It's hard to find a good plumber.  I have been using enviro safe for over ten years.  The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.  They even repair and paint the drywall when it has to be opened up.  
They know my system and always manage to solve the problems that come with a large older house.
I know the technicians by name and trust them implicitly.

I had water  near my washer & dryer and a backed up basement sink. A tech came out when scheduled and clearly explained the problem. Great customer service. They did a great job.

I wouldn't use again. Another place that sends out drain techs instead of plumbers. Spent $150 for nothing- worked on a drain which he wasn't familiar with- (Z-Trap) and damaged the line where it was leaking through my garage roof after he left. Hard lesson learned- get estimate ahead of time.

NOTE- I talked to Joe and he was upset this happened and destroyed my check. I'll leave my review at 3 stars since he didn't charge me.

Ward B Burnside does not have a expertise in water heater repair and troubleshooting.. I had one of there technician come to fix my water heater, within few minutes of looking at the water heater he advised to replace a water heater & wiring  for 2200$ + cost of wiring a 2500$ project.  Did not fix anything for 100 $ consultation fee..

My electrician came fixed the wire and connection to water heater for 65$ in 15 minutes.. Ward B Burnside are technically weak and do not understand what they are doing. Very dissatisfied customer.. I will never use them again.

Mitchell at Star Plumbing is the best. He is always available to discuss any situation. Paul is one of his plumbers that has been with him for a while and is very good at what he does and very courteous.I would recommend him for any plumbing job and will use him again.

Bill installed a new water heater for me over a holiday weekend years ago.  He didn't know me, it was my first contact with him and his staff.  He was respectful, prompt, reasonably priced and efficient.  Bill and his crew have been back to my house for a backed-up sink and the installation of a new home heater.  Each interaction was the same, respectful, prompt, timely and with high quality work.  I highly recommend Bill and his company.

Joe and his crew from Attilio Plumbing, Heating & Cooling were extremely friendly, accommodating, efficient and safe! The crew was truly like none other. Came to my house to see about putting in a whole house water filter. Turns out it wouldn't fit in the space I have but he and his assistant were very helpful and educational, telling me all sorts of things I needed to know being a new Philadelphia resident. I would definitely call him again.

I understand why this company has been in business for 50 years.  My 15 yr gas furnace decided to quit on the coldest day of the year.  I asked my neighbor who he used and he referred me to McLoughlin. I called and they were very professional and efficient from the start. Fortunately for me, they were able to come out later that same day. The Technician was very courteous, and helpful. He explained the problem, and provided up front pricing on what it was going to cost to repair. I decided to go ahead with the repair, and I'm happy I did. I had heat before dinner time, and you couldn't even tell I had a technician in my home. Not even a single foot print was left. Thank you for such great service, and the respect you showed my home. I will continue to recommend you to everyone I know.   5 Stars.

Best plumbing company in the area. I've had this company out twice and both times very professional, knew the problem within minutes and explain the situation before doing any work. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, leave the house clean and get the job done right. Highly recommend Victor and Charlie. I've had other plumbing companies out and they do not compare in anyway.

Had a great experience with Edward Hughes and Sons. I was recommended them by another plumber who was a little further away from me. I had a plumbing emergency with a leaking sewer pipe (are they ever not plumbing emergencies?) and they called me back right away and came out that day to assess the situation. They told me I unfortunately should replace the whole pipe (110 years old) and scheduled to come out a day later. They came when they said they would, they were on time, and really friendly to work with. I would absolutely call them again. I don't write reviews too often, but some of the bad reviews on here scared me but I am happy to say that I had a really positive experience working with them and would call them again.
