Max did a great job replacing our garbage disposal. He responded almost immediately on Yelp even after 7pm. He showed up the next morning right on time and quickly and efficiently swapped out our disposal for an upgraded one and was extremely friendly throughout. Will call on him again whenever any plumbing needs arise in the future.

Ken is an excellent plumber. He arrived at my house in a timely manner and gave me a detailed invoice of what was wrong. I highly recommend Dixon Plumbing to anyone with a problem - big or small!

It was difficult to find someone to respond, but Bruce came out the morning after I reached out to cap an old HVAC pipe that was causing a leak. Finished the job quickly and for a cost in line with other quotes.

We have mold from Bob Goldey plumbing . He put in a kitchen faucet that was too short nubs and we had water leaking from the kitchen faucet into our basement for two weeks until we discovered it by the smell . They refused to make good on the damages or even offer to replace or repair .

We love DrainPro Solutions in this house! As a new homeowner it feels good to have a kind and reliable plumber we can call whenever we need that's not one of the local conglomerates that start with the letter H. Manny has been available to help us with emergencies, such as when the supply line on one of my toilets blew, to larger projects like re-routing the drains for a recent bathroom remodel. Super reasonable on cost, and he's always looking at things with an eye towards prevention to make sure I don't *have* to call so much for emergency issues. But I know I can call whenever I need to and know I'm gonna get an honest and accurate assessment of whatever's going on.

My tankless hot water heater broke and I reached out to local companies to get quotes. Wells Brothers was the first one to return my call and were extremely pleasant on the phone. I was given a very reasonable rate - the second lowest - and only decided on another option because I could get hot water restored sooner elsewhere. I would have went with them if that hadn't been the case, even though they were only a tiny bit more expensive. (You could tell they were genuine people and that goes a long way.)

Will definitely consider working with these guys in the future. They're worth a call if you need some work done!

Had problems with a crazy high water bill. The water company came out and couldnt find anything. Called Anthony Povio he came out quickly and traced the problem to an old hose hook up on the back part of our property. Disconnected the pipe and closed it off . Problem solved. very reasonable price and went the extra mile to solve our problem.

We've used Accurate Plumbing & Drain Cleaning for all of our plumbing needs for the past 10 years and we've never been disappointed. During that time, in addition to regular and routine inspections and minor repairs as they pop up, Accurate has replaced our main house water shutoff valve and coordinated with the water company to that end, installed a tankless hot water system with a natural gas supply upgrade, and made arrangements for piping of natural gas to the exterior for an emergency generator.  I honestly would not consider changing plumbers and am extremely happy to have this relationship.

I greatly appreciated all the plumbing work provided by Jefferson Plumbing to my house in Princeton.  I especially thank Jill Jefferson who reviewed all the work at the house and submitted a very fair estimate.  I found that Jill knew more about plumbing then any plumber I had previously met and gave me good advice in all proposed work.  I also thank their employee, Kyle, who did an excellent installation job, cleaned up all work areas and was very respectful.  Jefferson Plumbing was terrific.

This is piss poor customer service.  I called at 9 and gave them all the information.  I was given a promise for a call back soon as possible.  Three hours later I called them again, got the typical we are sorry, we will call you back asap.  An hour later still nothing.  Don't worry, this will get posted in a bunch more places.

I have no idea how their rating is this high and people saying they had service within 15 minutes when I can't get a call back after 4

Fast forward 3 days later, they still never called and we wound up with a full sewer backup.  

Bruce, I'll now vehemently go out of my way to tell people not to use your service

We called D. Burgo because we were having some draining issues. Within about an hour of calling the main office, Dan came out to help us. He was professional, kind, and took the time to determine the issue. He explained every step and how to prevent the issue from happening in the future. We also asked him to install a garbage disposal which he did flawlessly and as mentioned in previous reviews he used a drop cloth and was very clean. Dan answered every question we had and we will definitely be using him and D. Burgo in the future as this is a company that cares about providing a superior service. Highly recommended.

Rogelio was very responsive right from the start. He kept me informed every step of the way and he assured me prior to his arrival that he would able a to repair what I needed fixed. He also did a superb job repairing the furniture piece and he did it in the time he anticipated, Very courteous and polite, I will be contacting him again for additional work.

I have used them in the past and was happy. I called them on 4-5-17 and they gave me a timeline they would be at the house between 4-6 PM, 6:25 they call and say we'll be there shortly. Guess what I have dinner plans. I said let's reschedule for the next day! Ok. Priority? So Thursday comes same time frame. 5:45 a calls comes from Ryan. Wendell is just finishing up his water heater job. So what I have plans for later in the evening. If they can't respect my time I can't work with this company anymore. Forget they we're to forgo they're service fee.I wouldn't even give them the one star.
