Great, responsive service!  We've used James and his crew for several years and he's the only one I'd call.

Daniel came in and saved the day with our shower remodel project. Our tub needed to be relevelled after another contractor messed up the installation. We also needed the plumbing connections to the shower handle/valve to be re-aligned...again fixing another contractor's mistake.

My wife and I were both impressed with his ability to not only do the job well but to put every effort into finding the best solution (i.e. the professional way to resolve the problem and connect everything together). Also, his communication throughout the project was top notch. I had never met him before this job started, so I'm not trying to help a buddy. I honestly just want others to find good contractors. Go with this company. They're the type of people you want.

The best plumbing company I have ever dealt with.  My son lost dropped in a storm drain. The maintenance crew at my apartment complex could not open the drain, and the city would not come since it was on private property.

I called Kenny, and he came out in now time, because he just wanted to help. He came in minutes and had the cover open in seconds.  The biggest part, is that this man refused payment for his time.  I offered and he would not accept it.  

Very few people operate business this way. If I ever need plumbing services, Kenny will be the first person I call.

I initially called Rodgers plumbing for help with a gas valve leak on my water heater. Shirley was very helpful in getting someone to come out same day. Within minutes of Robert, the technician, leaving after successfully, correcting a loose pilot light, I realized I had, a leak in the wall.l due to baseboard installation that impacted the pipes. I called Shirley back very quickly and she resent Robert back to my property to solder the pipe that was busted. Their professionalism and urgency in responding to both of my service calls was incredibly appreciated. Thank you so much!

I had a water pipe burst. Within 40 minutes the plumber came and fixed the leak in about 30 minutes. The price was VERY reasonable ! I would highly recommend the company.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. We have used Tri County a few different times and, while sometimes it may be difficult to get ahold of them (common in this area of East Texas where services are scarce) they are always honest, do a good job, and do not try to up-sell you on useless services.  I recommended them to my parents, which says it all.

Brian was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in a stressful situation. I appreciate the fact that he didn't just come to our house to make money but instead was determined to solve the problem.
Any other problems we have, we are calling him first.

Great experience with Imperial Plumbing. Toby was our plumber and he was prompt and very friendly. He thoroughly explained the issue and what our options were, showing me along the way exactly what he was talking about and what the pricing would be for the different options. I forget the name of the gal I spoke with on the phone who scheduled my appointment, but she was most helpful. She was very friendly and also thoroughly explained the process (they'd been out once prior to our scheduling the work as they were initially dispatched by our home Warranty company who ultimately did not cover the issue and so we secured Imperial Plumbings services on our own accord). Seems like they have a great team all around and I'd highly recommend!

I woke up to a flooded front yard and water going down the street. Immediately contacted the City Water Department to find out it was in my end. I looked online to find a local, reputable company that specializes in plumbing. DAZ Plumbing had great reviews so I called them up. Technician that arrived was knowledgeable and communicated throughout the whole process. It wasn't until the end of the job, that he started and finished on site, did I realize that my technician was the owner himself!!! That says a lot about his character to still get out in the trenches and work, when his staff has a backlog of work. Thank you Mr. Dee for your hard work and great pricing. I called friends who couldn't recommend a plumber or company, but now I will know who to contact or where to direct future issues.

My elderly parents needed repairs to their toilets.  I called and they sent a person right out .  Plumber told that they didn't repair the the brand of toilet  they had bought from Home Depot.  Tried to upsell them to two brands they carried.  The price got up to over $1,500 before he was told that the price was too high.  He charged them $39.00 then left.  I would not recommend this company to anyone.  Too $$$$$!

Don't use this company . we paid $180 for kitchen  sink not drain. And clogged again the next 2 days. Call them back they said we have to paid the other $400 for the same service for different equipment .be careful to use this company they all cheating people not honest at work .  they run only 5 feet long  line but do reported 60-70 feet long. customer service sucked really bad. Don't try them waste your money. We gave them 1 STAR because don't have 0. None experience on job just have experience on stealing money from the others people. Stay away from these people and this business.

I used this company for an Gas Test inspection.  They were horrible.  The owner didn't want to do anything but get paid.  He came over and looked at the water heater and furnace, and said everything looked ok.  He didn't even want to put his gauge to pressure test the system.  He wanted to use an old gauge that i had.  When the city inspector came out, he said that there were several things that needed to be fixed.  The inspector said that the plumber should have know these basic things.  He also told me that the gauge was not valid and I needed an up to date gauge.  This guy never returned any of my calls in regards to the inspection.  i had to find a another plumber to complete the job.  Don't walk but run away from this company.

The plumbers were very efficient, professional and informative. However, the costs were incredibly high. They charged $800 just to clear a drain in record time. Granted the service call was on a Sunday and I expected a slightly higher charge due to it being on a weekend, the $200 plus for the service call was way more than I expected. I found out later that if I had just waited until Monday, the service call would be 60% less. Call other companies before you contract with this one.
