I have nothing but amazing things to say about our experience with CT and EZ Flow Plumbing.

Prices were more than competitive. When CT first showed up, he worked extremely hard to try and find our main water line for a soft water loop installation. Our builder gave us some really bad information, and CT spent hours trying to find the main water line based off their inaccurate locations.

We called it a day, and I ended up buying some wall scanning devices, thermal imaging devices, and even a stethoscope to try to find this pipe on my own time. CT offered to do anything he could to help find that pipe, but eventually I was able to get some good information from other homeowners in my community. The builders estimates were not even close to the actual location of the water line, and it would have costed us probably hundreds in repairs if we started cutting through the wall to find it.

CT and his crew came out, assessed everything, and scheduled to follow up asap to complete the loop work. They were always a pleasure to have around, extremely polite, professional, and super friendly. Everything looks beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the price and the incredible attention to detail on making this process super smooth and as efficient as possible despite the misleading direction we were given initially from my builder.

If you have any hesitations, look no further! CT and the EZ Flow Plumbing team will treat your job as if it was their own home, so we never felt like any corners were being cut.

We have been using EZ Flow for several years and are always happy with the work they provide.
Today I had to call them to help with a dishwasher that was leaking.even after I called Bosch last week to have my machine evaluated. Bosch sent a repair man who looked at my situation and told me that I needed a new washer but did not help me to mitigate the leak that was the result of the broken machine. So, I then called EZ Flow to come out to make sure the leak was not from a pipe. They came out quickly and went right to work. They concluded that my machine was indeed broken and leaking so they stopped the leak, and removed the washer so the water that was standing could dry and not cause any further damage.
They always do great work, but what makes them stand out is their character. Terrance and Henry cared about the problem left by the Bosch repairman and did what needed to be done to keep my home from experiencing water damage. While they worked they were kind, respectful and concerned about my home. I highly recommend them. They are fair in their pricing and just a really reliable company.

I called EZ Flow Plumbing close to the end of the day Friday and they were able to send someone out Monday around lunch time.

I was dealing with low water pressure in one bathroom shower and had tried adjusting the water main, cleaning the shower head and trying a new one, removing flow regulators, and more.

Their service reps were on-time and extremely professional and completed the job during my lunch break. I will certainly be calling EZ Flow Plumbing for all my future needs.

I thought I had a water-main break in the front yard and had another plumbing company come out. They said they couldn't just patch the line but had to replace it for at least $4000. I declined and called EZ Flow. They came out immediately, asked about a big green vertical tube nearby (the sprinkler system backflow preventer), and looked inside. The leak was there! They said I'd need to call an irrigation company and left without charging me a penny! Honest and fast!

Normally I take care of my own household fix it issues. I had a leaky valve beneath the bathroom sink which has had a slow leak for months, but it really wasn't very bad because I had a cup underneath it that had to be emptied every five days. I decided to tackle it today and replace the bad valve, but found myself fighting a losing battle. I called EZ Flow and they came around the time they said they would. I thought while they're at it they could also replace the leaky faucet outside. Within half an hour they had both jobs done to completion with no leaks. Parts and labor came to $340. I would use their services again in the future if I had to.

My exterior faucets blew out due to the freeze during Christmas and I was really fortunate to have CT come out and help fix the faucet the same day. We also spotted another faucet that was leaking and he helped change that one as well.

CT was very professional and efficient. He came out within 30min and the repair took less than 30min so I was able to have water again to enjoy the holidays with my family in no time.

They did respond to my phone call right away, even got a tech out within 20 minutes. I told them where the leak was and CT did a quick confirmation and straight up was like $1050. I knew it was WAY over priced. The company that built the system was charging $109 assessment fee and then $22/15min. That company just didn't have availability until the following Monday. Just having a newborn I needed it fixed otherwise I would have done the fix myself. The area was quickly dug up by the two guys, then they split for 30+ minutes, came back and completed, everything done just over an hour minus the time away. Then he gave me a $100 deduction for a total of $950...still over priced but it was extremely quick.

After some insurance restoration work, I had a brand new water heater installed from the GC. I noticed that the hot water temp wasn't being sustained during a shower the way it should be being brand new so I gave EZ Flow a call. They were able to come out same day (Terrance and Henry), tested the voltage to ensure it was working properly, and bumped up the thermostats a bit. A few minutes later, Bill the veteran also showed up just to double check everything and they were gracious enough not to charge me for their time and work. After showering this morning, the difference was certainly noticeable so I'll most definitely be giving EZ Flow a call the next time I'm in need of a plumber. Thanks y'all!

Today I learned that if you have a Natural Gas issue, you call a Plumber. EZ Flow Plumbing came to my rescue once again. I purchased a new stove and when trying to disconnect the old one, found the gas line shutoff valve broken. EZ Flow was able to install a new cut off valve, uninstall my old stove and install my new one. I don't mind DYI but when it comes to utilities that (if they fail) can damage your property, I need the insurance of professional service. EZ Flow Plumbing are professionals.

CT came by on short notice over the weekend to diagnose a suspected leak. The dripping sound I thought I was hearing turned out to just be some pipes knocking around the attic that may have come loose (a common occurrence). CT offered some helpful recommendations and was very honest about it probably not being worth getting professional work unless the noise really bothered me as it's not an issue that will lead to any damage.

I called several other plumbing companies and all were booking a week out or charging massive service fees to come by on the weekend, so I was incredibly appreciative that EZ came all the way out to my house and gave the advice I needed without charging me or getting a contract out of the call. They will be my go-to company for all future plumbing needs and I'll recommend them to everyone I know when plumbing issues come up!

EZ Flow Plumbing has helped us numerous times. They are fast, efficient, and very nice. Water heaters, toilets, broken spigots (emergency water situation), clogged drains/garbage disposals. You name it, they have fixed it. Have had them fix something Christmas Eve. Emilio, Terrance, and Theo have all been great. Hope you don't need a plumber, but if you do, highly recommend!

Ez Flow was recommend by a contractor. EZ Flow came (when I could not supervise) and cleaned a drain for $275. A few months later drain is still clogging up, the next plumbing company found two plastic bags.

Thank you EZ team for coming out and helping me on my job. I had a clog that eventually turned into a leak. Out of all the office assistants that I've spoke to, Melva was the most personable out of everyone. She was very professional and easy going. I loved talking to her. She even taught me some baseball history! She scheduled her team THREE days out as compared to the 14 days from the other companies.

Day of service: Theo and team were able to fix my problem. This happened after snovid and everyone was backed up for 2+ weeks. EZ team was able to get out to me in less than a week. They called me before coming, but my phone is set up to take them to voicemail. They still came and didn't cancel on me! (thank goodness) They were able to finish the job in under an hour and were very detailed in their explanation. They even showed me how to fix the problem the next time it shows up. We didn't have to cut any drywall or open any parts of the house up.

If I ever get any problems (hopefully not) I'm definitely contacting Theo and EZ Flow again!

My pilot light on my water heater went out and they were able to get over to take a look the day after I reached out. They diagnosed my water heater, called the manufacturer, picked up the part, and got everything situated within a few hours. The plumbers kept me up to date, explained what was being replaced, and let me know up front how much it would cost. I would absolutely recommend for any plumbing needs.

While in the shower this morning, one of my pipes failed and water was gushing unabated behind the wall. Less than 3 hours later, it is already fixed! I called EZ Flow in a panic and they said they could come out this afternoon, or possibly sooner. Less than 1/2 hour later, I got a text that they were en route. We had a clogged kitchen drain and dripping disposal after business hours. I called at about 7 the next morning to leave a phone message that we needed help. My disposal was making odd noises so I made a call to EZ flow plumbing! They were incredibly responsive to my request for a quote via Yelp. Terrance and Theo came out, were incredibly respectful (upon request, even went out to the car to grab some shoe booties to put in in the house) and found a couple things stuck in my disposal ‍best part is that they didn't charge me the $150 fix fee - just asked that I could consider them for work next time I need a plumber, which I will gladly do! I've been unsatisfied with my plumber for a while. My friend had recommended EZ Flow, so when my disposal started making angry sounds the day before Thanksgiving, I gave them a call. Theo was there within an hour, diagnosed the very minor problem, and pointed out a few ways we could bring our disposal up to code ourselves. Great, friendly, and FAST service. I really appreciated that they stopped by at the end of their day, going into a holiday weekend, AND didn't charge me. Hopefully I'm set with plumbing for a while, but the next time I have an issue, I'll be going back to EZ Flow.

When I opened the door to the plumber, I had a poor interaction with him and I sent the plumber away.

I'm glad this happened though because I ended up finding a highly rated competitor who charges much less for the same service I needed.

EZ Flow overcharges for their services. Unclogging the plumbing is about $300 at EZ Flow. I found a highly rated competitor that does the same thing but for half the price and had a good experience with them.

I won't be using EZ Flow again. I would give a one star rating, but the owner/manager called me to apologize for the plumber, which was really considerate.

Good service, but I've gotta be honest here, they are too expensive.

These folks were responsive, professional, and provided solid work and service with a recently clogged drain. Given I didn't have time to check with more plumbers, I went with these guys as they were simply to be at the top of the list. And I didn't have time to shop around as much as I normally would.

However, after a recent unrelated plumbing issue, I did do just that. Not only for a water heater repair but also asked about the work they performed. In each case, it was very clear these folks were easily the most expensive of all of the quotes. In some cases, by hundreds of dollars.

For this next plumbing service, I did go with another company, who provided comparable service, for much less. Bottom line, nothing wrong with the work, but they are over-priced. Which I suspect is a demand-related premium due to the positive reviews. Which unfortunately is a bit short-sighted.

What could have been a huge expense turned out to be a washing machine issue costing very little. All I need to say is that this place has earned every single one of their five star reviews.

I came home from a trip and found out two of our sinks were backed up. I sent EZ Flow a message at 6pm on Labor Day and amazingly, received a message from Bill 5 mins later saying they could be here first thing in the morning.

Bill and Nick showed up at 9am the next morning and fixed the problem within the hour. Nick was incredibly professional and able to diagnose both sink issues without any problem.

This was my first plumber experience in Austin and I can definitely say, EZ Flow will be my go to moving forward.

We had a leak of unknown source in our bathroom sending water out in multiple directions under the tile and eventually into carpeted areas. Theo and Paul came out to take a look and arrived exactly on time as per the appointment, checked out the area, and then discussed options for stopping and repairing what turned out to be a slab leak.

The job took two days to stop the leak, and then to restore normal water service to the affected area, but they worked very well, communicated well, and cleaned up after themselves as well as could be done given the difficult nature of the job.

I highly recommend EZ Flow Plumbing for any work that needs to be completed, they are easy to work with, punctual, friendly, highly competent, and take the normal COVID precautions if that is of great concern. It's nice to know that should we have another issue, I know exactly who I will be calling for help.

During our kitchen renovation a 3 line was damaged during our Kitchen renovation. I called EZ Plumbing in the morning at 9:00am Thursday for a 3 plumbing line repair. They were able to send someone over at 11am. My other go-to plumbers were booked till Monday.

We had two techs arrive at our home at 10:40am. They inspected the area and clearly notified me how they planned to perform the repair.

The cut some additional drywall around the studs, cut the section of damaged piping and installed a hub. This was all done in about 1 hour. The line was tested and no leaks. I also had them replace the ice maker water supply valve. The original valve was not shutting properly. They replaced this in about 25 mins, cleaned the line and reinstalled. $250-275 for the pipe and $150-200 for the line repair. Leaving 4 stars because the markup my opinion was high.

I took a chance on EZ flow simply because of all the good reviews. As soon as I was greeted by the receptionist, I knew these were nice folks. She was super friendly and got me an appointment right away.

We're remodeling our guest bath. Part of the transformation was to change the vanity from a double sink to a single. This required some professional plumbing work. The water and drain lines need to be re-routed to match the set up for the new vanity. The ones that were no longer in use needed to be capped off. We sought out a couple of quotes. Emilio was able to give me a budgetary quote over the phone after we discussed what we needed done. EZ Flow was lower than the other, by a decent amount. Not only were they less expensive but their service and quality of work were outstanding. Emilio was a great communicator and kept me informed as to when they would arrive and they were right on time and right on the price quoted. He and his associate did a great job and were great communicators the whole time. I have found a new plumbing company and will recommend them to any and everyone!

I will always call EZ Flow Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. They repaired a leak from the pipes under the sink in my bathroom vanity as well as replaced a toilet in the master bathroom. Emilio showed up on time. They Called when they were In route to my home and maintained communication throughout the time they worked in my bathroom. Our toilet kept releasing water continuously, and we called other companies to help us out,but could not get anyone to respond promptly, they'd say we cannot come for a week, so fortunately we found EZ Flow plumbing , called and explained our situation , and the lady answering made an appointment the very next day for us. A few minutes later she called me back to say she may have an appointment the same day , if a technician finished another call
earlier. A few hours later Emilio called to say he could come in 15- 20 minutes, that day. When Emilio arrived, due to Covid concerns, he was masked, quite polite , and when he assessed the problem Emilio told me what he recommended, I agreed and he got to work. Within a very short time
Emilio had the problem fixed and gave a 90 day guarantee of satisfaction. The price was reasonable and Emilio was easy to talk to and showed genuine concern. EZ flow cares for the client . EZ flow performs expert work and , if you need a reliable quick service, you would be wise to call this company, I certainly will.

They did an amazing job and were spectacularly responsive (text and phone calls). Even though I had a hard-to-find piece that was broken, they were able to find one the same day the work was approved. Everything was also resolved the same day as the work was approved.

Both plumbers wore masks the entire time, put down protective layer on my carpet, and cleaned the floors and shower when they were done.

Theo took the extra time to walk me through what they updated, and what exactly was wrong and went above and beyond to fix some other issues I hadn't realized were problematic.

If I need a plumber again, I'll definitely be using them again.

Very impressed with Emilio and EZ flow plumbing. Had him come and look at one of my investment properties to check on a water heater. Tenant was stating that water heater was not heating the water very well. He came by and inspected the unit and also checked the water temp. Noted it was functioning as intended and did not try to sell me a replacement.

When the time comes for replacement I definitely will use their services or for other plumbing needs.

It's no wonder why they have a 5 star review. I just purchased a property in Pflugerville and tried to change all the bathroom sink faucets. However the shutoff valve is pretty out dated and couldn't take universe connection to new faucets. I called several plumbers and after a few I finally reached a person on the phone with EZ Flow Plumbing the on call service was friendly and was able to get a plumber to me in an hour with a free estimate! Emilio my technician came and gave us a great price to replace shutoff valves and truly cared about my situation and offer tips and advice to do proper faucet and sink connection. He was great to talk to and learn from. I highly recommend this company!

Needed a water heater installed and contacted EZ Flow based on their reviews here and other sites. Came out at the specified time for a quote and they were significantly more reasonable than most of the other quotes I received. They were able to come out the next day (a Saturday even) and completed the work quickly at the quoted price, with a quality water heater, and bringing everything up to code. They even answered all my annoying questions while they worked. I hope I don't need a plumber's services again soon, but if I do I'll use them again.

We live in SW Austin where the city water has very high pressure 100-120 psi. Our water Pressure Regulator Valve (PRV) had gone out. The city should pay for PRV due to excessive water pressure. Normal city residential pressure 60-80 psi.
I used my exterior faucet water pressure gage on my exterior faucet and bled the excess pressure overnight to 45-50 psi until I could find a good plumber.

EZ Flow Plumbing workers Theo and Paul came to my home. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable in replacing our PRV. They adjusted the new PRV per city specifications and my satisfaction. (City inspector came by today and PRV installation passed.)

Theo and Paul cleaned up all of their surroundings and gave me instructions of how to adjust the PRV without damaging it by loosing the under lock first, then the top nut screw or he PRV will malfunction for a new one.

EZ Plumbing is the best and have good reasonable prices with quality and durable products. 5 Stars indeed.

If you're looking for an honest, and friendly, group of plumbers, this is your team right here.

My wife and I were pretty nervous about a sound we were hearing in the attic. I would have almost preferred calling the Ghostbusters for that strange sound than learning that we had major plumbing issues.

These guys came in and checked everything out. Turns out the issue wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. I've repaired my toilet, but this type of stuff...It could have been anything and I would have known no better.

A plumber could have fed my a line about my house exploding unless I spent $2000.

They didn't.

They told me it was a natural water heater sound and didn't charge me a dime.

What this means is that next time I have a plumbing issue, I will give them a call. Not because they might not charge me a couple of thousand for a serious job in future, because I may have a serious issue at some point in my home's life. But, because they were honest with my current issue, despite it not leading to a job.

Trust is a huge thing for me. And these guys earned it.

Emelio was professional through the entire experience. He called me before he came to the house giving me an estimate of when he would arrive. He listened to me describe what was wrong, then he shared his game plan for fixing it with me. My toilet was stopped up; when the water went down the drain in the bathtub, the toilet would bubble; and then the shower had sewage coming up the drain - gross. He said all 3 were related and he'd need to remove the toilet to get directly to the drain and so the toilet wouldn't break.

He brought in his huge auger machine - after seeing it, it was pretty clear why the toilet needed to get removed. He explained to me what he was doing because I was curious about it. He did an excellent job and got the clog cleared completely out of the drain so everything was flowing properly again. He was careful to keep the area clean and didn't track anything through my house. It was a lot of work to do everything he did - and it's not something I could have done myself. He reinstalled the toilet and caulked it - a much better job than the builder did.

He also discovered that one of the clean out valves - the one closer to the street - was broken. He suggested to call the city, etc. to get them to fix it since it's likely their responsibility (I'm making some calls on that now). I was very happy with the whole experience and I highly recommend Emelio and will hire him again when I'm ready to put in a new water softener.

EZ Flow was great! My shower handle broke and I only have one bathroom in my little place so it was a bit of an emergency. Theo was able to come out the same day I called. The plumbing was a little wonky due to poor installation, but he got it working with an interim fix. He and Ryan returned a few days later to finish out the job once I picked out my new trim. When my son and girlfriend moved in during this pandemic, one of the things that changed was the fact that they love to cook vegetables and rice dishes. Yep, my kitchen sink began to back up when running the water for any length. I found myself running the garbage disposal whenever I ran the water--and finally had enough when plunging didn't work so, I came here to search for help. EZ Flow responded to my request right away to let me know they could stop by the next morning. Theo and Ryan called and arrived on time...and within just a few minutes gave me one less frustration to deal with. Theo took the time afterwards to explain what to avoid putting down the disposal given that my new sink has a lower pressure water system than the old types. Very unimpressed!!! We have 2 water heaters and the one for the upstairs wasn't sending hot water. We made an appointment on Tuesday for a Friday morning. They never showed so we called and they lost our appointment. They showed up after 2. Looked at the water heater and said yep you need a new one . They didn't even come inside to see the problem!!! They then tell us they have to go get a new heater and will be back in an hour but they shut off the water to that heater. While they were gone my husband was checking the water and come to find out they turned off the STILL WORKING HEATER. Again never came inside to check! When they showed up we told them they made a mistake and by that time our other heater decided to work. The repair man said this is Friday. Guess we fixed it when we turned it off . They charged us for a repair and left. We will not be using this company when the heater truly dies!

My rental property had a huge spike in the water bill and while I was waiting (endlessly) for the water company to look into it, I decided to call EZ Flow plumbing. Emilio came out to examine and identify the problem (a leaking water softener) and provided a free estimate for the repair along with the replacement water heater that was going to be needed.

A few days later he was there to do the installations. In less than 4 hours, he had the old equipment removed and hauled away and the new equipment installed. He even found a larger water heater but kept to the original estimate he had quoted me. The problem is fixed and I'd recommend EZ Flow without hesitation.

We moved into a new home and tried to install our washer, the back up drain wasn't set up properly so there wasn't room for the hoes and Theo came out extended the back drain line and installed a new pan. Tenants notified us this morning of a pretty leaky faucet I was way too busy to get over there and try to fix it myself - plus I had 'fixed' it a year or so ago, so maybe time to let a real plumber at it.

I got several quotes via yelp, and EZ Flow was the first to call and could get out later the same day. EZ Flow came highly recommended to me by a coworker who had a bad time with 3 other plumbers scamming her. They were just okay.

+ They have an after hours/weekend on call phone with quick call return. They returned my Saturday phone call promptly.
- The person who returned the on-call didn't actually care to listen to the problem, just that the next available time was Mon 12-2.
+ On Monday morning at 10am, Jonathan called to say they could be at our place earlier than 12.
- The company never listened in the first place per my previous note that I was out of town and that my GF was going to be letting them in the place etc. So that call went to VM because I was flying, like i told the guy 2 days prior on Saturday.

Once I landed i returned the call. They said they would arrive about an hour later from north austin, and they arrived on time.
+ upon arrival, they identified the problem rather fast and gave a estimate to fix immediately.

We called EZ flow because we had a broken shower cartridge that was leaking forcing us to shut off our water. They came by at the time they said, assessed the situation and quickly got to it. Theo explained everything and offered up additional solutions based on what he saw. Luckily, they were able to fix it with the least amount of effort and they even replaced our spout because it was leaking. I thought they did great work at an affordable price and most importantly, they came out quicker than the other places we called. Theo also quoted some additional work for us to consider at a later time but he wasn't pushy about, he just seemed to offer it based on his experience. Had a leak in the water heater closet that showed up. I looked at the pipes and water heater and saw a pipe was leaking and the water going down on the heater and inside it. Called EZ Flow that evening around 7pm and told them what I found and to see if they could have some there in the morning. Greeted with a friendly voice and told them what I found and he said they would have someone there right away in the morning. Emilio and another young man (wished I could remember his name) came by at 830am took a look and gave a price for the pipe fix. I asked about the water heater and he said it is ok, We decided to replace it anyway since it was 8 years old and probably going ta fail soon anyway. Their work was like an artist painting. I reached out to these guys through the yelp request a quote for a leak somewhere in the house that we could not find. They responded to my request within 10 minutes to say they could have someone out the next day. The guy called ahead to let me know they were on the way. Guy was nice and friendly and within 30 minutes he found the source of our leak. It was our water softener drain leaking. We did not have them fix the problem but he was able to put system into bypass to stop the leak for now. We have warranty through company we purchased softener from so we will have to reach out to them but I will call on these guys again if I have any other plumbing issue in the future.

EZ flow Plumbing offered me a reasonable price after I had flooring installed and needed my stove reconnected to the gas line. They promptly scheduled an appointment for me, and Emilio was extremely friendly and helpful. I realized the next day, because I have an older model oven, that the pilot light needed to be re-lit, by unscrewing the bottom base of the oven. That was going to be difficult for me to do with a 2 month old at home, and my boyfriend working weekends. I called EZ flow back to see if they could help me, and Emilio was able to come by and do it for me that same day! We had a stopped up tub in April ( a day before we left for vacation) and I found EZ flow on yelp and decided to give them a call based on their positive yelp reviews. I called and they were able to come out same day, a few hours later. We had major plumbing repairs done 6 months prior and were very nervous the stopped up tub was related to that issue. Emilio was very calm, super nice and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue (simple clogged pipe) and fix it fairly quickly. Update: another spectacular job from Theo and John. We had a serious, dangerous water heater problem and they fully documented every issue. Unfortunately, there were no repairs they could do, but that was because our heater was installed wrong from the get-go. However, they still gave us a full inspection/evaluation with courses we could take to get the matter resolved. They will find or recommend what/who you need. Just exceptional service...and, again, a highly detailed accounting of problem issues for us to move forward on. Great job, guys!

Yep...these guys knock it out of the park! I've used them twice now. This time I accidentally dumped the washrag with the mopwater into my toilet and wasn't able to retrieve it and the toilet water started backing up. Argh!

I called EZ Flow just to get advice but since no one answered, I didn't bother leaving a VM message. Despite this, Bill called me back within 2 min. I was amazed. Furthermore, my address was now outside of their normal operating area (their biz has grown that large) but he made an exception to fit me in the very next morning sending his guys to drive across town during rush hour traffic.
Emilio (Master Plumber) is one of the most genuinely friendly, and courteous people I've ever met. He totally remembered me from the service call 8 mos prior.

Wow!!

We had water oozing across the floor in the garage, and seeping through the wall into the bathroom used by our daughter who has significant medical and physical needs. After reading reviews on Yelp, we called EZ Flow Plumbing. Bill himself called me within minutes of my initial call and offered to come out the same night--even though it was almost 9:00 PM when I first called. He could not have been any more friendly and thorough. He identified the problem right away and made the plan to come back tomorrow at 10 to complete the repair. He even gave us some suggestions for ways we can mitigate the impact overnight while we wait for the repair to be complete.

We started getting some knocking noises in the house and and after looking it up, the symptoms pointed to possible sediment build up and the water heater needing a flush. Nick was my technician and began to flush the water heater but very little sediment was present. After checking over the pump, he explained some other possible causes of the noise such as pipes and some other solutions that I could take care of myself. He courteously offered to stop the flush and not charge for the visit. I accepted. Will definitely call them in the future for any plumbing needs!

I hired Emilio to help reconnect my gas stove to the gas line, as I didn't want to make sure there were no issues with connection. Emilio took care of the job quickly and tested to make sure there were no leaks. Since I was a new homeowner he also gave me a brief tour of the home and how to address any plumbing/flooding issues that could come up (water main line, sewage line, tools needed, things to watch out for, how to tell if there's a leak etc.). We called a month ago for repair to the water line under the sidewalk in front of my mom's house, the service was quick and the cost was reasonable, considering the difficulty of the repair. In addition, they installed a governor line for her to help reduce the blasting shower water to 50%. I noticed water from the sidewalk flowing into the street coming from the same area this past weekend, and we were worried it was the same line leaking, I called and was told its still under warranty, and they came out right away, and the broken line was actually the next door neighbors this time, apparently the sidewalk is giving way and collapsing on these water lines. These guys are awesome. Back in December i came back from visiting family to find out the dope i had watching my dogs while i was gone had been flushing paper towels down the toilet and clogged up the line. EZ Flow were the only dudes that would one, give me the price to unclog it over the phone and 2, could be there within the hour. 20ish minutes later, they show up and went to work. I called Bill based on a recommendation from my friend April. I had a leak in the upstairs bathroom Jacuzzi tub (we did not know that at initial time of call), and Bill said he would take a look.

After a 30 minute visit and discussion, Bill identified the problem was coming from the Jacuzzi tub. He politely told me he is not the right guy for the job, that Jacuzzi tubs break too easy during repair, and there would be no charge for the call.

WHOA..no charge? Professional and decent and honest? Hell yes....Bill will get my business in the future!

Can't say enough good things about this company. Called and left a message one evening and my call was returned within a half hour. Needed a couple of things fixed within the house, expected to have to wait a few days for service but was pleased that he made an appointment for the next morning.
I was told he would be at my house between 9-10 and he came promptly at 9:30. He was very professional, assessed the situation, and gave me a reasonable estimate right away. He fixed the items immediately. He had a kind and friendly demeanor and did quality work. I would definitely call again if in need of a plumber.

So we got home from work one afternoon to find our hot water heater making strange spewing sounds. Alarmed, we checked YELP to find highly-rated plumbers in the area. EZ Flow and William came to our almost immediate rescue. It was 4:45 on a Thursday afternoon, and William stopped by on his way home within a hour of our calling him. He replaced the faulty valve and relit our pilot, all for a very reasonable price. He was polite, professional, and got the job done. My toilet was clogged and sewage was backing up into my shower. GROSS! Called my regular plumber and he wasn't available for a couple of days but referred me to EZ Flow Plumbing. I called and they said they could help me out. Emilio texted me within 10 minutes of my call and said he would be at the house within 30 minutes. When he arrived I showed him the problem the clog had cleared and everything was working. He wanted to make sure and ran the shower and flushed the toilet several times just to make sure. The burner in our water heater wouldn't turn on and the pilot light wouldn't stay lit. Of course this happened right before bedtime. I called at 8pm and Bill called me back in the morning at 8am. He was very friendly and understanding and told me that he'd try to get some guys out to us that same day, and thank goodness they did! Brian showed up at my front door. He was very respectful and considerate. When he saw that I was home alone with my baby, he asked if I wanted him to go in through the garage, which was major bonus points for me since it made me feel a lot safer. He was able to fix the problem very quickly and saved us $88 since he had the part in his truck. We'll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing work that my husband can't figure out.

Had a corroded tub spout that was dripping. Emilio replaced the seals and spout in fast order. He also spotted an issue with the water softening system. When using the cut off at the system, it only shut off the hot water. Thanks to Emilio's knowledge and listening skills, the water system company will repair their mistake next week, saving pipes from further erosion. I would highly recommend EZ Flow. Professional, friendly, insured, and no clean up for the home owner!

I busted a water line a couple weeks ago while digging a post hole. Day after, I started calling plumbers to come repair the line. I called at least 10 very well known services and they all told me they couldn't get here until the next day. I have two young kids, a wife and mother-in-law at my house...I can't wait another day and take another day off. I was beginning to worry. Fortunate for me, I got a recommendation to call EZ Flow...I spoke with a nice guy there and he told me they could be at my house by 10am to fix the line. I've called these guys 4 times in recent weeks. These guys are honest and don't charge a fee just for coming out. They will give you the honest assessment without trying to tack on charges. It's been a while since I've worked with a company that really made me want to Yelp!! I had some plumbing issues and because I have a home warranty, they sent out ARS to look at the problem.

The first set of ARS guys couldn't even get the cap off of the clean out so they left. The second set of guys still couldn't get it off but ran a camera through my pipes and told me I had roots growing into the them and for all the repairs I needed it would be $7500. Of course I was devastated.

EZ Flow Plumbing was recommended to me, along with several other plumbers, but when Bill and Theo showed up they had a camera too (most little plumbing companies don't have this technology which was absolutely necessary to give me a second opinion.)

EZ Flow came in, saw a very small area with a root (which is right next to the house and could be repaired easily) and cleaned out my drain. I saw the camera and other than a little bit of grease, there is absolutely no need for the extensive repairs recommended by ARS.

So for less than $300 (and this includes replacing one of my hose spickets), my problems are solved.

Go jump off a bridge, ARS. And Thank you EZ Flow Plumbing! I get to go on summer vacation again now!

Had a faucet that was broken and water couldn't be shut off. I called a different plumber and they recommended EZ Flow. When I called they picked up on the second ring (!) and said they had someone who was slated to be in my area (far SW Austin) today (! - you'd think I lived in San Antonio the way some service providers react to Brodie & Slaughter). They came as soon as I was home, and did the easy fix quickly, efficiently and for what was probably a reasonable price for a plumber (I have no idea what is and isn't a good deal). NET NET is this was the best experience I had with a plumbing company in FOREVER. I have lots of issues with the pipes at my house and I'll definitely call these guys again.

Ez Flow responded quickly and were able to come today. After making a late afternoon appointment, they called and said they were available much sooner. The bathroom sink had a leaky faucet, and Emilio explained that I would need a new fixture, I was able to run get one and called them to come right back, which they did. They replaced the faucet but pointed out a clogged pipe that they could clean out for an additional fee. I had noticed slow drains in the other bath, so had them fix those as well. All in all they did more work than originally called for, and were very personable during the repairs. I would certainly call Ez Flow again. Thanks to Sergio too.

Called them out to detect for a leak in my plumbing. Very nice and explained everything. Only drawback is they do not have the equipment needed to pinpoint the exact location of the leak. While they were here, they fixed a leaking tub faucet. I would have liked to use them for the leak detection, but could not, however, because of the prompt response and friendly service, I will definitely call them again for less major plumbing issues.

What can I say, I was totally satisfied with EZ Flow/Emilio from the start over the phone personality alone. He was able to reach me from within an hour of calling him for service -- I needed a new hot water flex pipe to replace an old, cracked-at-the-ridges flex pipe that connects to a week old water heater. He came with a great friendly attitude and was even very talkative and informative. answering my questions = a plus! He did the work, had no issues. It took maybe an hour to complete and he was thankful for us choosing his service. The replacement cost just over $200. Overall, I was completely satisfied with his services and I highly recommend EZ Flow! He has a good personality, just very kind and jovial and WANTS to help which are all very important qualities to me as a customer. Ok, so my wife was in labor. Her contractions were pretty far apart, so the doctor sent us home and told us to get some rest. Instead of getting rest, we decided to do some laundry, which is a totally normal thing when you're nesting.
Of course our drains chose this day to start spewing water all over our bathrooms when the washing machine drained, so I called these guys up. Bill and Brian were at at our house within 30 minutes and fixed everything in about an hour, well before we had to head to the hospital and deliver a baby. These guys saved the day for us, because my wife really didn't need to have sewer drainage on her mind while trying to give birth.

We were upset to discover on a Friday night that we had a water leak in our front yard coming from underground - the water company, home insurance, and home warranty were not going to be helpful in this situation (we checked). So of course, we were expecting this to be painful process both in time (digging to find the leak) and in cost.

Bill did a fantastic job at easing that pain. He was able to give us a very reasonable estimate after discussion of our issue over the phone and agreed to come out the same day on a Saturday to look over the problem and even do the job. He was very professional.

He came, he saw, and he conquered. The job even cost the amount he had originally estimated. Bill was very honest with us when he arrived and it could have cost more depending on what he would find upon digging and we appreciated his opinion. Bill discovered the leaky problem after digging and had it fixed within 3 hours as promised. We recommend Bill for any plumbing needs you may have.

I am leaving this review here, because others' reviews helped me choose a great business and plumber today. As most of these situations happen, I had an unexpected leak that was hard to determine its location. I got right on Yelp and saw that this company had great reviews, so this is where I started. Emilio and his daughter came out within 30 minutes of my reaching out. He explained things in detail and provided a fair quote. I was shown the leak and pics of the finished product. Believe me when I say they had to get down and dirty with this job with the leaks location, recent rains and digging that had to be done to get to it. After our water bill was 3x what it should have been for 2 consecutive months, and my husband had unsuccessfully tried to crawl into our tiny crawl space to handle the problem himself, we found EZ Flow Plumbing on Yelp and gave them a call. Within the hour Emilio was at our house, and within 10 minutes of his arrival he was able to take a look at the leak, explain the problem to me, and tell me what it would cost to fix it. It wasn't cheap, but it also wasn't a small problem. There was a leak in the main water line, and Emilio was able to replace the copper pipe within a few hours. Bill Ward came out and fixed my water heater venting issue. Turned out to be very easy and I could have done it myself with a tiny bit more knowledge. He brought his expertise and determined it was safe to move the water heater a bit to align the vent. He didn't charge me, not even a service call. I had a leaking water spigot outside so I called EZ around 6 at night. They were able to come take a look the next day between 9-10. They called ahead as promised and arrived on time. We told them we live in a mobile home and they let us know that some plumbing with mobile homes they can not work on but that they would come take a look for free and fix it if they were able to. The estimate was reasonable and they got it fixed while they were here. They were very professional and I would not hesitate to call them again. Awesome job EZ!

Called Bill and Theo at EZ Flow Plumbing for an estimate. They came out same day. Another plumber had told me I had a cracked pipe but he did not have a scope to look at it. Bill had all the right equipment, carefully checked my lines and NO CRACKS! Could have gouged me and sold me repairs I did not need, but they were honest and friendly explained my options from the most extreme to the easiest (and cheapest). Went with a middle of the road approach and I am very satisfied. I have already scheduled EZ Flow to work on a rental property I have starting tomorrow.

All I can say is thank you. I am a small business owner myself and understand the power of a positive review and these guys (Emilio and Sergio) definitely deserve one. Three days ago my electric water heater went out. Being the DIY person I am I replaced it with some help from friends. After verifying the list of installation procedures and filling the tank, we wired it up and expected hot water. Unfortunately the new water heater wouldn't even turn on. After five hours of troubleshooting the wiring, the breaker and the amperage I gave up. Frustrated on a Friday night! Saturday morning I called EZ Flow Plumbing. Spoke to Bill who stated he would call right back with a time frame for someone could come out. 3 minutes later I got that call and 30 minutes later Emilio and Sergio showed up. Reminder...its a Saturday and they still came out that fast! They diagnosed the problem quickly, informed me of the issue (bad thermostat on brand new water heater) and provided options. I had them fix it and 45 minutes later I have hot water back. Yes, I could have troubleshooted it with Rheem for hours and waited for them to send an new thermostat but my level of frustration compounded with the need for hot water quickly was too overwhelming. EZ Flow came out quickly, diagnosed correctly and charged better than fair pricing. I would whole heartedly recommend EZ Flow (Bill, Emilio and Sergio) for any plumbing need. Thanks again guys!

EZ Flow plumbing is reliable, dependable, hard working and honest. They were able to fix a stopped up drain at our house with a minimum of time and effort. We'd had another plumbing company out that couldn't figure the problem out and wanted to charge us hundreds of dollars to diagnose where the problem with no guarantee they could find it or fix it. I've used EZ Flow twice now and both times have been impressed. The first was during the option period of buying our house. We suspected a leak somewhere in the house and they came out the next day to take a look. Luckily there was no running leak to be found. The second time was just the other day. Our upstairs guest toilet seemed to be leaking all of a sudden and it ruined the downstairs bathroom ceiling. They came out the same day to take a look and diagnosed the issue quickly. Both times they gave an upfront cost before doing anything with no surprises at the end. We ended up replacing the toilet that leaked (thanks to a no wax ring that let half the flushed water out) and they told us exactly what to do so we could do it ourselves to save some money. They even gave us some new bolts for the toilet that were better than the ones that came it. Will need a new water heater soon and these guys will be my first call!

I live in an older duplex that has occasional plumbing problems. My kitchen sink clogged (again) and the plumber that I had used previously was no longer in business. So I looked around and found this companies website and gave them a call. They were punctual, friendly, and took care of the problem at the price that was quoted. Also they gave me a 30 day warranty. Now that is standing behind your work! I kept the business card and will gladly recommend this company to my friends and family.

Having a water leak and having to shut your water off for ANY period of time is just the worst. We called EZ Flow an hour before they opened and decided not to leave a message, but they had caller id and called back within minutes! They fixed our water leak within a few hours of our call and did it for an amazing price! Please please consider using them for ANY plumbing issues, they just made it so easy!
