I contacted this company after paying a different company to seal my house. I revert purchased a home in Queen Creek and it had scorpions inside. I was seeing them consistently and lucky for me they were mostly in the master bedroom.

I paid the original company to seal my home. However, after sealing there was no relief. When I contacted the prior company they continued to blame the issue on my neighbor and also stated that I needed to give it time. Unhappy with that answer o contacted Scorpion Specialists. The owner spent almost an hour on the phone with me talking over the different things that could be going on that was still contributing to the problem and listening to me complain because I was frustrated. He had someone come out the next week. The two gentleman that came to my home were GREAT. They were able to show me the things that the original didn't do correctly as well as the additional services their company offers that would help to aid in the resolution to my problem. Mind you all the stuff Scorpion Specialists offer as their normal seal is much much more than the original company and it would have costed the same price.

Needless to say I am hopeful that the re-seal is going to work as I haven't seen anything since they completed the job! Excellent customer service and very detail oriented.

These guys are great.  Called them when a large old tree died in my front yard.  Cutting down to the stump showed evidence of termites.  Other companies wanted to sell me the whole treatment/prevention service, several hundreds of dollars.  These guys won't try and take your money.  Every house gets hit eventually; you just don't know when.  If you want to make sure, you can spend the money every five years but it's not necessary.  I'll be calling them for all my needs, great to deal with an honest professional.

Bernie is a true professional. My fiancee got in touch with Bernie last week regarding a bee issue we came across in our backyard. Bernie was able to come out the same day to access the situation and take action. The following day our bee problem was gone. Bernie was persistent after the service with follow ups to check on the bees and even came back out to do a thorough check. His price was extremely reasonable as well. I highly recommend this business.

Zach is awesome! He is very knowledgable, affordable and doesn't have contracts. He's organized and has never needed to reschedule or not show up. We have our primary residence and our rental house and Zach is prompt to come to either one when we call him. We had to call him on a Friday because we found some ants at our rental and had someone checking in on a Saturday. He came Saturday morning and the renters were none-the-wiser because they were all gone by the time they arrived. He's incredibly thorough and considerate. He came once while our baby was asleep and he was quiet and polite. I'm not sure there's anyone friendlier either. We highly recommend Zach for your pest control needs!

We were with one of the 'big named' pest control companies before we switched over to power strike about 2 years ago, and SO happy we made the decision to change companies. The owner, Austin, is fabulous, knows his stuff and is always the one to come out. He is very responsive as well, so if we have any random issues he comes out right away. Power Strike is awesome, we haven't had any bug issues and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great pest control company!

Our technician Levi was great! Friendly, on time and very professional! He assured us that all chemicals used are safe around pets and children which is a huge plus. We hate bugs and scorpions and we have not seen any around our house inside or outside. Their prices are really good too! Highly recommend.

I met Meechee K, owner of Honey Horizons, through the Phoenix and west valley beekeeping community. I have, and continue to, use her services as a bee keeping mentor. I also purchased my first nucleus colony from her and that colony is healthy and going strong.  As a mentor she shares all that she knows and is always looking to educate herself in current and reliable bee keeping methods. She never rushes the time she spends with me whether in person or on the phone. I expect she is the same with her removal clients. She willing shares her knowledge with her clients.  Meechee K is professional, conscientious and always works with integrity. I highly recommend her services. It's best to remove and relocate bees. Bye Bye Bugs is a fantastic pest control company. Their pricing is very fair and competitive. I've been using them since we purchased our home and everything has been great. Their customer service is on point and staff is very friendly. George is awesome and usually services our place, he's courteous and will ask you if there is anything they should know about. They do inside, outside, weeds and termites. So they are a well rounded choice. When they spray the outside of my property they do not hold back, everything is thoroughly coated in all the right places. Use Bye Bye Bugs!!

Hired Tyler with Axis Pest  (602-315-5936) to cure our infestation of Ear Wigs. He promptly scheduled a visit with us and eradicated the problem. Quite a meticulous and  courteous young man. Very pleased with the results.

Very reasonable prices.  Jeff know pigeons.  He set up various things, on roof and other areas, to deter the pigeons.  Pigeons were determined and did not totally leave at first, maybe due to easy pickings with nearby homes, but Jeff was effective in eliminating the pigeon problem.

Amazing service and very polite. Amazing rates as well!!! I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who needs them. They came to help us out with a foul smell which we knew was a dead rodent under the house. They found the source under our home and got it for us.

Art was great to work with.  Did the work in a timely fashion.  Termites have not returned.  The prior review does not make any sense.  Why did they not use the company that her husband worked for?  Maybe they were just trying to figure out what the competition was charging.

I wish I could give it zero stars! Their door to door salesman just rang our door bell and then when we didn't answer knocked on the door and when we still didn't answer rang the door bell again and knocked again! What kind of bull is that? Clearly if we didn't answer the first time we are not interested! He literally interrupted a very important work conference call I was on because he wouldn't leave! I am pissed!

I paid 965.00 to rodent proof my house and the work done by Rodent Proof was sloppy...I would not recommend this company.  When sealing up the house they missed spots so rodents could easily access the house again and they did....

Do not use AMERA for your landscaping.  They do not keep their word.  I contracted for trimming oleanders, sage,  and lantana bushes.  They trimmed about three inches of growth and when I asked for a deeper trim, I was told I would have to pay extra.  When I refused, they left my property in a big mess - not cleaning up what they had already trimmed. When you call them, they keep you on hold endlessly.  I will not deal with people like this in the future.
