A-1 Plumbing

Since I haven't had to call a plumber before I was happy to do so when I saw their reviews. A-1 Plumbing gets 5 stars for multiple reasons. When I first noticed that my garbage disposal was getting bad I called them and they answered only after the second right late in the evening. They were professional and listened to my story with patience.
They also helped me get an appointment for the next day early in the morning before they started their other jobs.
Sean, the plumber who came out, texted me when he was 15 away. I liked this because they gave me an hour block of time the plumber could show up so I was more prepared to answer the door and for him to come when he texted that he was getting close.
They are honest in the way that the quote was almost exactly the same as they said over the phone. My price was only a few dollars more and it was for a small part but he told me ahead of time instead of just surprising me with the bill. Even if it was such a small amount I thought that was very trustworthy.
They run a very honest and forward company I would call them again for any other plumbing issues I had.

Having recently moving to the area and still gathering my bearings, I turned to Yelp to find a good plumbing service to fix our clogged bath tub. I was happy when I made the decision to go with A1! The receptionist was extremely friendly and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Overall, the service was excellent and the prices were fair. I would recommend A1 Plumbing to anyone!

A-1 plumbing is great! I'm so impressed with their professionalism and efficiency.  Instead of wasting time and money coming out to give me a quote, they requested pictures and sent me one. I've never heard of a company doing this before. They all should!  Travis was great and replaced my old hot water tank in less than an hour. I was very impressed with his work and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Accidentally had a fork in my garbage disposal. I had no idea until I turned the garbage disposal on and broke it. When I called they gave me an appointment for the next night. They repaired it and it's been working great. They offered to look at the rest of my plumbing, water heater, etc for free but I was short on time. Good workers.

They did a repair on my water heater. Even though it was still under warranty I wanted it fixed the same day so I didn't even bother with it. They showed up on time and charged me the minimum. They are professionals with a lot of plumbing experience.

One of my favorite parts of this plumbing company is their constant contact. I was always able to get a hold of them when I called them. They also sent me a text letting me know when they were on their way. I needed to get a new kitchen sink replaced. Sean was great and finished the job in a short amount of time. He even double checked my hot water heater and let me know the brand was great and will probably work for another 10 years. Great plumbers! Definitely recommend!

Really friendly guys who give great service. I've used them on two separate occasions for plumbing services now. They have great communication skills and always kept me in the loop. When the plumber came over he had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable. Couldn't be happier thank you for the hard work..

I needed a service on my garbage disposal and Travis helped me out quickly and efficiently. He was on time, explained the problem, and replaced the disposal at minimal cost. I'll definitely call A-1 again if I need plumbing services.

The other morning, a pipe under our bathroom sink began to spray. It had cracked. I called A-1 and they sent a guy right away. Sean arrived about 30 minutes later and swapped out the cracked pipe for a new one in almost no time at all. Quick, clean, professional. You have to like that! Will use again!

A-1 plumbing is exactly the type of company that other businesses should strive to emulate. My experience was nothing less than stellar. My wife and I own an older home in Fairwood and we had been noticing our water pressure had been steadily declining for the last few months. I spent time trying to troubleshoot the problem and we even tried changing faucets and showerheads- to no avail. I reluctantly contacted a couple plumbers who were too busy to get out to our house for about 10-12 days. I got ahold of A-1 and the next day a friendly plumber named Bobby showed up at our home 5 minutes before schedule and was able to pinpoint the problem, a leak in the crawl space under the house, and within an hour it was fixed and our water pressure was restored. Bobby from A-1 was polite, professional, punctual, and it was afair price. I highly recommend A-1 plumbing. Thanks a million guys!!

My hot water stopped working this last Sunday. The man who came out was extremely friendly. Great guy and we just had small talk while he was working away! I really love how easy everything was and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again :)

Amazing company! Amazing Staff! When I called-in they had me send in some photos. Their receptionist was great. Very Friendly people! I had sent in some photos and they replied back with a free quote. After I approve the qoute they gave me a few different time slots to choose from, it was very easy. My new garbage disposal works like charm! Can't believe I've gone this long without a new one. Happy customer here!

Hard working plumbers. They helped get my shower unclogged within minutes. They showed up on time and didn't take a long time to do the work. They are a little more expensive than other places but the nicest in my opinion.

From the person who answered the phone to the plumber who fixed my broken water heater, customer service and professionalism was evident. I called mid morning inquiring about the service and by mid afternoon the plumber was at my house to make the repair. Very accommodating to a customers needs.  10/10 based on my experience yesterday. Would recommend!
