HISTORY
Established in 2020.
Although Queen B was formed in 2020, we are no strangers to the industry. Our founder, Brenda, worked as a general manager of a popular plumbing & HVAC company for 10 years. With her knowledge as well as relationships with skilled technicians, Brenda was able to venture off on her own and create one of the few woman-owned plumbing and HVAC businesses in the area. As of Jun'21, Queen B is a small but tenacious team of under 10 people that is growing everyday. Our technicians have 40+ years combined experience and are passionate and knowledgeable about their craft. Looking ahead, Queen B hopes to continue growing in the Central/Northern Jersey area, and servicing all your plumbing and HVAC needs!
ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
Our founder, Brenda Dilts, worked in the medical profession as a board certified nurse and radiographer for a large portion of her career. In 2010, she began working at a local plumbing and HVAC company as an office manager, where she quickly ascended to General Manager. In 2020, Brenda bravely ventured out on her own and created Queen B. She staffed the business with a small team of seasoned plumbing & HVAC technicians, holding a combined experience of 40+ years.
As a dedicated mom, grandma & homeowner, Brenda knows just how important it is to receive quick, reliable, and reasonably priced home services. She vows to treat her customers the way she would want to be treated.

I have had an issue with hot water heater that another company was unable to resolve after 4 visits and replacing as many parts as they could. called this company and they came out asap. Guy figured it out on 1st try and gave me a much more reasonable solution than the replace the whole thing option I'd heard from the others.
I took a chance with Queen B after reading the superb reviews and wanted to support a woman owned business. My AC gave out and with little ones in the house, it became especially difficult!! Brenda was personable and went above and beyond to make sure we found comfort again! Feeling very thankful and blessed to have found this company. From start to finish ,everything was excellent and honest. The whole team was courteous, VERY hardworking, and timely. Excellent experience and I will solely be using them when my other unit eventually goes out or I have other needs!

Good people the Queen has a good set of guys to do the job. Called them out to do a A/C replacement in the beginning of summer. They got in and out fast and did a great job on install no issues yet...
Did a rapid and solid job on installing our residential HVAC replacement, and was responsive to questions after the installation was complete. They were not the cheapest, but I selected them because I was willing to pay more for a Trane system installed by a certified operator.
Replacement of our existing system took one day. when the new system glitched they came out in a few hours to put it right.
Technicians are courteous, timely and very knowledgeable. Brenda is great always very accommodating. Highly recommended.

In the aftermath of ida, we needed someone to look at our hot water heater. The company (not Queen B) who installed us told us they would only replace it.
My mom received a recommendation for Queen B. She spoke to Brenda, the owner, she was very empathetic. She sent her team within hours of her call.
The two men came, both wore foot coverings. They were able to get the hot water heater working.
We were thankful they came quickly and fixed our issue without taking advantage of me. Definitely will use again.

I noticed that Queens B is a fairly new company so I gave them a call when my AC broke down on 100º plus day. They arrived within a couple of hours! And fixed the problem. The guys were courteous, friendly and very professional. They lost one star with me for doing the repair without a review and approval. I appreciated that the problem was fixed but in my opinion, a company should get approval before performing the work. I will call Queen B again but next time will make clear my expectations.
I hired Queen B because just like myself I'm a woman and I go by Queen G. It's a bit biased but I wanted to support the woman's business in HVAC. I went through several companies before making a decision. They responded through chat and after talking for awhile I called her office. I spoke directly to the Queen and we set up a date and time. The day before my scheduled appointment she called me from her cellphone. She wanted to know if I had any earlier availability and I said absolutely. She told me her technician's would be out between 1-3. Two gentlemen should up and got to working on my ac unit. After a few hours they knew what the problem was they told me how much it'll cost. I gave him they ok, they put the part on and got it up and running. I thanked them for coming out sooner then expected because it's suppose to reach close to 100 degrees this weekend and I didn't want to be roasting in a hot house without ac. Thanks Queen B
We recently worked with Queen B when looking for someone specializing in high velocity AC systems to come do a routine service check. Tiffany was so friendly and knowledgeable while booking the appointment, and then Tony and Jaime, the technicians, were not only courteous and friendly, but they got the job done quickly, and took the time to answer additional questions, and give some other advice on how to improve efficiency and air flow. They are the absolute best. The technicians are timely, professional, clean and super talented. They genuinely care about their customers and will not make you replace systems that are unnecessary. They will do everything they can to fix the problem. You will not be disappointed!
