Established in 1997.
Dave completed his union commercial apprenticeship through local 32 and graduated in 1994. . After working for a few years with the big companies, he decided to start his own company! We specialize in residential work and want to help you! Our team is awesome and can help with all of your plumbing needs! This includes sinks, drains, hose bibs, water heaters, Tankless water heaters, new water lines, fancy shower systems and just about anything you can dream up. Our team is professional, prompt and quite an amazing group of fellas! We believe no job is to small and our goal is always customer satisfaction. He is a licensed commercial plumber.
He has been plumbing since 1989.
He started the plumbing apprenticeship with Local 32 Seattle Area Plumbers and Pipefitters Union. Dave was raised in Maple Valley and still calls this area home today! Dave truly cares about his customers and always strives to provide top notch professional plumbing assistance to our customers!

Sunday afternoon my husband and I were replacing an old kitchen faucet. We were almost finished, connecting the supply lines to the water valves when the cold water PVC pipe broke off. We could not turn on the water for the entire house!
I called my go-to plumbing company and left a message saying it was an emergency. No response then or since. I then called the company with the most positive Yelp reviews. They did respond quickly but the next emergency technician availability was in THREE DAYS!
Since we live in Maple Valley I called Maple Valley Plumbing. Someone actually answered on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Dave asked me to text a picture of the problem and if we could wait until Monday morning, which we could. The next morning they called to say they were on their way and arrived around 7am. What a relief. They were fast and professional for a reasonable price. My new favorite plumber!
A genuine thank you for helping and making it out to our house in the ice storm and being able to fix our water heater that was spewing water everywhere, due to a burst shark bite. Then telling us, young naive folk, how to unfreeze our kitchen pipes and everything to do if it infact burst due to freezing. I can't thank you enough for your company being awake at 5am and then coming out bright and early to get it fixed so we then had hot water.
Quick service, highly competitive bid, above and beyond. Highly recommended! Came out same day, started on leaky meter connection. Too late in the day for necessary gluing. Stabilized the situation and came back next business day and reinforced connections with brass and PEX vs PVC. These guys are the best!
I used this company this summer and was very pleased with there work. When my water heater started to leak I called them right away! They came out and replaced it same day with a great energy efficient, larger heater then I had previously. I have recommended to friends in the area and they have been happy with their work as well!
One of their vans passed me on a double yellow line with on coming traffic. Extremely reckless and dangerous. I would never hire someone who employs such immature employees.
There is a $350 minimum charge that they didn't disclose. They did removed a small piece that they weren't quite sure what it was and put the wires back together. The two stars is solely because we have now have hot water. But I have never felt so scammed in quite some time.

I hired maple valley plumbing and after invoicing simply had some questions. As a property manager I have to make sure my clients are taken care of and I needed clarification. I was told never to call him again and he proceeded to hang up on my and block me. I truly have no idea why and what I did to offend him so badly.

Dave and his team were awesome. I was looking to replace an old stove top range and they provided exactly what I was looking for. I called Dave and his team were at my house 5 minutes earlier than scheduled ready to work the next morning. His guys were quick and easy, coming in under his estimate, which was well below other estimates I received. I will definitely be contacting Maple Valley Plumbing again when needed.

We thought we had a leaky drainage pipe in our garage ceiling, and needed a quick and reliable fix. Dave at Maple Valley Plumbing was very responsive and reassuring. The tech, Andy, was also fantastic, diagnosed the problem as originating under the sink rather than the lower pipe, and fixed the issue. Thank you!
unprofessional BS artist. No quote, no results, and got pissy when I questioned his progress. paid $1000 for a hole in my yard. He said he'd do a waterline replacement and apply the grand toward that. I asked him to put it in writing and then talk. Never heard from him again. Fast talkier.
His guy Andy, who did the work, is a nice guy.

Amazing business, with incredible customer service. I was in a panic because my gas line behind my stove had an old valve that needed to be replaced before my new stove could be installed. They were at my house within THE HOUR!!! two other companies quoted me much more money, and couldn't fit me in for earliest 6 weeks. Professional work, reasonable price, and came immediately. Maple Valley Plumbing is going in my file forever.

It's Labor Day and we were doing a home repair. Of course something goes wrong and we break a pipe. Dave came right over and capped it off so we could at least have water in the rest of the house! He is a lifesaver. So thankful for honest , helpful small businesses like this! Thank you
We had a gas leak in our house and despite being extremely busy, Dave came out and fix our leak that morning!

Less than a year into our home it's been a slew of issues. This weekend our water heater failed on a Friday night with a new born in the house. Dave and crew came out and fixed our problems expeditiously! Never excited for emergency repair but super thankful to be back up within 24 hours. Highly recommend them.
Great best response I am able to correct the problem quickly. They were not cheap and the quote for additional services was very high. I certainly recommend them in an emergency
Dave came out quickly and provided a quote, but when I tried to schedule it, we texted a bit and then I never heard from him again. I hired Cahill Plumbing instead and they did a great job.
Our morning started off horribly with an embarrassing toilet fiasco. My husband called at 7am and MVPP was at our house by 10am. Tucker the tech was very nice and made light of the embarrassing mess. Everything took 15min and he was so professional. I was able to clean everything up before my son got home and no one was the wiser. Thank you MVPP I would recommend your service to anyone.
I had a shower that had been leaking for quite awhile. I was finally tired of it and called Maple Valley Plumbing. They were at my house in 30 minutes. The project was bigger then I had expected, but the tech did a great job and kept me posted throughout the process. I will call MV Plumbing the next time I need assistance.
Early yesterday morning I received a call from my elderly Dad, very stressed that his hot water heater was pouring water out of the top. I was very thankful to Dave and his team for saving the day! I made a call to Dave, the owner of Maple Valley Plumbing. He was very helpful and quick to have his team of guys out to my Dad's house within a couple of hours. They were clean, courteous, quick and friendly. Dave's price was very fair and you could tell from talking to Dave and his guys how important customer service is to them. I highly recommend Maple Valley Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Unresponsive and unreliable. The owner Dave returned my call, we discussed the project, and he asked me to text him with my contact info as a reminder, so he could come over and do the project the next day. I texted him every day to remind him and ask if he was coming that day, and he told me each day to check back tomorrow. Finally a week later he's now stopped returning my texts. Terrible way to run a business.

Started to leave my house at 5:30 AM today and discovered my water heater leaking all over my garage. After doing some research, called MV Plumbing and left a message, thinking I'd get a call back at 8 AM or so. Within minutes, Dave called and said sorry it took so long to get back to you, I was in the shower. Long story short, he had two guys out by 8 AM, with a replacement water heater. The old one was removed, new one installed and hot water was on the way by 9:07 AM. Holy cow, talk about turning a negative into a positive. And to top it off the cost of this was very reasonable and the guys were great. I can't say enough positive about my experience with MV Plumbing and Pipeworks. I wish all service experiences were like this.
Our water heater went out on Sunday. I called And Dave, owner of Maple Valley Plumbing and Pipeworks, immediately answered. Within an hour he was there, shortly thereafter his crew arrived. They were very courteous and reasonably priced, and just a few hours later we had hot water again! I couldn't recommend them highly enough, and I know they will be the first company I call whenever we have plumbing needs!
I had water leaking from my upstairs bathroom into my living room (I am in Sammamish), a friend recommended Dave and his team from Maple Valley Plumbing. I texted Dave and he got back to me straight away, and maintained contact throughout the process. One of Dave's team members, Justin, came out the next day ahead of schedule (Dave contacted me beforehand to check if that worked for me). Justin was great, diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly, an explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Maple Valley Plumbing.
dave a great owner operator, answered the call and came out as so as he could, got my broken water line fixed in no time, was fair with the price and did an excellent job. Way better to call them and not those crazy TV advertising plumbers that way over charge.

Had my water heater start leaking on me last night, got ahold of Dave this morning and told him what was going on. Sent him a pic and he was out in about 3 hours. Friendly, quick, I was back and running in no time, would recommend.

My toilet & sink backed up in my basement. Called MV Plumbing who came out. Justin worked for over 2 hours using a snake & camera to clear out the problem. Discovered part of the septic pipe had collapsed due to tree roots and rocks. The next day Dave, Justin and Tucker came out and replaced the pipe from the house to the septic tank. They cleaned up the yard and even fixed a leaking faucet and bathtub stopper. They were courteous and did a great job plus their price was reasonable. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs!
I hired Dave Sipila, owner of Maple Valley Plumbing to replace a 9 year old water heater in a condo I recently purchased. He arrived at the scheduled time and provided excellent customer service along with doing a very professional installation of the water heater. He also looked at my Dishwasher which I recently had an issue with. I would definitely recommend Dave and Maple Valley Plumbing.

Had a gas leak in the pipe to my fireplace. Dave (the owner) was very helpful, communicative.... his crew showed up right when they said they would. Class act. Reasonable prices too.
