Exterior hose bib had a constant drip.  I tried to remove the existing bib with no luck.  I called Karl and he came out first thing the next morning as promised.  Fast,  courteous and professional service.  Highly recommend

Had an early Saturday morning emergency, main drain was clogged which means all water activity in house has to stop. Saw in reviews that Ken was recommended for emergencies and that response time was typically very fast. He picked up my call immediately and his team was at my door in 30 minutes. They saved our weekend, we are very appreciative, will definitely be calling again!

It was difficult to find someone to respond, but Bruce came out the morning after I reached out to cap an old HVAC pipe that was causing a leak. Finished the job quickly and for a cost in line with other quotes.

Mike and his team are on-time, knowledgable, clean, and, courteous. Services are reasonably priced and they get it right the first time. Recommended enthusiastically!

I have used DrainPro on multiple occasions now and must say Manny is by far the most courteous and professional person I've ever hired. He has resolved all my plumbing needs and explained all the steps he was taking as he did his repairs to keep me informed. Companies like his will last a long time due to one reason, customer service and if it's one thing he's got down it's that! By far will I never use another company and I will recommend his company to everyone and my entire family from here on in. Five stars is not enough to rank this company. Kudos to Manny and his entire establishment for excellence and great prices in this economy it's good to see competitive business doing the right thing by the customers.

The best. I had a gas leak this morning and sj gas said  no gas  until the plumber fixed the cracked pipe. Called them and they were here within 30 minutes. As always the job was done quickly, efficiently and the bill was less than I expected. They did my hot water heater not too long ago and the cost, again, was nowhere near what the companies with a lot of trucks and a rotating crew of workers charge. I would continue to use their services again and give them my highest recommendation. They know what they are doing, they are experts, and take charge of the project and cover pay attention to all the details. If all service calls were like the Wells Brothers life would be easy.

Called Anthony form Povio at 7:15am on a Saturday. He was out 20 minutes later to fix my leaking pipe. Fixed it right away. I even wanted some additional work done and he came back later that evening to complete that as well. Reasonable prices and a friendly guy. Can't do better.

I have trusted Accurate Plumbing & Drain Cleaning for several major projects. They revamped my basement laundry system with a new pump and subsequently installed a new gas line. For both projects their work was excellent, finished on time and with not one problem afterwards. I highly recommend them.

They showed up as promised, and are here now attempting to fix the problem that American water caused this morning.  They are very honest, and we will use them again. This visit I do not have to pay, because the water company caused the problem, but will definitely use N.C. Jefferson for any future plumbing issues. Highly recommend this company,

we met bruce two years ago when we needed a backflow check for the water company.we found him to be extermely friendly and helpful.the other day,i had a minor(major to me)plumbing situation-i called bruce who told me how i could fix the problem myself if i wanted to( i didn't) what plumber does that??he came within an hour fixed it no muss no fuss and charged me next to nothing.bruce and his crew are outstanding,clean repectful and just basically all around good people.i would recommend him to any one...

Excellent work by Dan, shady business practices by the owner.

While Dan was at my house servicing my water heater, he noticed a leak in the wall of my house. Turns out it was a homeowners-sized issue, and I will forever be grateful to Dan for finding it when he did. Dan is professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed of everything he was doing before he started the work.

My issue is with the billing process -- my bills from D. Burgo have always had a lump-sum amount. I don't know what I paid for parts. So now that I need to submit a receipt to my insurance company, I need to know what part of that particular visit was dedicated to discovery so I can apply it to my deductible.

When I called, I was told (twice and very clearly) that I would only be supplied with an itemized receipt if I hire D. Burgo to complete the work required to fix the leak. In other words, my itemized receipt is being held hostage until I hire them for further work.

In one phone call, I have gone from recommending D. Burgo to everyone I know to warning friends and family about them.

Great work! Professional, on time, courteous, knowledgeable. Would recommend!  Came in to do some work on a shower. Made sure I knew what I was Getting into, did the job when he would, how he would, in the time he said it would. Pricing is very reasonable.

Would utilize again!

Buyer beware- This past winter, Mattioni told me our heat  exchanger was cracked, needed to be replaced for over $7k, and made a big production of turning off our gas heat for safety reasons, knowing we had an infant in the house. We had two other companies come by for quotes- they both said the crack didn't exist and turned our heat back on, instead of trying to win a big job. Always get a second or third opinion if you use this company! We had been loyal members for several years but no more.
