Easily one of the best experiences we've had with a contractor. We've managed dozens of rental properties outside of Washington over the last decade and own our own house in Washington (which they helped us with) -- over that time we've dealt with many contractors. Rob and his team has stood out above all of them.

Their professionalism, communication, and timeliness was of the best of anyone we've worked with. Our project had multiple unexpected things come up but they did a phenomenal job of communicating, planning, and executing.

We've worked with other sewer businesses in the Seattle area but we would never consider anyone but Pro Sewer Repair for this type of work again after our great experience with them.

We just sold our house and needed to get a hole in our old sewer line fixed.  The issue was 11 feet deep under our driveway.  Needless to say it would have been a massive cost.  If you've been wandering around online trying to figure out who to hire, consider your search done.  The trenchless work these guys do will save you SO MUCH MONEY and you will be hard pressed to find anyone that does it better.  Jason came to take care of our job.  Needless to say it was a tough one due to some of the corners and damage in our line.  It turned into a long day for Jason, but he never gave us any doubt that he could get the job done.  And he did!  He was persistent and meticulous with his work.  Perfect clean up, friendly, timely, and obviously a master of his craft.  Pro Sewer Repair and Jason for the win.

Love the interaction with these folks. I asked about lining my sewer line because of root incursions and they recommended that it's much more cost effective to just maintain with an occasional clean out, therefore saving me a lot of money!
They were happy to service my line if it was more serious than that.

As a contractor and real estate investor, I have dealt with countless sewer repairs over the past 20 years. I have hired multiple sewer repair companies and have also done many repairs myself and I'm confident in saying I have a good eye for identifying what is good quality work as opposed to pure crap or corner cutting. I first met Rob, the owner of Pro Sewer, when he was a crew with another company. That company provided the best quality work and I continued to work with them for years. When Rob started Pro Sewer, I switched over and continued to work with Rob. He and Pro Sewer are really good problem solvers and try to find cost effective and efficient ways to tackle each project. They have helped me out BIG TIME in some tricky, time sensitive situations. Also, his office manager Jaime, is extremely professional and a pleasure to work with!

We just moved into our home in Northeast Seattle and knew that we would need to repair a break in the sewer line.  The guys with Pro Sewer Repair did that work as well as a relining.  The did a great job with minimal disruption at a fair price.  I highly recommend.

I had a sewer backup of course on a Saturday which left me with no plumbing. I had roto rooter out which couldn't fix the issue after finding my line was broke. They of course could come out the next day to dig 7 feet and lay 5 feet of pipe for $17,365!!! No way, so the calls started and many messages left. By Monday morning there was still no returned calls and lucky for me bringing up sewer replacement again popped up a new company I hadn't seen the first time, Pro Sewer Repair. Frustrated, I called and Rob answered right away. After talking with him he recommended Action Jackson to come jet my lines to see if they could break through and get a clear picture. While on the phone he had already texted them and they were calling. They called came out, located the break and Rob had his team out the next morning to dig. Todd and Garrett were extremely professional, knowledgeable, hard workers and got the job done in a very timely manner and made sure they left my yard as it was when they arrived. Let me mention they were extremely less than what I was originally quoted for the job and everyone has been amazing to work with. I WILL be doing future business with them and referring all my friends, neighbors and real estate family to Pro Sewer Repair from now on. If you're looking for a professional job at a reasonable cost, these are your guys hands down.

Garrett, Jason and Adam were easily our favorite part of this process. The repaired a broken sewer on our property, and we're on time, professional and easy going. I called Pro Sewer Repair last Sunday evening when I realized my sump pump had been running for three days nonstop. The super nice man who answered said that it would be very expensive to get the pump replaced by any vendor on a Sunday night. But he offered to talk me through step by step on how to try to fix it myself if it was just stuck and not broken. He stayed on the phone explaining what to do until it was unjammed. It's been almost a week and it's still fixed! I'm so grateful that generous people like this still exist. They made no money from me for this episode -- not even a service call. I have two different sump pumps (ground water and sewer) and will definitely be calling them first if I have any repair issues in the future and for annual maintenance.

We used Pro Sewer to fix a hole in our pipe and line another portion. Rob, the contractor, is very responsive and will take the time to walk you through his view of the issues. He does not pressure you, which is a welcome relief when you are trying to figure out whether a $10,000 repair is needed. He also came in about $2,000 cheaper than anyone else.

In addition, his crew, Jason and Sterling, were pleasant and did careful work removing our deck boards without breaking them (no other company would commit to that). They also wore masks and covered their shoes--nice touches you don't always get without asking.

I messaged them for a quote to add a water valve for the house as we were unable to use the old style lever water shutoff outside the house. They were quick to reply in a sunday as well as be honest that there was a cheaper easy option of using  a free service from seattle public utilities to get the lever replaced for a knob . Thanks for the tip and providing options!

I didnt have any other service performed by them, but they earned my trust with this experience. Would definitely reach out to them if i had a plumbing job to consider them next time.

Jason and James from Pro Sewer Repair came out to for a repair at our neighbor's connection point. It was an absolute pleasure and we cannot say enough good things about them. I had a great experience with this company today and I already told Rob that I will pass his card to my family and friends so thought I share it here too. My house in Seattle is over 100 years old and I was told when I bought the house that there's a belly, basically a dip in the side sewer and at some point it could cause a clog. Since then, I have regularly scheduled for the line to be cleaned every couple of years as a preventive measure while I save up money for an eventual repair or replacement. As the price for everything has shot up, I figured I should get some bids now for the job before it goes up even higher.  I reached out to this company for an estimate, as I see they have great reviews on Yelp.  I was able to schedule an appointment within 3 days. Rob called before he was heading over.  After arriving, he got straight to work and put a camera down the pipe. I was bracing myself for some bad news about how bad the pipe is (I know, it's over 100 years old...) but to my happy surprise, Rob explained to me that even thought he sees the dip, the line overall looks pretty good and as long as we don't put any thick paper or other things that aren't supposed to go down the pipe, it's probably alright to wait on the replacement.   He also explained to me how he would approach a repair or replacement in the future, the different methods he uses include the traditional dig it up method and also trenchless ways and he talked about the pros and cons of each. I was blown away by his professionalism and honesty and how he was able to help me understand what's going on with the pipe.  He also does water line repairs so I'll definitely call him if I need the water line or sewer line repair in the future!

Pro Sewer Repair was recommended to us by the roto sewer company that came after our basement flooded.  Pro Sewer came out promptly - on a weekend - to give us an estimate for the long-term repair that was required.  We were able to schedule the work quickly and Pro Sewer got to work.  The job ended up taking more workers and manhours than expected, yet Pro Sewer stuck to their original estimate and didn't charge us a dime more.  They also confirmed the condition of the remaining piping was in good shape and suggested we not spend any additional money on the rest of the system!  After working with contractors for the past 30 years, I was very impressed by the prompt response, the quick scheduling and the cost control that fixed our sewer issues quickly and cost-effectively!

It's never a good day if you need a sewer replacement but after talking with Rob it got easier. He explained the process, showed me a video of the sewer line and gave me options. No hard sell! After talking with other companies I felt confident hiring Pro Sewer Repair to replace my line. The end results were surprising! It was like they were never there, the yard looked great. They also came in under the other bids I received.

I have a slow sewer drain, contacted Rob, his company does not do hydorjet, but he referred a good company to me, they came on the same day, and solve my problem quickly with reasonable price.

We live in a very old neighborhood with 100 year-old sewer lines from house to main. Ours was invaded by roots to a point that it was becoming a yearly problem, and finally our last emergency clog was deemed unsolvable by Rescue Rooter, who did the camera and first estimate. Second place a few days later.. another camera and estimate. (Meanwhile we can't use washer or shower due to slow drainage).  Rob at Pro Sewer was the first to make the extra effort to CLEAR the line-- and his estimate (new outside cleanout and liner) was the most reasonable. The work was done without a hitch exactly as offered and on schedule. I would definitely go with Pro Sewer Repair again without hesitation.

During the pandemic we had a major side sewer issue.  They came out, dug the big hole, fixed the break, jetted the line, filled the hole and everything is back working.  They were professional, courteous, neat, quick and did the job for the estimate (even though it turned out to be more complicated).  Their estimate was very fair and reasonable.

I hope to never need them again--but if I do, i am definitely calling Rob and his team!

We had a damaged sewer line from our house to the main line. I was impressed by Rob and the team. They were open, honest, and detailed throughout the process. There was some minor, avoidable, damaged they caused in the driveway and he immediately owned up to it and helped get it correct. Hopefully we don't have sewer troubles any time soon, but if we do I will definitely give him a call. Highly recommend.

Rob was great to work with. We had his team bring out water and sewer lines to a garage that we plan to turn into an ADU. He replied quickly to my request for proposal, his pricing was competitive, he was responsive to my request to prioritize the work, he finished the job on time, and he left the yard in tip top shape. Rob and his team were consummate professionals. My wife and I needed to have the original 1930s sewer lines replaced shortly after buying our home. Rob came out to the site on a Friday afternoon for a walk-through to explain the project, provided a quote with a quick turnaround, and started the work on-time. His team was friendly, and took the time to explain progress and next steps each day. When the project was finished, our yard looked just as good as it had before they started, with one minor grease issue on turf in the backyard. Rob personally came out twice the following week to make sure even that small detail was taken care of. Make SURE you get a quote from them before you start your next sewer project, they will not disappoint. We would 100% use Pro Sewer again.

I contacted Pro Sewer Repair on the recommendation of a friend after a rooter company gave my a quote for extensive repairs. Here's what happened. I had a back up in my sewer line.  I called a rooter service.  They came out, repaired my line and proceeded to tell me that I needed much more work done: a liner, replacing a section ....  Totaling $$,$$$. Rob came out and looked through my sewer line with his camera.  As he took me on a tour of my sewer line, he explained in detail the condition of my sewer line, the materials that were used in its construction, and what I might need to do in the future.  He told me that nothing more needed to be done right now.  It was such a relief to me. He also tightened and repositioned the initial repair as the original company left the fittings on the pipe in a loosened position.  I am very appreciative of Rob.  My advice - call him first. And he will do it right the first time!
