Wallace Plumbing & Heating

Recently I discovered a very large crack in the sewer line in my crawl space. I called Wallace Plumbing, Mark and his son Jacob came right over to look at the job. I was panicking thinking the line would burst any second! He was very nice and calmed my fears. He gave me an  estimate and returned later to do the job.
He was fantastic! Returned calls quickly and did a great job replacing the old cast iron line with PVC.
I felt he was through and very honest. I will use Mark again when needed.

Mark and his son are great guys!  They did an amazing job putting together a tub with a friend of theirs for me.  Always early, always professional, always fair and willing to fix any misunderstandings that came up right away.  Will definitely be recommending Mark to anyone I know that needs plumbing work.  Thank you so much!

Mark and his son Jacob are very reliable. They helped to remodel our full bathroom, have replaced a broken toilet, and installed a kitchen faucet on 3 separate occasions. They are honest, and overall good people. I admire those who have small family owned businesses, and try to support as we are able. My hot water heater sprang a leak right before New Year's Eve day, and I called Mark Wallace of Wallace Plumbing  & Heating for assistance.  Mark promptly returned my call, collected needed information, provided a reasonable quote for service, and proceeded to immediately order the replacement unit to be shipped to the distributor.  Speaking to Mark on the phone multiple times--as he always returned my calls very quickly--convinced me he is very experienced and knowledgeable.

His crew arrived with the new water heater which they installed in an efficient manner, and my inspection of their work revealed neat, clean connections.  The new unit was fired up and worked perfectly.  Mark handed me the Use & Care Manual for this water heater--something many contractors do not perform--and his crew left the area clean and spotless.

Overall, the service provided by Wallace Plumbing & Heating was superb, and reflects a degree of precision and meticulousness that is unfortunately uncommon on the part of many service providers.  I will continue to utilize Wallace Plumbing & Heating for all my plumbing needs, and will refer Wallace Plumbing & Heating to my family members and friends as well.

Mark supervised the revision of my bathroom.  He listened to everything I wanted, helped me make decisions and finished on time.  My bathroom is beautiful.  Years later, I STILL love my Bath!  Thanks, Mark!
