Great customer service!  I had a different plumber come and fix our toilet when it kept running, and he apparently did it wrong because he didn't know what he was doing.  These guys called me back on the weekend and were able to fix it quickly and without charging me for expensive unnecessary parts.  It's so hard to find a good plumber these days who won't just rip you off, and these guys are great!  Thank you!

My experience with Water Heater Masters was exceptional.  Not only for the superior service, fair price and really nice and competent technician, but for its superior customer service philosophy.  

Of course, our water heater broke and flooded on a Friday night. On Saturday morning, after calling a few other places, including Sears and Lowes and getting vague, confusing conditional pricing with many variables (valves, flues, etc., etc., knowing the homeowner is under pressure to get their hot water back! subject to inspection prices and uncertain arrival times (or on Monday) I called Water Heater Masters mainly inspired by reviews here.

I was given one, all-inclusive price.  It was well within the range of the base price quoted by others without conditional up-charges.  What a relief, a no b.s. pricing philosophy.  Better, the technician called within 30 minutes and was at my home 30 minutes later.  He immediately started removing our water heater and replaced valves while their runner went to their warehouse to bring over the correct new water heater.  Not only was the technician apparently highly trained, he was also extremely pleasant.  The new water heater arrived an hour later and the new was fully installed in less than an hour.  The whole transaction took less than 4 hours.

After the job was done, I realized I had not clarified that since the old water heater has a ten year warranty, I wanted the same long warranty model.  It looked like our new one came only with a standard 5 or 7 year warranty.  I emailed the owner at Water Heater Masters and expressed my concern.  Not only did I get a prompt response, the superior customer service philosophy was again demonstrated by having a technician drop off the extended warranty documents the following day.

I can't say enough about Robert and Friendly Plumbing. He did seem to forget our first appointment too (see previous post) but came 20 mins after I called, and was very honest about our broken toilets (get new ones, it's about the same price as fixing them!). He came the following day to check on a leak, and then the day after that to install them. He was reasonable & friendly. Will definitely use them again!

Rich is great. He is super responsive. We had 2 plumbing jobs with him and we are very satisfied with his service.

Called for an estimate.  Put on hold several times, all the while made to feel like I was interrupting the receptionists morning.  Then she comes back to say oh sorry, we are not talking any new clients.  Ugh, dismissive.

Had a backed up kitchen sink ongoing problem. Kept trying the chemicals to try to dissolve the clog. Even snaked as much as I could from the flush out. Got a bunch out, but still no dice.
Mike came out promptly at the appointment time, muscled the clog out (it was really far back and tough) for cheaper than other called companies, and gave me a discount as a first-timer. He was friendly, chatted it up and answered my questions, and even gave me a friend's card for an electrician quote.
Good guy, good company so far. Gonna check them out again for a more serious job.

Our radiant floor heating stopped working suddenly, just as winter was setting in. Our place became very cold in the evenings through the early mornings, and we have little ones at home. We called up Niall to see if we could get some help with getting our radiant flooring turned back on.

When we spoke to Niall on the phone, and explained our situation - he was extremely kind & empathetic. He immediately said he'd see if he could come out that morning to get the water heater fixed and re-enable the radiant floors.

Sure enough, within just three hours of the call, Niall showed up at our place and needed just twenty minutes to figure out what was happening with the water heater. Not only did he get it turned back on, he explained to me what had happened (there was no water PSI in the tankless heater) and what I could do to re-enable the radiant heating myself should the PSI drop again.

Niall is extremely competent, very kind, reasonable on his prices, and is just generally the type of merchant that you want to buy services from. I can't recommend him & ROS Plumbing enough.

My water heater had
Broken down and stopped working so i was left without hot running water!I called around a few places but Garry gave me the best estimate which seemed very fair compared to other prices.
It turned out my water heater needed to be replaced
after he looked at it he went off and got a new one and plumbed it in for me with ease.
I was a happy man with a new water heater and hot running water within 24hrs.

I had Neil out to take care of installing a shower pan last week.  I wasn't around, so my tile guy supervised the work.  He said Neil did a great job, was quick, efficient and did a great job.  Neil ended up doing a few other repairs for issues he found while he was down there.  Now the toilet doesn't wobble, the new shower pan is solid, and everything flows properly.  He had to get a new drain for the new pan, and everything looks great.  The old one didn't fit right and I'm glad he didn't try to pass it off as good enough, because I don't want good enough.  I want it done right.  
Would highly recommend his service to friends and family.  Neil was very communicative and easy to work with, especially since I wasn't able to be around for the project.  He gets the concept of customer service and not just trying to nickel and dime you for little things.  Good to see things getting handled correctly, you don't see that much in the trades these days.

I will use C&L Plumbing every year when I need my sprinkler system to be inspected. Allen called me a minute right after I asked for a yelp quote. His pricing is GREAT! I needed service asap because  my due date was in a week. He was able to schedule me the next day. Allen was nice, arrived on time and accommodating.

Our toilet issue cleared up before Daniel arrived, but he still came and inspected everything and gave me instructions on how to monitor and how we could potentially fix the issue in the future. He was kind, easy to understand and in and out quickly.

In our 2 bedroom the ceiling fans needed to be changed to to different frequencies.  My friend called one electrician who was 2 hours late to the appointment and he spent 20 min dissembling the fan before he pointed out that we need to change the circuit breakers and need to replace ceiling boxes as the weight of the fan was too heavy for the boxes.  His suggestion was to make a bigger fuse box panel as there were too many high end appliances attached to the itty bitty fuse box.  He expected a whole day to get someone to bigger hole in the cement wall and get his guys to help with rewiring the fans.  His total was about 5K but he was going to give a $400 discount like he was doing us a favor.  The only two things he did was remove the ceiling fan and turn the switch to the remote. We wanted to get a second opinion and came across these guys Thank Goodness for this team who was extremely friendly and professional and throughout the whole process knew what was going on.  The moment they came in they examined the fuse box and the complicated wiring of the ceiling fan.

Before moving into my condo a few months back, I never had to worry about any repairs.  I had a fabulous building manager at my last apartment, and she would fix things within hours of making a phone call.  

When I discovered that my garbage disposer wasn't working, I went to Home Depot and proudly installed one myself.

In addition, the sinks in both bathrooms weren't draining so well, and one of the toilets sounded weird.

It was time to call a plumber.

Michael fixed all my problems AND showed me how to take care of a  few things myself.  He explained everything he was doing step by step. Even though most of the things he showed me were probably common sense to most people, he was so kind and not a bit condescending.  His rates are more than reasonable, and he's a super friendly guy.

I needed cleaning for a residential unit and Artistic Methods did an amazing job. They thoroughly cleaned my bathtub, which was in need of a deep clean. They were very efficient and detailed, and even went out of their way to remove some stains from my kitchen counter. The team was clearly very experienced and took special care in their effort. Would highly recommend them for their professionalism.

This company is fantastic.  We had a gas line installed by them.  The quote was accurate, the time they estimated the job to take was accurate and they were prompt and kept us informed as the work was being completed.  A few weeks later we were experiencing issues with an old water heater that was in our home and Mike Testa Plumbing was to the rescue!  Kyle went above and beyond with his communications with the manufacturer and myself.  He is an excellent plumber and made us feel at ease and comfortable with the whole process which would have otherwise been stressful.  A big shoutout to Franklin (the servicer who did the work).
