All City Sewer Repair

After receiving a very high quote for a new drain liner from a different company, I called All City for a second opinion. David promptly came out to do a very thorough analysis of the state of my pipe to the street, showing me the video and describing what needed to be done. His estimate game in at less than half that of the competition.

The work began on time and David was in constant communication with me as his crew did the digging, shoring up the very deep hole, and installing the liner. He made sure to understand how I wanted the work completed and even agreed to re-pour some concrete that had to be torn out. The work on the surface looks perfect and it was all completed on time with a minimum of disruption to our access to water in the house.

David was super informative and flexible based on my needs. I will happily call on All City again for future drain work.

My main sewer line gets clogged by tree roots on the exterior of our house, and All City has come out a few times to help us fix it.

When this happened to me on Saturday, I called at least 10 different plumbers on Yelp with varying degrees of responsiveness and availability.

David (the owner) picked up right away and was one of the few who didn't immediately try to sell me on a more expensive solution (hydro-jetting vs. snaking). He also agreed to come fix it ASAP instead of me waiting until Monday for a crew, and kept me updated prior to the plumber arriving.

Jimmy showed up just after 9pm on a Saturday to help me solve the issue. He was polite, gracious at the late hour, and got immediately to work. He was extremely knowledgeable about the plumbing issues as well as more longer-term solutions to prevent this from happening to me again. He sterilized everything as he went and cleaned up really well before leaving.

These guys have a great work ethic (hopefully they take some time off to see their family and friends!) are very responsive and the price is right.

David is very responsive. He was the least expensive and most thorough bid when our sewer collapsed in December. We hired him again when a separate part of our sewer collapsed in May. Hopefully that will be the last sewer expense for a while!

It's was a mess. Our older rental home was in need a lot of help. Dave-the owner - was the first to respond and Jimmy was on-site the same day, and the day after. All City made sure our tenant was able to use their kitchen sink.

Sewer issues are never pleasant, but Dave responded quickly and gave us best and worst case options. Easy to get a response via text or voice. He handled all the city permits. Definitely would recommend.

David and his intern(?) did a sewer cleanup for me.  Extremely professional , polite, and detailed. He showed me every step along the way.

He quickly dispatched Jimmy who came out, went through a great elimination process, communicated superbly with me, isolated the problem, made the repair, put everything back where it belonged & graciously made his exit. I love these guys! They do what they say they're going to do, when they say they'll do it and are incredibly gracious in the process!

Had a great experience with David and All City Sewer Repair doing some needed work on our old sewer line, including doing an inspection and adding an outdoor cleanout.

Competitive prices for top-notch service. I came out of the emergency sewer repair work thinking that every interaction with a service provider should be like mine with David and his crew. He provided everything I asked for, and communicated any changes or delays immediately.

I don't want to have to call a plumber again (who would!) but when I need to, David is first, second, and third on the list.

I highly recommend using David and his services. I initially reached out because my downspouts were going into a clogged pipe.

David was quick to respond and schedule to come out to look at the issue. At first he thought I needed to hydro jet the line. He came out to find that the pipe was a dead end and didn't go anywhere. After a couple visits with investigating and giving his honest thoughts on the situation. We added in two dry wells to my downspouts guiding the rain water away from the house. Him and his team were efficient and cleaned up within a couple days.

As a first time homeowner I was unsure of what to do in my situation. I couldn't thank David enough for his services and giving me the best advice.

Wow! So fast. Quickly come in same day on a holiday weekend to snake the main drain line.   I appreciate All City Sewer Repair for getting every taking care of very quickly and efficiently. While also not robbing me on the price consider it was a holiday weekend, Sunday.  They Said they would try to make it there today and they pulled through working unit 9:45pm to get us taken care of.

I discovered I had an outside sewer line that had a crack in it and the old city sewer team came out and fix it the very next morning. They were extremely friendly and helpful and explained what they are doing the entire time. I highly recommend all city sewer repair!

Stop reading and just hire David. We needed someone to deal with root intrusion into our sewer line. I reached out to more than 6 companies. David has the best price by far. Aside from pricing, David has excellent communication. He let me know well in advance about anything that might affect his arrival time. He also performed high quality work, installing a new two way sewer clean out. I will absolutely hire David again for any future work required.

David is a rockstar. For ANY plumbing/line/sewer repair, he'll be my first and only call from here on out. I can't recommend him and his helpful friendly team enough.
After our basement flooded, our landlord had 6 people come out and give estimates. David was by far the most prepared, knowledgeable, and able to give different solutions at different price points. After his initial visit, I called the landlord right away and told her he was the one. He came, evaluated, and fixed our issue same day. 10/10

We had a sewer clog and had to get another company out (the one Marshawn reps) on a weekend to clear the line.  $2200 to jet a line which should only be a $500 exercise at the most.  Better to be freakin than call that company.

We ended up getting bids and most were within a few hundred of each other.  We ended up choosing All City Sewer Repair because David, the owner, spent the time to TV the line for a full diagnosis.  In reading other reviews, it seemed a logical choice.

David and his crew showed up and immediately started into hand digging an 8' x 6' x 10' hole under a deck to get to our concrete sewer line that had collapsed.  His crew replaced the broken line and then lined the remainder of our sewer all during the winter snow and temps in the 20's.  Part of the lining was very difficult due to a house expansion that the past owners placed over a portion of the sewer.  The lining crew struggled with it but got it done.  No other companies were willing to even try and wanted to get under the house and dig.  There ended up being extra work but David absorbed it into his costs.  At all times he over-communicated and never left us without water or sewer at the end of each night.  He left the area better than when he showed up.  We cannot recommend All City Sewer Repair enough especially if you're not in a position to get multiple estimates.

I would highly recommend All City Sewer Repair! They were quick to respond and did an excellent job fixing our emergency blockage. When I called Dave, we had raw sewage seeping onto our lawn and into our bathtub. 

Dave responded quickly and stayed late into the night to clear the blockage. He explained everything to us and offered us options. We ended up chosing the cheaper of the two options per his recommendation. Win-win

After the emergency situation had been solved, they worked tirelessly to fix the underlying issues so it wouldn't happen again.

When they finished, they reseeded the soil and left our yard looking better than it did before they began!

David was great! Pre-inspection found a few things that we wanted taken care of before preparing to list our house. Of the bids I received, he was the most communicative and detailed. He pulled the city sewer map, did a full scope and calculated the cost a few ways for me (my initial scopes didn't get all the way to the city line since my pipe was bendy)  I wanted to make sure that I understood worst case scenario, so that they could continue working if there was more that had to be fixed after repairing.

David was quick to follow up with his bid and when I let him know we wanted to move forward. He quickly filed permits and managed all of the necessary details. He showed up on time, as scheduled and went above and beyond to get work completed quickly and efficiently. After work was completed, he did a full scope and and made it all the way to the main. Thankfully, aside from the repairs that were needed, the rest of the line looked beautiful.

He arrived the following day for the inspector early and knew that I would be on a work call. He texted me pictures of the completed works and that everything had passed and then called to check in later in the morning. He actually backfilled more than was outlined in the contract.

As a bonus, He was also sweet to my aging pup and little people.

David and team replaced a section of my sewer line and added a liner. I talked to 3 other companies and chose David due to his diagnostic review of my issue, competitive bid, and professionalism during the estimate bid process.

David was communicative and friendly through the entire repair process. He showed up when he said he would and worked efficiently. He was always conscious of the quality of his work and how he left the area each day. He walked me through what he did and was clear about what he was doing and why.

Fantastic service for a very competitive price. We called All City Sewer Repair for a second opinion on some repair work on our sewer main. David came out right away, checked out the line himself with his camera before talking us through options, and offered invaluable information on conversations we needed to have with our sewer provider before deciding on any work. We had received bids from other contractors for the same issue and no one else had informed us about the requirements from our sewer provider.
Eventually, the sewer provider approved the work, and everything went great. David was very patient through the process (it took us a month to sort out things on our side, sorry about that!!), very straightforward about pros and cons of each option, and always super quick and responsive with communication. We will definitely call All City Sewer Repair again for any sewer needs, and we're recommending them to everyone. :)

I reached out for a quote to fix the kitchen sink disposal and clear the drain in the bathtub. David responded within 10 minutes and made it out to Kirkland in less than an hour. He was communicative, on time, and professional.

He quickly fixed the kitchen sink disposal and refused to charge us because it was a simple fix. For the bathtub, he gave us a quote, and we had to get approval from the owner. This took a couple hours so David left without taking a penny. After an hour the owner approved the job and David came back to fix the bathtub drain. He was on time, charged us precisely what was quoted and sent us the invoice immediately.

I'd definitely use him again, and would highly recommend them!

All City Sewer did a great job with our project (new pipe in the backyard + lining pipe to the main sewer line). David was very thorough in his quote and made sure that we were aware of all aspects of the project and offered a competitive price. We had schedule setbacks due to poor weather but he managed it well with a temporary solution that helped during an interim period. His team was friendly and respectful.

I call David and he came to our home on short notice to help.  We had just rented our Duplex to a woman and the sewer backed up all over her house in the first few days!!!  It was awful.   Rotor rooter came and charged us $900 and did nothing.   David came and solved the problem in an hour.  He was an angel.  He charged a very decent price and gave me a senior discount!   I would DEFINITELY recommend David!!

David was responsible and responsive. He came out, gave us an estimate and could start the work the same day. Price was reasonable and they did a good job showing us the progress and keeping us informed. They had all the contacts for permits and inspections and the whole project got done in less than a week with no major disruptions to our lives. We had a broken pipe which they dug out,  fixed, cleared the tree roots, put in a liner, and filled and concreted and cleaned it all up. I felt the pricing was reasonable for the scope of the project. They were reliable and got it done quickly (ours was not an emergency project but still got done quickly).

If you have sewer issues, David is the guy to call. He was able to get his camera deep into our sewer connection (which another plumber was not able to) and diagnose the problem. Work started the next day (digging a trench to replace part of our connection to the city main) and was completed efficiently and safely (barriers and trench protection). Pricing was reasonable and no changes. Not much more you can ask for.

David came out the same day I asked for a quote. He quickly assessed the problem and saved me money but showing me how to easily fix the problem myself. He also helped referred me to another plumber to help me with some other minor issues.

OUTSTANDING!!!  The service was prompt and Jimmy knew what he was doing and did a great job and with a great attitude.  He really did go the extra mile.  Top this off with All City Sewer Repair being very affordable.  I know this sounds like some cheesy ad, but it is genuine.  They are now my forever go-to plumbers.  Seriously.

David was so incredibly helpful and generous. My washing machine started pouring water onto the floor last Saturday (all over my new floors.) As a new first time home owner, I was pretty panicked. I could not find an emergency plumber anywhere. David's team was clearly already booked up too- and yet he still offered to change his schedule (to work later than planned) to come help me out. David and team were amazing to work with. I must have reached out to a few plumbers before All City Sewer Repair and none were are pleasant and helpful as David. He showed up at the time he said he would, performed the camera diagnostic test, invited me to join him in viewing the footage and provided me with the options for fixing my problem. He provided an estimate which was reasonable and fair. He did this on a Sunday after he attended church and did not have charge me any of the outrageous surcharge fees large companies charge you.  He started working on my repair (which included digging out the piple) that same day and finished the project the next day. This is a minority-owned, small business with superb customer service and technical skills.

We had to replace our entire sewer line due to multiple root intrusions coming through our old, outdated concrete piping. We got a quote from another company but went with All City because David quoted us about half of what the other company did. David is awesome!! David and his team were great to work with. We had a persistent problem that we thought it would cost thousands to fix. David was creative and knowledgeable enough to give us a better option that's is not only a better solution for the long run but was also much more affordable than what the other companies were suggesting. David not only replaced the broken pipe, he installed an all important washout system near the street. It turns out that the washout pipe has been mandatory in all new homes since 1971 and it's one of the most important elements to your sewer because it can help to prevent your house from flooding.

I have an issue with a leaking water pipe. Called other plumbing companies that can repair but got a response that they can send a technician after two days to check out the problem and give a quote for the service. Also these plumbing companies charge for a service fee that can not be waived to the actual service, Crazy right?! I had to act fast and the leaking water pipe is flooding my garage. Glad to hear from David that they can do the job the same day. Adam, his crew arrived on time. Saw the problem and gave a reasonable quote. I am relieved on how the service went. Old house means old sewer. Dave came to the rescue. I went through all the work so you don't have too for your next sewer company. I talked to 8 companies and Dave was the only one who promptly returned calls, answered questions and treated me like a customer - not a number. That's really hard to find in Seattle right now . Dave came to my property twice to walk through the work and took alot of time explaining the scope of work. The project went off without a hitch, on time and on budget. Dave took care of everything, explained the permitting and inspection process and updated me daily with progress. I highly recommend.
