Owen Plumbing is without a doubt the BEST!!! We have used them for years for a number of plumbing issues. Without a doubt the most reliable,  honest and knowledgeable plumbing company ever.  All of their technicians are true professionals.

I've used Owen Plumbing twice now and both times they were great (Jiovany and Ruben were my technicians) They do quality work, are friendly (scheduling the appts and the technicians) but are more reasonably priced than the big brand  plumbers. I also like the that they tell me what doesn't really need to be fixed yet and thats one of the many reasons I'll be back when it does.

This review is strictly for the customer service and integrity of Scott Owen, the owner of Owen Plumbing.

I woke up this morning to a flooded kitchen that extended to the entry hallway , dining room and garage.  Scott Owen of Owen Plumbing took the time to FaceTime me and walk me through what was going on and how to mitigate damage to my home while also giving me insight on how the industry works.  

He did all this and presented all options (even ones that would lead me to another company).  I am happy with the level of integrity and customer service he provided.

Owen plumbing came today to unplug my slow draining sink. I called in the morning around 8:15 and they said someone would be there between 2 to 4. They called back at 12:15 and said if it was okay the Technician would be there in about 30 minutes. Great I said and he was here within 30 minutes. The Technicians name was Pete and he went right to work. But first he put on some shoe covers which I let him know that was not necessary in my house. Pete was super nice and took extra measures so he wouldn't make a mess. He didn't try to up sale me with some Hydro-Jet cleaner BS or anything else. Thank you Pete and Owen Plumbing for doing such a great Job.

Owen Plumbing is hands down the VERY BEST !!! Amazing customer service and they are always there to help and  answer any questions.  Scott and his team are so knowledgeable, professional and very tidy.  Plus they are always on time and very reasonable.  We have never had such great service or information with other plumbers.  This is why we will only call Owen Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.   Thank you Scott and your team for your dependability and quality work !!!

We have a large plumbing job. Two previous plumbers told us the job was too complicated and expensive and both passed. Owen Plumbing came in and looked over the job. He then explained what he needed to do and ordered the parts on the spot. He saved me $10k.

I called for work on a clogged kitchen sink and although Owen Plumbing was fully booked the receptionist was able to send a plumber that same date.Pete the plumber arrived and took care of the issue along with clearing a slow draining sink in the bathroom. We talked about future projects which I plan to have Owen Plumbing take care of, I spoke with the owner Scott and he was very professional and caring in all concerns I brought up. A good plumber is hard to find and I'm glad to have had my neighbor recommend them,honestly and customer service goes a long way. Thank you for your time and attention Scott.

Owen plumbing came out and took care of a leaky spout after having received several outrageous estimates from other plumbing companies.  They are honest and fair and don't try to sell you a repipe when all you need is a leak fixed.  I will not ever call anyone else again.

Owen plumbing has become my to go plumbers. They are very professional. You can tell they truly want to help you and not just upsale  you or just make money off of you. If they can save you money, they will tell you. I've had Ruben one of the technicians at my house for several jobs and he has been on time, professional, friendly, and very clean every time. Whenever I've had questions about a particular pipe or situation, the owner Scott has got on the phone with me and given me his advice. These guys know what they're doing.  
1. They repaired a leaking water pipe that was saturating the soil around my house, causing it to seep into the crawlspace.  
2. They re-routed our laundry dryer lint pipe to exit on the outside of the house.  (Unbeknownst to me, it was simply being flushed into our crawlspace,  which is a huge fire hazard.  Scott Owen discovered this during his investigation of the leak problem.)
3. They re-routed our air conditioning condensation to properly and efficiently exit into an existing drainpipe.  (It was previously exiting into a bucket with a sump pump, which was a constant source of worry for us.)
4. They installed a new water heater.
5.  They replaced broken/loose ABS drainage pipes under our home.

Rodney and  Angel were very professional and answered all of my questions.  All of our plumbing worries have been put to rest.

Had an issue where a shower valve wouldn't close after turning on. Called Owen Plumbing and they sent a tech out in only 15 minutes. Extremely responsive company that I've used several times previously and will continue to do so for their outstanding responsiveness etc.

No one wants to hear the sound of water in the walls (or in our case, the ceiling).  The sheer sense of dread that comes over you as your mind thinks about all of the things that might be going on behind the drywall, the last thing you want to be doing is wondering if you called the right/good plumber.  We had used another company several times in the past, so it seemed like a no-brainer to call them again.  This was also not our first time at the rodeo with regards to a leak in the ceiling/wall.  Of course, it happened on a Sunday, but hey...you can't let a leak keep on leaking just because there is a football playoff game going on.  So, yes, we paid the other company's emergency fee and felt comfortable that things would get fixed.  Unfortunately, that other company sent a (very nice) tech who wanted to mansplain that we must have been hearing the upstairs toilet running, not a leak.  Long story short, we were left paying the emergency call out fee with really nothing to show for it - the leak continued.  After asking around, we got a couple of great referrals for Owen Plumbing.  We called and made an appointment (super nice staff on the phone - thank you Michelle!) to get someone out as soon as possible.  We met David at the house and that guy was a Top Notch Pro!  He worked quickly and efficiently, found the leak immediately, and had it fixed fast!  He kept everything covered/clean and was completely professional and informative.  I could tell that David knew what he was doing and was also nice enough to take the time to answer all of our questions (without any mansplaining).  Owen Plumbing is the way to go for reasonable pricing and professional work.  Highly recommended!

This review is long overdue! As first time homeowners we have run into several issues, and Owen Plumbing was so easy to work with the first time, we've called them out for two other things as well. They are quick to respond on Yelp, and also always quick with returning calls. For urgent issues they are extremely fast (when our main water shut off valve was broken they came out in a matter of hours), and for less urgent issues like installing a drain in a new vanity they still don't make you wait a long time. Each person has been super nice and cleans up very well. Very helpful, fair prices, nice to deal with. This is easily my go-to for any future plumbing issues!

I hired Owen Plumbing to repair my mother's toilet. This was on a Sunday and I had called about 5 different places. Owen Plumbing was by far the most responsive. So, right off the bat, they left me with a great impression. I spoke with Scott who assisted me. He was extremely professional. After seeing a picture, he quoted me a very fair price. He sent a tech out to my mother's house, who arrived punctually (exactly when Scott said he would). He was professional and did a great job. We had Owen Plumbing handle the extension of our waste/water line in the kitchen as well as gas line install.  They showed up right at time and got everything knocked out quicker than I thought.  The guys were great with my daughter and just overall pleasant.  Highly recommend.

Called Owen Plumbing this morning due to a backed up toilet. Michelle was so kind and helpful, she said they were booked today but could give me a call around 2 if she had anyone available after all their bookings. She called at 1 and was able to get someone out right away. He was kind, and super efficient. Unclogged the drain and tested it several times to ensure it was properly working. I had an emergency plumbing issue and I went down list of local plumbers on a Sunday.  Owner answered and had someone out within an hour.  Good communication on what to expect.  David was the plumber to come in and it was a very good experience.

Often times for businesses, it's difficult for the owner to hire people that have the same level of customer service.  David seemed to genuinely care about providing good service.  I asked a side question about my pressure regulator and he took time to take a quick look.  

I will be calling to get estimate on replacing my pressure regulator as my first experience with Owen Plumbing has been good.

Updating review to say that the tech showed up an hour after I called, and was able to repair the leak in a little over an hour. Labor and parts for a last minute emergency call on a Sunday morning came out to $300. $300 well spent.

I called Owen plumming this morning after I found out from delivering my new gas dryer that I have to replace the valve because it was old. After panicking for few minutes who can fix it, who can I trust?  I called my dear friend who always give me her best repair people recommendation. When it comes to your home, you want someone you can trust and will do a great job. Promised 2 hrs someone will be here and with in 1/2 hr.  David arrived with the smile on his face, very nice guy. Explain to me about different size of valves and put the best that in the future I can use different size of valve and it won't matter. It's a peace of mind to know that someone fixed stuff for you is highly recommend by friend who had a excellent experience on their services. Thank you Owen plumming and David. Thumbs up :-)

1st - Their office staff is amazing! Lindsey is especially great (we seem to get her the most)
2nd - We have had upwards of 10-15 DIFFERENT issues in the last almost 2 years and every single time Owen Plumbing has been so professional and extremely knowledgeable.
3rd - I work at home so I'm alone when they come out and I feel so comfortable with them in my home.

I've had Owen plumbing come to two separate places that I've owned.  They were the plumber hired by the GC for two bathroom renovations, and their work was great.  Then when I moved to a house I had them come change all the angle stops due to one stop under the sink blasting water while I attempted to turn it off.

I won't hesitate to call them if I should experience any issues with my plumbing.

Owen Plumbing has been our plumber for years. Every time I need them I can get on calendar for a tech to come see us within a day. The guys are so professional. We've had an issue with water pressure and today they came out to check and found the problem and fixed it quickly. Just honestly appreciate the professionalism and integrity of this company. Amazing Company! From Lindsay on the phone to David and Jorge onsite! I have had Owen plumbing out multiple times to fix issues in my bathrooms. This is a company you must add to your contact list for the day you need a plumber.  This is a family owned business that's all about honesty, integrity, and quality work.  There's no commission based up selling here.  You are charged hourly and for the parts, not by the job.  No job is too small or too big for these guys.  They'll snake a drain or they'll re-pipe a house.  

Whenever I call I ask for David who is usually sent with his brother Jorge.  In my condo they've replaced valves, faucets, toilets, bathtub spouts, shower valve cartridges, and sink drains.  I had to get it ready for a tenant.  At my dad's house when I needed to sell it I had the water heater re-strapped.  At my new house I had a water line added for my fridge, leaky drain pipes replaced, and an issue with the tub fixed.  Prices are not only fair but better than the competition.  Read Bob T's story.

The one time I called another plumbing company last year due to Owen's being booked they did such a shitty job I was already having issues with it which I had to have fixed before the new tenant moved in.

This is the 3rd time we've used Owen Plumbing and they're the only plumbers we trust at this point. We live in a very old house from the 60s and there's always something, but Scott and his team understand the old houses and plumbing, unlike many of the other green plumbers we've had out. They are also not working on commission so they have no reason to up-sell you (like we have been with other plumbers). They all work hourly so you can trust that their recommendation is what's right for the problem, not for their wallet. Also, the whole team is so kind and helpful. We had an emergency plumbing issue (sewage overflowing on the side of the house because of a stoppage) on a weekend so I called the emergency number and Scott had someone out within 30 minutes. Can't recommend Owen Plumbing enough!

Arrived as scheduled on a Saturday for a drainline problem at my kitchen sink.  Cleared the drain in record time!! VERY professional, friendly, and certainly knew exactly what to do to solve my problem.  I WOULD RECOMMEND Owen Plumbing for sure!

This thank you for your great service is over due. Back in March , right before covaid 19 , I had a pinhole leak in my living room/kitchen area. This was my first time dealing with a home owners claim. Owens Plumbing came out and found the pin hole leak behind my living room wall and replace the section of pipe. He also referred me to another company who handled the drying out process.( restoration 1 was great). Fast forward to July 4. Our water heater went out and needed replacing. Called Owens Plumbing Monday morning  to replace my water heater. The lady who took my call was very nice and helpful ( I think her name was Lindsey). I knew they would be busy especially after the big holiday weekend. I was expecting maybe the next day for an appointment. They got me in on the same day for water heater replacement. They did another great job, turning a stressful problem into a stress free solution. I highly recommend Owens Plumbing. It's nice to know you have them nearby for any of your plumbing needs. BEST EVER !  Don't go anywhere else.  Owen Plumbing are so professional and helpful.  They really helped me fix a problem I have had for over 20 yrs and everyone on their team is amazing.  From the first call to the last everyone was on time and did an amazing job.  I now have hot water upstairs for the first time in 20 yrs at a very reasonable price.  Thank you all for restoring my faith in plumbing industry.  You are the best !

We had the BEST prompt and professional service from Owen Plumbing! They solved a huge problem with our toilet, it ended up having roots growing underneath in the piping. They are very courteous and understanding as we needed them out quickly! My grandma has dementia so it was difficult to try and get her not to use the bathroom and they made some schedule changes to come out ASAP! We are customers for life and will be referring to our friends and family! Thank you so much Owen Plumbing! You guys saved the day!

I guess I was the first unfortunate customer out of all of these lucky ones. Hopefully if you try them, you won't be the 2nd. The technician named David came out to fix my roommate's bathroom sink faucet cold water handle, which would not work at all. After he left, she texted me to let me know they were going to be billing me $95 even though he was unable to fix it and they told her I needed to buy a whole new faucet because the entire thing was corroded.

I called them up very displeased to receive this charge and have nothing to show for it, so I asked them if they would apply this $95 charge toward the cost of installing a new wideset faucet, which the woman answering the phone, told me would be about $180 to install.  She told me they would not take $95 off the charge. I asked her if they could even discount it at all and even that, she refused.

I was very upset and told her I would review them on yelp for this bad experience, even though my roommate had told me they were reviewed well by a friend of hers.  But then, after the woman told me the following info, I then reconsidered, thinking maybe I have nothing legit to say in my review if this is the case and so then after talking to her on the phone, I had decided I just wouldn't say anything - until weeks later, that is . . . when I found out a little more info on the whole situation.  

Anyway, what she told me was that the technician had made it clear to my roommate that if I didn't have a faucet ready to be installed right then and there, if they tried to fix the faucet and couldn't - that they'd charge for the labor to try to fix the faucet and that he had tried for 30 min to fix the faucet and could not because the whole thing was corroded.  She said the $95 charge was for that 30 minutes worth of labor.

I just thought, even if what she was saying was the truth, it was still really poor customer service on their part that #1, they can't even give me ANY effing discount at all and #2 - even though i was clearly the person who paid them over the phone and gave them MY NAME and MY payment info, they were still unprofessional snotty a-holes enough to send MY receipt to my roommate's NAME, so that I couldn't even  open it up until I asked HER to open it, since it's illegal to open someone else's mail.

Ok, so all that alone deserved ONE star, but again, like i said, I didn't have much to go on if what they were saying was the truth.

So, for the next few weeks, I asked everyone I knew if they knew any honest plumbers who were good and I also spread the word on what happened to me here and who did it.  Well, lo and behold, it turned out that for years, i'd known someone who is actually a dental assistant, but who had in the past, installed many faucets, so I'd just never knew about his past or that I could ask about plumbing.  I just threw it out one day, not even expecting he'd have a clue.

So, I told him the plumber said the entire thing was corroded and I'd need to install a whole new widespread faucet.  He told me he could install it for me and when I asked him how much he would charge, he said, I don't know - whatever you think is fair. I texted $40? then after awhile of no reply, I added and a movie, and he replied ok.

So, he comes to look at it and within only 15 minutes, he tells me that not only was it NOT corroded, but that all he needed was some grease that had silicone in it and he would fix it for me so that I would not even need to have a new one installed at all and i could return the one I'd bought!

The faucet that was in there that was corroded was only installed 3 years ago, and it was an American Standard brand, which cost me $118 before tax, and the same exact faucet in my own bathroom was installed the same time and is still working fine - no corrosion.  Regardless of that oddity, they told my roommate that Moen was a good brand, so I took their word and purchased one for $154, before tax.  

As it turns out, yes, my friend was able to fix her faucet with just the grease and it turns and works fine. Works now even better than the hot water faucet that had no problem to begin with!  So, fortunately, I did not have to lose anymore money on this very unfortunate situation and as for the $95 that this company charged me to try to fix a faucet, you people should be ashamed of yourselves.

Rodney is the bomb!  All Scott's employees are top and care about their work.  They are quick, efficient and not above being bribed with a little kindness and treats.  Looking at the toilet pictured on the website being sparkling clean, I'm glad I gave ours more than a once over!  We've used their services for many years and feel comfortable and proud to recommend them to friends and neighbors.  Rodney was very professional even when I called him Randy.  Thank you for always making a stressful situation easier.  God bless all.

Do not use Owen plumbing! So disappointed in their job and especially their level of service. Plumbers are a dime a dozen. Avoid this one!

I bought two toilets from Lowe's and paid for their installer, Kepco, to do the work. There is not enough room here to detail the bad stuff that followed, but they tried to upcharge $787 for addition flanges and valves. After asking them to leave I called Owen Plumbing, and Lindsay and Scott both talked me off the ledge.
They gave me a two hour window, called me the day before, and Pete showed up on time. He was pleasant, competent and completed the job at the pre agreed price.
It is unheard of for a plumber to have five stars across the board, but they earn every one of them for their professionalism, honesty and dependability.

My water heater went out late Thursday evening. Called Owen plumbing Friday morning and said they would be able to fit me in later the same day. A little while later received a call that they had an opening and could come earlier around 10am which I happily accepted. Thanks to David and Reuben who were both professional and very efficient removing and replacing the water heater. Great work. Thank you Owen plumbing for the fantastic customer service. Much appreciated!

I cannot say enough praises to Owen Plumbing, from the lovely lady that answered the telephone to the young gentleman that came to my condo to the rescue. Owen Plumbing went above and beyond to assist me in my dilemma of no hot water. They truly care about their customers and it is obvious in the way they carry and portray themselves. I highly recommend Owen's Plumbing.  The owner is very honest!! Cannot stress that enough! His staff are very professional and friendly. We hired a different plumber to do work when we purchased the house.  Unfortunately, the work was done so poorly.  Only lived in the home 3 yrs and have had constant backup.  We called Owen's plumbing, they did what they could do and we appreciated it.  We were going to redo the plumbing that was recommended, then the owner called and said he would like to try one more procedure before we did the major plumbing job.  It worked!! He saved us thousands for now.  Thank you!!!

WOW!  What can I say about these guys!? Fantastic! Knowledgeable! Fair!  I wish I found these guys years ago. Unfortunately, I have had three plumbing issues this year. Yes, three. Fortunately, I found Owen Plumbing after the first issue. These guys are excellent. On today's issue, the owner even came out and sent an extra person out before needing to resort to cutting into drywall. And, he fixed it!  To top things off....very reasonable pricing!  Based on my experience, these guys can be trusted not to rip you off. Finally, a quick shout out to Pete who was amazing.

I wanted to write a review during this crazy time! My mother in law (who is over 80) lives alone and had an issue with a toilet in her home. My husband called Owen plumbing to see about replacing her toilet. The company was awesome and worked with my husband to pick the toilet she needed. They then bought the toilet, installed it and removed the old one. This was all done within a few days so that she had a working toilet and she never had to leave her home! We wanted to thank Owen Plumbing! They did am awesome job!!!

Honest company, no up-selling, quick response, on time, knowledgeable, fast, but great quality work. And if that isn't enough they are courteous, and have great customer service. Jorge is the best! I have used them twice and couldn't be more pleased. This isn't a review from the 1950s - there actually is a company who operates with integrity and professionalism in 2018- Owen's Plumbing.

I recently saved at least $6000 by going with a recommendation from my buddy Chris D. to try Owen Plumbing. Let's see - that's $500 a month for a year - about $125/week and I write (on average) 2 reviews per week - $62.50/review for my pearls of wisdom and incredible wit. - That's value received just from this single transaction.

I can't thank Chris enough for taking the time to tell me about Owen Plumbing - but that's what most Yelper's do - and Yelp's fundamental purpose!

I am happy to write (going by many Yelper's criteria) the first legit review of Owen Plumbing. Even though I completely agree with the other 4 reviewers (at this time) - they all have 1 or 2 reviews each - you know how those can be!

OK - on to the story - my brother and I own a few rental houses, it is vital for us to have go to home services that we trust in all aspects of their business. On a Friday night - one of our tenants called - a problem with the kitchen sink drain. They were a bit apprehensive, as they told me it was a collapsed drain pipe - they had seen it before - it was a huge fix at another house. For some reason they called their go to plumber to come out and unclog the drain, he worked on it for 2 hours, also put a camera down it - Here's his number, Bob - they did a great job for us before and they're ready to start on Sunday - jack hammering the kitchen floor into the slab. It was going to be about over $5000 estimated - this did not include replacing the flooring/finish work. Not gonna happen that easily - I'm a Yelper - I have a list and reviews to check!!

I checked their plumber - several one star reviews, and overall a two. I checked their BBB rating - they are a member - and it's an A+, but like Yelp ratings you need to look beyond the overall rating - so I looked at their complaint history, 10 complaints over the last 3 years, over charging - bait and switch - unnecessary repairs etc. They are a rooter service that says $49 unclog to get in the door - and they're on commission! Even if it was gonna be a big bill - my cash wasn't going their way!!

Better to send my money to a great guy like Scott Owen - he took about an hour with me on the phone - discussing the issues - he used to work for a commission based plumbing service - he got out of that because of the dishonesty and started his own business. They base their services upon a flat fee for time spent servicing. No gimmick pricing. He honestly laid out the several scenarios and steps that might occur and what they could and could not do. He was able to have someone there the next morning to check it out, but it would be at Saturday service call prices - time and a half - $130 for the call and a 1/2 hour of time. I was not going to go with the other plumber 's assessment - so I needed a second opinion for sure!

Scott gave me his personal cell number for after hours plumbing situations, and he sent a text confirming that Rodney would meet me at the property in the morning. Rodney was on time, had a well stocked professional plumbing truck and was completely open - answering all my questions - explaining what he planned to do - he worked with me every step of the way. He was professional, and cared about what he was doing from step one to advice on what I might want to do in the future.

Rodney snaked the drain and made sure he had hot water in the drain when he did so - due to obvious grease build up. Guess what, unclogged no problem! Total time was 1 hour - in and out - Total price $190 - done! It was only that high because of  being Saturday. He informed me that since it was grease there's a slight chance it might close up again, and if it did in within a week he would come out again - no service charge, just time charge, and snake it again - that was 2 weeks ago - no problems at all - Great job Rodney!

My tenant was very happy, but also concerned they may have gotten snaked themselves on a previous deal - no wonder that guy supposedly worked two hours trying to unclog this drain - and running a camera for no charge.

As another reviewer stated Stop searching!! This is your plumber for life - I couldn't agree more. Family run, honest, professional service, good communication. Not too big, but also not tiny - they have 4 full size plumbing trucks. A great owner, who even encouraged me about DIY items. I can't think of anything more I could ask.

I hope this review generates some good publicity for these people, as I owe them my thanks. While I'm here, thanks to Yelp and Yelper's also. Do yourself a favor, follow Chris D's advice and bookmark Owen Plumbing now - you'll be glad you did someday.

June 2011 - Both sinks in my master bedroom are clogged and will barely drain. My step-mom tells me Call my cousin, he's a plumber in LA, he'll give you a good deal since you're family. Her cousin shows up late. He takes well over an hour to unclog two sinks. He leaves a nasty mess all over my bathroom. He charges me over $100.

June 2012 - Both sinks in my master bedroom are clogged and will barely drain. I don't tell my step-mom this time, I just call Owen Plumbing since Bob T highly recommends them. They say somebody can come out on Monday between 10-12. Fine. Monday morning they call at 8 AM and ask if the plumber can come at 9 AM? Even better.

He showed up a few minutes before 9:00, he fixed my sinks in 15 minutes, he didn't leave any mess at all, and he only charged me $95.

Glad I found a good plumber, since I have a feeling I will be needing their assistance in June 2013.

I've been using Owen Plumbing for many years and that always provide excellent service.  Just had an emergent leak and they responded right away to resolve the problem.  The best!

Owen Plumbing saved me from having to take freezing cold showers over the long Thanksgiving weekend!  My hot water heater went out the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and I was having a heck of a time finding someone, anyone, who would come out that day.  I had heard about Owen Plumbing through a Facebook group I am a part of and they were the ONLY ones who even considered coming out that day.  They weren't sure on the timing, but they would keep me informed.  They were able to come out (earlier than they had estimated) and replaced the water heater with no problem.  The technicians were very clean, polite and respectful.  I have nothing but good things to say about Owen Plumbing!

UPDATE as of 4/15/16:
When I needed additional plumbing work (replacing the washing machine shut off valves), I first foolishly called a different company who gave me a ridiculous estimate.  I then called Owen Plumbing who gave me a more reasonable estimate.  They came within the window of time they gave me and completed the job quickly.  My technician, David even helped me replace a water filter that was a two-person job (I live alone).  The final cost was actually below the estimate they gave me over the phone!  I could not be happier with Owen Plumbing!

I just had a repipe on my whole house from these guys they were on time professional fast and did quality work I would recommend them to anyone. I just wanted to add that he sent me Ignacio to patch up the holes a drywall guy. Quality work, very good price and fast professional work. I don't have his phone number but I'm sure you could get it through Owens Plumbing.

Owen Plumbing is simply the best.  We've been relying on their expertise and service for over 10 years.  They have replaced our water heater, our faucets, our toilets, and our garbage disposal.  Every time, they have shown the care and concern that one would expect from a top professional.

Most recently, I called about a P-trap that had been displaced and reassembled due to a pool construction project.  I emailed photos.  The owner of the company called me back himself to give me his expert opinion on the matter.  He even advised me to leave it alone for now, that they could tweak it later after the pool project was complete.

That's just unbelievably good service.  I cannot recommend them enough.

I have needed several plumbing repairs the past couple of years and I was first referred to Owen Plumbing by a friend when I had a tub that wouldn't drain. Since then, I have needed a new clean out installed in my yard, a new valve on the main water shutoff, sink hardware replacements, and most recently new toilets, and shower and tub hardware. Lynnsey in the office is very friendly and knowledgeable and I have spoken to Scott on the phone as well who is also very kind and helpful. They call to let you know when the plumber is on the way or if there are any delays, which is appreciated. All the plumbers that they have sent to my house have been friendly, honest and competent. I don't even think of calling anyone else. I highly recommend them!

I called here because of the Yelp rating and I was Not disappointed. The woman on the phone was very helpful and accommodating. She gave me an appointment the next day. The plumber, Pete, was on time and quick. They charge depending upon length of time, so I attribute his speed to honesty.  The fee was reasonable and the work was good.  Pete answered all my questions without hesitation.  He definitely knows his craft.  I will be calling this company back for all my plumbing needs and I Will refer them to my neighborhood also.

Garbage Disposal gave out and when I called Owen Plumbing they gave me A CHOICE of 3 different qualities of Garbage Disposals. And took the time to explain what the differences were. Their prices were reasonable. Pete was sent to my rescue. He came on time, was very pleasant and very helpful. His honesty is exemplary. The previous plumber that was sent by (useless) American Homeshield, installed the drain pipes incorrectly and was slowly leaking. Pete showed me the loose pipes and apologized that he has to fix and charge for repairing the pipes in order to stop the leaking. I will definetly recommend Owen Plumbing and even request Pete specifically.

Great company to do business with!  The reviews I read were true that there was no up-selling. In fact Scott actually saved me $100.00 by letting me know that we could have the old tub hauled away for free by just calling Republic Services.  We had a new bathtub installed and the job came out perfect!  The plumbers were professional, courteous, clean and arrived on time.  Owens Plumbing is now my go to plumbing company for both my home and my business.  My old plumber lost my trust by quoting 3 times the price that Owens charged.

I found out I had a mainline leak hours before a flight out of town. I called Owen Plumbing from the road based on a friend's recommendation and explained the situation. They adjusted their schedule so they could come out immediately.

Rodney called me several times through their diagnosis and quoted me on what I thought was a very fair price for the job. I agreed and they began with their fix right away. Not 10 minutes later, he called me back saying that he overestimated the effort and the actual bill would be HALF of what I agreed to.

What kind of plumber does that anymore - especially when I'm 3,000 miles away and would have been non-the-wiser?

The kind that I will call back for every plumbing problem from now on - that's who.

Can't say enough...wow!  Sunday morning at 8am and the owner of the company picks up the phone!  His technician David is at my house within an hour...unbelievable!  We had a pin hole leak that was spewing water, getting the drywall soaked.  Just didn't want to wait for Monday.  David diagnosed the problem, got it handled an we are so relieved.  Not the first time we've used Owen plumbing before and won't be the last.  Scott, the owner is a great guy, vested in our local community and provides excellent service at a fair price. No need to shop around in my opinion!

Jorge came out to my house today to work on our shower temp control valve.  He was on time and did a nice clean job at a very fair price.  He made sure the area was protected and was very conscientious.  I would highly recommend Owen Plumbing based on this experience.

This is an review for work performed in October of 2014.  Owen Plumbing installed a Noritz tankless water heater in place of where the typical hot water tank was located.  The plumber(s) removed the existing water heater tank and began roughing-in the new gas pipe and other needed connection points for each inlet and outlet hot/cold water.  

While there, the plumbers also roughed in an icemaker valve box for a future refrigerator as well as the connections & drain for a future sink in the garage.

This was a 2 day job....all of which I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the job (their performance/installation, punctual, quality, cleanliness, price, etc.).

I'd recommend Owen Plumbing for anyone who asks for a plumber...  

By the way, my wife's family owns Faucets N Fixtures in Orange and they recommended Owen Plumbing to me.

As a new homeowner, my garbage disposal failed and I was unsure where to go. After searching through Yelp, I found Owen -- and I'm so glad I did!

Brenda (in the office) was exceedingly helpful and patient with my dozens of questions.  Pricing seemed relatively fair, but as I had no benchmark to gauge against, I contacted another (well-referred) company.  They were over $100 more expensive for the exact same product and labor.  

Brenda worked with me on scheduling as they were very booked, but she was able to squeeze me in just two days later.  She really helped by agreeing to call me when the plumber would be about 15 minutes from my home so I wouldn't have to miss too much work.

When Pete came to my home, he took a look at my existing disposal and offered to try to repair it rather than replace the entire unit, as the current one didn't look too old.  The existing unit was a lower-powered model (1/3 hp) and at least was 1 year outside of its warranty, so I had him replace the entire thing.

Kudos to Owen for such a great job! :)

Have been remiss in writing this review for we had Owen out in late October to fix a pedestal sink and add a new faucet.  I believe it was George who patiently did this work. Today we had Cole do a clean out of our lines for we had a clog far down which was causing a problem.  Own did a great job on both projects.  We would not hesitate to have them out again for any plumbing issues.

We've been through our fair share of plumbers throughout the years and Owen Plumbing stands head and shoulders above the rest. We were referred to them by family members and we're happy we gave them a call. Pete did a stellar job of removing a stuck shower arm and we avoided having to cut the drywall. Scott and the whole crew including those working in the office went above and beyond. I will definitely be referring them to friends and family in the future.

At this moment, I hate water heaters and the gas company. However, I LOVE Scott and the whole team at Owen plumbing.

I will spare you the gory details but I had an issue with a water heater resulting in a delay in the close of escrow.  If you have ever dealt with the gas company, you know how frustrating it can be. We were stuck in a never ending catch 22. Luckily Scott is somehow magic and knew how to get to someone to get dome answers.  

As a real estate agent, I get asked for plumber referrals all the time and Owen is the one I would choose for my own home.

Fantastic experience! A couple of months ago (catching up on my Yelping) my sink/garbage disposal was seriously clogged. Me, being the stubborn person I am, tried for two days to plunge the hell out of it, use natural tips for clearing the clog and finally poured drano down the sink...to no avail.

I asked my BFF, Randi B. who that plumber was she used earlier in the year and then called Owen Plumbing. They were able to come out the next day. Scott showed up right on time and was very polite. It turned out to be a little more complicated and took a couple of hours (necessitated accessing the clean-out drain in a closet) so I was charged an additional $40 over the $95 fee, but seemed very fair considering all the extra effort it took. He left the area very clean and gave me some maintenance tips.

If you ever have the bad fortune of having plumbing problems, I'd highly recommend calling Owen Plumbing.

Truly blown away.  My family is going through an extremely tough time and we needed to make sure that our home toilets were taken care of prior to an event on a Saturday.  I called early Wednesday morning & explained that not only it was a time sensitive issue but also we were financially limited.  Owen plumbing sent out Scott Owen and his associate who's name I wish I remembered THAT SAME DAY & they took care of our issue and kept the cost under $100.  This company has been in business for a long time & this is an example as to why.  They treated us like people not as clients.

I had an appointment from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. I received a call from Natalie that the plumber was on the way at 10:50 am. I had an outside leaky faucet to fix. Jorge was my Plumber and he was very polite. He did a very good job and replaced the faucet in 30 minutes. I was very satisfied with the job!

I called for my two toilets which were both acting up.  Jorge came  few days later and was super polite and went to work.  He was done timely and the price seemed reasonable.  Would definitely use them again.

I was bugging my fiance for a tankless hot water heater since our hot water kept running out after 1 shower. He told me not until the one we have goes... well, the next day it went kaput! He was suspect that I broke it on purpose. :-) We called Owen Plumbing recommended by our very good friends who live next door to the owner Scott. Scott personally came out and discussed options and thankfully we were all setup for a tankless hot water heater. Come to find out, it was likely that we were running out of hot water so quickly because our hot water heater was on its way out.

Owen Plumbing was able to schedule us on Monday (our water heater went out on Friday). I was happy to wait and take a shower at the gym until they could come out if it meant I would get a tankless! Taking out the old water heater and putting in the new tankless was an all day job. They also moved our water softener to the corner where our old water heater was. They were extremely professional and polite. The tankless goes nicely on the wall taking up hardly any space! I have been meaning to leave a review for Owen Plumbing for the last 4 years and never seem to get around to doing this.  I am ashamed that I have not done so sooner as each and every time I use them, I couldn't be more pleased.  Owning a home that is nearing the age of 30, I find that I am now replacing things more often because they are old and worn out rather than for the aesthetic value, as before.  
My latest call to them was today - to reinstall a new toilet that was installed a week ago.
Yes, I did say reinstall.  I thought I would save some hard earned cash as I am living on retirement wages and decided to let a friend install it for me.  Well, it was beautiful and seemed to be working wonderfully until Father's Day morning when I am downstairs pouring my morning coffee and watch several drips going into my cup which I did not apply.  I lean over to look, and feel some drips upon my head.  Oh no, not toilet water dripping on my kitchen sink!  First thing Monday morning I call my go to plumber, who must be getting others who have had a weekend disaster too and am told that the soonest appointment would be Wednesday.  The very polite and helpful office staff (as they always are) stated that if they had an opening sooner they would let me know.  Within a couple hours I get a call that Pete finished a job early and is available to come.  Oh yes, please.  And if you are ever told that Pete is on his way, thank your lucky stars.  He has been here quite often and is the cleanest, most efficient, most knowledgeable...I could go on and on, just trust me, he is the best as are  the others.  I just have more history with Pete.
You will not find a more honest owner, a better price for the service provided, or just all round good plumbers as Owen Plumbing.  The only one that ever beat them was my brother-in-law who was a plumber but now in his 80's - and only him because I could barter with a cold beer for services rendered.  Thank you Scott for your honesty, integrity and each and every one of your staff for all they have done to keep so very many of us happy and unafraid to call a plumber.  You ALL rock!

We have used Owen Plumbing several times for a water heater replacement and two slab leaks that had luckily not caused any damage. The company is very responsive and can usually be at our home the same day for urgent needs. Repairs/replacements are usually the following day or shortly thereafter. They give reliable estimates and perform the work quickly. Their plumbers are courteous and always do a great job with clean up. We have had zero issues with the quality of the work they've performed. I will continue to use Owen Plumbing, and I give them my highest recommendation.

For Work Done This Past Month:  Owen Plumbing continues to do top-notch work!  I just had Owen replace the angle stops, main line valves, faucets, and water heater shutoff valves and they did a great job at a reasonable price.  Pete and everyone else at Owen always do the job right the first time.  I have never had to request a callback for work they have performed.  They are the BEST out there!

I dropped something down the kitchen sink and wanted to retrieve it.  I called Owen Plumbing the next day to see if someone could come out.  They were busy and told me that they could have someone come out between 3 and 5 pm.  I had a doctor's appointment at that time, the staff was very understanding, and told me that the owner would be coming out within 20 minutes.The owner come to our home and checked out the pipes under the sink, but the item I was looking to retrieve was already gone.  They did not charge me any fee to come out, which was very nice of them.  I have used Owen Plumbing in the past and will use them again.  They are reliable, honest, and prompt.  Great service!

I called Owen Plumbing to come out as my garbage disposal wasn't working.  The lovely lady on the phone was so kind and helpful.  Unfortunately, they were all booked up and she told me she would get back to me if she could squeeze me in.  She asked what the problem was and helped me to reset my garbage disposal.  I fished out a pistachio shell and now I am back in business!

My shower broke, and to the 2 prior plumbers I called they could not get to me for 2 days. I called Owen Plumbing and they set an appointment for me at noon the next day. I rarely write reviews for services rendered, as most of the time I get what I expect in either the service or product.  Hiring a plumber is one of those areas where if you haven't used someone before, you just don't know what to expect.  I had a few minor plumbing issues to be taken care of in our condo, so not having used a plumber in this area before I started our as most people would, looking online.  I found several plumbing services, but most of them were some distance away from where we lived.  I kept looking for someone closer and that is how I ended up at Owen Plumbing, they were only a couple of miles from our place.  So I read many of the reviews and decided to call.  First I got a very friendly person on the phone who asked what plumbing issues I needed looked at and then gave me several options for having a service technician come out.  So on the day scheduled, my technician Cole, showed up within the appointed time slot.  Cole introduced himself, and then asked what I needed done.  I had 3 items to be looked at.  So I showed him the 3 things I wanted him to do.  He spent a few moments looking at my needs and said he would need to order a part (a new tub spout in the correct finish) which did not surprise me.  I expected that.  He also looked at another issue I was hoping to get resolved (removing a sink sprayer by capping off the connection under the kitchen sink, we don't use the sprayer and at times it would leak).  Cole looked at the sink faucet/sprayer and said it had an unusual threaded connection for the sprayer, but he said he would see if he could find the correct cap (my wife bought the faucet many years ago.  He then said he could easily fix the third item (we were having an old water softener removed) but he said that as he needed to order the tub spout and find the hose cap for the sink sprayer, it would be cheaper for us if we waited until he had all the parts.  That way we would not get billed for two service calls.  So in fact his first visit was just to determine the parts were needed and we were not charged for that visit.  The following week we got the call from Owen Plumbing telling us they had received our tub spout and were ready to reschedule the appointment.  We set that appointment up for two days later.  On the day of the appointment, I received two calls from the office telling me about Cole's ETA, both were withing the allotted 2 hour window of the appointment, and Cole actually was easily there within that 2 hour window.  I just thought it great customer service to keep their customer up to date on any potential delays.  Cole arrived and went right to work.  He removed the old water softener.  Then moved to capping the sink sprayer.  Cole told me that he had put on the cap, but said the old faucet had a tapered thread and he did not recommend leaving the cap installed.  I agreed and told him to reconnect the old sink sprayer.  Just a side note that I had already considered that possibility and told Cole we would most likely purchase a new sink faucet after the holidays.  Cole told me the Owen Plumbing had a flat rate for installing faucets, so that made it an easy decision to leave the old sprayer in place.  Then Cole moved on to what I thought would be a very easy job, removing and replacing the tub spout.  Well two minutes into this final task, Cole showed me the issue with the old spout and the new spout.  The old spout was threaded onto a 3/4 pipe, and the new one was intended to slid over and clamp onto a 1/2 pipe.  The problem that presented itself was that the plumbing in this condo is almost 30 years old and that short piece of pipe sticking out of the shower wall didn't want to easily unscrew from the fitting inside the wall.  So Cole told me I had two options (and putting back on the old tub spout was not one of them as it was completely corroded).  First he could try to remove this clamp fitting that was factory installed inside the tub spout, but he said he could not guarantee that he could remove the internal fitting without damaging the new tub spout.  The second option was to remove the old pipe, but there was some possibility that it could start to twist in the flange inside the wall, and that would mean cutting an access hole in the opposite side of the wall to gain access to the flange/pipe.  Well I chose option 1 as Cole told me that if he damaged the new tub spout trying to remove the internal fitting, I would not be charged for it.  So I thought that was the least risk to us.  After giving it his best try to remove the internal fitting without marring or surface of the tub spout, I told Cole, OK lets move on to option 2.  So Cole went and got a bigger pipe wrench, and fortunately that old pipe unscrewed without twisting the flange inside the wall.  Cole then easily installed a new 1/2 pipe and the tub spout.  Cole did all this within one hour.  Thanks Owen Plumbing for job well done and greatly appreciated!

By far the best plumbing company in the area!! When I called and explained our water issue, within hours I had a return phone call and my water issue was on the mend! I am overly impressed with Scott and Shawn and how they run their business...Their staff is pleasant, easy to be around and felt very comfortable with them in my house and around my kids! Thank you! By far the best customer service experience I have had in a long time!

Based on the high marks Yelp Reviews I decided to try Owen Plumbing when I needed home plumbing support.  When I called I talked with Brenda, the Scheduler taking care of the phones.  Brenda did a great job of working me into their busy schedule the next day when I was available and everybody did exactly what she said her staff would do.  They showed up during the two hour window of time she had offered, and in my way of seeing things I couldn't ask for anything more (especially after some other home service experiences!).

The price is $95 for the service call which includes the first half hour of work.  I had two drains in my master bath that were clogged, one for the tub and one for the sink.  They spread a tarp on the floor and got right to it.  Both drains were unclgged in about 20 minutes and they were asking me if I had anything else?  If I had been thinking on my feet I would've brought them to another sink in the second master bath that is 'moving' a little slow and probably could use a good 'rodgering.'  I guess in my 'old school' thinking mode I was just so happy that this call for solving the stoppages I knew about was really only going to cost $95 that I didn't think to do the maintenance on the other sink, which right now is not so bad as being fully plugged.....yet.  You mean I could've had 3 unplugged in half an hour, for the beauty price of $95?

I'm here to tell you that, yes! they worked that fast, it could've been thus.....

The next time I need plumbing services or drains unplugged, they'll be my 'go to' and I'll have them drilll 'em all.

Very professional, honest, reliable, punctual and very recommendable plumbing company. Beginning with the office person taking the phone calls all the way to the service/services performed by the plumbing technician Jorge, everything had been excellent from customer service to workmanship. The technician Jorge was very punctual meeting the appointment (scheduled appt at 8:30AM & Jorge arrived at exactly 8:30AM!). He worked on my toilet clogged with tree roots coming from the sewer into the pipes and replaced our toilet in the house. Excellent and tidy work!!! Most of all, the costs of the services provided were so very reasonable compared to the other plumbing company. I had a very disappointed experience with another plumbing company (S... E....sh Plumbing Company) not meeting the scheduled appointment and quoting me tripled as what I paid Owen Plumbing. I declined work to be done by the other plumbing company and contacted Owen Plumbing instead. I was fortunate that I have contacted and tried the plumbing services of Owen Plumbing.

Owen Plumbing to the rescue again.  We've been using Scott since 1998 when it was just he and his Dad running the business.  They've fixed all of the plumbing issues over these years and we're always satisfied with the prompt service and competitive pricing.  Our latest problem was a water line leak on our side of the water meter, hence our responsibility to repair.  It was fixed the same day and with minimal time without water.  Thanks to Jorge and Brando for their excellent servi ce.

These guys are excellent.  I've used them for both our house and for our restaurant.  They are very honest; far more so than some of the other plumbers I've dealt with.   In one instance, they saved me over 80% of the cost that one of the other local plumbers was going to charge me.  It doesn't surprise me at all that their reviews are so universally positive.

Our company, Anaheim Hills Tile Supply, uses Owen Plumbing exclusively for all of our plumbing needs.  Scott and his team are the best.  We've never had a single call back or issue with any of the work they've performed.  Always on time, always priced fair.  If I could give them 100 stars, I would.

We recently had our 14 year old kitchen sink, faucet and other items on the sink replaced by Owen Plumbing. We have used Owen Plumbing for several years now and have always been very happy with their service. Again they did not disappoint. They came out initially, to insure what was needed to complete the job, explained what was required, gave suggestions and a fair quote for the job. On the day of the job they were on time and completed the job quickly and professionally, with no issues.

The Owen Plumbing Company is the best of the best in the area!!! I had a slab leak in my home. Good friend of my introduced Owen Plumbing, after I called company, office manager Brenda was very helpful. The company owner Scott and his two employees Scotty and Brandon came, after 30 min, they found leak. Scotty and Brandon worked very hard, they did excellent job. I really appreciate it. I will never call another plumbing company but Owen plumbing company, because they earned my commitment.

My husband and I just bought a home in Yorba Linda and we called Scott from Owens Plumbing to come in and give us a bid. The job involved three bathrooms, a hot water heater, laundry room and kitchen. Yes a big job. I worked with Brenda in the office who set up all the appointments. She was a pleasure to work with. All the workers were on time, extremely professional and cleaned up after themselves. We went to their show room and Scott helped us pick out some wonderful faucets, toilets, and towel bars etc. Scott Owen also helped us all pick out some amazing bathtubs and we just love how everything turned out.
