Had leaky faucets in half of the house. Sent a Yelp request for plumber. Got immediate response from Vahan Plumbing. Showed up at my house in less than 2 hours. Identified issue, bought the parts needed (pressure valve), finished the repair in just a few minutes. All the leaks stopped.

Purchased a new washer from Lowes but once they saw my water connector lines were corroded they refused to install it until it got replaced. I inquired on yelp and found this Armenian gentleman to be fair in price. Their workmanship was good and they were quick, in and out.

Vahan Plumbing did an excellent job unclogging our kitchen sink. He provided us with great service and was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend or use his services again in the future.
In the middle of a kitchen remodel and we needed a plumber asap to lower 2 angle stops in kitchen. Our usual go-to plumber wasn't avail as he was fully booked and we needed this down the next morning before the cabinet guy came back to install.
Vahan was very quick to respond, I sent him pics in the afternoon and he said no problem. He came out the next morning, lowered 2 angle stops as needed and his charge was very fair and competitive. Having done angle stop changes before we knew what the going rate was and he was def on the lower end.
Recommended.
I messaged Vahan on a Saturday morning at 7 am. He responded in 2 minutes. I let him know that I was trying to install a new kitchen sink, but my water supply line shut off valves were leaking, and he gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and he was at my place in 30 minutes.
He took off his shoes before entering my place, and was respectful and professional. The entire job took about 2 hours which included a trip to the local hardware store for valves. He tested the new faucet and inspected for leaks.
Then, he found another leak, which he fixed for free. I wrote him a check and he was on to the next job. Simple, safe transaction, and I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. Thanks, Vahan!

Put out a call on Yelp to repair a pipe that feeds my tub. Vahan Plumbing was the only company that gave me a quote over the phone. Had me send them some additional photos before quoting. These guys were responsive and were at my house within hours. These guys did the small things that show they value their customers. Tightened some of my work and installed new fixture even though it was not part of their job. Very nice guys that explained exactly needed to be done. They even reminded me that the quote was $100 less than I thought. Would call them to fix my repair work again.

woke up to a clogged drain this morning and contacted Vahan plumbing. They were able to be on site within 45 minutes and unclogged the drain for me. Very responsive, professional and reasonably priced.. Highly recommend Vahan plumbing.
Vahan came out as scheduled, diagnosed the issue and repaired it right there.
No fuss no muss - good guy and now I have a plumber I can trust for the next time !!

After hours of snaking, plunging and Dranoing my shower drain to no avail, I finally gave up and reached out to a professional. After getting a couple messages back on Yelp, I decided to go with Vahan. He came out at 8:30 at night, used his snake, then his bigger snake and he still couldn't clear it.
But he did show up at 9am the next morning and replaced all the outdated plumbing that couldn't be saved. He was in and out in a couple of hours and the shower drains like its never drained before. It also doesn't hurt that he's a very nice dude.

I contacted them to install a new shower fixture that had to be re-plumbed in the wall. They came out next day and their pricing was very fair for the work they had to perform. Very reliable and professional. I will be using them for more projects on my renovation of my home.
These guys deserve a 10 first they responded in record time we set up an appointment and they came on time. The work I had done was a flange replaced on one toilet as it was loose and toilet kept moving. The second toilet needed new washers a ring and to be properly bolted down. The third was my dishwasher was backing up due to a clogged pipe further investigation revealed three leaks under the sink. All the work was performed to my satisfaction . They were nice professional and cleaned up after themselves. You def will not be disappointed with their work. I have found myself a plumber

Promptly responded when I called to inquire about a job, and even came that very day to check it out and give me an estimate. Had three quotes theirs was the middle price wise but not much more and went with them because of how well and easy they communicated. Our water heater stopped working at 5pm, so we called Vahan, who came after 6pm the same day with his coworker and together they replaced the old water heater and installed the new one in less than three hours. Thank you for responding right away.

Needed an exterior hose bib to be replaced and maintenance on a hot water heater. Sent out messages on a Saturday and Vahan was incredibly quick to respond. They showed up within a few hours and knocked it out. They also took extra steps and time to make sure the job was done right, which I really appreciate. Will definitely use again.
Vahan came very punctual. He helped me to install the faucet and fix the leak. He and his team is very skilled, honest and professional.
They gave me an accurate estimate based on the work and quickly finished the job in two days.
Made a request for a clogged drain and immediately got a response to get a free consultation. I actually ended up meeting the next day and they were able to unclog our drain pipe. Originally I thought we had to exchange our garbage disposal but these guys were knowledgeable, well priced, and very fast.
For an emergency, he was able to respond timely to work to clear lines. I appreciate his response to my call for help.
We came home Sunday night to a flooded bathroom , I placed Yelp request for emergency plumber , and Vahan responded within minutes. He came out on time and fixed the leak. Very timely and professional.
I highly recommend him for plumbing services, specially in emergency cases.

Found Vahan on Yelp, needed to replace sewer pipe because of crack damage. He showed up same day and on time, did the work right and charged a fair price.
A fair and honest plumber who gives no nonsense and gets the job done when he says he will. Hire him, you will have a plumber for life!

I found Vahan through Yelp and I am glad that I called him for my kitchen plumbing leak and clotting. Vahan showed up on time for the appointment. He is very good with plumbing and he is honest and reliable.I definitely highly recommend him to anyone his service.
Our toilet was pretty broken about a month ago and running aggressively. Vahan came out within like 3 hours of the call on a Saturday and promptly fixed everything. Haven't had an issue since. Very nice guy.
Very responsive and came out right away. He was very pleasant and was able to fix our tricky clogged drain. I highly recommend his services.
I had another plumbing emergency and my first call was to VAHAN PLUMBING. It was an extremely difficult job but they were able to perform it quickly.

They replaced my garbage disposal. Later that day when I ran my dishwasher I noticed water squirting EVERYWHERE. One of the guys came back within an hour and said he fixed it.
Since then every time we run the dishwasher it leaks all over the counter and sprays under the sink. We didn't notice at first, but it gets worse every time. Now our kitchen is constantly a sopping mess.
We also had a slightly damaged cabinet door and they just broke it off and left it.
Find another plumber. Not worth the savings.

We had a leak under our sink where our dishwasher connected to the air gap. Vahan Plumbing gave me a good estimate via yelp and came over the next morning and fixed everything perfectly. I'll definitely use them again!
Our shower was not draining 10pm at night and Vahan saved the day and fixed the problem. Fast, prompt, reliable, and a nice pleasant man at that!

Easy to work with and very responsive. Came over in an hour to remove my start working on disconnecting my old hot water heater. Then accompany me to Home Depot to pick up a new unit brought it back and installed it. Price was very competitive. Will definitely use again for other plumbing needs.
This is my Thanksgiving miracle. Last night, my kitchen sink got badly clogged up. Woke up early to try and fix it but to no avail. I searched for plumbers on Yelp and sent out messages to 5 plumbers. Understand that I did this at 530am! At 6am, Vahan responded to me and was in my house within 30 mins. The problem turned out to be worse than I had first imagined but Vahan did everything he could to fix the problem. Not also that it's a holiday and all stores are closed, but he found a way to source all needed supplies to finish the project. On Thanksgiving day.
The response time alone, and the promptness of service, would warrant the 5 stars. But the service rendered is truly above and beyond.
I very rarely write Yelp reviews but this one is truly deserving. Highly recommended. I will definitely recommend him to all my clients.

Vahan came to fix a disconnected pipe under my house a few weeks ago. I reached out via Yelp late in the evening and wasn't even expecting a response until the next day. He promptly got back to me with a price that was lower than anyone else was quoting. He arrived promptly the next morning and fixed my pipe in no time. His associate was also very knowledgable and kind. I showed them some other projects I was considering around the house and they were honest and thorough in their feedback. My toilet overflowed Sunday morning. I called two places before Vahan and couldn't even get someone on the phone. I saw Vahan positive reviews on yelp and decided to try him. Im so glad I did! Great service. Diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and got the drain line cleared. They even stuck around to make sure the kitchen sinks were clean after the standing water cleared. Highest recommendation!

Vaham was very responsive. Able to schedule the next day. Replaced my bathroom faucet quickly, and did an excellent job. And he is a very nice man, I highly recommend him, and will use him in the future.

The previous plumber said I had a PSI problem, that it was too high and that the property was at risk. I wanted a second opinion and Vahan plumbing came out and told me that the PSI was too low (showed me pictures). He raised the PSI a little and left.

Fantastic job, Vahan. Thank you. We had an emergency with our garbage disposal while we were having weekend guests. During late covid we're cooking a lot at home and really needed that kitchen sink. I contacted Vahan early Saturday morning, made a plan, he arrived right on time and was done quickly. He also didn't leave a mess anywhere, not on our floors or counters. Will definitely use again.
Vahan Plumbing responded right away to my request to fix my shower faucet at 5pm on a Sunday evening. They came by that night to evaluate the problem. Because it was Sunday no parts stores were opened they returned promptly at 8am the next day. Once the tech got the valve opened he knew immediately was the issue was and was able to resolve the problem. I was relieved to have such fast service... even late on a Sunday!
Vahan Plumbing came out and cleared my clogged main sewage line same day! Only took him a small about of time as well. Super professional as well as super friendly. Not only would I recommend them to my friends but I will use them again if needed. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your craft!

Fast!
Like grease lightning. I put the job out at 10am. They were in by noon, out by 12:45. Facet replaced working prefect. Total pro job. There pricing was excellent as well. Way better than anyone else. Sometimes when you go with the low quote the job is so-so. Not these guys (and I really mean guys because they sent two people to get the job done). I definitely got my money's worth. You want a fast plumber to get the job done well at a good price. Go with these guys.

I needed a faulty kitchen faucet replaced. Vahan Plumbimg quoted a very reasonable price and came out to fix it very promptly.
Vahan is responsive and provides top service. I highly recommend him. We had a leak and and he came right away to resolve it. Followed by that Vahan is reasonable with price and provides value.
Vahan was fast and came right away to replace my 21 year old water heater that just went bust.

Friday after Thanksgiving at 8:30pm, my garbage disposal breaks. I request a quote on Yelp and Vahan responds right away. He shows up the next morning at 9:30am and replaces the disposal at a reasonable cost, and gives honest advice on a bathroom drain issue i've been having. Moreover, I asked him to replace my bathroom toilet valve (it was calcified and nearly stuck) which he agreed to do also at a very reasonable cost. In all, it is refreshing to meet a trade professional who is honest, ethical, and wants to do what's right by his client. Two grateful thumbs up!

I needed my toilet repaired quickly and he was able to come out within 90 minutes . We agreed on the price beforehand since I knew exactly what was needed . He was fast and efficient and did an excellent job . Minus one star, simply because he left a huge puddle of water on the bathroom floor and was not wearing a mask . However I would hire him again !
Very happy with the service I received as well as how quickly Vahan was able to come. I really appreciated the free consultation as I felt like it gives the opportunity to hear a quote and decide to pursue repairs or not with no pressure. Our guest bathroom toilet was flushing very slowly and the water was almost overflowing. My kitchen sink was leaking. I reached out to Vahan Plumbing on Sunday and got a response within 10 mins. I spoke with Vahan and he said he'll come out at 10am on Monday. He was punctual, he came on time on. I told him that I needed a new faucet and sink mount installed because the old one was leaking. He gave me a reasonable price for the job. What I'm most impressed was that he got the job done one the same day (approx. an hour). He was very nice, professional, punctual, and easy to deal with. I would definitely use him again.

The owner (Vahan) replied to my Yelp request within minutes of posting it on a Sunday night. After confirming he would offer a free consultation, he offered his educated guess that we were likely looking at a main sewer line back up, and offered to come over in 20-30 min (it was past 10 pm on a Sunday night). He arrived on time, got straight to work, confirmed it was a back up, and took care of it last night after we agreed on a fair price. He answered all our questions, was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Even after 2 hours of hard work, he also tightened up my wobbly sink head. He was great and we'd def recommend him with 5 stars.
I had what I thought would be a simple plumbing project, which ended up taking complicated turns with each estimate. It's always a good idea to get at least a few estimates so I called Vahan. He was responsive to my request for an estimate, showed up on time, and took the approach of simple possible solutions first. As it turns out, the solution was simple, much less expensive than proposed by others, and quick! I really appreciate his calm demeanor and patient approach. Vahan was fantastic, very responsive and efficient on the first job replacing some valves to set up a small kitchen. I just needed to have a new kitchen faucet installed and received 4 bids and called some. One plumber couldn't get to me until March! I Talked to Vahan and he gave a fair bid and was able to come on the same day in a few hours. He called and said he could come sooner, arrived quickly, knew exactly what to do, and the job was done well and at a very reasonable price.

Communication was great. We were given a quote and price before the work was done so we knew what to expect. The plumber got to our home within the hour. Although the work done was considerably a easy fix I should've looked up on YouTube first, it was pretty expensive just to reset and reconnect my garbage disposal.
