I've been dragging my feet on getting my shower leak fixed since I got ripped off by another local plumber a while back. They had told me that my shower was too old and couldn't be fixed because the cartridge couldn't be found. I had to pay them $200 for this information and since then, I figured any plumber would have the same issue and I found INSANE ways to deal with the leak while I looked into a remodel.

Until recently when the leak got 10 times worse.

2 Sons Plumbing sent over Chase and he fixed the leak within an hour. He was so nice and up front about everything that he was doing and the possible ways that the solution could go and how much it could cost. It was such a night and day difference between my experience with the previous plumber. I really like the way that he set cost and process expectations with me and then followed through on them. He also checked out another noise in the wall for me and confirmed that it was nothing to worry about. I started my day wanting to throw up envisioning a $10k+ cost situation and ended up paying only a fraction of that for a completely leak free shower.

My go-to plumbers going forward!

I had a washing machine pipe overflowing.
Dave came out. I cannot say enough about him. He was personable, was knowledgeable and had integrity. He offered more than one solution and explained the options.
I spoke primary with Beth in the office. Her customer service skills and patience are exceptional.
Dave was punctual and everyone was pleasant to work with. They took the sting out of having the expense

Just had Chase come out to my home to prepare an estimate for the plumbing work required prior to having new countertops installed in my kitchen and primary bathroom. Very profession, thorough and answered all my questions/concerns. Bid came in a little high, however, good work isn't inexpensive. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for...

I would recommend to a friend.

I have used 2 Sons multiple times over the last 4 years and every time it has been a pleasure to work with them.

However just in the last 6 months I had a situation that I had to write a review and sing their praises. I have an aging father in law that I care for and in June 2022 his bathroom flooded. I had 2 Sons come out and help repair the issue and install a new toilet. Just 2 months later the toilet failed. I wont go into full details, but they and I spent about 6 months trouble shooting the issue. The whole time they were professional, courteous and understanding, even if my father in law may not have been.

I feel like we have worked with every tech at 2 Sons and they have all been great. We will miss Steve as he got along with my father in law the most.

I would not recommend them under any circumstances. We had their service the beginning of May. The quality of workmanship was poor and when brought to their attention the owner was defensive and argumentative. I have never given this type of review ever.

Installed a new ac in our house. Steven and Efer did a great job. Pros: Showed up on time and installed a quality ac for us. Very clear communication, knowledgeable and quick turnaround. Very kind respectful people and the ac works great. Con: There is a lot of paperwork that seemed unnecessary at times, but that was a minor issue.

Discovered water leaking onto my kitchen floor from underneath the sink. Originally called the same company who had installed my high-end faucet almost two years ago (Puget Sound Plumbing & Heating), but grew impatient with the delay (which I understand is normal). So, I called 2 Sons Plumbing and was able to have someone over that same day. I had an inkling that it had to do with the faucet that a couple weeks prior had gone a little wonky, but wasn't sure. Justin from 2 Sons tightened the faucet pullout which had come completely disconnected a year before (Puget Sound had fixed it gratis). I showed them the faucet paperwork and of course the warranty now was a year out of date.

Justin gave me the option of just tightening the pullout whenever it happened again, asking Puget Sound Plumbing to order a new part, or getting a new one. The faucet Puget Sound installed was Wolverine. I do not recommend anyone having this faucet installed. There is a world of difference between the construction of it and the new one (a Moen gooseneck which was less expensive) I had Justin install. But first, I was given several options to choose from. Puget Sound had given me only one (we only install high-end faucets, I was told).

Honest, reliable, pleasant, and taking a lot of time explaining everything. Who could ask for more!

Eric and his team (Efer, Gregor & co.) installed a heat pump for us, just in time for a heat wave. They did a great job at an affordable price. Eric informed us of their progress every step of the way, explaining the system capabilities and regularly asking us if we had any questions. I would highly recommend 2 Sons for any HVAC work, and they will be our go-to team going forward. Thanks!

WOW, what a relief
I'm so grateful that I connected with Gabriel.
I am dealing with a major leak problem at my duplex (SIX) toilets, which have been leaking for at least the last several months.
Gabriel and Anthony arrived and in six new toilets in a day.
Fortunately I was able to be there (I live 4 hours away) Gabriel took the time to show me and explain the extent of water damage and condition of the wood surrounding each toilet.
I have arranged for a contractor to make those repairs and then coordinate with Gabriel to complete the job.
I have absolute confidence in Gabriel's integrity, and experience.
Anthony worked so hard hauling and installing toilets up and the stairs, without a whimper sorry Anthony.
It is an absolute pleasure working with them.

I almost lost hope of looking for a plumber to install a home water softener system that I purchased directly from the manufacturer. Every plumbing company that I called was quoting outrageously high prices and charging nearly $100 for an onsite estimate. I'm glad that I didn't give up. The same day onsite estimate and work the next day was a breeze. Elijah Allen was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He didn't upsell me on anything. He understood what I needed and got to work. I will definitely use Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing in the future. We have soft water now! No more dry skin! Thank you Elijah!

I had a water heater leak and it was Friday!!! Got in touch with 2 Sons Plumbing and they were great! They were able to send Joey out the same day, sent me a photo of him before he showed up.
Joey was straight up, told me what the work would require and the cost.

I was so happy to get water heater replaced before the weekend.

I have used other plumbers over the years but 2 Sons were the best so far.

We have had 2 Sons do work for us on 2 occasions.

For the first job, we had a sump pump in a shared catch basin that was failing to pump water during heavy rains, causing our basin to get an inch away from completely overflowing into our driveways and into our basements. We had no idea what was causing this and Brandon patiently and transparently walked through the possibilities and steps he was taking to remediate the issue. He kept us updated and was extremely persistent in seeing the issue through to completion. When we bid out this job originally, 2 Sons had competitive pricing compared to the competitors.

We had a second job to replace a faulty water expansion tank. We really appreciated the work they did on the first job so we hired them on the spot.
Again, Brandon did the work, along with Ben? Not only did they fix the issue, they discovered a leaky pipe. Our pipe setup was a bit challenging but they were able to fix and improve upon it.

The company as a whole is extremely responsive to queries and has good turnaround time. The technicians reliably arrive within the specified window.

We had a technician come to our house to replace the angle stops under our sink on May 12th. After the installation was complete we noticed a drip leak only days afterward when it managed to soak our vanity and a large portion of our bathroom. We contacted the technician who told us he completed a function check after the work was completed. We did not agree that a proper test of the equipment was completed and contacted the owner of the business. He supported his technician stating he could not be held responsible because the component that failed was not directly touched by his technician. This was the excuse even though the line that the leak was coming from was attached to the angle stops. If this company does not believe in doing no harm when completing a job then they are not upholding their values of quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The owner ensured us that they could not be held responsible. So the damages done to our bathroom will be coming out of our own pocket after we already paid 477 dollars for them to fix the damaged plumbing.

Unfortunately I was gouged. The quality of the work was fine, but the cost was through the roof. I'm a single mom with a new baby, and I just wasn't able to take the time and do the work myself.
I called them because my toilet was running. I just need a new flapper. They change the entire guts with is standard. If I had ordered the parts on Amazon the cost will be between $10 and $20.
The work including replacing the shut off valve that they reported was leaking and recalled was over $600. The total time at my house including visiting was less than 45 minutes.

I sent a letter to The company and the owner called me back. They said that $600 is a reasonable charge and would not give me an itemized invoice. They say itemized invoices are no longer the standard.

I would not recommend them. I will never use them again. That price is just astronomical! I feel taken advantage of as a single woman.
I felt uncomfortable the minute they blew up about the water shut off valve. It was as flamboyant as an infomercial. He stated that the valve would blow up and flood my entire house. I do agree that the valve may have been recalled and may leak and cause problems, but his delivery of the information was very over the top.

Again I tried to resolve this with the owners who so nothing wrong with charges and also declined to itemize the invoice. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

We were desperate for help. Late night water leak is no fun. Chris was very patient with me as we talked through our issues. We felt comfortable placing a bucket at the source until morning. Milton arrived very professional, discovered we needed a new water heater because of the connection failure. Our water heater water was over the expiration. The new connection leaked again a few hours after Milton left. I called and spoke to Chris again, Milton came the very next morning and replace the failed fitting. The costs was very fair for the product and installation. We are blessed taking a crap shoot on Yelp reviews and selecting this company we never worked with before but they were outstandingly awesome! Thank you Chris and Milton

Then wen i caught them half way through the unapproved work, they suddenly said $500 for both, WTF! probably because they they didn't get proper approval. (update 1 yr) i had to snake after wards, anyways. never use these guys

So one of my toilets wasn't draining normally. My kiddo is currently potty training and I suspected he snuck something in and flushed it. I tried to fix the issue on my own to no success.

So i called 2 sons plumbing and was pleasantly surprised they could come out the next day. Two very nice men showed up on time with masks on and were very professional. They gave me an estimate. I found the estimate to be about $100 more than the industry average but I was desperate to get this issue fixed.

They fixed the issue in under an hour and we discovered my son did indeed flush one of his large legos. To fix the problem they had to remove the toilet and place it back on again. They did a great job caulking with a thick bead.

Cant say enough about the great work Ken did experince,very professional and new exactly down to the smallest detail. I feel a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Chad came and gave me an estimate to replace PRV, Water main lever in the garage and faucet outside which connected to water main pipe. Since he was available to work on it right away, I went ahead and he worked on it right away. He is one of these cool guy who can do plumbing with ease. He said he is a master mechanic and used to work for Harley-Davidson. So plumbing is simple compared to Harley.
Only reason I didn't give five stars is that I didn't get another estimate. So I have no idea how his price is compared to others.
Regards to Chad, I highly recommend his ability to deal with plumbing issues and being professional, friendly and courteous.

They do not stand by their work, period. I have had three jobs in the last year with two sons plumbing. Each experience was great. When a fitting failed and flooded my basement they blamed a (less than 7) piece of pipe that they chose not to replace and refused responsibility for the damage. I was not asked or advised to replace the part at the time of service, when they could have easily run the line to a elbow joint. I'm stuck with water damage and no advice on what to do about it. They did provide photos for insurance purposes, and David was very kind. The owner/manager Tyler chose to refuse responsibility. I will no longer send them referrals and never work with them again.

shout-out to Gabriel for coming out on a weekend (within a half-hour of my call) to check into a lack of hot water in my condo unit. Turns out that was an easy fix...but while he was here, he discovered a few more serious water situations that needed addressing. Gabriel offered a variety of creative solutions to keep costs down and explained the reasoning for each. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable!

Overall I am happy with my plumber's work, but I hesitate to recommend due to the pricing structure and a clause in their contract that really shouldn't be there.

I needed a section of pipe behind my drywall replaced because a hole was drilled through it mistakenly.

When I called 2 Sons Plumbing they were able to send someone out promptly. My plumber, Josh, was courteous and professional, and wore booties and a mask inside my home.

Josh estimated it would be 2-3 hours of work, and quoted me $1400. I thought this sounded really high. They explained to me their pricing structure is flat, not based in the hours required. I couldn't really afford to shop around much longer so I went with it.

When we scheduled the job, they were a few hours late (they did call first), cut out a small section of drywall, and replaced the section of pipe. It took about thirty minutes. They don't replace the drywall for you so you have to do that yourself; I have no idea if that's common for these types of jobs.

Overall, they did solid work, but $1400 for 30 minutes of work and a cheap chunk of pipe feels awfully steep. What also bothered me was this clause in the contract:

By signing this agreement, and agreeing to the price and the terms and conditions herein, Customer expressly warrants, agrees and represents that it will not communicate or publish, either written or verbal, any negative reviews or opinions in, or on, any medium, publication or forum with regard to the prices agreed to herein, and Customer understands that a breach of this provision will result in monetary damages to Company for which Customer will be liable.

The FTC prohibits these types of contract clauses with the Consumer Review Fairness Act. You cannot impose penalties on your customers for truthfully commenting on your prices in a review. It feels like they know their prices are steep but try to discourage folks from writing about it.

Overall three stars because my plumber was professional and did good work. But please shop around if you can.

Our kitchen sink was filled with water and wouldn't drain at all, so we called 2 Sons Plumbing and Alex showed up the next day. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the situation, spent the time to thoroughly clear out the clog (which was about 20 feet inside the drain pipe) and stuck around to ensure everything was working properly with no leaks. He was friendly and personable, did great work and the price was very reasonable. I'll definitely use 2 Sons for any future plumbing needs.

Our sewer backed up in our basement. I gambled choosing 2 Sons Plumbing. I went off other's reviews, I was lucky! They were prompt. Everything was explained and actually shown to leave no doubt. Even put a camera into the pipe to see the clog. The repair was made. It was expensive but fair! The sewer was under the patio. Care was taken to cut the cement neatly and replaced to the same patio texture etc. 2 Sons plumbing professional manner was appreciated as was their quick quality work. I will use again.

Tommy just finished installing a new water heater at my house and did a truly fantastic job. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and personable. He was even fast, but not at the sake of compromising quality. Pretty much everything you could ever want in a plumber!

I appreciated how good he was at his job and didn't even blink an eye at the small space we have (we have a 1100 sq ft townhome and the water heater is in a small closet), hjust made sure that the dimensions worked and put in the effort to make sure everything fit correctly.

Also, I appreciate their use of technology. The iPad for signing all of the paperwork and capturing photos of the install, easy credit card payment, and emailing all of the documents was very appreciated. I also really liked how easy it was to contact them via Yelp and their fast response there.

If I have any plumbing needs, I will definitely be contacting 2 Sons Plumbing again.

Update 6/5/20: 2 Sons Plumbing continues to be the only place I'll go to for anything plumbing. I called about the water heater they replaced not having any hot water flow. The receptionist was super nice and got me on the schedule for Tommy to come look at it. Turns out I'm an idiot and the automatic shutoff valve they installed in case the water heater blew ran out of batteries Tommy figured it out in about 2 minutes. He was super kind to me about it and even put the new batteries in for me! They take such great care of their customers!! If you need any plumbing, call these guys. If you want to really guarantee a great experience, ask for Tommy.

I am extremely pleased with the work done by two sons plumbing, and most especially by their technician, David. Throughout the entire experience, David was responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. I had a water tank replaced and I chose this company partly because of the price but more because of their customer service capability. I don't know if David is one of the 2 Sons, but if he's not, the family should adopt him as soon as possible.

I've had them out twice now, once just for a quote and once for a shower valve swap. Both times the plumbers who came out were very friendly, knowledgeable and had no issues talking me through options and recommendations.

I hired 2 Sons plumbing to change a valve and handle in my bathroom shower that was stuck and I couldn't turn the water off. I had to run to an appointment so I had my friend oversee this project and authorize the payment. After 2 hours they fixed the valve and replaced the handle unit (bought it from Home Depot). Came home to find that I was charged $1,800 for this project!! When I called to complain sharing that I've had the exact same service done in my previous homes and the top I paid for it was $500-$900 not they've charged me twice for a project that was not labor intensive, the guy told me they don't charge by the hour and that they're very efficient. I asked several times but he couldn't give me a straight answer on the breakdown of the costs other than to say the parts are more expensive this year (twice as expensive??), evev though the only parts replaced was a valve (that apparently they didn't charge for) and a cheap handle that you buy from Home Depot. I feel like I was gouged - I'm all for paying fair for a good service, I tip well for good service but what they're doing here is basically driving up their margins by double charging! If you're into paying more then you should for a service you can get somewhere else and pay exponentially more than the rate of inflation then this place is the right place for you!! So disappointed.

We had a partial blockage in our washing machine pipe, and they sent Brandon out to fix it the next day.

They have excellent communication and he was at our door exactly on time. He was courteous and wore scrubs over his shoes, and a mask the whole time.

He troubleshooted the problem, explaining everything along the way, and solved the problem and told us how to solve for it in the future and what products he recommends.

He was incredibly kind and courteous, and didn't charge us because it was (to him) a small issue!

Thank you so much, and we will definitely be using 3 sons plumbing in the future! Frankly, I've never been more impressed by the kindness, service, integrity, and honesty in any business as much as I was with 2 sons plumbing. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks so much, Brandon!

Excellent, thorough, and knowledgeable experience - from each employee I worked with!

From my initial call in with Trina to get some basic information and price ranges for my service request, to my second call with Eric to actually schedule the appointment, and to Tyler for the installation, every contact was excellent!

Trina was super quick to help me with prices, and she was kind and patient. When I had called back after I chose to go with 2 Sons, Eric helped me out. Like A LOT. I had so many questions, and he was also kind, patient, and worked to troubleshoot any potential issues prior to the plumber actually coming out! A simple picture to him helped him figure out what the plumber would need upon arrival. It may seem trivial, but that extra step made me feel valued. Tyler, the on-site plumber, WOW! He worked fast, and efficient, but took the time to walk me through all of my questions. He was very personable, and I can tell he cares about his work and making sure the customer knows what is up.

Overall, I am SO glad I went with this company! I have full faith that I can trust this company to have reliable service in the future, at a price I can live with!

If you need a plumber, look no further than 2 Sons!

We found a water bulge in our ceiling and I immediately tried to find an available plumber on the weekend. After calling other plumbers who either were not open on the weekend or not available until almost a week later I spoke with Chris and he was able to put me at ease that it most likely wouldn't start raining down water until they could come out the next day (which it didn't). Milton showed up, assessed the situation, and got it fixed swiftly and seemed very knowledgable. I am very satisfied working with them.

Fantastic service! We first called them to get an estimate on some work. They arrived told us we didn't need a plumber, just needed to order a part. They even pulled up the part on Amazon and showed us the exact one to get. They didn't even charge us for the visit.

Later on in the project I ended up breaking a pipe and then actually needed a plumber. They were extremely personable and professional. They let us know all our options and let us decide what we wanted to do. Would highly recommend using 2 Sons Plumbing!

I had Steve and Craig or Greg out (unsure of the second name), both men where very polite and professional. They donned booties to come in my home. I took them to my plumbing concern quickly explained, my situation was quickly assessed and went to work. It took about 20 min and in and out. Both were very personable and professional. Steve explained all the paperwork and my warranty. I was also pleased to receive a call before from dispatch letting me know they were on their way in about 30 min. Very pleased and happy with the work and with the staff!

This plumbing business won't tell customers the cost of plumbing parts it installs. It also won't tell customers how much time it spent on a job. That way, when customers get the bill, they won't know how much they have been overcharged.

Davey was really awesome! He was super friendly and was so nice to take his shoes off before coming in! Was honestly unexpected and I appreciated that a lot! Made me feel comfortable that he has our best interest in mind and is really here to help.

Davey was able to make it out next day which was SO nice! We were stressed about having to leave the next day on a trip and that our faucet would be leaking the entire time we were gone and ruin our cabinets so the fact that he was able to make it out next day REALLY eased our worries and really meant more to us than he could possibly know!

We did feel super silly because the faucet issue was fixed by merely tightening a bolt which took all of five seconds. We were astonished that he didn't charge us since he did come all the way to our house but he said the issue can be super common and it wasn't something he would charge for. What great service! He will definitely be the first we call next time we need a plumber! & the first we recommend to anyone in need!

BUYER BEWARE! I removed my initial negative Yelp post and complaint to the Better Business Bureau because the Joe's 2 Sons owners agreed to refund my money... and admitted they did not install the washer box with access that they bid on and charged for. (They only put in some PVC pipe with an open drain for a washer, at an exorbitant price.) In any case, the job was knowingly done without compliance to code. The workman claimed he had warned me and I had authorized him to go ahead. I have no memory of that conversation, and there is no paperwork to back it up. The owner offered to add an additional amount to the refund check if I would remove my negative Yelp review, and I agreed. But when the refund arrived without the hush money, I realized I'd made a grave mistake, one that Yelp advised against when I altered my review. Covering up poor business practices undermines the integrity of a review system. Consumers need to know what other customers have experienced and what remedies were applied. So I'm glad I had a second chance to be forthright in my reporting.

Unfortunately, was ripped off by charging $317 for just turning on a valv for my refrigerator water which was not getting provided due to secondary valve been shut off. Felt like a rip off and explained this situation to operations manager who was super rude and was unable to justify this cost. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF. I really hope people see this before contacting this business. FRAUD COMPANY. Also, I am not the only one on this list who was gouged there are other reviewers here too. PLEASE DO READ AND MAKE YOUR OWN TRUE JUDGEMENT BEFORE CALLING FOR THIS BUSINESS. Their free estimate is a TRAP. They were okay. I had tried all my usual
Tricks to fix our clogged bathtub, but to no avail. They said they would come between 10-2, and came around 3:30 (they did call). My biggest feedback: the plumber was nice, and he fixed the problem, but he scratched our tub BAD! We paid 750 to have our tub refinished last year and now there's a big scratch on it from the snake.

Also, it was $530 to have our tub snaked out, which took less than an hour. That seems pretty steep.

Called them to replace part of the broken pipe at my front yard. It costs $2200 (includes tax) to dig a 2 * 2 trench, replace the broken part with no warranty, and put the soil back. They finished the work in 2 hours. Overall the service is great and they are professional. Rate seems a bit high. Agree that all plumbers are robbers...

I met several members of the Joes 2 Sons Plumbing team during.a 10-day period when I had more than one plumbing emergency. I met John first after discovering a puddle in front of the bathroom sink. He came the next day, but had to refer me to a water removal service since the water appeared to be coming from a leaking pipe in the wall. He didn't charge me a penny for his visit. After the demolition, I met Craig, sent out by Joe's 2 Sons to repair the exposed wall pipe a few days later. Yet a few days later, my water heater broke, flooding my furnace room. Conal came out that afternoon and replaced the water heater and finished up some of the work my contractor needed done to put the finishing touches on the bathroom. All in all it was an expensive experience, but Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing couldn't have been better to work with. Responsive, flexible, fairly priced and quality work. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Sorry I'm late! I recently had a full repipe done on my home in February and the water and drainage has been outstanding ever since. Home history, constant drainage problems causing downstair bathroom to flood from the shower drain. All the sinks had low hot water pressure. Dishwasher didn't work as well. Now no longer an issue. I got to have most of my interactions with Elliot who was truly a genuine hardworking and just all around solid guy! I'd like to point out that 2 Sons hires Vets and I support a business that backs our women and men who put time in military service, less than 1% Americans join the service so a big Salute there! I also would love to mention the others who helped with the plumbing project but I lost everyone's name on a paper I had. I believe another name was Robert. But please feel free to update me with names if need because everyone deserves a mention! Happy Saturday y'all and thanks for your hard work, loving that hot water pressure!!!!

It was super easy to get on their schedule and the yelp reviews were so wonderful - I was excited to get my kitchen sink back to working. I wasn't, however super excited to pay $300 and not have the problem resolved because the clog was too far away to reach. I don't think it should have been free - but that's a steep price for an hour or so. I asked for a quote over the phone and they wouldn't provide one - I guess that should have been my clue to find someone else. Fool me once...

UPDATE: after posting this review the dispatch called me and was very apologetic. He agreed that I shouldn't have been charged that much but yes I should have been charged something. They reduced the cost - which I greatly appreciated. Great customer service.

Twice now 2 Sons have come out A) the day I called, B) fixed my problem within minutes and C) charged me $0 because it was within the free inspection period. Couldn't be more professional, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, or friendly.

I tried to tip the guy because I felt bad for having them come out twice in one year without paying them and he graciously declined and explained it's a great company to work for and they don't work on commission.

Amazing customer experience. Their dispatch team is not only super nice and pick up the phone but they can tell you your plumber's ETA based on the GPS on their truck.

prices are outrageous.... The new Hired excavator or employees are literally 20 to 23 year old kids with out any real training. Lacked knowledge.
Call the Projecty Manager at 2 sons , I texted him my Review of the jobs they completed.
Any company by law is not allowed to request a customer to only write Positive reviews . I choose to keep mine confidential to the appropriate Manager Project Manager as this was a nightmare situation . 10 hours plus 1/2 hour job on Friday and 5 long hous was on the preceeding Monday. 10 + 1/2 hours with out any water to use my toliet says it all, really.

- this review is coming a few weeks late.-

For nearly 4 years we've been having issues with our sewer lines. Lines backing up or clogging every few months. My landlord would send a plumbing service that shall not be named and they would snake out the lines and be on their way. Each time I would have to do a deep cleaning from the mess they would leave behind.

Finally, my landlord called 2 Sons... who sent Chad and Steve they quickly diagnosed the issue and provided our landlord with the cause. They were respectful, clean,knowledgeable, and professional. Reached out May 2021 as our water heater wasn't working well. Tech came out when promised and told us the problem was some parts on our 5 year old water heater and the $800 in new parts would make it basically brand new and last another 5-10 years. We inquired about just replacing as we didn't want to get stuck paying $800 for repairs that won't work but were reassured this was the fix. Seemed to work initially but we use much less hot water in the summer so didn't really notice it getting worse again until winter (about when Omicron hit). Waiting for Omicron to pass and had another tech come out. He didn't bother looking at the water heater other than to say it should have been replaced last year when they were out and blamed us for it not worked as well (this tech was incredibly rude, made assumptions, and has no business in a customer facing role). We were then quoted almost $2k +tax for a new standard water heater and only after raising concerns with an owner were they willing to knock off $200. After I pointed out I had several other quotes for a new water heater and most expensive was $500 cheaper than their discounted price, the owner spent some time trying to explain how they're just better than everyone else. I've learned from working with many other contractors the red flags to avoid and this company is full of them. Make sure to shop around for price comparisons prior to hiring these guys (a warning I've now seen from many other reviewers).

Our water heater wasn't providing enough hot water and I was looking for someone who would not immediately just say to replace it. What I appreciated about Mike is that he acknowledged that it would be best to replace, most likely, but was willing to try to fix it if that's what I wanted to go with. I decided to do the replacement as it was fairly old. He and his partner were super fast about getting a new one and installing it. It has been working great ever since (been about 3 weeks). My home warranty covered the plumbing repair with a $75 copay so I cannot speak to 2 Sons pricing, but I can tell you how the repairs and customer service went...

ROBERT from 2 Sons Plumbing was right on time. He greeted me with a smile and was quick to get to work. He has a great demeanor and I felt very safe and respected being alone with him in my home.

He fixed a faucet that was spraying out at the handle and showed me how to fix the ball joint myself. He investigated a strange noise made by my water heater. He explained that the home warranty would not cover replacing it until it fails to heat water, but he was quick to try to resolve the noise issue because he agreed it was not pleasant. After draining the water heater without any resolution to the noise issue, he offered to grab some pipe insulation from his truck to try to dampen the sound, which definitely helped. I suspect many plumbers would never have made this offer. Robert is a real gentleman and a quality human being.

He explained that the master bath seemed to have lower water pressure because it had lower volume. Apparently, the last bathroom renovation crew installed the wrong size pipe (1/2) and should have installed 3/4 pipes. I would never have known this and now if I renovate the bathroom one day, I will know to make that change. Thanks for the education Robert!

I also had a loud noise in my master bathroom when I turned off the hot water. He knew from hearing it that it was a loose pipe. He explained that the pipe is moving around in the wall and he cannot get to it and he gave me a sense of how much it would cost to have a plumber open the wall and fix the pipe in place. Though he could not fully fix the pipe in place, he went above and beyond, climbing into my basement crawl space while I kept making the noise at the faucet, then he used insulation to try to dampen the sound, which made the sound about 1/4 of what it had been: a huge improvement. He also gave me some ideas for things I could do to improve on the sound in the wall as well, suggesting I could drill a hole in the wall and spray in some expanding foam. I would not have thought of that.

Robert arrived ready to solve problems and to improve any issue I had if he could not solve it. I really liked the way he talked to me, not condescending at all, and how he stayed focused on the tasks I called about. I learned a lot from him and noted several tips and tricks to utilize in the future. Really worth the visit.

My only negative experience with the company was with the people I spoke with on the phone. The woman who called me to set up the appointment was cold, had zero personality, and seemed impatient, verging on rude--definitely someone who should not be dealing with human customers. In fact, after I got off the phone with her, I felt so put off that I almost called my home warranty company to re-match me with a different provider.

I had a similarly negative experience when I called the company to check on timing, the day of the appointment. Again, I was poorly greeted by a woman who seemed irritated to be answering the phone for a living and who didn't listen to what I was saying. It was so frustrating that I called back immediately after hanging up to speak to someone else I the hopes the next person would have better phone skills (she did, but barely).

I am still giving 2 Sons 5 stars because of Robert's can-do attitude and friendliness while tackling my pesky plumbing repairs, but if owners or managers are reading this, I do hope you will look into how your phone staff talk with customers and maybe even consider hiring better employees who actually enjoy people instead of the ones you have who seem to have contempt for your customers. (Likely there is an issue with the person doing the hiring and the person doing the training as clearly there is something missing in both areas.) They should take lessons from your plumber, Robert, and treat people with kindness and respect and go the extra mile, because it's people like him who get customers wanting to come back and singing your praises to their friends.

These guys are just a really good company. I had a leaking faucet out in the backyard. They send a plumber out with in a few hours I called. The plumber explained exactly what the problem was gave me a quote for the fix but also suggested I could try get the part and fix it myself. Didn't charge me anything for coming out. I wa able to fix the problem myself but I'm definitely using them for any future plumbing needs.

All plumbers are robbers, but they are exceptional.

Took two times to fix a leaking kitchen faucet, and charged me twice with some excuse that the two different things broke... oh so something that didn't break for 7 years just suddenly broke after your first service? Which you signed off and claimed that everything is fixed and wonderful? So two trips already costed like $500.

On top of that, they charged $200 for a plastic faucet that Home Depot sells for like $40.

All these happened when I was on Christmas vacation at a rental property so I bit the bullet, but you guys should stay away.

We recently had a washer mishap and flooded our upstairs laundry room, per insurance request they wanted the plumbing tested to make sure there was no plumbing issues. I called 2 sons and they were able to get someone out immediately and check the plumbing, David was very thorough in his investigation and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend 2 sons this is the 2nd time I had use them all the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I've used 2 sons and joes plumbing for several projects and they've been quick, professional, and did a good job.

I needed to seal off an old utility line in my garage and he did it quickly and at low cost. So when my kitchen plumbing leaked into the downstairs, I called again and they found the problem and fixed it quickly. Then again one of my bathrooms leaked and I called again, got it scheduled next day and fixed.

I will recommend them and will work with them again in the future.

Had a great experience with Davey from 2 sons! Had a clogged sink and after my boyfriend frustrated the hell out of himself trying to fix it he told me to just call a plumber. I have worked with 2 Sons plumbing in the past and liked them. Not because they did a great job, but because when their plumber did a job that wasn't up to code , they came out and fixed it for free. I like a company that stands behind their work.

So, I called them because I need about 100ft of sewer line replaced. I already had one free estimate and already know this will be a $20,000 to $30,000 job.
I called 2 sons because I would rather give the job to them and it states on their website they do sewer line repair and give FREE ESTIMATES. The technician arrived 40 min late for his two hour window and I showed him where my basement cleanout was and explained how to remove a pvc pipe to gain access. He then had to go to his truck and told me he called his supervisor to talk about it. He fumbled with a very simple fitting and then said well first let me tell you that this will be $399.00 to put a camera down the line. I said ,oh you must have misunderstood, I am calling to get a bid on replacing my sewer line. It's going to be a huge job. I thought you gave free estimates?! He told me they do but the camera inspection costs money.

I later called his supervisor after I again looked at their website. When I explained what happened and how deceptive I thought it was, he said, we did give you a free bid, a bid for how much the camera would cost. So know if you want a bid on a sewer line, you will first get a bid for your freebid!

I chose to skip their inspection and give my money to Bob Oates. They send a qualified supervisor to your home on time. Then they do an extensive camera inspection and give you a bid. He spent over and hour and a half with me and it was FREE. Smart companies know that it is worth it to give a little to get a lot.

When I suggested to the supervisor at 2 Sons that they simply tell people that their is a charge for the camera he replied, no because then the will ask how much?!

I decided to try these guys out to change our under sink water filter, garbage disposal and facet. They showed up promptly and looked over the stuff we had bought and gave us three bids. Both the disposal and the water filter were $431.00 and the facet was $647.00.

Now I should have been a little leary with the facet bid ( I installed our current one and it took me an hour) but I figured I'd only have the disposal and filter done. I had installed our last filter and it took me about four hours so I thought eh, $100.00 an hour is fair. The next day they propmptly arrived again and thats were the problems started.

So the guy shows up, looks at the filter and calls his boss. They talk for a while and he informs me that the price went up to between $900.00 - $1000 dollars. He justified this by saying that the bid I recieved was for the water filter to the ice maker.

Now this is complete crap because I had just opened up the filter box with the bidding guy. Even so, I told the guy that I had just hooked up the ice maker filter a while ago (which took me 45 min) and they wanted $431.00 for less than an hour of work. I asked him why it was so expensive and he couldn't give me a reason other than that's just what they charge.

I then talked to the owner the next day and he just kept parroting over and over about how they don't charge hourly and this is just what plumbing costs and if I don't like it I can go somewhere else. Now maybe I'm a bit ingorant but I have done all the jobs that they bid on and over $400.00 an hour seems a bit steep for anyone to afford.

My advice, don't use these guys unless you're rich and you want to get jerked around.

Had two quotes done for switching from my 14 year old water heater to a tankless system in our garage. 2 Sons came in over $2k cheaper than the other top rated company in the area.

When I called to schedule, 2 Sons was having a crazy busy day and their owner answered the phone. He could not be nicer or more helpful. We scheduled for less than a week later to have the same gentleman who did my quote come back and do the job.

Carl was top notch - knew what he was talking about and came up with creative solutions for the condensation run where we wouldn't have to interfere with our siding. He had something like 20 years of experience - and licensed - and the work showed. You wouldn't have any idea we just put the tankless system in. It looks like it was always there. He cleaned up nicely after everything was installed.

Professional customer-centric service with a fast turnaround!

We wanted to replace our water heater along with a few galvanized pipes going into and out of the water heater. Ryan came out to look at the water heater, thoroughly evaluated the pipe situation in our house (by even going into the crawl space!), and tried to understand our needs.

As we plan to remodel in the future, he recommended the best way we could get rid of as much galvanized piping, while fully explaining the limitations of remaining galvanized piping that is currently in the walls.

Ryan is really hard working and helpful. He answered any questions we had before, during, and after the job. I would highly recommend working with him and 2 Sons Plumbing!

We chose 2 Son Plumbing because of the rave Yelp reviews. Although they were able to fix the issue we were facing with our kitchen sink (they said it was pretty straightforward), the reason for the 3 star review is the lack of transparency about the breakdown of the $600.

The owner did explain that they charge by the type of job (and not by the hour) but it's a mystery to us how much of the $600 went to labor and the materials they purchased on our behalf (it seems they purchased parts for both below and above the sink). They didn't give us a receipt or explanation for what parts were purchased. They didn't even ask us what type of sink stopper/basket we wanted. The one they unilaterally decided to buy for us is very poor quality and seals the drain so water collects in the sink (home depot says it costs $20). If we remove it, bits of food go down the drain. There is no way for it to function as a strainer. We are now having to replace this ourselves. Needless to say, this is frustrating given we just paid $600 to a professional plumber for this

The job itself was a couple of hours of work and without a better understanding of what we paid for, unfortunately, it's hard for us to judge if it was is value for money. When we called to follow up, we were told that they don't provide breakdowns. Not a good experience. We won't be going back and cannot recommend it to anyone who looks for transparency about scope of work and pricing when they hire professionals for plumbing jobs.

Replaced my sink disposal. Ran my dishwasher, flooded my kitchen and dining room. Dishwasher drain was not connected correctly. Frustrating. I'll change my review if they fix it.

Update:
Unfortuantely the phone number 2 Sons called was not my number, so they were not able to repair the issue. It was simple, the drain vent for the dishwasher had become dislodged during install, so became the low point in the system, so drained out of the vent instead of the grey water line. I received a call from the owner to the correct number on 5/29/18 offering to fix it, however I already took care of it. There is minimal water damage under the cabinet, so i am not upset about that and there doesn't seem to be any damage elsewhere that i can visually see.

This was a simple mistake and I would still use these guys again if I need something worked on.

2 Sons Plumbing totally came through! I have to admit, I was a little bitter that I even had to call a plumber, having spent the last 2-3 days attempting to fix the issue/issues on my own. I ALMOST had it fixed, new replacement parts were installed and functioning but then water started shooting out of the bottom of the toilet in our master bathroom. Ugh. I was done messing with it. Communication was great with 2 Sons office as well as follow up regarding our appointment. I was contacted the morning of the appointment letting me know, Tony was on his way. Tony was Super nice and professional. I appreciated the use of the safety mask and booties. We discussed the issues and he identified the problem within a few minutes. Required Parts were ordered and he was back the morning he picked up the parts. Everything is working great now and he was super sweet fixed another small issue in our guest bathroom. Thanks Tony!

Excellent service and very good pricing. We had our main water line replaced by 2 Sons Plumbing. The 2 gentlemen who gave us the estimate were polite, informed and professional. The estimate was better than 3 other estimates we got and their way of replacing our water line was more economical and efficient than another proposal from another company. They were also done very quickly. Half a day and the water line was replaced. They also went beyond what they original said they would do for the concrete patching. They matched our exposed aggregate finish on our driveway when they said they normally don't do that. Overall you can't go wrong with these guys. They do excellent work at a very competitive price.

I needed to make a decision on my almost dead water heater from 2006. I contacted 2 sons plumbing and got an appointment for next day. The sweet lady at the office even tried to reach me for a possible early visit since the plumber was running ahead of schedule.
Mike, the plumber, arrived right on time. They were a team of two. I made the decision to get a new heater installed. By the time the old heater was drained, Mike drive and came back with the new Rheem unit, manufactured in Feb,2021. He and his teammate installed the new unit along with a couple of hardware updates in a matter of about 1 hour. They cleaned up afterward the installation and hauled away the old unit.
One very small thing was that Mike was too professional and did not engage in any light conversation during or after the installation. They accepted the payment after the installation was done. Pricing was completely reasonable. Thanks Mike.

I'm giving this company two stars because the work was done well and they came out the day we called. That said, their pricing is outrageous. They replaced a small piece of equipment and charged us almost five hundred dollars in labor for 30 minutes of work. It even says in their invoice that they will take legal action against people who give them negative reviews online regarding their pricing, which leads me to believe that they are aware that they are taking advantage of people and don't care. Only use them if you're having an emergency and can't get anyone else. Period.

High quality... high prices... I had 2 Sons out to fix a nail hole leak in a hot water pipe. Service and work was amazing, but when everything was done I was handed a bill for $750 for what amounted to a single part that was certainly less than $5 and about an hour's worth of labor. I won't be using them again based on their pricing.

This is the third time we have used 2 Son's Plumbing for our home, but it was a first visit for plumber, Tracy. Tracy was fantastic, polite, and professional, which appears to be a consistent feature for this company. I had two hose bibs that needed to be replaced, and a foul odor under our kitchen sink due to poor incorrect venting.

Tracy's knowledge and work was excellent, and I would definitely recommend Tracy and 2 Son's Plumbing. Thank you!

Ryan came out and helped us with a plumbing problem on the same day I made the appointment. He mentioned that there must have been a cancellation, and I was lucky. He diagnosed and solved part of the problem in the same visit. It issue was a vent that was open and leaked when the drain clogged.

The problem turned out to be more complex. Ryan had to open the dry wall and we found two more vents that were open and not capped correctly.

Ryan didn't have the equipment that would clear a grease clog from the kitchen drain near the sewer line. He provided all the information needed for another plumber to come in and clear the drain.

I have attempted to do a lot of plumbing myself but I just didn't feel qualified for this job and it was the handle on my only shower in the house. Andy was clean, ontime, and very professional. I had already pulled apart one faucet and the other I needed him to take apart. I explained exactly what I thought the problem was and he then replaced the cartridge part without hesitation, the whole project didn't take longer than 2 hours, it was great. But man was it expensive! $800 to put in 2 cartridges. Lovely people and amazing quality work. But plan on paying a lot.

My disposal stopped working and I called a couple of other places and was told $75-100 to come and look. 2Sons came up on Google so I called, asked was dispatch charge was and was told they didn't, not only that the dispatcher made a suggestion for a fix before they sent someone out. That didn't work so I called for a service call. They sent someone the same day.
Andy was on time and fixed my problem in 10 minutes, and didn't charge anything. I am in shock, he also showed me what to do if it happened again, and quoted me on what a new one would cost. They are definitely on my first to call list.

I went through Angie's list to find a plumber to fix a leaking kitchen faucet. I thought it was from the dishwasher at first, but wasn't sure. 2 sons plumbing called a few minutes after I requested the work and was able to get someone out on a Sunday within a few hours. Jeff initially came and diagnosed the problem immediately. They did not have a kitchen faucet on hand so they sent Davey out on my next day off on Thursday. He was so professional, explained everything, got a great updated faucet with sprayer and installed it quickly. Works perfectly and looks great. No more leaks! PRICEY!!! While I was away on vacation I had a kitchen faucet spring a slow leak. The person staying at my house notified me about the problem so I contacted this company about doing the repairs. They came the next day and gave me an estimate of around $750 dollars ( it ended up $643 for the faucet and $150 for the plastic p-trap! ). I have replaced several kitchen faucets and the job takes about an hour, so this seemed extremely high to me. When I asked why it was so expensive the plumber said they are licensed plumbers and the work is guaranteed for a year. As I felt compelled to get it fixed right away while I was on vacation, I ended up agreeing to have them do the service and they did it in an about an hour. Looking back I wish I would have had the person staying at my house put a bucket under the faucet, so that I could have fixed it on my return.

Davey was amazing! After finding out a pipe was spraying water in my crawl space, I tragically discovered my home's water supply line was connected without a dielectric union. D: I was devastated. I called 2 Sons and they came out quickly to give me a quote. I surprised Davey with deciding to replace all the water lines in my house instead of just doing a bandaid repair. We had a clog in our kitchen sink. We used our own snake to try to clear the clog but after working at it for over an hour we finally gave up and called 2 Sons Plumbing. Tommy told us what time he would arrive. He called when he realized he would be a few minutes late and he arrived at the revised time (10 min. after his original appointment time), confirmed with my husband exactly what our problem was and got right down to work. He worked quickly & quietly and cleared the clog within 15 minutes. He cleaned up the very minor mess that resulted from his work, was exceptionally pleasant and was then on his way. I am revising my previous poor review. The technician came to my house and satisfactorily resolved my plumbing issue. I had an issue with the initial unreasonable quoted price, however I was able to discuss this with the owner and the price was adjusted to an agreeable price. I am only giving 3 stars because I shouldn't have had to negotiate the price with the owner.

My general advice to anyone looking for a plumber: If the company charges you an estimate fee to diagnose a problem, do not use them. Companies with that business model will usually try to charge you $700.00 for a 30 minute job.

Carl is fantastic! He's been out twice in the last week - once to replace a water heater then a second time for water backing up in our clothes washer exit plumbing (that's a lot of words for something I don't know how to describe). He explained both systems and what goes on in the house with the plumbing, what they look for, and what he did to resolve the issues. 2 Sons was very communicative on time, even if running behind, and they got the water heater job done on the same day that they diagnosed the issue! Tommy has been great the past 2 times he's come out to service the house. This past time our water heater started leaking and he quickly told us it would need to be replaced. We had Blaine out to remove a root ball in our sewer line and were very happy with the work. He was prompt, professional, courteous about shoes in the house and even gave me some free advice about our upstairs commode (it's a crappy crapper and I need to stop getting mad at my kids for clogging it) and what he recommends for a replacement. Price-wise they weren't the cheapest, and definitely not the most expensive. In other words, fairly priced and frankly when it comes to staving off the threat of raw sewage you don't want to go with the lowest bidder.

Professional friendly customer service, high quality technicians with attention to detail. Kajik came over on an Easter Sunday to fix an issue caused by another plumbing company. (the other plumbing company's after hours refused to help me, despite raw sewage seeping into our basement).

Since then, I've had Kajik come over several times to provide estimates and install a new hot water tank. He walked me through all of the options available at every price point, which helped me make the right decision.

Robert arrived towards the end of the two hour window, but the entire interaction from start to finish was friendly and professional. The plumbing issues were both minor - an old rubber tank stopper that needed replacing was the main fix. We had another toilet that was also not flushing properly - someone from Best Plumbing had been here a month before and not installed the fill valve correctly. He fixed that in 10 seconds and didn't charge for it. The entire visit lasted about 20 or 30 minutes. The bill was $240 (including tax and the cost of of the new part). Not cheap, but I've never found a skilled plumber that makes a house call for under $200 in Seattle. I'll be calling Two Sons in the future when the need arises.

Tony is a freaking boss! We called 2 Sons after multiple plumbers came out to snake a sink drain. Not one plumber was able to clear it. I was all prepared to tear out drywall and waste a ton of money replumbing the sink. I'm here to post an update on my incident. 2 Sons plumbing called me regarding my poor review and insisted that they didn't touch my toilet. After having a 3 way talk and investigation, they probably get to the bottom of the issue with their contractor and agree to fix my toilet. One star is deducted that they denied the whole incident until we had 3way conversation and didn't contact me until i posted a bad review. We had escalated to American home shield and also called 2 sons before but they denied. Now i have to deal with my angry tenant on this because the fix comes so late(1 week after the toilet was broken).

My water heater started leaking and no hot water on a Friday morning. I started to call around. Looked at reviews. Had contact with a total of four plumbers. 2 Sons was the only one who would send out a plumber for an estimate at no charge. Tony came to my home at 10:30. This 5-star review is particularly for Davie.
He's very very polite, friendly, calm, and professional. I was impressed he already took his shoes off before ringing the bell/stepping into the house.

Our water heater was leaking on Saturday, 2 sons plumbing was the only company that responded immediately and scheduled next day emergency service for us. Unfortunately they only had one technician available on Sunday and he couldn't show up due to his own emergency.

Trina called and apologized multiple times and offered to reschedule for Monday. She ensured I won't be charged for the extra emergency fee.

Davie came during the appointment timeslot (scheduled for 2-5pm and he came around 2:30) and looked at our water heater. He seemed knowledgeable and pointed out the problem right away and let us know what needed to be replaced.
Before he came I thought I had to pay over $1000 to replace the water heater but he said the only issue was the top thermal expansion tank. He went out to get a new tank and got it replaced within a very short time.

I like companies that are ethical. Some companies suggested to replace the whole thing to make money but Davie suggested only things that are needed and considered from our perspective.

The whole experience was pleasant. If I ever need plumbing services in the future, this company would be on top of my list.

This may not be the cheapest plumbing company but when I'm not an expert in a field I rely on customer reviews. This explains a lot when most of other customers were happy with their experience even though some also mentioned this is not the most affordable but reasonable and worth the service. I'd rather pay for a hassle-free and stress-free experience.

Called 2 Sons on a Monday at 8am with a leaking sink, was given a window of 11-1 and then was notified that a technician had finished a job early and could come by at 10. My sink was fixed by 10:40! Ended up replacing the garbage disposal, but that was at my request. I felt like the price was reasonable for the service provided.

Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly--but like, not in a weird or annoying way. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber.

I'm sold on 2 Sons, and James, one of their team members. I first met James in February, when our home warranty company scheduled 2 Sons for a water leak issue we were having. I liked him right away. I had overbooked myself that day and was late getting to the house in time for our appointment, but James was so cool about it and didn't stress waiting for me to show up.

Yesterday, Tuesday, he came back again after I called 2 Sons on Monday regarding a gas line inspection and possible relocation. (How's that for appointment turnaround time? Next day? In this market? For a non-emergency? I was super impressed and appreciative!) I was happy to see James again...I'm considering him our own personal plumber now.

He did a thorough inspection, spent a ton of time considering and discussing options with me, and we joked along the way. He admitted he hadn't worked on this kind of gas range issue before, which earned him big points with me. I LOVE when someone says, I don't know, but I'll figure it out rather than pretending he knows and then dropping the ball because, well, ego... That's my kind of contractor, one that not only knows his trade, but is friendly, has a sense of humor, and is genuine and down-to-earth.

I was freaking out because my new washer & dryer had just been delivered, I had gone without for a couple of weeks due to the snow storm messing up the delivery schedule. Tony repaired the main waterline pipe that had sprung a leak near the exterior of our house. This required extensive digging as well as pinpointing the exact portion of the pipe that was damaged. Great JOB Ryan. I had a 50 gallon Hot Water Tank. It was not only leaking it suddenly was making a hissing noise. Friends told me that I needed to get it replaced immediately!! Searching on Home Advisors, I found 2 Sons.They called me immediately. Ryan said the same thing regarding the tank. He replaced it in a timely manner. Strange experience. I had a non operational toilet in my only bathroom in my home and the warranty suggested vendor was not available for at least a week. I used a provision within my warranty to go outside through a 3rd party vendor and be reimbursed based on the rates that my insurance company pays and found them. After the work was done my insurance company needed a clear rundown of the work done and why. This is where it got ridiculous. This company misled my insurance company about the work done and this caused my insurance company to deny the claim. When I explained what was actually done the insurance company said that if this was true they would pay but I needed to call 2 Sons Plumbing back to get the correct story. When I called back to ask to speak with the person who actually did the work to clarify what happened they ignored this request and started interrogating me about how I contacted them originally. Without my concern being addressed I was put on hold. They came back and said they would have a manager call me back to resolve things. After I demanded to have my first request responded to again they refused to put me in touch with the service person and said they can't give out his contact info. I just wanted to have him call me but I guess that was not even considered. We will see how this goes but since the customer service agent talked over me or ignored my requests the whole time I was on the line with her, it is not looking good. At this point I suggest you find a company that wants to act like your partner rather than an adversary.

UPDATE***

The owner of the company, Tyler, reached out to me and offered to personally speak with my insurance company and correct the confusion. He is convinced that due to his companies procedures and the notes on my invoicing that there is now way his company misled my insurance company. I am not sure what is really going on here and I don't use the word lightly but it is hard to to feel that somebody is lying here. I raised the score by one star for now due to Tyler trying to resolve this with me rather than ignore it. I will raise it more based on the follow through ect. More to come.

FINAL UPDATE***

Tyler Called me back to let me know that he had reached out to my insurance company directly and gotten the story straightened out with them. He apologized for the confusion and stress and my insurance company then called back and let me know that my warranty claim would be processed properly. Things go wrong sometimes and I am impressed with how Tyler handled this promptly and made sure I didn't have to invest anymore time into getting this resolved. Score raised again to reflect the full story.

Ryan from 2 Sons did a great job on our water heater blowout. He was understanding of our emergency situation i.e. warranty v insurance and once he was on the case did his best to alleviate some of the hassle. Scheduling wise - not sure if it was the warranty company that caused the delay... but rush situations with ongoing leaks causing increasing damage shouldn't take 2 days to get someone out. 2 sons did try, dispatch was helpful, so I think it was probably the warranty company.

I contacted my home warranty about my leaking sink and old hot water heater and they sent me to 2 Sons Plumbing. I'm glad they did! They came out 3 days after I sent in my warranty claim and got to work right away. The same day they came out to verify my homes needs, they contacted my warranty company and had all work done within a couple hours. It was fast, efficient, and quality work. The best part is after I had a question a couple days later on the new hot water heater I got a personal phone call (immediately) from the same tech that installed it and had my question answered instantly. Great experience - returned my inquiry within 5 minutes and had a tech scheduled for the following day - keep in mind a Sunday of a holiday weekend. Carl arrived within the time window offered. Ryan made it just within the time window so that's OK. Good info from him & you get an instant quote verbally then an hour or so later an email estimate. Really good service.
I will now get another price to check (I bet no-one is as good) but the difference in setting up an appointment & getting an estimate with this firm is night & day to the others. The others make you wait in a queue to answer, then some want to make a call out charge of $79 just to come look! Are they kidding! Some are 3 weeks away from coming to look at the project & finally others are so anti Tankless I wouldn't ask them for an estimate. I have little doubt they will get the job but I will report back.

Do not use this company. They were hired to plumb my remodel. They screwed everything up and have refused to correct it.This is the being of a list of what the plumber I had to hire to fix their issues:
1) tub drain needed to be moved 6 inches more from wall so tub would fit. This required additional tile work
2) Tub faucet also needed to be moved
3) Shower valve was leaking ( which according to new plumber means turned on but not tested)
4) Stub out was too high, 10 inches above drain & 36 inches off the floor
It cost me double the amount 2 Son's was paid to correct issue and I was delayed putting my house on the market.
I spoke with Tyler, the owner, multiple times and all he could say was he didn't like the way he was spoken too by my contractor. He also never got back to me after I asked him if he checked with his plumber to see if his plumber had measured the tub before placing the drain.
I am out a considerable amount of money & time. Avoid them at all costs.

Found a leak on my garage floor and noticed that it was coming from the water heater. Immediately called these guys up and they showed up the next morning in a prompt fashion. Gave me options for replacements but I went with their recommendation for a conventional electric water heater which was essentially a compatible replacement to the old one.
After deciding on the type of replacement, Tommy went to the supplier to get the new water heater, returned in about 30 minutes to start the replacement work. Within about 45min to an hour, all work was completed. Very please with the work Tommy did in such a short timeframe. Work quality looks good and hot water is back in our home again!!! Would recommend these guys to anyone needing a swift replacement of their water heaters!!

We contacted 2 Sons Plumbing to fix a small leak in our garbage disposal and were all around thrilled with the service! I called yesterday and was able to schedule a same-day appointment. Our plumber Tommy arrived right at the start of the scheduled window and he was awesome to work with - took a look at the issue, clearly described what he thought needed to be done, presented a price quote for our review, and fixed the leak in about 15 minutes. Mike arrived on time to check it out, worked out the most logical origin and replaced the recirculating pump and piping in a little over two hours of work. Everything's still dry a week later. Buyer beware: these prices are not reasonable.

I needed a garbage disposal repair because a rubber gasket had come loose and water was leaking under my sink. I booked with 2 Sons because they and their sister company Joe's Plumbing both had great reviews. They responded promptly to my booking request. However, they wouldn't provide a quote or cost range over the phone, claiming that the technician had to assess the issue in person to determine the cost. In hindsight, that should've been a red flag.

The technician arrived on the day of the appointment and quoted ~$320 for labor and ~$150 for a new disposal. The total came out to just under $500 with tax. Unfortunately at this point, I couldn't afford to wait several more days to book with another company so I ended up agreeing to the service at this exorbitant price.

The technician did a solid job with the replacement and I have no complaints about the results. However, $320+ for a ten minute job is ridiculous and that's the last time I'll book with this company or any company that doesn't quote their prices upfront. I hope my lesson learned helps others make the right decision when considering this company.

UPDATE: After I posted this review, Tyler, the owner, personally called me and was very apologetic about the experience. He confirmed that there had been a pricing error and also agreed to reduce the price to match quotes I had seen from other companies. Solid customer service that was much appreciated.

Plumbing is an evil which is a necessary part of any house. From time to time that evil raises her ugly head and you have to deal with an ugly plumber who wants to make his career out of your faucet leak. This is what I always thought about plumbing and plumbers until I met with 2 sons plumbers. This company is too good to be true but fortunately, they are 100% real. From the first call which came only after 10 min of the service request to AHS, they scheduled a plumber and next day I have 2 extremely capable people show up. In less than 2 hours, my all three plumbing issues were taken care of and they explained to me the issue and installed the new part, made a call to AHS while they were working. They cleaned up after the job. I wish I could give this company 10 stars.

Recently called as I had a leak in my upstairs shower which was pouring thru my downstairs bent in my laundry room. Sounds horrible right! Was greated by a very friendly receptionist that asked all the right questions. Her name escapes me but she was professional. David came to the house and went right after the problem. If there is one field where you want people who are diligent, problem solvers and big on closure I would think plumbing would be at the top of the list. David showed himself as having these characteristics. The leak is repaired. The job was cleaned up very nicely. All in all, great experience.

I had a good experience with 2 Sons Plumbing. Tim came out and was thorough and friendly, got the job done right. I had a $75 copay with my Home Warranty, so I couldn't say anything about the pricing. The job consisted of a leak in the kitchen faucet tubing and a leak (backup) in my dishwasher drain. The tubing was replaced and the dishwasher drain was rerouted through my garbage disposal unit. No more leaks. I would use them again.

This is long overdue! I moved into a 1903 home 6 months ago, then 5 months ago woke up to an issue with my sewer line the day I was due to receive houseguests. After a quick online review of the sewer card and conversation with my neighbor, we worried the issue likely involved my neighbors' line as well. I hit Yelp up for estimates and received a response from Tyler immediately, which was super reassuring. I'd already responded to another outfit who ultimately couldn't help me, so contacted Tyler again and of course he responded immediately again. Ryan showed up in very short order to assess the issue : my nerves were shattered; his calm demeanor was appreciated. He was easy to talk to and helped me understand what was likely going on, then worked efficiently. He was able to fix my main line & my neighbors' line quickly (if memory serves it was under two hours). They really helped me out -- my houseguests arrived later that day and had no idea there was ever an issue.

I highly recommend 2 Sons!! We were in a real jam when our toilets stopped working over Veterans Day. We had guests visiting and a packed schedule. I called 2 Sons one evening for a plumbing issue that I had in the crawlspace under my house and they called me and came by first thing in the morning. Kevin went under the house, checked out the issue and gave me a fair quote and he was super responsive to my dozens of questions about the project. He even took a call with another contractor I had hired to do work inside the house to ensure that everyone would be able to complete their jobs. We had a water problem at our HW Tank on a Sunday morning. We called 5 different plumbers. The answering services said, Our service manager will call you back later or The technician will call you back later or I got an outgoing voicemail message and I couldn't tell if they were even going to call me back. All of these shops were supposed to be 24/7 emergency plumbers.
Only 2 Sons Plumbing said that they could be out that afternoon. I happily went with 2 Sons Plumbing !
Initially, I thought I had an expansion tank that had failed and was spraying water everywhere. But, as I cleaned the area around the HW Tank, I came to realize that the flexible cold water supply to the HW Tank had a pinhole leak, and was sending a high pressure spray horizontally, soaking heirloom photographs and keepsakes - four feet away ! What a nightmare !
Kajik showed up late afternoon, very kindly replaced the 2 flex hoses on the HW Tank, and gave us the option of changing out the expansion tank at a later date with the price (we have a 75 gallon tank which requires a larger size than what is typically stocked for residential), or to replace the HW Tank and expansion tank in addition to the flex hoses at a later date with the price.
We went with the flex hoses replacement for now, but are considering the HW Tank replacement.
Kajik was fantastic ! He quickly depressurized the HW Tank by removing a couple of gallons of water. Then he removed the old flex hoses and installed the new ones.
There were no drips after opening the ball valve. : )
I highly recommend 2 Sons Plumbing ! Yay ! We have hot water again !

We had a few odd projects that needed to get done and 2 Sons was the first to respond. We got on the schedule promptly and Kajik came to the house right on time and put together an estimate. It wasn't cheap but it was a full day's work, including going to buy a new utility sink and some parts, and it involved a couple of strange requests (removing an old toilet and shower stall from the basement and capping the drains, and removing and replacing a massive concrete laundry sink). Kajik did a good job of explaining my options and found solutions to the challenges that came up. I think we got a fair price and we're happy to have these projects done with good results. We'll have 2 Sons back for our next projects.

I recently called 2 Sons Plumbing to fix a leaking water pipe from my upstairs bathroom. This is the second time I've used their services. The operation is very professional. They offered to send a technician to my house the same day. Tommy was excellent and did an outstanding job. Showed up on time exactly as promised. He is very knowledgeable, hard-working, friendly, affable and very honest. He quickly found the leak and fixed it. He also installed a new shower valve and shower head. He worked expeditiously and efficiently. He also communicates really well and clearly tells you want is wrong and what repairs are needed. His initial quote involved an entire day's worth of work because the leak was potentially in a difficult location. However, after Tommy quickly found the leak and determined it would not take as long to repair as he initially thought, he lowered the estimate. That level of honesty is not common in this business and I very much appreciate his integrity. He is a very skilled, talented and knowledgeable plumber. I highly recommend 2 Sons Plumbing and especially Tommy for outstanding work.

We had an issue with our utility sink backing up in November. We used 2 Sons plumbing for an issue in May and they were awesome so decided to use them again. They sent a plumber the next day and he knew what the problem was immediately. He was very detailed, thorough, checked and re-checked. Couple days ago, our hot water heater started dripping/leaking a little after a shower so called 2 Sons Plumbing again. It was not an emergency but they sent someone out quickly. It didn't drip while the plumber was here but instead of just leaving like some plumbers do, he ran several tests with the temp of the water and the hot water tank. He found out that the tank was overheating by over 60 degrees so he adjusted some things and said it should be better. He also stuck around to make sure the water heater went on and off. The company did not charge us for this visit which is REALLY unheard of. I have NEVER had a company come out to our house and waive the fee even if they didn't find anything wrong. 2 Sons Plumbing are very thorough, detailed, knowledgeable, professional and honest which we truly appreciate!! We HIGHLY recommend calling them if you want a great plumber!!

I hired 2 Sons Plumbing because of their many favorable reviews on Yelp. I had a more complicated than usual toilet install, based on the reviews of the actual toilet itself. Ryan arrived a bit late but this was not a problem as I had set aside the afternoon for the job. I signed off on a price and he went to work. He did a wonderful job on the install and did run into the issues put forth by the people who had reviewed the toilet itself on Overstock.com. The main problem with the toilet was the inaccessibility, due to it's full skirt base design. The job took a few hours. Not Ryan's fault but the toilet's. At the end of it all, it was a terrific result. Ryan disposed of our old toilet and all the packaging for the new one, which was extensive. Clean-up was accomplished with care. We love the toilet and the job Ryan did for us. I would use 2 Sons Plumbing again. Based on our job, I feel they are true problem solvers.
