Fantastic service for a very competitive price. We called All City Sewer Repair for a second opinion on some repair work on our sewer main. David came out right away, checked out the line himself with his camera before talking us through options, and offered invaluable information on conversations we needed to have with our sewer provider before deciding on any work. We had received bids from other contractors for the same issue and no one else had informed us about the requirements from our sewer provider.
Eventually, the sewer provider approved the work, and everything went great. David was very patient through the process (it took us a month to sort out things on our side, sorry about that!!), very straightforward about pros and cons of each option, and always super quick and responsive with communication. We will definitely call All City Sewer Repair again for any sewer needs, and we're recommending them to everyone. :)

After Hours Services responded within 10 minutes to a request for a quote for replacing a busted garbage disposal and sink hose. Within 20 minutes, Will had an appointment time for me the next day and an estimate for the service. He showed up on time with advance notice, got the job done, and was very friendly with reasonable prices. Everything you can hope for when working with a plumber! I wouldn't hesitate to hire After Hours Services again.

I had a plumbing issue three years ago or so and called a well advertised plumber who, upon inspecting our home, suggested we'd need to spend $10,000. A friend referred me to Jerry who came over and addressed everything for $412. Yes....$412. I have since had him update a couple of systems. He is responsive, professional, personable and affordable. I would not hesitate recommending him, and indeed, I do, often.

I called Jeff, with Stellar Plumbing, and after a short call we arranged for him to do work on Tuesday morning. He arrived at the job ready to work 5 minutes early and informed me of his game plan. After completing the job in less time than he estimated and cheaper than he quoted, we had a short conversation and he was on his way. I was happy with every interaction I had with him and he seems just like a genuinely nice fellow.. Will definitely work with him again if I need any help.

I've worked with Rob for years, back when he was with another sewer specialist, and just had him complete another job for a complete lining of my sewer in West Seattle. Not only did he come in about $7,000 under the competition, but he also makes sure he gets the job done right and within the timeframe and price quoted, even if it means he had to take a hit paying the subcontractor out of his own pocket. I called Monday morning at 8:30 and left a message.  Did not hear back.  Texted a message Tuesday repeating my needs.  Didn't hear anything until Tuesday night.  Jay asked for my address and immediately I replied.  Never heard anything so I said I really needed to hear from him or I was going with someone else. Wednesday he texted saying he couldn't do anything until Friday.  Why didn't he tell me that on Monday!!  Called Mike's Plumbing in Lynnwood and they were everything that I'd hoped Jay's company would have been.  Communication is a big part of any business and for this reason I could not give a better score.

We had a deep clog in our washer drain. West Seattle sewer and drain was recommended by friends and I had met him before by chance... Bells went off ... I Liked this man when I met him. [ Bill ]
I called , spoke with Diane and made an appointment. he was on time fixed the problem and I can catch up on laundry.
I agree with whoever said he's honest to a fault . I won't hesitate to call him if I need a plumber again.

OK, just like the other 5-star reviews, we had a GREAT experience with Ben and his firm.  We called them from Yelp reviews after our regular plumber was a week out and we needed someone NOW due to a leak.  They were able to respond quickly and handled a host of issues that came up unexpectedly with grace, persistence and a fantastic attitude. They would just not give up until the situation was totally handled exactly to our liking.  Even if I was a master plumber (handy yes, master not) I wouldn't hesitate to have these guys work on my house.  I feel great knowing I found someone even better than my regular guys.  Our tenants loved them and so do we. Highly recommended.

My toilet & sink backed up in my basement.  Called MV Plumbing who came out.  Justin worked for over 2 hours using a snake & camera to clear out the problem.  Discovered part of the septic pipe had collapsed due to tree roots and rocks. The next day Dave, Justin and Tucker came out and replaced the pipe from the house to the septic tank.  They cleaned up the yard and even fixed a leaking faucet and bathtub stopper.  They were courteous and did a great job plus their price was reasonable.  I will be using them for all my plumbing needs!

Angel  is amazing! He came out on a Sunday , found my problem and I hired him on the spot...didn't even get another bid. He was honest and explained everything very thoroughly and his crew was out the next day. They work so hard and  they did a fabulous job!! I  am recommending them to anyone who has a sewer issue!

Jon is top notch!  He's trustworthy, quick to respond, schedule time and efficiently replace all plumbing in my old, but newly remodeled home.  In addition to getting the work done, he provided great advice and suggestions.  He's very knowledgable and his consultative nature helped us get the best quality products and service, for which we otherwise had not known.  I was also highly impressed with his suggestion to replace the in-line, which was in dire need.  He did a trenchless water line replacement and a repipe, super quick and effective without any holes dug in my yard.  Jon is now my #1 go to guy for any and all future plumbing work.  Clearly, I highly recommend him to anyone for any job.

Have used these guys twice.  Both times the work was top notch and the prices were really reasonable.  I have a written estimate from South West Plumbing for $1166 + tax.  Erik D.'s team got it done for $165 out the door.  Prompt, friendly, professional, awesome.

Who would have ever thought having to call a plumber would be a pleasant experience?  After putting off our basement toilet replacement for way too long and too many vague quotes and stipulations, we found Sam and All Ways Rooter.  He was prepared, on time, professional, very quick to get us on his schedule, and does wonderful work, I cannot recommend Sam and All Ways Rooter more. I certainly don't want or wish for any more plumbing issues in the near future, but if that is the case, it will be a pleasure to work with Sam again. to take care of our problems.

I had a block in my drain and couldn't get it cleared but they said they will refund all but a service charge so that was very nice of them. Will use in the future

We liked the work so much that Vortex did on our kitchen drain pipe (see below) that we had them come back and re-pipe our entire house's hot and cold water pipes. Our home had the original galvanized pipes from 1967. This which meant that the pipes were flaking (potentially a health hazard) and had a lot of mineral deposits - making the water pressure pretty bad. Baldeep and his team came in quickly and had a clear plan that reduced the amount of demo'ing they needed to do. Everyone was very nice, professional, organized, and did a good job following covid-safety protocol. I can now highly recommend Vortex for both big and medium-sized jobs.

Vortex did a great job replacing our kitchen drain pipe too: We noticed water leaking in bubbles in our drywall ceiling, opened it up, and realized the entire drain pipe needed to be replaced...stat. We couldn't use our kitchen until we had someone out to do the work (doing dished in the bathroom sink is not fun, let me tell you). Not only did Vortex come out same day to do an estimate - they came back the next day and fixed it completely! They were professional, nice, and went above and beyond to get us back up and running. Highly recommend.

I have used South West 2 times, before, and found they were great. However, this time, it was very disappointing!

I called on Monday to have a plumber on my property on Wednesday. Initially, I had it for morning. I hang up, reconsidered, and called again to change it to the afternoon slot.
The dispatcher did not have it in their system, yet but told me that as soon as she got it,she would change it. This did not happen and,come Wednesday morning,I get a call to say they were getting a plumber. I had to correct them and say I had moved it to the afternoon.
The dispatcher corrected and gave me the 12pm-5pm window for the plumber to show.
I called twice in the afternoon but the dispatcher said all the plumbers were busy. I can't believe that all the Eastside plumbers were unavailable for an entire afternoon, doing one job.
The plumber came all the way from West Seattle and took another hour to get to Kirkland.
Utterly disappointed with the company.
