We had a bees nest in the tree in our front yard. Called Ambassador and they were out the next morning to take care of the situation. They found over 1,000 bees and killed them as well as sealing up the nest. They were efficient and got the job accomplished. So thankful as we live near a park and a school. We were worried about kids in the neighborhood being stung.  Thank you so much for getting the job done.

Great customer service from Chris who personally answered and responded to my calls. He accommodated my urgency for literally next day service. The guys that showed up (Tommy and a new guy) were very courteous, professionally and for the most part quite thorough in their job of sealing our house.

It is now almost a year later and the sealing job was quite thorough except for a few spots that I've had my husband do after we found one scorpion in a place where it could not have come from anywhere else but from behind the bathroom cabinet (gaps in the sheet rock behind the cabinets, thank you shitty home builders for such piss poor work).

My only wish is that they had sealed the walls inside my garage, no not the garage door itself, but the walls inside my garage.  They said that they don't do that.  That was kind of lame to me being that they didn't do that... but they did the rest and so far, almost 99% sealed them out.

Zach is awesome! He is very knowledgable, affordable and doesn't have contracts. He's organized and has never needed to reschedule or not show up. We have our primary residence and our rental house and Zach is prompt to come to either one when we call him. We had to call him on a Friday because we found some ants at our rental and had someone checking in on a Saturday. He came Saturday morning and the renters were none-the-wiser because they were all gone by the time they arrived. He's incredibly thorough and considerate. He came once while our baby was asleep and he was quiet and polite. I'm not sure there's anyone friendlier either. We highly recommend Zach for your pest control needs!

When we bought our house two years ago, it had been rented and then was vacant for a few months. Upon move in, we noticed some bugs, spiders, scorpions, etc and knew we needed help. I called around and liked what I heard after talking with Austin. He did a thorough inspection, explained the pest situation as we have a lot of palm trees. He did a great job and continues to do so every month. He's as courteous as he is knowledgeable. We rarely see a pest anymore, but if one should appear, we call and Austin responds promptly to re-treat. Also, we have dogs and Power Strike is pet friendly. We're super happy with this service.

Our technician Levi was great! Friendly, on time and very professional! He assured us that all chemicals used are safe around pets and children which is a huge plus. We hate bugs and scorpions and we have not seen any around our house inside or outside. Their prices are really good too! Highly recommend.

We bought the Groupon to try their service and are extremely happy.  We are going to now just use their service instead of shopping around.  They have a First Responder, Veteran, and Military discount which is much appreciated in our household.  The tech that came out was so friendly and informative!  Highly recommend using this business, you won't be disappointed.

I met Meechee K, owner of Honey Horizons, through the Phoenix and west valley beekeeping community. I have, and continue to, use her services as a bee keeping mentor. I also purchased my first nucleus colony from her and that colony is healthy and going strong.  As a mentor she shares all that she knows and is always looking to educate herself in current and reliable bee keeping methods. She never rushes the time she spends with me whether in person or on the phone. I expect she is the same with her removal clients. She willing shares her knowledge with her clients.  Meechee K is professional, conscientious and always works with integrity. I highly recommend her services. It's best to remove and relocate bees. It benefits everyone.

Needed some quick relief over a long-standing weed problem that had become dire because of foxtails. Told them that whatever they did, it needed to be pet-friendly. They accommodated every concern and found a time in my schedule to get the job done.  They told me I'd see results in about 2 days. Started seeing a difference in 2 hours! Since then, they've come back for maintenance, and were very receptive along the way. They've got my business for this and exterminating from now on.

Hired Tyler with Axis Pest  (602-315-5936) to cure our infestation of Ear Wigs. He promptly scheduled a visit with us and eradicated the problem. Quite a meticulous and  courteous young man. Very pleased with the results.

Jeff came to my house to give an estimate. He took a look on the roof, and gave an estimate of $310 for bird removal and control.  
I paid in advance,  we set up a service date..and that was the last I saw of him.
He cashed my check, texted that he was having some personal issues, and that was the last I heard from him or my money.

Amazing service and very polite. Amazing rates as well!!! I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who needs them. They came to help us out with a foul smell which we knew was a dead rodent under the house. They found the source under our home and got it for us.

I have dealt with Art on several occasions, as he is the preferred Termite Treatment vendor for my company. Art is always quick to respond and friendly to deal with. He is able to do a job much sooner than other companies, which is important in our industry. Definitely reach out and give Art a call for any termite needs that arise!

Absolutely the worst business I've ever encountered! Shady door-to-door sales guys using super aggressive tactics. They ignore verbal instructions asking them to leave, even when I tell them I already have a regular, wonderful pest control service. This is not a one time occurrence, it has happened on numerous occasions and I've asked them to leave every single time. Unfortunately, they came by my house again on a day my mother was over watching my son while I was at work. My regular pest control was scheduled for the same day. When they came to the door, she thought they were my regular pest control service. Long story short, they told her I hadn't paid (going along with the appointment she thought I had), and took her credit card and had her sign what turned out to be a two year contract! After I found out what happened, I immediately searched for the company phone number and call every number multiple times. Not one time was I able to reach anyone, nor did anyone ever return my voicemails in which I explained what happened. We've had to fight this through the credit card company and the BBB.

I paid 965.00 to rodent proof my house and the work done by Rodent Proof was sloppy...I would not recommend this company.  When sealing up the house they missed spots so rodents could easily access the house again and they did....

TERRIBLE  customer service when you need it the most. We have been using Amera for many years. For the last year or so I have been telling the technician we have crickets in our bathroom and he said he would take care it it. He spent about 10 minutes spraying in the yard each time and the cricket problem continued. We had remodeling done in our bathroom and when the jacuzzi tub was pulled out there was a huge cricket infestation in the wall.  I immediately called Amera and requested a technician come out ASAP - the receptionist said they could get someone out the following week. Seriously - crickets hopping all over the bathroom and they expected me to wait a week. She said if someone was running ahead of schedule they might be able to come by later that day. There are multiple Amera trucks in our community every day! What good is a pest control company if they can not be relied on in an emergency? I called another company who sent a technician out with in the hour - he called to tell me he was on his way and took care of the cricket problem and looked over the yard and addressed some other issues which Amera had completely overlooked. He called me two days after the treatment to see if everything was done to our satisfaction. I called Amera back and said no need to send someone out and cancel all of my further appointments. The receptionist asked why and when i told her that we could not reply on them when we needed them her reply was a snippy sorry.
