Armin came out after hours to confirm a massive leak in between the walls involving what turned out to be a huge crack in a single knob shower cartridge.  The crack was substantial - see the attached pictures.

Their pricing may be higher given the after hours situation and quality of the work - but you can tell these guys are the real deal and not like many other plumbing businesses in the area taking advantage of certain zip codes.

Amazing response time, professional, and will definitely work with them in the future.

We had a not that good experience with Ridgid plumbing unlike other reviews. We had a hot/cold crossover problem in our house and decided to call them based on a referral from another vendor. Arash, who picked up the call, added us to the waitlist for the same day without mentioning a visit fee. However, upon his arrival, he provided an assessment, doubting that the cartridge model we had was incorrect. He offered to fix it for $400 but couldn't guarantee the problem would be resolved, making it feel like a gamble. We declined the offer but still had to pay the $140 visit fee. Sadly, the diagnostic he provided was incorrect, and the cartridge model was actually the right one. The issue was caused by something else. Unlike other places like Ally plumbing, which offers free diagnostics, this experience felt like a waste of $140 without any useful solution from Ridgid plumbing. I wish they had been upfront about the visit fee to avoid feeling disappointed with the outcome.

Arash contacted me promptly and arranged for Shawn to come to my home in Redmond to deal with a persistently dripping kitchen faucet.  Shawn arrived on schedule, promptly assessed the problem, which included a drip under the sink as well, explained my options, and set about replacing the old faucet with a new Kohler faucet.  Shawn also answered all my unrelated plumbing questions about hot water heater
and bathroom faucets.  He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.  The entire process took about 90 minutes.  I would highly recommend this company and will definitely call them when I need to replace by hot water heater.

I wanted to get a couple of things fixed and Arash was quick to schedule a consultation. In the end, he was able to fix most of it on the same day of consultation. I had my garbage disposal replaced, shower head replaced, and he figured out the noise coming from my water heater. From previous consultations with other companies, I was told my water heater needed replacement, but Arash actually took the time to figure out the issue and repair it. I really appreciate that he tries to repair instead of forcing a replacement which would cost significantly more. It was a great experience and I am having him come back to replace my kitchen sink and faucet once the parts arrive.

The other day I had a backup in my pipe and i rented a snake. I wasn't able to clear the clog so I called Ridgid. Arash took my call and were not able to get someone out in an hour so they just walked me through what I needed to do so they could help me right away, and save me money. I followed the steps and problem solved, What a great company. I've worked with several of the people at Ridgid and they are all great.

This is a great company. I highly recommend this company. It was the end of the workday, and I needed a plumber badly. Couldn't wait. I explained my dilemma and they came right out. Their prices were fair. They had great customer service. They took the time to educate me about the pipes in my house. When deciding what work to do, they gave good advice. I learned they are a family-owned company. These are the types of companies we should give our business to. I will use them again the next time I need anything plumbing related.

Did a great job supplying and installing our water heater! When our pipes froze, they were quick to respond, came over in the snow, and gave a free estimate. While their pricing was above our budget at the time, Arash was kind enough to advise us how to remedy our situation ourselves. Thank you Arash!

Called about 10:30 am with a clogged kitchen sink ....Texted immediately asking if he (Arash) could call me back....then called about 10 minutes later....said he could have someone there in late afternoon....Shawn showed up about 2 hours later, put on booties, looked over situation and gave me an explanation and a price before he even started....after the go-ahead he carefully spread out a tarp to work from and proceeded to unclog drain with a power snake...went way down drain (maybe 25 feet) and cleared everything just like he said!!  Worth every penny!

Before they came, we wasted 700 dollars on another plumbing provider who didn't open our pipe after snaking and suggested a hydro ejector costing 2700 dollars! We then got referral from our friends and called Arash.

Arash and another crew( sorry I didn't catch his name) came and opened our main sewer line completely with just snake in 10 minute. They are professional and experienced and even help us clean up the mess in your shower room. They saved us two thousand dollars and a lot of troubles.

I would highly recommend this service provider for your plumbing issues.

We experienced a main sewer line blockage one night: water and sewage draining into basement bathtub and toilet. Huge problem. Rigid was able to come next day and sort it all out (previous plumber had left a broken-off snake in the line). While they were in there they got great camera footage of the pipe condition, which is helpful to know when owning an older place.

Arash, the owner of the company is fantastic and rectified a bad situation.  After my original review, he asked me to contact him.

I called Arash and he came out the evening of our conversation.  We showed him our concern and he quickly fixed the knob as well as correcting a small error from the previous installation.

Arash also offered to refund all my money.  I told him that was not necessary as I appreciated him making things right, that we could split the cost. He insisted, so not only did he come out immediately, fix my bathroom problem he also refunded me for the trouble.

I believe Arash is a good business man who knows his plumbing, he unfortunately just had a bad employee.

I am now considering having Arash replace my hot water heater. He has restored my faith in his business.

The garbage disposal in our kitchen sink had suddenly stopped working. We are new homeowners; when renting the management had always fixed problems so we have no idea about appliances. I called a few places; luckily these guys were able to come the same day to check it out.

Communication was prompt over phone and text. Reading other reviews I asked the cost upfront; Arash (owner, I think) texted me back saying there was no charge to evaluate. They came, they conquered, they left, so to speak. In 5 minutes. Basically, the drum had come loose; they just tightened it and also showed my wife how to fix it if that happened again in the future. And they didn't charge us a cent! Can't believe how honest these guys were and true to their word. They will definitely be the people I call next time.

Extremely skilled. Very dependable. Very pleasant to work with. We've had all sorts of work done with them,  big and small. Most recently installed a new faucet and unplugged a line. Highly recommend this skilled plumbing team.

This the 2nd time I had them out. They replaced the shut off valve to the dishwasher a few years ago. This time it was the toilet shut off valve to replace. Both times, very friendly, knowledgable, efficient and lucky me available same day.

Armin from Ridgid came out when we accidentally cut through our main water line while trenching (turns out 811 doesn't mark the connection from the meter to the house, the more you know!). He was able to get out pretty quickly, had the right parts, and put in a great fix. Armin was also incredibly patient and explained exactly what he was doing, the materials he was using, and why they were the best choice for this type of repair.

We were able to pay directly via Venmo at a small discount which was a nice surprise at the the end of a stressful day with the water shut off. Ridgid was great to work with and we'll definitely be calling them again.

Best plumbing experience yet and I've lived in my house 30 years ! Very polite,quick job ,no complaints for an excellent toilet replacement. The Toto toilet is fantastic. I have a tricky homemade floor which he navigated without any issues.

Lucky me, who had to get emergency service to fix plumbing issues twice in less than a year - both time, Arash took my call in the middle of his own busy work and managed to send someone to help me before anyone else.

The technician who help me months ago was wonderful, not only fixed the issue, but also gave me good tips to draining pipes clean. This time, Armin came to help and offer the service that is above and beyond my expectation - after fixing my clogged bathroom drain, he checked all plumbing work done during my remodel and investigated my potential water pressure issues, without extra charge.

If I ever have plumbing problem again (for goodness I wish I never would :) ), I am not going to make random calls anymore - Ridgid Plumbing is the one to call!

I used them for an inspection because there was a leak and we thought it might be the plumbing. They cut out a section of the drywall and said it wasn't the plumbing. Their rate was $285/h. Total for 2 hours and 15 minutes, they charged around 715.28 just for the inspection and cutting out the drywall. Definitely on the expensive side. I do have to say they responded fast and were very nice.

Edit: Updating this to 3 stars. We ended up finding the leak ourselves and had another plumbing company come out and do the inspection...for free.

They helped clear our bathroom drain quickly. The owner genuinely cares about his business and customers, was able to resolve issues when they occur. We are having a home improvement project soon and will consider calling them again. Thanks:)

These guys are the best. They'll always do their best to fit you in and give a fair price. Their work has been very reliable. They've had to come for different issues and do an excellent job with repairs. Considering hiring them for a bigger job because they are so great!

Called rigid plumbing with a non emergency on a Sunday night and was able to have them come first thing on Monday afternoon. Excellent customer service quality work took care of rerouting my sink piping all in one visit . Very satisfied with the quality of care rigid plumbing provides.

Team of trained plumbers, definitely knows their job and know what they are doing. Punctual time wise.

Ridgid Plumbing did a great job with a tricky water heater install when ours was leaking. Their bid was very reasonable and they were very flexible in their scheduling, making room for the job that same day. And then we discovered that nobody makes gas water heaters that fit in the space we have anymore. They adapted well, gave us other options, and were able to find and put in an electric water heater, still in a timely fashion. They did scuff some flooring a bit during the install, for which I'd take off half a star, but then I round back up for how communicative and helpful they were when things got complicated.

I never write yelp reviews but I am I feel the need to write one today. My family is moving into a house built into the 70s and we noticed a leak in the main line. My wife called an Arash was super responsive and rockstar technician Armin came out walked through options and worked HARD to throughout the day to fix the issue between the foundation and the mainline indoors. Armin gave me so much information throughout the day and educated me on all things plumbing. Armin is dedicated to his craft and I have full confidence in the work that was done. Really happy with the work even on a day with unexpected expenses.

This review is for services from a few months ago. I wanted to make sure the fix was holding before reviewing. One star for the toilets, which are working wonderfully. Arash's employee came to replace two toilets, and did not prep the area for dust, leaving our bathroom, master bedroom, and closet covered. We were not informed there would be tile dust everywhere. All our clothes and bedding were covered in dust, and my makeup brushes are no longer usable. He did not give a reason for not tarping the area, despite my asking. He kept saying so you didn't want me to fix your problem? Arash came and helped dust the immediate area, and offered to launder our things, but I'm not comfortable with strangers doing my bedroom laundry. He also offered to pay for some makeup brushes, but they were expensive. He ended up giving a very minor discount. The employee also looked at pipes in our basement we were concerned about and said they were fine. We had another plumber come finish other jobs, and they definitely put covers on the area and held a vacuum to the saw as they were cutting. No mess. And no, our pipes were not fine it turns out.

Arash came and helped us out in a time of tremendous need. Our backyard had flooded, and we were at a loss. Arash came to our rescue! He was the epitome of kindness, professionalism, and excellence. We feel so incredibly fortunate to have met him and received his help. It is not easy to find reliable and superior service these days - but Arash is that rare mix of phenomenal skill combined with true dedication to work and utmost kindness. Thank you Arash! We will never feel worried about our plumbing needs again.

Armin came out next day and nailed a repair on a complicated service line break. He was a smooth operator through a complicated day, with other contractors onsite and numerous neighbor interactions. The work, materials selection, and approach were all explained thoroughly. Armin's persistence to see the job through was greatly appreciated.

It's hard to find general contractors, plumbers and handyman that are reliable and trust worthy. Ridgid Plumbing is both of those things. They are as reliable as they come. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

I called them Saturday at 10AM and told them I had a leak in my kitchen sink/disposal. They said they would send someone over and estimates are free. I told them 11:30AM. They showed up at 11:25am. I love that. You are on time if you are early! My kind of company.  Then they looked at the problem and diagnosed it quickly resolved it. I wish I had called them sooner. My last plumber told me it would cost $1,000 to fix and I would need a new garbage disposal.  

Armin, my technician was the man. He was friendly. He showed me what and how he fixed it so that I can do it next time. Armin also put on booties before he came in my house which I highly appreciated  we are living in covid times of course.

From this point on, I will only give my business to Armin and his company Ridgid Plumbing. I only wish they also did electric work and general contractor work because I want to give them my business for everything!! They are that good and reliable. Arash and Armin were fantastic to work with! We got quotes from 4 different places and we choose them for these reasons:

Speed - Arash drove over 10 minutes after I called him and did a free inspection. They were able to complete the multiple jobs in 1 day!

Communication - Arash took time to explain exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. He also would always text me back within 5 minutes unless he was working another job. Incredible!

Quality - They replaced our water heater with a tankless one that is working 10x better. Fixed our slow draining bathtub. Also, lined up our dryer so it vented properly. Finally, fixed our high pitched powder room faucet. All in one day!

Price - they were able to throw in a couple discounts and also some work for free. Which made them the best deal.

Ridgid are pros that just do perfect work and worked non-stop relentlessly for 10 solid hours.   you can trust them.

i had to call Ridgid after another plumber screwed up at least two units in a condo with water literally running between floors.  

Ridged prices aren't the cheapest but it's way cheaper than paying twice- once for cheap, and once for Ridgid to clean up the mess.

Ridgid was one of the first plumbing companies to reply when I requested for quotes through Yelp. We were wanting to install exterior hosebibs on the side of our house.

They were able to come out for an estimate very quickly, and the price was the best out of multiple estimates I received. Their prices are super reasonable.

Arash & Armin were great and efficient in installing the two exterior hosebibs we requested. Arash answered all of my questions (which I had a ton) leading up to the installation. Armin was really kind, which I really appreciated! I'd hire them again in the future for any additional plumbing needs.

When you really truly need emergency service, call these guys!

I am an out-of-state landlord, so, when my tenant called me and said that they had no hot water and, when he went to check the pilot light on the water heater, there was water up to the heating element, my heart sank.

Not only did I not have a regular plumber or service provider, it was after hours on Saturday night. My first thought was to contact a friendly neighbor who had helped us previously and ask him if he had someone to recommend. I texted him but got no response.

Yelp is always my go to when I don't have a personal recommendation. As I usually do, I look at all the ratings and read the reviews carefully. I requested a couple of quotes and told my renter who I had contacted and that they would be contacting him for more information and for an appointment. Hopefully, it would just be a minor issue.

My neighbor called back and gave me the name of a plumber that he usually uses and I contacted him as well. I did not expect too much since it was a Saturday night and we got no responses. He also told me that, by the looks of the photo that we sent him of the water heater, it was obvious that it had rusted through and probably would need to be replaced. Since the water heater had been in place for over 10 years, we knew that was probably going to be the case.

The next morning (Sunday), we received three responses early in the morning. One of them was from Arash at Ridgid Plumbing and Drain Services. I had my tenant talk to two other companies that had responded but neither of them could come out right away, one being able to come out on Tuesday and the other not until Thursday.  Arash told him that he had someone who was out on a call and would contact him right afterwards.

Armin, the technician, was able to come out right away. He confirmed that the water heater had rusted through and would need to be replaced. In addition, he recommended an expansion tank to take some of the stress off of the main water heater and would help prolong the life of the new one. I don't know why, but there had been no earthquake straps so we told him to install those as well as install a new ball valve. He also had to do a little bit of extra work since the gas line was actually blocking the water heater from being removed.

Armin gave me a quote at that time and broke it down for me. It was more than what I had expected, after having priced out water heaters on the Internet, but I realized the extra work and the upgraded Rheem water heater would add to the cost and likely last us another 12 to 15 years. That, plus the fact that they could do the work the next day, convinced me that this would be the way to go. Armin was also very patient and informative and I thought he would do a good job. He didn't have the water heater on the truck with him but promised that he would come back the first thing the next morning with a helper so they would be able to get the job done very quickly.

As promised, Armin showed up at 9 AM along with Sina and they got the job done very quickly. By 11 AM, they were done and he sent me a photo of the installation. They had had to remove the gas line and replace the water heater and then put the gas line back in place.  

They cleaned up after themselves and did a very good job. I am thrilled that my tenant was only out of hot water for one day, which was excellent keeping in mind that this was over a weekend.

I also feel very good that any plumbing problems that might come up can be addressed by these very fine gentlemen. On yelp, they have all excellent reviews and I'm very happy to be able to add this to them.

Ridgid sent two people to use an auger from house pipe to sewer line last Friday.  Job took 2 hours. Access to the house pipe via the garage.  When opening pipe the force separated a pipe connection behind the wall which caused a leak.  Called the next morning (Saturday) to get someone back to investigate leak as pools of water were accumulating in garage when using any water in house.   Owner very responsive and came out and opened up wall to expose breakage in pipe.  Appeared there may have been a slow leak prior to Ridgid showing up for the job that didn't creating any flow of water to the garage floor.  Pipes had to be refitted and fastened.   Repair of leak was much bigger job than clearing out blockage. Worst part was either on the original appointment day or follow up day Ridgid used an power outlet for their tools.  They unplugged our freezer, didn't replug it and given we didn't go in that freezer for 4 days we lost a lot of food $$.   Not the most perfect job but I do believe the owner is very honest and reliable and does his best to own up to mistakes.

Wow! These guys are dependable, fast and briefly educated me about little things I can do to care for my faucets. Excellent service! Both men wore masks, shoe covers and didn't make a mess. So conscientious. I would highly recommend them.

Clogged, jammed, non functioning Garebage disposal on Christmas Eve.  YIKES!  
Did wait until Saturday, 12/26/2020 hoping for service sometime this week.  Arash arrived and completed the job in 3 hours.  Exceptional Service and safety.

Our kitchen sink backed up by what seemed like a grease related clog (backed up water was greasy). I cleared all the piping under the sink but still clogged, so I tried to use a 25' snake to clear the pipes behind the wall and under the floor, but never got to the clog.

So I reached out Ridgid Plumbing through Yelp and got a message back from Arash, and was able to schedule a consultation later that day. He took a look at the situation and gave me a fixed price quote of $389+tax, and told me exactly what he was going to do and why. I saw previously on Yelp that this kind of work could range from $400-$600 and so I felt his quote was very reasonable, and he gave a 6-month warranty on his work.

He wore booties the whole time, carried his equipment and laid down tarp in the work area so he would not dirty/damage the floor. He cleared the clog after about 20 minutes (ran the snake twice) and cleaned up the area (floor, wall, under the sink) after he was finished. From the time he came to the time he left was about 80 minutes.

I would definitely use him again (but I hope I never have to)!

These guys are good guys. I thought I had a problem with a toilet bowl (turns out that I just have a bad brand). They came by and showed me what was what for free. Can't fault them for that. Thanks for coming out guys.

The following is just my experience and may not be representative of this entire company's performance. Also I do look like those nerds who know nothing about plumbing.
Had a leaking kitchen sink, called Rigid Plumbing based on the good reviews here on yelp. They answered my call right away and scheduled an appointment next morning.
The two-men crew came on time within the appointment hour. Took a look at my sink and offered $300 to fixed it. I said no.
Went on Amazon and ordered a basket strainer assembly and plumber's putty for a total of $10. Order arrived next day with my free one days PRIMES delivery. Spent 30 minutes to replace the basket strainer and the leak was fixed. Turned out it was just that old putty dried up and crumbled thus started leaking.
So $300 vs. 10 bucks, with minimal amount of effort, you go figure.

Their team installed my new water heater and did couple of plumbing upgrades and checks at my home. They were also nice enough to come back for checking a small leak without charge. Great service!

We contacted Arash for what we believed to be a plumbing issue related to a pipe attached to our hot water heater located in our home's subarea. He came out on little notice and let us know that the observed leak was actually coming from within the water heater. He immediately provided recommendations for reliable combi-boilers and reliable vendors to provide installation--it was basically a scene out of Miracle on 34th Street, as he did all of this without assessing any fee whatsoever for his time or expertise. In the day and age when every plumber and HVAC provider seems to charge hundreds of dollars for a momentary assessment, we were so incredibly appreciative. It is clear he knows his stuff and takes pride in doing going work and recommending others who do good work in areas he does not service, and we will be using him for all of our future plumbing needs.

My mother's kitchen faucet water flow is so slow for quite some time, not sure if she needs another plumber this time, last few months I called Roto rooter for drain to the bath tub total cost $1000 (ridiculously charged). I decided to search surrounding Bellevue area and my best luck was to find Arash on Sunday (didn't expect it but I did), good conversation over the phone. He came a day earlier to help diagnose the water flow problem. He came promptly with text messages, diagnosed the problem for my mother and free of charge. His excellent service reminded me the great American workmanship I have experienced before. His care of his clients is way beyond the standards.

My shower faucet had a slow drip with a very tight cap from prior owner maintenance. I considered pursuing DIY efforts to resolve, but wasn't comfortable with risks of the backing pipes in the wall getting twisted or the assembly otherwise getting damaged and creating a much bigger problem. Arash came in on schedule to take care of this small job on a Saturday morning. With a few torching cycles, the cap gave way and the internals were replaced, and shared some observations about how the prior work had been handled. Set expectations with a worse case estimate of a couple hours - the work ended up clocking in at 45 mins, with parts cost being competitive with Home Depot prices.

Hourly rate is not cheap, but reasonable for peace of mind with an seasoned professional who specializes in service calls and obviously takes pride in his work.

Got 9 quotes for camera/hydro-jetting a storm drain on a private, jointly owned road. Quotes ranged from 550 to 1200. These guys were 589, flat rate until job was done. Rigid had fast availability and was able to come out the same day that I got approval for work to begin. The 550 place wasn't available until over a week later. 589 was close and very reasonable.
Arash did an amazing job, he was also very knowledgeable about the drain system and very courteous.

Drain was hydro-jetted and cleared in just a few minutes then he ran a camera through to show us the cleared pipe. Camera was good quality and Arash let me take a cellphone video to show the other homeowners. In and out in a half hour. Problem solved!

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday (accidentally cut a pipe that was leaking under our house). Arash and his crew were able to come on short notice and were done within two hours and did impeccable work.  They rerouted and installed a new hose bib for us and resolved the issue- and were so kind and professional. Good work but expensive for a simple job (unplugging toilet). 10 mins work cost $250.

On the snowy day, our house got the big water line trouble. There was a huge leak from the main water pipe right next to the water line valve. I contacted a couple of plumbers but they are the first responder. They quickly came to my house and gave me the reasonable estimate. Originally, I thought it would take at least a couple of days to start the work, but they started the work right away after the sign, then fixed magically 6 hours later. It looked very difficult job because they had to dig the deep 3 feet hole and even they had to get into the crawl space under my house. It was freezing outside, but they kept working very hard until fix the issue. I appreciate their hard work, and it will call them if something critical water issue happens (which I don't want to experience anymore of course though...)

Overall - much better than other top-rated plumbing companies from the Seattle area.

My kitchen sink was clogged. After trying some clog dissolver, the issue remained. I contacted Ridgid Plumbing and Drain Services, and they were quick to respond. It turned out that there was too much food residue left in the drain. The technicians were professional and were able to resolve the issue quickly. I'm happy with their service.

I have not needed a plumber in a long time so I was in a position of having to roll the dice to find someone who could fix a serious issue, *quickly*. When we need a plumber, it is usually an emergency.

Finding some urgent help can be extra challenging. My kitchen and laundry room were completely blocked after a mini flood caused by a major drain clog in the main pipe under the house. While I was able to deal with smaller issues in the past this one could not be solved easily by my usual tricks.

All that during the covid-19 lockdown with the whole family being stuck at home 24/7. And it had to happen on Saturday too (of course!). I called a few shops, but everyone was either closed for the weekend or booked for at least another week.

I was lucky to stumble upon Ridgid Plumbing on the internet and called Arash. He asked a few questions to do a quick assessment and promised to squeeze a visit between other jobs on the same day. He and his partner arrived a few hours later as planned, wearing gloves, masks, and shoe covers. After another quick check they shared the plan and an estimate. My kitchen drain got clogged so I called a few companies to get a quote. Some companies gave me a quote over the phone, but Ridgid sent a technician to my house within half an hour - how about that for a service? They gave me a quote and even beat the lowest quote that I've received. Needless to say, I went ahead with it.

The way my drain was built was extremely difficult to run the snake through the elbow; therefore, Armin, the technician, had to go to the roof to get the snake through. He even passed the snake a few times to ensure the drain was completely unclogged.

I was extremely happy with the service Armin provided. He was extremely friendly and courteous. Strongly recommend this company.

I had a main line clog that was caused by roots. It happened once before 3 or so years ago. As you would guess, a clogged main line can not be postponed!
It was a Saturday and usually that is a harder time to find any emergency services.
I called around and most were closed but the ones that were open wanted a $150 weekend surcharge.
I called Arash and he sent his guy Mike out within 15 minutes!
Fortunately for me, he is a local Bellevue business.
Mike was speedy and the machine was able to auger out the drain all the way to the street (100-120 ft).

These guys are great; very professional and friendly!  Our expansion tank started spraying water Sunday morning and they were out first thing Monday.  Before and after the installation they walked me through the entire process, explaining what they did, why, and how they did it; also ensuring I understood how to work the tank.  The entire work area was cleaned very well.  Definitely recommend!  These guys pay attention to the details!

I noticed that my water heater was broken in a cold morning just after Christmas. I wanted to fix this asap, but I was quite worried if anyone was available immediately. I tried a few from the Internet search, but no luck. Then, I called Ridgid at 9am. Arash responded the call, showed up at 10am as promised, started work right away, drove to get a new one, and the installation completed by 2pm. I cannot imagine anyone can do this project quicker than him! I think the price is quite good ($1600 for new 50 gal heater including labor), although I did not have a chance to get bids from others.

$550 for a fairly basic pipe fix done under an hour feels a bit too much. I say feels since the bill did not itemize labor, parts, etc. Did not offer any help to repair the hole they cut in the wall. Totally possible that simple repairs could be an overkill for them.

After I called, Armin came in 1hr and found the water heater problems very quickly. Estimation is free. He also helped us fixed some plumbing issues since we were trying to install 2 bidets. He was patient to explain every details and the experience was nice. Overall price is reasonable and I do highly recommend to everyone.

Great service, Arash was very knowledgeable. He did all the hard work of taking water out of our kitchen sink to the bathroom. Told us what not to do from this point forward, and also fixed the hardware problems the previous plumber made from the previous owners. I had a pipe burst in the late afternoon, on a Friday, during the holidays. NOT GOOD! Ridgid was able to come out right away, and kept me updated on what he was doing as far as I am getting supplies, I will be there in 15 minutes,  I probably got 3 updates before he even got to my door.  When he arrived he communicated to me clearly what he was going to do, how long it would take, and the cost right up front.  He worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up any mess before he left. Arash and his team did a fantastic job installing a Rinnai tankless water heater for us. He is really knowledgable about the plumbing, and also very responsible. I called a number of companies for this project and many came to do a site evaluation. Arash is the only person who analyzed for us how to optimize the installation position to maximize benefit. I really like his work ethics.
Many other companies only install the Navien brand, but we are very particular about installing a Rinnai one which is much more complicated to install, but seems more reliable in the long run imo. Arash made recommendation of model with certain BTY based on our gas pipe input to ensure we have enough hot water flow without putting too much pressure on the gas system.
I'm very satisfied with the outcome and definitely recommend Rigid plumbing to anyone looking to install a tankless water heater!

We kept noticing a little water coming out from underneath our toilet.  So I attempted to change the wax seal myself.  After changing it several times and still noticing water on the floor,  to keep harmony in the house, my wife suggested that I call the pros.
I called Rigid and Shaun was out in a flash.  He replaced the seal, inspected the flange and put the toilet back in.  (Turns out the water was actually caused by a leaking hot water line under the house that had been leaking for days, but I can't hold that against Rigid)
I liked their responsiveness so much l, I called them back out to repair the failed hot water line under the house.   One hour and $1100 later, the leaking/corroded pipe was fixed.
They are not inexpensive, but when you need your pipes fixed, saving a couple bucks for someone that might fit me in in a couple days was not an option.
I hope I don't need their repair services anytime soon,  but I will definitely call them if (when) I do.

I needed a plumber to tend to an awful ejector pump overflow situation in my basement rental apartment, and I needed one fast.  Arash responded very quickly to my call and came later that same day.  He and his partner Armin were professional, thorough, knew their stuff and were very conscious of being COVID safe.  They discovered that the plumber who had installed my ejector pump never installed an alarm which would have alerted me to the water level getting dangerously high when the pump stopped working due to the circuit tripping.  They found an alarm and installed in within a few hours, all the while explaining my options clearly and kindly.  I feel confident the terrible incident I had with the overflow of raw sewage will not happen again.  I highly recommend Ridgid Plumbing!

Alarm went off on my basement sump pump and I needed a plumber to check it out.  Called Ridgid and they were able to come same day.  Upon arrival, they evaluated the problem, explained the issue to me, and then were able to make the repair.  Super nice and professional.  I would definitely recommend!

Arash has done 2 projects for us this month.  The first was an emergency call out late night when our sewer pump was having problems. He went above and beyond to get us the help we needed working till after midnight on the project.  Having had such a great experience with him we brought him back during daylight to do multiple projects that had been needed around the house installing a toilet, pedestal sink, fixing 2 hose bibs, and flushing out our downspout drains.  Arash works incredibly cleanly and did all work for very fair prices.  We would hire him without a moments hesitation if more plumbing projects are needed.

A rotten pipe suddenly burst and caused massive flood completely filling the entire crawl space. The water kept flowing. I called other plumbers but they were all out since it was a fine Sunday morning. Arash was on vacation too but he was willing to offer help. He calmly guided me over the phone how to temporarily fix the problem and soon later he arrived.

The issue took a full week to fix, especially since the water had to be fully drained, the crawl space needed to be dehumidified. Backyard entry needed to be dug to uncover the buried pipe. All the while, the family had to take shelter in a nearby hotel.

Without him it would have been a very stressful experience, but Arash minimized the pain. He was very informative about what is occurring and why each work had to be done. Quite punctual on time and was very easy to work with. The pricing was reasonable too (though a portion was covered by the insurance).

A small local business, hence quick and flexible. Definitely trustworthy and highly recommended. I'll ask any plumbing issues with him going forward.

Same day service on an emergency job after hours. The price was a little high but I was super happy with the service. Very kind and professional and clean. I appreciated the fact that they took care to not scratch up my hardwood floors and clean up anything they brought with them or was spilled out of the drain.  would have had five stars if it was a little cheaper but that's about my only complaint.

This is the second time now that Armin came out to give me a free estimate. This time, I hired him on the spot (on a Sunday) to fix my almost-broken P-trap in the ceiling. It was a tricky repair, and it was interesting to watch him wield his magic. Super friendly, quick to schedule and show up - glad to have found a good plumber!

Before I found Ridgid Plumbing, I had two other plumbers came to help me fix water dripping from shower head. One could not remove the old cartridge but broke my pipe. He had to open the wall to fix the pipe but leave water dripping. The second one came and said the valve need to be replaced and need to open bigger hole to repipe. I gave Ridgid plumbing a chance and they told me that only cartridge needed to be replaced. Reza came and removed the old cartridge skillfully. And after the new cartridge installed, problem solved. I wish I found Ridgid at the beginning so my wall would not be opened unnecessarily.

I hired Arash to replace our 50 gallon, conventional gas water heater.  I got a few other quotes and his was very competitive.  His associate Armand came over the next day and completed the installation with no trouble at all and did a good job finishing in about 2 hours.  Arash came over at the end to help close out the job and they ended up replacing the flexible gas line without charging me anything extra.  I'd definitely recommend them based on their good quality work, timeliness and competitive pricing.

Help arrived a bit after 9. Armin was very friendly and very efficient. He had the expansion tank replaced in no time. I'm now back up and running. Arash, the business owner of Ridgid Plumbing came to our condo on a few hours notice to convert the incompatible shut off valve to one that will allow our new sitting dishwasher to be installed. Installer used by home depot can install it because they don't want to deal with liability of connecting a metal braided hose to a plastic shut of valve. They also can't fix it. The big problem we have is that we'll have an open house to sell the condo next day and no functional dishwasher. Arash was able to fix this issue and install the dishwasher which work well and nicely placed. He also fixed the drains of the new vanity sinks the the contractor didn't do a good job of making sure there was no leak. Arash was easy to talk with and don't give you a hard sales or doomsday talks that will make you get scared of the cost of plumbing repair you'll be dealing with. He showed honesty and integrity in his work. I kept his contact info because I know I will be needing his professional services in the future. Though he's the business owner you can still see the humility and hard working traits in him explaining why he's so successful and the quality of work he does.

I had a water leak in my kitchen on a long weekend and was desperately looking for someone to come on short notice.  After calling at least 10 companies and hearing know, Arash agreed to send someone quickly. We had a major plumbing issue on heavy snow day. Our toilet/sewer line was seriously backed up so I had to have my kids to stay at the in-law's house until the problem was fixed. I had an appointment with different company originally in the morning and the owner showed up and when my wife asked him about his methods he got angry and left. We still don't know why he left. We were in panic and called Ridgid plumbing and Arash and his colleague came right away and investigated our plumbing issues. They diagnosed the issue right away and suggested some options to us. The root cause of our problem was the roots penetrated into our sewer line and clogged the line. We had the 2 way clean-out outlet in the yard but we couldn't find it because it was underground and covered by the snow. Arash and his team used the camera and helped finding the spot where the clean-out outlet was buried. They even helped me with digging up the frozen land even though it was not their job and they were not paid. Arash and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and the most importantly customer centric. They took care of us very well and their rate was reasonable. I will highly recommend them to anyone and I will definitely call them again with any plumbing issues.

Aresh is a totally upstanding businessman and plumber. When we first experienced some problems with our plumbing backing up, I found Ridgid here on Yelp and gave them a call. Aresh came out to take a look, gave us some advice about what he could do, but also told my husband how he could do a few things himself to troubleshoot so we wouldn't have to pay a big bill for something we didn't need. There was no charge for his time or advice. A few days later, we called him again because we figured we had reached our limit and needed his help. He came back out, saw what we did, and could tell we'd probably need a septic guy and it was out of his expertise. Again with no charge. He didn't perform any actual plumbing labor for us, so I can't speak to that. But he was absolutely helpful in getting us headed in the right direction without giving us any run around. If we ever need work within his service scope, he'll be the first we will call.

What can I say. Arash answered my call right away, and sent his technician Reza out that afternoon. He showed up on time and stayed till the work was done. I've used a lot of contractors and repairmen of late, and unfortunately that's not always the case. As far as I can tell, the job was done well (2 leaking faucets and a shut-off valve replacement), though admittedly time will tell. I won't hesitate to use Ridgid again.

I had a kitchen sink that was badly clogged and gave Ridgid a call after trying a couple of other local companies.  The owner Arash answered, but we had some issues with the phone connection.  I could hear him, but he had trouble hearing me.  He stuck with me instead of giving up on my job though, and we were able to connect over text.  I was fortunate that he had a guy, Armin, ready to come out.  When Armin got here, he was very polite and efficient.  He gave me the quote, and once I agreed to the work terms, he started on the job.  He was careful with his equipment in the kitchen, cleaned up after himself, and was happy to explain and answer my questions about what he was doing.  I was initially worried that the clog was really bad, and it was, but Armin persisted and got it cleaned out as quickly as I think he could.  Through it all, he kept his mask on and had his boot covers.  I appreciated his work and would recommend them!

Ridgid just cleared our sewer line from the house out to the street.  He did an really conscientious job--sent a fiberoptic camera through the pipe several times to check progress and show me where the roots had come through a joint.  He also used a couple different-sized blades to do a thorough clean up.  The price was very fair--I had checked online and asked a few friends what to expect.   Couldn't be happier with this company.
