I have used Culpepper Plumbing exclusively for at least 11 years.  Their work has been excellent and I have appreciated their professionalism - even when they had to dig up my entire front yard. ;) I have an appt to discuss another large job now.  I highly recommend them.

I cannot brag about this company enough!! Anthony came over and saved Christmas!!! I had been trying to fix my toliet for 3 days and could not use out bathroom and I really didn't think I could afford a plumber.  Anthony came as soon as I called and treated me like family.  Anthony explained everything thing in the deepest detail so that even I a single mom could understand.  I knew I was in the right hands!! When he told me how much it would cost to fix everything I couldn't believe how cheap it was!!! I couldn't thank him enough!! This was a very pleasant experience and I recommend fast flow plumbing very higher!!! They give 5 star customer service!!! Thank you Anthony for saving Christmas!! Amazing service!

Eric from Fast plumbing came out, accurately diagnosed our problem, and thoroughly fixed it. He was careful to check the quality of his work, make sure there were no more leaks or clogs, and took the time to redo the parts of our garden bed he had to dig out. Not too mention, the prices were very fair for the quality and professionalism of the work. We're hoping we don't have to call on them any time soon, but if we were to need a plumber again, we'd be calling Fast Plumbing.

Our heater/AC was not performing well. We called Blanco AC on a Monday morning around 8:30am and they came out to our house around 12:30pm. They were done at 2:30pm and our unit was back to normal and running perfectly. Nice people, quick reply, good service.

Tator has handled 3 or 4 jobs for me including leak detection/pinpoint tests, sewage line repair and water line repair. Always on time, always do great work, always professional. Fair prices, friendly people on the phone. Highly recommended!

Very pleased. Eric gave me a very good price in writing. Told me what he was going to do and that if anything came up after opening ceiling the additional cost wouldn't be more than $300. After opening and inspecting, he determined then would have to go another way. Gave me options including an inexpensive way to address it. HE STOOD BY HIS QUOTE. Called before he arrived. Polite and professional.  Project did not take as long as I had expected. Had me review his work, and ensured everything worked before departing. Very happy. I would definitely recommend PDI in the future, and ask for Eric.

Called to have service on a faucet that was leaking. Job was done fine. It Needed a cartridge replaced. cost for the part was $97.00. Did research for the part, although I was unable to locate the exact same item, I did find ones that looked like the replaced cartridge for $12.95. I can understand a mark-up, but Wow! Lesson learned.

Woods was a lifesaver when our AC stopped working this weekend. We have an older unit and thought it would have to be replaced. The technician came out within 24 hours and was able to do a flush service and said that our unit is in great condition still. Reasonable prices and fast professional service. I highly recommend this company

Great local and family owned business with prompt, friendly, professional staff; excellent experience. We have had minor plumbing work done by Kinsey Plumbing and will be using them again soon for a major plumbing project we have coming up soon! This company has a contract with Sears Warranty. They were scheduled to come and service my water heater under the warranty. The gentlmen answered the phone when I called and he said I need to take a look at the heater first - understandable.... Then I called again during the time he was scheduled to come and service the water heater and he said I will call you back. No call and of course no show.... My 3 years old has been without hot water in the winter for 3 days now.... No follow up, nothing. I don't like Anonimous reviews so if anyone is questioning that feel free to text me at 210-749-4656 and I can give you the feedback in person. Needles to say - bad customer service.
