I called around 1 pm, and already had an expected time window between 2-4pm. Mr. Rivera came out and explained every little detail on what was happening. He was extremely punctual, fast, and super honest. He even gave good advice for the future in making our plumbing more efficient. I will not work with anyone else now! Awesome experience!

Very unsatisfied with this company thus far. Fist step was they were late to the first meeting and this, after a two hour window of waiting. Second, they promised to provide quote within a couple of days of visit. That was not done. In fact, I can them ten days after visit, left a voicemail and now 13 days after visit, still no response. Will not be doing business here.

I had a really bad back up in my basement and I came on yelp looking for a good company to do the job. They have pretty good reviews soooo I called and the rest is history. The have some really good pricing for their services. They found the problem and fixed the problem expeditiously. The customer service was A1. The prices are A1. They give a life time warranty on their services. Highly recommend for any plumbing issue.

I highly recommend this company for any major plumbing repairs. When the plumbers come out to assess the damages, they will have all of their equipment with them. The plumbers that work for this company have good customer service. They are honest, straight to the point, and they listen to the customer. Also, I had used this company as my second opinion company to assess the damages.

The Problem: My main home sewer line was breached and damaged by some shrubs in my front yard. My shrubs' roots were clogging my main sewer, causing my sewer water to come back into my basement. The plumbers told me that I needed to have a portion of my sewer line replace to fix the clogging issue in my front yard.

The Solution: This company had to perform an excavation in my front yard to repair the sewer line. Their treatment plan was to replace the damaged part of the sewer line. Included with the treatment, they had installed an outside cleanout valve to the main sewer line and removed and destroyed the shrubs and their roots in the yard that was damaging my sewer line. This company also coordinated with the City of Chicago by pulling city permits to perform the excavation.

Post Repair: As for my home sewer line, everything is working fine with no problems. This job took two days to repair. The first day was to unclog the line and triage the line to use my plumbing. The second day was to finish off the repair and coordinate the certification of proper sewer line replacement by the City of Chicago.

Very responsive and reliable. A pipe bursted. Multiple plumbers either never called us back or confirmed an appointment and then never show up. Trent and Mr Rivera were fast and efficient. They came out in the middle of the night. They made the process so easy and got it fixed in no time. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

All I can say is, if you are looking for a amazing reliable plumbing service you can't go wrong them. They were extremely professional. I was trying to figure out the issue with my plumber for years. Other plumbers could not figure it out. Only seemed like that they were only interested in making a quick buck. But A Solution came out figure out my issue explained everything to me and if I had any questions they answered them. Very cost effective and efficient. You can't go wring with A Solution. This company is awesome. Trent responded to late night Yelp messages instantly, estimated a great price and had Trinidad Rivera at my door at 9am as promised. Trinidad was in & out in 10 minutes while fixing the problem. Trent & Trinidad are both very nice in addition to the great service performed. Would absolutely use them again and recommend this company.
