These guys give world class customer service. We had no hot water and they were out here
in a jiffy, and fixed the problem quickly. At the same time, they noted that we had not had service on our Takagi tankless water heaters since they were installed, and they came out in two days to do the necessary maintenance required. We now have hot water and slightly higher pressure in the house.
I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone.
I called them on a Monday morning, non-emergency. They called and set up appointment for Thursday morning. I received a text, an email and a phone call to let me know the plumber was on the way. He looked over what I needed, gave me an estimate, then did the work. He showed me the damaged components and billed ma a fair price. Very clean, courteous and quick.
I have used Holloway several times, and always have done a good job, very professional. I highly recommend them.
Very expensive. Could not get estimated cost over phone and was told there was a $39 dispatch fee. Simple kitchen faucet replacement and I supplied the faucet. They not only charged the dispatch fee but additional $$$ on top of that. They did give me a quote before starting. But they were already here and I had agreed to the dispatch fee over the phone. The two guys were here for less than a half hour. Will look elsewhere next time.
So grateful I called them. I had a laundry list of work to be done and they were able to come out and fix it all in the same day of the call and quote. The guys were friendly and professional as well.
Very efficient but super expensive. He did save us money by giving us a one minute review on how to put filters in.
I really appreciate Holloway Plumbing for their prompt, professional service. They freed a live bird from the exhaust vent of my water heater, replaced the flush valves so I could resume annual maintenance and they put screen on the exhaust flue and intake pipe coming out of the roof so no more birds would get trapped. They are good at what they do and they are fairly priced in their services. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
Had occasion to use Holloway Plumbing twice in the last few months. The first time was to replace our kitchen faucet. The second time they installed single handle bathroom faucets in 2 bathrooms plus I had them replace 3 shut off valves in one of the bathrooms. They were in and out in less than an hour and the job they did was excellent. The price was quoted prior to the work starting so there would be no surprises. Very well run professional plumbing company. Would use again and no problem recommending them to others.
Hot water heater leaking/failing. My call to Holloway got rapid and courteous response. Crew came prepared with all necessary parts and equipment. While here, they checked second old water heater in attic, which was same age, size and brand. I have nothing but good to say about the whole process.
We had a leak on a Sunday. Within a few hours the plumber was there and was able to cap the leak. (Parts were not available on the truck due to it being a REALLY old tub). The plumber was helpful and very polite. Prices were reasonable, considering the emergency fee and trip fee to the country
Requested service around 10:00 pm last night. Tech called at 7:30 am today, arrived at 8:30. By 8:45 had diagnosed bad upper element. Said price was ~$380 to replace element - although element was under warranty (around 12 months old) and was being provided at no charge by Ferguson supply. When I questioned the price they then explained that they are a flat-rate repair service only, although they couldn't explain the method they used to calculate the price - perhaps it was to pay the labor of the 2nd tech who was apparently training. I called American Plumbing in Fredericksburg which quoted me $85/hour, so I paid Holloway $39 for the visit and let them leave without repairing. Perhaps there are enough customers who don't question their flat-charge pricing and who keep Holloway in business, but when it's so obviously a ripoff (a new water heater would be cheaper) it's amazing they continue to do business this way - which leads me to question their reviews on Google! So, I called American Plumbing Service and Jesse responded at my house in 1 hour, with the no-charge element from Ferguson, drained Heater (with a pump to speed draining) replaced element and charged me 1 hour labor or $85.00. Thanks Jesse!! It was a pleasure and you saved me ~$300!

Holloway replumbed our whole house, and did a GREAT job, for a reasonable price. Justin and Walker kept us informed the whole time, on what was accomplished that day, and what was planned for the next. They kept the house clean throughout the job, and never complained about the cramped spaces or our frequent questions. They always made sure we had access to water every evening after they finished the day. Excellent work. Excellent employees.
Used them initially for a home Warranty repair and then once after ! They are professional, efficient, and have upfront pricing! Texas and Dale came out. 8 requested them the second time! Will continue using them in the future--- but of course who wants to have to call the plumber. LOL
Great crew, great work and reasonably priced. I had a pretty bad water main leak. I got scheduled right away and the guys spend the whole day working until it was completely redone. Took a lot, but they did great.
Please read my other reviews to understand this one. Do not let Justin do any work on your property. He will price gauge you. I called to speak with a supervisor regarding the job Justin did and I was told I would have to speak with Justin since he wrote up the bill. After a few hours some guy Damon calls and tell me that Justin was tired since it was late when it did the job and he he mixed up numbers on the lines.. Not sure what that meant. They were just trying to cover up the crazy bill they wanted me to pay. When Justin came out to fix the problem again he did apologize for the crazy, crazy bill he had given to me. He thought he was going to make a killing of me. PLEASE PLEASE get everything in writing before they do any work!!!!!

Water heater started leaking but was still under factory warranty. All I needed to do was to return it to Lowe's, give them the return authorization number I received from Whirlpool, and they would replace it for free. Called and got several quotes from plumbers. After asking me a bunch of questions, Holloway gave me a quote over the phone of approximately $300 to drain and remove the water heater, return it to Lowe's for an exchange, and reinstall it. Their quote was a lot lower than anyone else, so I decided to use them. The first available date they could do it was 5 days out on a Monday afternoon. Holloway called about an hour before our appointment and said they could not make it because another job was giving them problems and was going to take them another 6 hours. They rescheduled us for first thing on Friday (9:00 am). At 10:00 on Friday I called Holloway to see where they were. They said they removed us from the schedule because they thought we were going to have a different plumber do the job. I don't know where they got that idea. They said they would see what they could do. After about an hour they called back and said they could come out between 2:00 and 4:00 pm. The technician showed up around 4:30 pm. He looked at the water heater and worked up another quote. He said it would cost us $785.00 to drain and remove the water heater, return it to Lowe's for an exchange, and reinstall it. He also said we needed some mandatory code upgrades for an additional $719.00, for a grand total of $1,504.00. However, the technician said he could not do the repair that day because he did not have a helper and he couldn't do it himself. He said he would have to reschedule us for another day. We told him to forget it. He said he was going to have to charge us $39.00 for the service call, but when we complained about it he waived the fee. I will never call Holloway Plumbing again.
