Very professional, very thorough and very good. We had two faucets installed as well as some stopcocks and a cartridge for the shower. The lead plumber- Juan- is a real gem. He explained everything and gave us maintenance guidelines to follow to insure our faucets would give us a lifetime of service. I'd recommend Hill Country Plumbing not only for their expert plumbing skills but for the added tips on keeping our water system as trouble free in the coming years. He didn't have to go the extra mile but he did. He also tested our water hardness to determine if that led to our problems. And it turns out it did. Thanks Juan and thanks Hill Country Plumbing.

New to Boerne, I called Hill Country Plumbing to get some Plumbing service for a small job I needed done on my property. I spoke to Zach, one of the owners, and I gave him the requirements. We set the next available service date.
Two technicians came out, ON TIME, and got right to work. They did a fantastic job. They were fast, professional and really took the time to understand the full scope of work. They even hauled off the old remnants of the job.
Very satisfied! Hill Country Plumbing is my go-to plumber from here on out. Thanks again for the great work!

These guys are some of the best in the business around the Boerne and greater San Antonio area. They were friendly and quick to respond to a water heater issue I had. One company estimated a whole new install and water heater and another company I called was too slow to respond or schedule a visit. But HCP came out to look at my water heater and replaced the heating element and cleared out sediment buildup at the bottom. They gave me a great rate and simple breakdown on an estimate right away and fixed all of the issues I had. Thank you to Sam and Vinny for everything. I've known a few others in Boerne who have used them and vouch for them as well. I will definitely stick with ya'll with any other issues I have!

A disappointing visit to Home Depot and came here to Hillcountry plumbers. Great customer service very friendly quick service and got the parts they were actually cheaper than I would've needed at any other place

1/11/19 Two plumbers came to fix a toilet and three faucets. They were professional and knowledgeable. They wore booties so not to tract mud into the home. They fixed the leaks quickly and did good work. I will use them again and recommend them highly,
