I had a leak in a toilet shut off valve, and called Nate for help. He responded quickly, arrived when he said he would, and not only fixed that problem, but two others as well. He's a wonderful plumber and a wonderful person -- interesting, kind, and smart. He's my go-to person for any future plumbing problems. Our HOA will be publishing a newsletter with recommendations for contractors, and I've submitted his name for that list.

2 years on and Nate is still the first person I call when I have plumbing issues. Just in the last week and a half, Nate has worked on replacing a broken sump pump and snaking mu bathtub. During all jobs, Nate is professional, curteous, punctual, a good communicator, and fair with prices. It's 2022 and I still highly recommend him. What are you waiting for?

I must say that these reviews don't lie. Nate picked up my call on the first ring, came in to fix the issue and the job was complete within a matter of a couple of hours. His rates are reasonable and he is a really nice person. I have dealt with people who don't know how to talk to humans these days. Nate is very professional and spent a lot of time doing the work and simultaneously educating us on the other jobs we had to be done. I will suggest to get his help for anyone out there who has a plumbing emergency.

Nate will be our go-to plumber from now on. He fixed a faucet and saved us from replacing a toilet. He's personable, hard-working, and very skilled in plumbing.

Nate is the most honest, ethical plumber I've dealt with in Bellevue. When I had a job too big to handle, he came out right away and fixed my kids shower for them.
Later, when my own shower began leaking, he convinced me I could fix it myself and walked me through step-by-step rather than coming out and charging a fee.
Nate is not a family member or a friend I know... He's just a good hearted, high character guy who happens to be a great plumber too.

We had a cap on the end of a water pipe crack and start leaking into our master bath and crawl space. Nate was able to come out the next day and braved
the crawl space. Based on what he saw, he isolated the leak to a wall upstairs. He managed to cut a hole in the exact right spot to find the leak, and had it capped in just a few minutes. He was extremely professional. I will certainly call him for any future plumbing work.

There are 3 things you need in a great plumber.... Timely response and appointment, quality work and a transparent reasonable price. Nate checks all three and some. I contacted 10 plumbers for a leak I had in a rental property over a holiday weekend. Half the plumbers did not respond and the other half were booked a week out. Nate returned my call same day and came out to do the job the next day. He was upfront about cost/timing and completed the job exactly as agreed. I have found my new go-to plumber.

He called to ask specific questions about my project, which is always a good sign. Showed up on time and fixed my faucet. No problems.

A year ago we had Nate out when we had an issue with one of our bathrooms, he fixed that quickly and efficiently and noted a problem with our other bathroom.  We had just recently had it finished by a contractor and he recommended that we get the original contractor to come out and fix it since it would be a costly fix and smarter to go through him since the issue was due to it not being properly installed the first time.  

This time around our kitchen faucet was leaking and Nate had us text pictures of the issue and gave us a range estimate ahead of time.  He came out promptly and did another impressive seamless job with fixing it.  So grateful we found Nate and looking forward to recommending him to others in our neighborhood!

Nate has been servicing our home for the last 5 years, from clearing drains, replacing faucets and drains, to updating shower valves. He is the person to call for all plumbing issues. He is on-time and respects your home and we trust him so much that we have no problem leaving him alone in the house. His prices are very reasonable and he backs up his work. Nate did a great job diagnosing and fixing a clogged drain.  It was a soft plug and he realized what it was and then cleared it out of the muck.  A little expensive but we now can use all our sinks, so worth it!

Responded quickly to our clogged kitchen sink and was able to snake out the clog that was about 40' in (so my 25' snake was not able to reach it). Offered to replace our under-sink drain pipes (which I knew were not up to code) for a reasonable price, so I took him up on the offer. Was very professional and efficient, and I'm very happy with the results.

He came to fix a mysterious leak under my kitchen sink, and I loved how he analyzed the not so obvious problem, and gave me the best solution to fix it. He even said there was no need execute a lot of my ideas that were more expensive, and was very convincing about why a certain solution was required. Did not use any scare tactics or try to upsell. He even showed me how I could caulk on my own so I didn't have to pay him for his time to do it.

Finally when I decided to tip him, he resisted it so much! I would highly recommend him!

Update: 5 months later, and looks like the mysterious leak really did get fixed! yay!

Referral from a neighbor.  Aquarius was responsive within the hour, reasonable (as much as plumbers can be) and professional.  Solved issue and provided tips for it not to happen again.  Would highly recommend.

Why turn on online quoting or provide online contact information if you won't provide a quote unless I call you? Ended up just doing the work myself.

I called several other top-ranted plumbers in our area and chose Nate because he asked the right questions at the onset to give me an accurate estimate for our water heater installation. I appreciated his troubleshooting tips and diagnosis over the phone, and that he gave his price over the phone. He arrived on time. He was thorough and tidy. For example, he noticed and fixed an issue with a pipe's angle and a broken drain stopper for no extra charge. Even the logo on the drain of a new garbage disposal was lined up to look pretty.

Nate is an honest guy who charges a reasonable rate for solid work.  He is dependable and because of our positive experiences with him, he is now our go-to guy for heating and plumbing work.  I also like that he tries to find solutions that help us save money.

Nate, the plumber, is responsive to phone calls and texts. He also tries to diagnose the problem over the phone to determine its urgency and then schedules accordingly. Why is this important to a home owner who knows nothing about plumbing but has a water issue? Because instead of being told to look elsewhere, Nate responds and gives his opinion.

He's come out twice to fix separate issues. While he was at my house he noticed that my water heaters didn't have a thermal expansion tank, which it needed. I called the company that installed the water heaters 2 years ago to inquire and sure enough they came out and installed it, apologizing for the oversight.

Nate's prices are fair. I would recommend him as your go-to plumber for any plumbing issues!

Our well pump/tank stopped working today. Of course Murphys law - three day weekend so none of the repair shops were open. We called Aquarious after my FIL recommended them. They came out and told us exact problem. Great customer service.  We are so blown away that they came out on a Sunday, holiday weekend, and after 6PM.  Thank you!

I absolutely recommend Aquarius Plumbing.  We called Nate to rehook the plumbing and install a vessel bowl after we remodeled two of our bathrooms.  He is very knowledgeable and the prices were very reasonable.  I had called another 5 star Yelp plumbing company for an estimate and did not go with them.  The prices were out of line and the plumber didn't seem confident as to what to do.  I called Nate right away and chose to wait a couple of days for his availability.

I rarely write reviews, but the quality of work and customer service was wonderful.  I also like to support sole proprietors rather than the big companies.

I have finally found my go-to guy: Nate of Aquarius Plumbing. He gets creative when the challenge has no clear answers. In my old rambler,​ he was able to fix the shower faucet and the leaking toilet which was set in a wrong way originally. Highly​ recommend!

I had multiple things that needed to be done in the Kitchen. Nate came in and reviewed what was needed to correct leaks, replace a fixture and hook up a dishwasher. He did a thorough and professional job and was good about explaining his work along the way. Very happy I hired him and not the two separate companies I had lined up to piece meal the work out.

When our kitchen light started leaking toilet water, we knew a plumber visit was necessary. Nate was my husband's first call based on the other reviews, and thank goodness - we won't be going elsewhere for plumbing needs again. Nate was a pleasure to work with.  He was on time and on budget.  He was very responsive.  I texted him several times to figure out what our problem was and how to get it resolved.  I will use him again and refer him to our neighborhood.

I always believed that you should have two things in life, an honest mechanic and an honest plumber.  Well, I've found my plumber.

Called Nate on Friday when I found water damage down in the basement near my hot water heaters that had obviously been happening for a while.  He was able to come by that afternoon to assess the situation.  After thoroughly inspecting the area, he pinpointed three failing parts, any of which could be the cause.  He placed a bucket under the leaky area and said that he would call on Monday with a quote.  Normally I would be uncomfortable with not getting a leak fixed immediately, but Nate seemed confident that everything would be ok.

Sure enough he called on Monday with a quote that seemed like fair, honest price, and arranged to come by the following day.  He arrived on time, changed out the faulty parts and found a fourth issue that involved welding copper pipe, which he corrected for free!  No charge.  On the house.

During the entire process he was courteous, communicated clearly and thoroughly and gave me the feeling that everything would be done right the first time.  He even guarantees his work for a year.

If you need a plumber, stop searching and call Nate.  Seriously, scroll back up and call the number.

We had a 22-year-old soaking tub faucet that suddenly started a very fast drip over the weekend. I looked on Yelp to locate a plumber and found Aquarius and the high ratings. I called the number and Nate answered. I explained the problem and he asked if I could send him photos of the faucet and he would get back to me with a quote. I texted the photos to him, expecting to hear back later in the day. Nope--he responded within 15 minutes (!!!) with a bid. Even better, he was able to fit us into his schedule the very next day. It was a repair requiring parts we wouldn't have been able to find at Home Depot, and skills we didn't have. He even called us 30 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. A+ service!

Called Nate from Aquarius yesterday and set something up to fix some small issues under my sink.  He arrived on time (even called 30 minutes prior) and gave me an honest estimate.  He probably won't be the cheapest plumber you'll find, but he makes sure the work is done right (even fixed a small issue that wasn't part of the initial work).  He figured the work would take a little over an hour and even though it took a little longer (partially because of the extra issue) the estimate stated the same.

He's starting to realize that he needs more reviews because he hadn't asked for them in the past.  Don't let the low number fool you, he is just as busy, he is just learning that he needs to market a little better for the quality work he does.  

A+ service though.

You will not find a more honest and friendly service provider than Nate.  I have used him twice over the last couple of years and will keep his number on speed dial.  He does great work and doesn't try to price gauge you.  Rather than saying hey, let me come out and diagnose your problem for $99, he'll give you the option of sending him a picture and he'll try and give you an idea of the cost.  This may not work for all options, but at least he's not trying to rack up consultation fees on everyone that calls him.  Bottom line: I highly recommend Nate, he's a great plumber and a great guy!

Here is my story. My kitchen sink was leaking. so I hired some one randomly and after the randomly hired plumber replaced the faucet the leak persisted, and the solution he provided for the problem was unacceptable which was to have visible caulking applied around my faucet.  So I came on Yalp and searched the best rating plumbing companies and found Aquarius plumbing. I phoned the company and left a voicemail. Nate returned my call shortly and we set up an appointment. He showed up on time. He was polite and considerate he listened to me carefully. He replaced the faucet and insisted that he wouldn't charge us until we knew  for sure the leakage issue went away. He is very resourceful!  The leak is gone and no visible caulking anywhere. if you are looking forward to hiring a plumber, look no further than Aquarius plumbing & Heating.

Nate is just great. He is a very experienced plumber and he actually knows what he is doing so you can trust him with your plumbing issues. I would wholeheartedly recommend him, especially if you have a complicated problem.

Nate came to my rescue after I hired a handyman for what I thought was a pretty straightforward job - replacing a flush valve of a leaking toilet and the guy sorta fixed the flush valve but in the process of doing so screwed up the rest of the toilet and just walked away claiming that I need to get a new one.

Nate asked for pictures, told me it's a really nice albeit older toilet that doesn't need to be replaced. He ordered the correct original Kohler part, came and fixed the leakage and also the problem of the toilet filling up slowly. He also noticed that after the previous guy moved the toilet it was put back incorrectly - it was wobbly. He reset it, replaced the incorrect flush valve and the toilet runs like new!

Nate has 1-year warranty on his services and generally stands behind his work - an attitude that many folks in the repair service industry could learn from. He also quotes you upfront for the job which is great - it gives you confidence about the budget you are planning to spend on the fix.

Nate was great. He is very responsive and came on time. He took the time to investigate the potential leak and saved me hundred of dollars.

In the end it was just a case of low quality baseboards susceptible to water that deteriorated over time which was confirmed by the previous tenant. But he took his time to methodically inspect all possible scenarios and do his determination instead of what most plumbers do to simply cut through the walls. Also didn't charge me for extra time, and really appreciated his honesty which is rare in this business. He will be my go to plumber going forward.

This is the second time we have had Nathan do plumbing repairs for us.  The first time he repaired a clog in a bathroom sink. We were so happy with his service we didn't hesitate to call him back.

This time he repaired a leaky sink in the kitchen. The house is old and the original plumbing is a challenge.  He let us know from the start that there could be problems with the old galvanized pipe.  He kept us apprised of the situation as he worked.  What seemed like a fix turned out to have more issues.  He removed more old pipe and got to solid plumbing that would work.  He completed the work, all the while keeping his prices to his minimums working with our budget.

The original plumbing was atrocious and scabbed together.  When Nathan left, the plumbing was obviously done by a professional.  It looked right and worked right , too!

We will continue to use Nathan and refer him to anyone needing plumbing repair.

Probably the best service call I have experienced. I needed a garbage disposal changed and a dishwasher drainage problem addressed. Nate did a very thorough job, changing out the sink flange and checking and cleaning out all the pipes and the air gap. He tested the drainage from the dishwasher as well as the two sink halves multiple times after he was done with the installation.
When that was all taken care of, it was around 6PM and I asked him if he could take a quick look at a toilet tank leakage issue. He diagnosed the problem ( leaky fill valve), checked he had the part in his van, gave me a reasonable quote and fixed it. All in all, a great job!

I typically post when I receive superior service which I received from Nate at Aquarius Plumbing and Heating. Nate is just an all-around good guy. He is honest and great at communicating. When I first called about our emergency plumbing need, he asked us Are you (and your family) safe?. Although a simple question, I immediately knew he cared about his job and customers needs. He came to help us in a pinch and did excellent work. We plan to go back to him to do more plumbing work we had in mind. I would highly recommend without any hesitation.

I found Nate on Yelp and he lived up to the reviews. He was diligent in figuring out my slightly puzzling problem. He kept me well informed and was accurate about when he would be here and how much it would cost. Although plumbing is never inexpensive, his costs were reasonable and it was well worth it to get the job done.

Most important Nate is an incredibly nice guy. I will definitely call him again should the need arise. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience working with Nate on some plumbing issues I had in the toilet and in the shower.  When I talked with him on the phone, he asked for details and even offered some troubleshooting tips.  When he arrived to check out the issue, he was very quick and thorough, talking through all the things he was looking at.  He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable.  He was upfront with the pricing, so there was absolutely no surprise there.  I wouldn't hesitate to call him for any other issues, and in fact, I already called him for something else!  Very honest person and someone I would highly recommend.  I can totally understand why he's received such positive reviews.

Very honest and helpful! I called Nate asking for help with a defective shower, and he walked me through the fix over the phone. It was quick and easy. No charge at all. How many plumbers would give up a fee and educate me at the same time? He's truly outstanding.

Nate is a great plumber, I've called him twice for separate issues and always had a great experience with him.  He usually knows exactly what to do and if he doesn't, he's great at figuring it out.  I had him replace an leaking old plastic water valve under my kitchen sink and despite the awkward access (it's a small kitchen and it was hidden behind the garbage disposal) he had everything done and tested in only 90 minutes.  He's also great at giving helpful advice for any plumbing-related topics you ask, his experience definitely shows.  Quality work and service!

After reading Yelp and Angie's list reviews and diddling around, I finally bit the bullet and called Nate after the plumbing issues didn't fix themselves when I spent weekends in the garden instead of with a snake and toilet repair kit. Go figure!

He was on a job when I called in the morning, but said he'd call back at 4:00 when I'd planned to be home to meet another service person. Promptly at 4:00 he called and said he could come over. After explaining how he would snake the bathtub drain and estimating my other projects he set to work, and--voila--in about an hour he'd taken care of all my issues. He was funny, smart, and a pleasure to have in my home. Will not hesitate to call him again should I need his services. Strongly recommend!

Nathan recently fixed some leaks in my 50+yrs old house. I am impressed with his skills and repairing techniques. He explained clearly what needed to be done. The jobs were done promptly and to my (and his) satisfaction. I believe his opinions are honest and his price is fair. So give him a call if (when) you have a plumbing problem in the house.

Nate was excellent. When I called him, he had me send some photos of the pipe that was leaking in our laundry room and he was able to give me an estimate over the phone. I called him Monday and he was able to schedule us for Wednesday morning. He called on the drive to let us know when he would arrive, which is always helpful. He was polite, funny and honest. I had a relatively simple plumbing problem -- a old toilet that was making a lot of noise after flushing and then continuously leaking water out of the tank. The fixture needed replacement of everything in the tank. I called two plumbing companies. The other company was booked up for a month and wasn't scheduling even simple jobs before then. Nate from Aquarius was there within a couple of days, finished the job quickly, charged a reasonable price, and -- importantly -- was very pleasant to deal with. I'll give him first shot at all of my plumbing projects in the future.

My wife came home to find our kitchen sink leaking and we knew we needed to get it fixed fast. After some research and comparison shopping I called Nate at Aquarius Plumbing to come out and give us a quote. He picked up right away and said that despute being pretty busy he'd find a way to squeeze us in after his last appointment in the evening. He showed up promptly when he said and after taking 2 seconds to examine the issue he knew what was wrong and said our disposal had failed and would need to be replaced and walked me through everything to make sure I understood and he wasnt just trying to make a quick buck. But to make it even better he had the parts on hand as he'd restocked earlier that day. He gave us a quote and gave us a great deal on parts and labor and fixed it right there on the spot! He was fast, friendly, and even helped correct a couple smaller issues at no additional charge. I'd highly recommend Nate and Aquarius Plumbing and will definitely use him again if we ever need a plumber!

This guy is awesome. I cannot attest for the charges that I paid as this was the first time I ever paid a plumber.. Sob sob!!! The house that I bought had a leak in the garage which showed up after a year, and this is after the previous owner patched up the leak before selling, Yeap you heard it right, Not fix but patch.. Un******believable.. Had he spent a few hundred more he could've fixed it, won some goodwill.. But now he is just a  douche in my address book among others.. I digress, Anyways Nate quickly went about destroying the drywall needed and found the source. The ex owner had drilled a screw through the pipe where the pipe passed through a stud. Amateurish eh!!! Well not funny, I paid for it. Nate charged me hourly for the investigation, which was around an hour and also around 75$ for the visit which is kinda ridiculous, but I guess that's how it goes around here. No wonder the Plumbers are all driving flashy cars!. He has a sense of humor ,makes you comfortable, explains you everything that he is doing and the reasons why he is doing so. Didn't exaggerate the problem as I was fearing, a Plumber would do.  After the diagnosis he immediately gave me an estimate and asked if I wanted to continue with him? Of course my man, Fix it said me, and he want about doing his business !! He is very meticulous, a cleanliness freak and cleaned whatever dust, debris collected as a result of the fix. He doesn't fix the drywall, which is alright coz I can handle it. he gave me instructions about the screws that needed to be drilled and the precautions needed while fixing the drywall. He also patiently explained me about the insulation needed for the fix and how I could do it later. He had all the stuff for replacement repairs and the cost was included in the estimate. I was very satisfied with his work and have no problems recommending him to all and sundry! Oh BTW, I found him on Yelp.. Thanks a ton Yelpers(the right word?)!!!
