Andrew and his plumber come by to fix the leaking toilet water supply line originally installed by the builder.   Even though it is a cold evening, Andrew made a trip to Home Depot to get the parts needed for the special plumbing setup different from typical single family homes.   They fixed the problem and are knowledgeable about the unusual setup installed by some builders and they were professional through the whole time here, and Andrew also made recommendations for the other old parts installed by the builder and still in use, so I can be careful not breaking these and keep them in service.  

I have a good experience with AY EMP and highly recommend Andrew's service.

Update. I was contacted by the company and was told they did check before leaving, but I feel like they should still have turned back after getting my call. So they apologized and offered a discount for future services.

Accidentally broke the water going to the toilet.  Had to turn off the water main right away since it was leaking water from the value.  So I start the search for a plumber.  AY EMP.  They came over looked at the problem and was able to fix it right away.  Great Work.  Very Clean Workers.  Very Knowledgeable.  Would hire them again.

Andrew came to the rescue on a hot day he repaired my AC. I truly appreciate his transparency. He was the only one out of five vendors that told me upfront the cost of Freon and his fee. A water inlet into our house developed a pretty nasty leak and just like that we had to look for plumbing services that could come fix the issue for us quickly. I found AY EMP and requested for a quote, they were very timely in their response, and offered to come take a look the next day.

When they showed up, I had some concerns for our water filtration system, and they offered to replace it the very next day, and quoted a reasonable price for the replacement and installing a pre filter and a water softener. They showed up promptly the next day at the agreed upon time and did the work with utmost professionalism. They were respectful of the property and in fact left it in a cleaner state than what it had been when they arrived!

They were very thorough and got the job done the same day even though it was past sunset(and chilly outside) and they had to make a trip to the hardware store in the middle of the job(because a part did not contain all the components). They explained how to perform routine maintenance on the new system, and cleaned up the work area after they were done.

I am very impressed with AY EMP and will be calling them for any other plumbing, or electrical work around the house!

Very handy and work hard. The precious investigator assigned by American warranty told me there is a gas leakage. However it is not the case. Techs from AY EMP found the key reason that is there was something blocking in the gas pipeline. They finally fix the problem. Very nice work.

Our kitchen faucet started with a drip which over time stopped working altogether. We had no water coming out of the faucet. We sent out a Yelp request pretty late on Sunday night, and got a response from Andrew within minutes. He came over the next day, checked the problem and told us we need a new faucet and gave us a quote for the job. He came the next day and got the new faucet installed with no hassle. Will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues.

I had an old AC unit, and it finally died.  I had several quotes done, and AY EMP was the quickest to respond, was thorough in discovery, gave the best quote, and surprised me by upgrading my original quoted unit at no additional charge.  The team was polite and you almost barely knew they were here.  I am so pleased with Andrew and the team, and they let me know they perform a wide variety of services.  This was such a good experience, I plan to work with them on future projects.

Andrew and his dad came out to replace our kitchen faucet. They arrived on time and did the work very professionally. The hard water had corroded some of the plastic and the work took longer than anticipated but they did it with patience and attention to detail. I will be using their services again.

We had a few things installed for our new home - new Toto toilets, shower valve, bathtub faucet, kitchen faucet. They came in person for an estimate. Communication was very prompt and courteous. All items were professionally installed and even went beyond expectation. Date of completion were a bit delayed but were due to the missing part problems and were solved soon after we got the replacement parts. These guys do great, reliable work. I needed a 240V outlet installed in my garage so I could charge my EV and the process could not have gone more smoothly. I had an idea where to put the outlet but they came up with a better solution, even though it was more work for them - which they didn't charge me extra for. That is what I call quality service. They were in and out and even called a few days later to make sure everything was working properly. The quality of their work is first-rate and if I ever need *any* electrical work done to my home, these guys will be my first call. Highly recommend.
