Right Way Plumbing

We had a leak in the shower head in our No. 2 bathroom. Josh from Right Way Plumbing disassembled the shower head and replaced a brass nipple. Josh showed up in a mask, and took off his shoes at the front door. I watched the whole job, but stayed outside the bathroom while he was working. The old nipple had been Teflon taped, but maybe not quite well enough, or maybe the threads were just a bit off. Dunno. But Josh installed a new brass nipple, Teflon taped and Teflon gooped at both ends. We also got a new brass fitting for the shower head (it's one of those obscure, boutique models), and Josh got it back together again. NO LEAKS! Josh did a great job. Mike, his boss, was a pleasure to deal with. His wife emailed us a copy of the invoice and we paid by check to save him the extra charge hassle with a credit card. It's great to have our No. 2 shower fully operational again!

I emailed a lot of different plumbers and Mike was so responsive and clear on pricing. He arrived exactly on time and you can tell he is very experienced. He was so meticulous on the job and even called to tell us vanity won't be flushed to wall because of the baseboards my husband put it. Everything looks so clean and perfect. Thank you so much Mike!! Mike with Right Way Plumbing has done plumbing work for me at 2 different Seattle jobs.  Unlike a lot of the service plumbing companies out there, his pricing is very fair and clear.  I told him over the phone what I needed done and he made an estimate of the cost.  The actual cost is based on the time and materials he uses.  He will fairly bill you for his time and his assistant's time and give you a price list of all the parts he used so everything is very transparent and you know what you're paying for.  The cost he billed me was right in line with his estimate.

These guys are as up-front and honest as they come.  Mike & Manda (owners) genuinely care about their customers.  I am a business owner, and highly recommend them for their quality work and outstanding business integrity.
