we were gouged. We wouldn't hesitate to use O'Bryan again and would certainly recommend them.
I called this plumber on a Sunday as I had a broken pipe leaking in my home on my wood floors. Worse, the water shut to my home wouldn't close all the way so I couldn't stop all the way. Their answering service assured me I'd get a call right back but never heard from them. Lucky my neighbor was able to shut the water to the house from the street. I'll find another plumber to handle the repairs.

Russell and Montana with O'Bryan Plumbing were always punctual, professional, efficient, and friendly. They always arrived on time and worked hard until the job was completed. They were kind and friendly, and always kept me informed on what they were doing. They made sure they didn't get my house dirty, and cleaned up any signs they had ever been in our house. I was very impressed with their work ethic, knowledge, and dedication to excellence. I'd recommend them to anyone.
I had a major problem, a slab leak, and wasn't sure how to handle it. I started calling some plumbers and actually had booked 2 companies to come and take a look at my issue and tell me what they thought. The first company that came out to me gave me a weird feeling and didn't seem to know what they were talking about or what they charged for anything. They gave me a bad feeling.
Then Dan O'Bryan sent over Ray. Ray immediately put me at ease and really seemed to know what he was talking about. He even helped me by showing me how to relight my water heater (its gas, and I had never had to turn it off before).
Dan and Ray told me what steps I needed to take and when I needed to contact my insurance.
The crew that came out to my house to fix the leak was great. They were very informative and understanding that I was also working from home while they were doing the repairs. They showed me as much of the process as they could so I would understand what was going on and what they had to do to fix it.
Dan called a couple of times during the process to make sure that everything was going well. We talked quite a bit and he made me feel good about the very scary process of getting my floor jack hammered and the pipe replaced.
I would recommend Dan O'Bryan and his team to anyone.

The work was OK but he spent 30 min assessing the issue, went to buy a part came back and spent 30 more minutes to finish it and charged us $336 which included a Truck fee which I have only been charged for in the past when no work was done. Too costly from my perspective.
After a couple of bad experiences with plumbers, we are so grateful to have found Dan O'Bryan and O'Bryan Plumbing. He listened to my description of the issues my 85-year-old father was having with the hot water pressure in his house, and he said he could have someone with experience dealing with hot water pressure problems at his house the following day--and he did! Josh came out and fixed the hot water pressure, a problem we'd been dealing with for over 2 years, and he did NOT recommend that my father replace his water heater. In fact, he told him his electric water heater was 10 years old, a high quality water heater, and that it would probably last several more years. He also replaced the wax ring and repaired a broken flange on a leaking toilet. He worked quickly, efficiently, and kept us informed about what he was doing, explaining the plumbing issues in terms that we could understand. In addition, the cost of the repairs was quite reasonable. I will definitely not only be using O'Bryan Plumbing myself in the future, but I will also be recommending them to my family and friends.
