Founded in 2015, I am excited and proud to serve the Chicago area, bringing over 30 years of contract and remodeling experience. Having worked as a contractor in the Chicago area since 1999, I will continue to bring my passion and quality service to your next project!
ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
My name is Mo, and I am the owner of Rossohandyman, Chicago's Full-Service Handyman Specialist Company. I worked in Italy and various countries throughout Europe perfecting my craft. Growing up, my father was a general contractor and he passed on the art of the trade. It was clear, early on, that I had a passion for construction and remodeling. I have been working in the trade for over thirty years. I formed Rossohandyman to share my love of my craft with those who are need of skillfully designed workmanship. My company serves all of the Chicagoland area.

Mo is great. He is quick to respond, and asks for a few measurements that will help speed up his process.
We had a kitchen cabinet that was coming away from the wall. He had a plan in place and it worked perfectly.
Mo is fast, efficient, safe, and thorough. This is my first task I brought to him, but I hope to provide him with more work in the future.
He may be cash only, be prepared.
Needed a repair in a hurry as a piece of my siding came off my house and the wood behind it was rotted. It was at a 4 foot height so I hoped a handyman would be able to repair. I contacted others who either wouldn't do this type of repair or never responded. Rossi Handyman contacted me quickly and asked for photos of the repair. Said he would confirm later that evening if he could schedule me in. He replied exactly as he said he would and was able to come out the very next morning. Mo was on time and pleasant to deal with. He did a wonderful job replacing the rotten wood panel and checked the other areas to make sure there were no other damaged spots. I could see he was meticulous about the details and took pride in his work to do it right the first time. He was careful not to leave any debris or nails on the ground. I will be happy to have him back whenever the need for a handyman arises. Thank you so much!
Well, I read all these great reviews but unfortunately, I had a very different experience with Mo's work. He was hired to switch out an over the sink bathroom light. The job took less than 20 minutes and he charged $230.00, I felt it was a lot high for 20 mins of work, but I agreed. Anyway, he didn't center the light over the sink, and I was very unhappy with the result and let him know it. He got very defensive telling me that it was impossible to center the light over the sink, without moving the electrical box housing the wires, this would entail him putting a hole in the wall, patching the wall and that would cost an additional $180.00 to do and he didn't have the time that day and would have to come back when he was in the area. That brings the cost now to install to $410.00! I was so upset that after he left, with my mother's help, I removed the light from the wall and located the electrical box behind the fixture. I found that all I had to do was remove the 3 anchoring screws on the holding plate, move the holding plate over an inch to be centered over the sink, reinstall the screws in new hole, then rehang the light, to center over the sink.
The next day, though he told me that he rarely comes to my area, he wanted to come by and center the light, and make that easy $180.00. I told him I no thanks and goodbye. I don't like feeling that I was taken advantage of, but I was.
Had a leak from my condo shower to the unit below me. Mo was quick to respond, showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed the issue within the same day. All at a fair price. I'm pretty handy and it was easy to tell he is experienced and knows what he is doing. Doesn't get any better in the handyman business. Will definitely call again for future needs!

Great job, very responsive and professional. I had a small punch list of repairs, all taken care of easily!
He replaced a light fixture in our bedroom,it was an older electrical setup,he was able to figure it out and installed a new fixture.This is the second time I've used him and will be calling him again,I highly recommend him.
Could not be any happier with the experience that we had with Mo! We just bought a home and had a number of projects that we needed completed, and Mo was on time for the appointment and had all of the tools necessary for everything needed. He also wore his mask the entire time, was thorough, professional, and one of the nicest people we've met!
We had a really hard time finding someone to come out and help with the projects in our new home (new toilet installation, switching out the washer and drier, caulking several areas, and fixing a few minor issues). Larger companies rescheduled on us twice, so we decided to go with Mo and I'm extremely happy with did.
You will be too!
