I can't say enough good things about Adam and Erica.  Adam came out to give us an estimate and then was able to schedule the work quickly.  They did a complete re-pipe of our cabin and the work was outstanding.   Thank you so much!

We just moved into a new home and 2 days later the toilet broke. After several people recommended Gary at Go Long Plumbing, I put in a message for help. I received a response within a half hour and scheduled service for that very next morning. Gary quickly fixed the problem and everything is back up and running. I was highly impressed with the service, especially the response time!

I couldn't be more pleased by the service I received from Washington Water Heaters, and in particular, Steve.  I have a Navien Combi-boiler which started dripping condensate in February.  I initially worked with the company that installed my system to access my warranty.  Navien recognized the problem as a known issue and authorized a new heat exchanger.  The installation was quite costly but afterwards the system did not fire properly resulting in two additional costly service calls.

Well, finally I decided to switch companies.  Steve took one look at the system and immediately diagnosed the problem.  In addition, he carried around Navien parts in his van and was able to fix the problem without having to return.  I wished I had initially worked with Washington Water Heaters.  I would have saved several hundred dollars.  They are now my go to company and recommend without reservations!

Excellent service! I put in a call at 3 p.m., and Navid showed up at 4:30 the same day. He worked quickly, was careful to be professional and clean, and even gave me tips on how to keep my garbage disposal and kitchen drain in tip top shape. Very highly recommended. Although I hope I don't need to call them again soon, it's good to know they'll be there when I need them.

I needed to have a pressure regulator valve installed in my home.  I called Mill Creek Plumbing for two reasons:

1) They are located very close to my house

2) how could you not go with a 5-star-rated company?

Steve (owner) answered my call promptly, and dispatched his team (John and David) that morning (even though it wasn't a high-priority repair, he got them out within the hour!)

I can tell you that John and David are worth their weight in gold.  They installed the PRV in an hour, and helped me with another issue that arose while they were here.

If I owned a plumbing company, I would hire these two gentlemen in a heartbeat.  I got a very fair deal, one that was $400 less than the first quote I received!

Main sewer line blocked. I called someone else and waited two days and no response. I called Brewers and he came to my house immediately. After looking at the problem, he left and got the proper tools and had it repaired in less than an hour. He came back the next day with his crew and dug up a defective pipe that I had and replaced it. I cannot say enough about this company, their crew, the owner. They all work very well together to take care of the customer. The customer is their only concerned. They are located in Burien, which makes them very convenient for me. I have relayed this to as many of my neighbors as possible and ask them to pass it on to their neighbors. Thanks again to Brewer's sewer.

Our bathtub started to leak.  Called Mad Pipers, they came out and immediately diagnosed the problem; bad valves.  I replaced the valves and the tub was fixed.  Just like that.  Very honest and forthright about what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost to fix it.

JC Plumbing is fantastic! I have used their services for my bar on several occasions. They are fast, reliable, and do excellent work at a fair price. Carlos can do it all, residential and commercial, new construction, or repairs. I highly recommend them.

Owen and his team were top notch! They redid the plumbing in our kitchen and bath, and also added a shutoff valve for the hose. They were on time and professional. Would definitely hire again.

Have used Collier several times both at our own house and at a rental we own and we (and our tenants) have always been completely satisfied with their services. Prompt, good communication, and always fixed the problem the first time and quickly. Never late, never had a no show.

Prompt, professional service.  The problem was diagnosed as being with the County sewer line, and we were given very helpful photos by Herdman  to assist with fixing the issue.

Rigo and his crew member came out and provided excellent service. They replaced the valve going to my toilet. They were prompt, professional and best of all provided a great value. He evaluated the issue and provided an honest assessment. He then performed the work. The price was very fair. In the future, In & Out Plumbing are the first ones I will call if I have another plumbing issue.

We chose to start a very complicated project for septic system abandonment and connecting to the city sewer with Kaizen. From the beginning, they were super responsive, they communicate well, and you can track where your technician is when they are on the way. Kajik was super knowledgeable and had insights and ideas on how to execute the project that really helped us. They executed the project on time as promised, and did a stellar job. Would highly recommend them.

Just as others said - very quick, efficient and affordable! Showed up quickly to accommodate the city's deadline, tested our backflow and even sent the report to the city! All I had to do was just pay them online.

Dean is very knowledgeable and most of all honest. His prices are reasonable and you can trust his work. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Called Tom late in the evening when I returned home to discover that one of my old galvanized drain pipes had failed.  He couldn't come out that night, but said he'd be out the next morning.  Chris showed up at 8am, described the work he was going to have to do, and did it in about 30-35 minutes.  Showed respect for my home, cleaned up after himself, and was out the door in 45 minutes.  No fuss, no upselling on a repipe due to the galvanized pipes, and overall just a very positive, professional experience.  I will use Affordable Plumbing again...just not soon, hopefully.

Quick response, timely arrival, professional but friendly demeanor and perfect fix to an ongoing issue - what more could you ask for!  I have home insurance and never know who they will send out to my house, there have been some frustrating experiences with plumbers trying to sell me something else or not fixing the issue and having to come back a few times.  
I was impressed that Premier plumbing came out within 24 hours of my call and was able to work with me on a time that worked in my schedule!  The determined my issue was slightly bigger than we thought, but they were still able to fix it without charging me through the nose!  Plumbing issues are no fun and quite embarrassing to be honest, but they didn't make me feel embarrassed at all as we laughed through the experience.  I will only be calling them for all my plumbing needs.

We called A-Advanced to help figure out a flushing backup issue we we're having with our septic system on Sunday and were able to schedule someone to come out today (monday) Matt and his partner was very well trained in finding the issues very quickly! Matt and his partner worked very well together getting the job done quickly and efficiently! Matt took the time to let my daughter watch and explained everything he was doing plus gave her some information about way our backup happened and what to do to help prevent it from happening again. Matt and his partner get all the gold stars  Thank you A-Advanced and your awesome employees! We'll definitely call again.

Don't know how their work is.    But their employee in their number 7 truck should stop and look before he races out of AMPM into traffic in front of someone.

Had beacon come out and try to repair my tankless water heater. It took 3 visits (including $800 of unneeded repair attempts on top of the actual repair) to finally fix the issue and only after I had done digging myself to track down the issue (missing temperature regulator). Not the greatest interaction, but the issue did get fixed and the heater worked great. What earns them 1 star is that after selling my house they lied to the new owner saying they had told me to replace the entire water heater at the cost of $5000+ in a blatant attempt to extract money. Absolutely insane. Do not trust them.
