Great service!  Raul was so friendly and responsive.  I had a need water pressure meter installed.  He made sure I was getting strong pressure in all of my faucets and shower heads.

Got a quote for a clogged toilet. Reasonably priced yet booked for the day. Needed service ASAP! The gentleman on the phone gave me two local recommendations! This is what I consider excellent customer service. Even though they were unable to see me, they went above and beyond by giving me local recommendations to resolve my problem. Butch Marshall and his team are amazing. Reasonably priced, knowledgeable and professional! I have had them do work on my home and referred them several times. Everyone that I know that has had them come out was very pleased with their work. Even had someone contact me to get their number again after all their phone contacts were lost 'just in case' they need a plumber again. Highly recommend!

I spoke with three plumbers and chose Butch at Marshall Plumbing for his knowledge over the other two highly recommended plumbers.  He was the lowest bid on a job involving 13 individually owned condos.  He was on time, very professional and all of the owners were very satisfied with his work on an older property.  He did such a good job he was asked back the next week to install four additional toilets.  He charged us a lower rate than expected and actually provided some parts and much knowledge at no extra charge.  I will use him again on larger commercial or small residential jobs.
