I had a client call Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend trapped in her car because crazy bees had taken over her house. No pest company she knew could come until Tuesday due to the holiday. I gave her Ambassador's information and someone was out that afternoon and took care of her bee issue. She was grateful and I was so impressed. Ambassador has provided great routine service to my home and office, they do specialize in bees, scorpions, roof rats, pigeons. If you have a pest---they really are the best.

Zach is awesome! He is very knowledgable, affordable and doesn't have contracts. He's organized and has never needed to reschedule or not show up. We have our primary residence and our rental house and Zach is prompt to come to either one when we call him. We had to call him on a Friday because we found some ants at our rental and had someone checking in on a Saturday. He came Saturday morning and the renters were none-the-wiser because they were all gone by the time they arrived. He's incredibly thorough and considerate. He came once while our baby was asleep and he was quiet and polite. I'm not sure there's anyone friendlier either. We highly recommend Zach for your pest control needs!

Power Strike is the BEST pest control company that I have ever experienced working with in Chandler, AZ.  Austin really knows and understands the bug/pest control business and I recommend his services to everyone I know.  Very dependable and personalized services offered.  For example, my daughter lives in an area that is highly populated with scorpions.  She used a well known pest control company prior to Power Strike and did not notice a difference.  After she began using Power Strike it was very apparent that this company/owner knows what they are doing to alleviate pest problems.  To date, if she see's ONE scorpion or spider she is terrified and Austin has personally come out to to her property to ensure that she is happy.  Now she rarely see's any terrifying pests, which of course makes her mother happy (as I do not receive calls from her or my grandchild about being scared anymore)! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Our technician Levi was great! Friendly, on time and very professional! He assured us that all chemicals used are safe around pets and children which is a huge plus. We hate bugs and scorpions and we have not seen any around our house inside or outside. Their prices are really good too! Highly recommend.

I met Meechee K, owner of Honey Horizons, through the Phoenix and west valley beekeeping community. I have, and continue to, use her services as a bee keeping mentor. I also purchased my first nucleus colony from her and that colony is healthy and going strong.  As a mentor she shares all that she knows and is always looking to educate herself in current and reliable bee keeping methods. She never rushes the time she spends with me whether in person or on the phone. I expect she is the same with her removal clients. She willing shares her knowledge with her clients.  Meechee K is professional, conscientious and always works with integrity. I highly recommend her services. It's best to remove and relocate bees. Hired Tyler with Axis Pest  (602-315-5936) to cure our infestation of Ear Wigs. He promptly scheduled a visit with us and eradicated the problem. Quite a meticulous and  courteous young man. Very pleased with the results.

Jeff is amazing. A couple of days before my wedding I noticed some pigeons were trying to build a nest on the column near my porch. I knocked down the nest and kept trying to schoo them away but they wouldn't leave. A day later I came back and they had bombed my door with poop. Enough was enough, It was time to call a pro. Jeff was very knowledgeable and came out quickly and resolved the issue. Bye bye birdies! No problems since. If you ever find yourself having to deal with these pesky creatures, don't hesitate to call this guy!

Amazing service and very polite. Amazing rates as well!!! I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who needs them. They came to help us out with a foul smell which we knew was a dead rodent under the house. They found the source under our home and got it for us.

Horrible, unethical company. Art, who I presume is the owner, REFUSED, to perform a bid on our house simply becuase my husband works for the competition. Not only did he refuse to do the bid, he then bashed the company my husband works for. I have never encountered this level of unprofessionalism with ANY service person who we have worked with in the past. Art needs to take a lesson or two in customer service. He will no go far in the industry bashing other companies.

I needed to make changes to my service subscription and called their corporate customer service. Yes - there is a few minute wait, but that's pretty common everywhere from Verizon, Costco, even Amazon for the moment.

I spoke with COURTNEY who was very polite, and prompt to the point of making sure she understood how to accommodate my changes. She made the changes easily, quickly, and without any judgment due to the changes being needed because of my error. She definitely fits in with the rest of the team's profile of being professional and courteous, given that I am a grown man and making requests to have someone come out to squish bugs for me.

I paid 965.00 to rodent proof my house and the work done by Rodent Proof was sloppy...I would not recommend this company.  When sealing up the house they missed spots so rodents could easily access the house again and they did....

I would not recommend Amera for their landscape service. Our HOA contracted with them for landscape care. They started off great... After a couple months....things went downhill fast and they began cutting corners. We gave the required 30 day notice as we hired another lawn care service. The next 2 weeks...virtually nothing was done...They arrived....got out the blower...no mowing, no trimming....and left15 minutes later. Long story short...don't even call them for landscape service!
