Over the Labor Day holiday, my water heater went out and although it was an expedited call through my home warranty company, the company they chose couldn't come and when they did their quote to the insurance company was so high, my out of pocket cost would be ridiculous and said I would have to wait 2-4 days to even have it installed.

On my way home from work I seen James from C.J. & L services in the chestnut community and explained the situation. He not only came to my house immediately after hours, but had my water heater installed the next day!!! He did the job at an affordable cost and he doesn't overcharge .He is very gracious and has an excellent company and he lives right here in forney!

Guys he was a blessing to me, so I'd like to pass the blessing on.

Daniel came in and saved the day with our shower remodel project. Our tub needed to be relevelled after another contractor messed up the installation. We also needed the plumbing connections to the shower handle/valve to be re-aligned...again fixing another contractor's mistake.

My wife and I were both impressed with his ability to not only do the job well but to put every effort into finding the best solution (i.e. the professional way to resolve the problem and connect everything together). Also, his communication throughout the project was top notch. I had never met him before this job started, so I'm not trying to help a buddy. I honestly just want others to find good contractors. Go with this company. They're the type of people you want.

Over the seven years we lived in the area, we came to rely on Kenny to cut through the BS and find a problem, fix it, and throw out some wisdom on how to avoid issues in the future.  In a world full of wannabes and crooks, this guy is worth his weight in gold.

I had a water pipe burst. Within 40 minutes the plumber came and fixed the leak in about 30 minutes. The price was VERY reasonable ! I would highly recommend the company.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. We have used Tri County a few different times and, while sometimes it may be difficult to get ahold of them (common in this area of East Texas where services are scarce) they are always honest, do a good job, and do not try to up-sell you on useless services.  I recommended them to my parents, which says it all.

I was very impressed with Brian's work. After another company, Saving Grace Plumbing, failed me, I called Brian. He came the same day, found the exact leak spot, got access to it without making a lot of damage and did the replacements. His cost are very affordable, too. I highly recommend his company.

I reached out to Magna Mechanical due to some plumbing issues I needed to address. Matthew Roberts  was by far the most knowledgeable and professional plumber that explained every single detail of the services he provided. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing concerns.

I called Toby on a holiday and told him about the water heater that busted in our attic. He took the time to explain how to shut the water off and stop additional problems from occurring. Scheduled his crew to come out two days later to replace the water heater in the attic. These guys were very professional and quick. They laid out plastic to protect our flooring and cleaned up afterwards. They even installed a valve that automatically shuts off water in case of future leaks. I love supporting small local businesses, and encourage anyone needing plumbing services to give them a try. Prices are comparable to others, but their service tops anyone in town!  Thank you Toby and your wonderful crew.

Called Chris' plumbing when Home Depot installers came out to insall 2 new HW Heaters.  This guy was scared to walk the lengh of our attic without something to hold on to, though a 30 flooring was securely in place.  He quickly left and referred me to call a regular plumber, which is where Chris' Plumbing came in.  Two guys showed up and started the process very quickly.  I also had a number of other misc. plumbing issues to take care of so Chris sent another guy out to take care of those.  They showed up on time, had the jobs completed in just under 3 hours!  They laughed about the Home Depot installer when I told them of that story.  I can't say enough nice about all 3 installers who came out.  And their prices were fair, and lower than what Home Depot and Lowes had quoted, by a long shot!  I have a new faucet to get installed and I am going back to Chris' plumbing to have that work done!  Trust me these guys are the real deal and economical to beat!

Chris and the team at Benjamin Franklin have been wonderful to work with.  We've now had them help us multiple times over the years and every time has been an excellent experience.  Honest, helpful, very hard working and a pleasure to have in our home.  Very professional and excellent work.  Highly recommend!

Have used Harvey West Pluming three times and have been extremely satisfied each time.  The first time I called them to look at my hot water heater as it was not heating water. The technician responded quickly and was able to replace the heating elements efficiently. This was over 3 years ago and I do not recall the price, but was very pleased with the company.

I used them again to replace a garbage disposal.  I purchased the $99  policy which waived the service fee as well as got me discounted pricing.  Again, very pleased with the work and price.  

The third time I used Harvey West was this past weekend when they came out and rebuilt 3 toilets, repaired a shower valve, replaced a bathroom sink, replaced the drain tray for the washing machine, and replaced a kitchen faucet.  I paid $2200 for the work and was pleased with the outcome. Larry was professional and the work was quality.  They may be priced high; but, I don't mind paying the price because I trust this company to do quality work. I also know if something goes wrong with what they worked on, they will be out to fix the issue.  

Price is important, but I believe trust in a company is more important.

Don't use this company . we paid $180 for kitchen  sink not drain. And clogged again the next 2 days. Call them back they said we have to paid the other $400 for the same service for different equipment .be careful to use this company they all cheating people not honest at work .  they run only 5 feet long  line but do reported 60-70 feet long. customer service sucked really bad. Don't try them waste your money. We gave them 1 STAR because don't have 0. None experience on job just have experience on stealing money from the others people. Stay away from these people and this business.

I used this company for an Gas Test inspection.  They were horrible.  The owner didn't want to do anything but get paid.  He came over and looked at the water heater and furnace, and said everything looked ok.  He didn't even want to put his gauge to pressure test the system.  He wanted to use an old gauge that i had.  When the city inspector came out, he said that there were several things that needed to be fixed.  The inspector said that the plumber should have know these basic things.  He also told me that the gauge was not valid and I needed an up to date gauge.  This guy never returned any of my calls in regards to the inspection.  i had to find a another plumber to complete the job.  Don't walk but run away from this company.

We called this company on a Sunday because we thought we had an emergency (which we really, thankfully, did not. They came out (for a $150 service charge) and told us that it would cost over $500 to ream out our pipes (in addition to the $150!). We were horrified!  Thankfully we did not do it. The next day our regular plumber came out and did the job for $160.  If you want to be scalped, give them a call. OUTRAGEOUS prices.
