Belred Technican Daniel came and cleaned the vents and intake in my home. He was very professional, neat and clean.
His truck was super organized and clean as well. I was pleased with the job he did and can recommend him.

My water heater stopped working (essentially the pilot light won't stay on). The issue is likely with the thermocouple OR the gas valve.

I had called Bel-Red Heating and Cooling to have someone come and look at it on Friday. They said they didn't have availability until Monday, but there sister compony Fox Plumbing Heating and Cooling might have availability. Bel-Red helped me setup the appointment and they told me that the diagnosis fee will be $135 (for Fox Plumbing)

Problem #1 (miscommunication): Diagnosis Fee v/s Dispatch Fee - When Fox arrived at my home, they told me that $135 is a dispatch fee and that includes the cost of them coming to my home and then they will charge in hour increments until they can figure out what is wrong. So technically, it would actually cost a lot more to actually diagnose the issue.

Problem #2 (routing to a more inferior service provider) : Fox is clearly a more inferior service provider that Bel-Red. I had a terrible experience with Fox where they were not able to even conclusive diagnose what was going wrong and i simplify didn't have the confidence that the technician sent to my home will be able to fix it. So basically i lost my $135 fee and no progress on my heater.

This review is for Bel-Red, because they routed me to Fox Plumbing, and this is a trust-buster for customers who called Bel-Red to get service because of Bel-Red better brand/service, but due to Bel-Red ended up being setup for a same day appt. with Fox which has a terrible reputations/ratings.

Bought two Toto toilets three years ago.  Great product.  The upstairs toilet was installed with no issues.  On the downstairs toilet, the plumber had to ask someone to deliver a new valve.  He said the existing valve was unreliable and if not replaced would invalidate the warranty.  Overcharged for the valve.  I check Home Depot afterwards.  When he connected the lid to the toilet, the hose which should have been inserted into the fill tube was left clipped to the wall of the tank.  About once a week, I had to plunge the toilet.  Toto toilets require a special plunger because the hole is not round.  I found this out when the plumber i hired to remove blockage was able to clear it with his plunger.  Cost me $380.

Hamid came as a well prepared, courteous and punctual professional. He arrived half hour ahead of time, quickly sorted out what was the problem, replaced necessary part and along the way gave me few advices and suggestions. Granted, the little emergency ended up being less problematic, than it looked first with the flood in the garage, but it doesn't change the quality of service we received. I will certainly contact Hamid again if necessity emerges.

Awful customer service!  Although some of the technicians are good, the office staff is the worst. They can't get an appointment right to save their lives!  I'm guessing there's zero communication in that office.  They send the wrong guys out on the wrong days. You think they would go back and look at their notes to see the jobs they have completed so they don't send a technician to come out and repeat the job that has been done and paid for!  For years I have paid Bel Red for yearly maintenance but yet I have never received yearly maintenance from Bel Red. The only time Bel Red came to my house was when I called them for an issue and if I scheduled my yearly maintenance which I have been paying for, they screw that appointment up!!! Seems the only time they come out is when they can charge you that $98 diagnostic fee!

Contacted Bel-Red Plumbing regarding a water leak between the city's water meter and my house's water shutoff valve.

Prior to confirming where on my property the leak was originating from, I spoke with Hamid at Bel-Red Plumbing to confirm that they could do the repair.  The leak detection was done by another company, which identified approximately where the leak was.  I spoke with Hamid again who again confirmed that he could do the job.  We arranged his visit for first thing Monday morning.

Hamid and a colleague arrived within the short 15 minute window they said they would (awesome).  They explained to me what they would need to do, and that the water would need to be shut down from the house while they worked.  This wasn't surprising.

They worked quickly and efficiently to find the pipe which was buried under multiple feet of soil under shrubbery.  They put a drop cloth to catch the dirt, and ended up finding the leaky pipe (which turned out to be a couple feet away from where the leak detectors said!)

They repaired the leaky pipe successfully.  Unfortunately, to expose the leaky pipe they had to cut through the gutter runoff pipe, but they repaired that one too.  They also removed the muddy water that had been accumulating under the soil.  Finally, they then placed back all the soil they had to move to get to the pipes, and hosed down the walkway to my house so that it wasn't covered in mud.

It was raining the whole time, but they worked tirelessly outside through the rain, until they finished the job.  In total it took maybe 6 hours to do the repair from beginning to end.  I didn't even notice them take a lunch break.  It would have been faster, but finding the source of the leak was complicated by both having the water pipe be hidden behind the gutter runoff pipe and being a couple feet away from where the leak detectors quoted.

I'm very happy with the friendliness of the team and how punctual they were in arriving.  It's too soon to fully judge the quality of the work, but everything I saw was first rate so far.  The real test will be after receiving my first water bill where the pipe has been completely fixed for the entire billing duration.  I'm hopeful that my consumption has returned to the pre-leak levels.

The price seemed competitive, and assuming the repairs hold up, I would gladly use them again.

I had hamid support a couple of other projects/ prop management items and he was very responsive and ensured that the issue was resolved.

I called Bel-Red looking for help installing a utility sink / water, drain lines. Hammid, was able to come out and consult the same day I called. He was able to take care of install within 48 hours of consult.
Hammid had great workmanship and was pleasant to work with.
Overall I would use Bel-Red again.

As a side not he also recommended Element Northwest for electrical, and they were a great find!

I would like to retract a prior post because I mistook this company for Belred Energy Solutions. Please disregard a prior  post. I'm sure this company in Redmond will provide the good service it promises

I've had a pleasant conversation about my original experience with the owner Hamid.  I am impressed with his response to my review and willingness to address my concerns.  I will definitely give Bel-Red Plumbing another opportunity in the future.
