Harts Services has been specializing in the restoration and replacement of sewers and drains in the Seattle and Tacoma area since 2013. We also have a staff of fully certified journeyman plumbers to handle any of your home's plumbing health issues. Owner, Richard Hart, is one of the highest qualified residential side sewer specialists in the state of Washington. He has over 20 years experience in the Plumbing and Excavation industry. Richard has replaced hundreds of residential and commercial sewer lines. We employ the latest in trenchless, No Dig solutions like Pipe Bursting and Cure-in-Place Piping (CIPP). These methods allow us to save our customers money by not disturbing landscaping and concrete in most cases.

Hi, I’m Richard Hart! I’ve been a professional residential and commercial plumber for over 20 years, and have specialized in underground utilities. I was one of the first people to be certified for Cure-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) installation and has been involved with pipe bursting since its inception to the market. While I was working for other companies I was shocked at the lack of respect and concern for homeowners. It was then that I decided to strike out on my own to develop an environment where other caring individuals could come together to provide the highest quality service and workmanship for the community. In addition, to provide our employees a great place to work, where they feel valued every day. That is why when we say WE CARE MORE, we mean just that. We had a shut-off valve go bad and after a number of estimates for replacement, Harts Services came in with an acceptable bid. Luke showed up on time and was very professional. He reviewed the problem and got to work on repairing the valve. Very friendly, informative and didn't mind all of my questions. He cleaned up the site and made sure everything was working before leaving. Excellent customer service skills on top of his abilities and knowledge. BTW: Glad you opened up a shop in Lynnwood. BRAVO!

I booked an appointment for electrical work over a week ago. They took the appointment, confirmed it and then today when they were supposed to be here I received a call saying they couldn't keep the appointment because I was outside of their service area. Seriously? They couldn't have known that when they accepted the work to begin with?

Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend them to anyone anywhere. They are incompetent.

I can't speak to the quality of their work, but we had them come out to give us a quote for a complete repipe of our house. The person who came out made weird comments about how fancy our instruments were (we have a cello) and when we asked questions about some of our current pipes they gave us wrong answers (we asked these questions as a way of determining how knowledgeable/trustworthy they are). When it came to the quote, they gave us a quote for about $34,0000 pex, or about $50,000 copper. This is pretty crazy high, so we decided to go with someone else who did a great job and only cost about 13,000 for pex. They've since left multiple voicemails asking me to call back to discuss their insane quote and have been sending unsolicited spam emails. Since they don't take my non-response as enough of an answer, I decided to write this review.

Very poor experience with Harts Services. They scheduled to come to my house to install a tankless water heater, and they said they would call me to tell the technician was on their way. I called to follow up close to 4pm because I was suspecting that they weren't going to come anymore, to only find out that they supposedly tried to reach me a few times, and cancelled the service. I obviously did not get any phone calls or voice mails (or text messages as I had mentioned this was my preferred means of communication). Really upset because I had set aside the afternoon to have this done and do not have any more availability to do that before the end of the year. So yes, don't contact them if you need something reliable.
