I didn't realize how dingy and dull my slate was until a friend recommended I consider getting it cleaned and resealed. I was concerned there wouldn't be a significant difference, but I was pleasantly surprised once the job was done! The dirt embedded in the slate is gone, the cracked grout was repaired and the grout lines were restored to their original color. I ended up going with 2 coats of the 300 sealer and it's a night & day difference. I'm very happy with the services provided. David was very thorough & informative when explaining their services/processes/prices and he did a great job completing the services. Efrain was very responsive when scheduling the appointment. It was well worth the money spent! My only regret is that I didn't take a before picture for comparison.

I was very concerned about the prospect of improving our 16 year old kitchen with new counter tops and a redesign of our island. I was worried about all of the things most people are: mess, coordination, something goes wrong, being completely unraveled at our home for weeks on end. I worried for no reason in hindsight all because of Optimum. The team was exceptionally easy to work with and made our plans come to life without any stress at all. I was so pleased with the care and attention as well as the encouragement to make the best choices with their guidance as professionals. All contractors were organized and completed work without impacting our day to day life and got our kitchen finished with quick turn around once begun.  My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend this business and how they work.  We are considering tackling 2 bathrooms soon and wouldn't dream of contacting another to help us further beautify our home.

Last year, my driveway (which looks like bare concrete) began showing what looked like calcium rising to the surface (I think it's called efflorescence) and the surface started peeling away in spots.  My handyman/ contractor was confident that he could resurface & paint my driveway.  He did his best but after a few months, the driveway started peeling again. In hindsight, I should have hired someone with the right expertise.  

Early this year after doing a Yelp search, I was directed by another contractor to Adis. He felt strongly that my handyman had made things worse but he was confident he could make it look significantly better and he did.  There were a few delays but they were due to materials he needed taking longer to arrive than originally quoted to him. I decided to wait a few months before writing this review because I wanted to see how it looked over time and am happy to report that it still looks great.  He's honest and straightforward, and I highly recommend Adis for this type of work and I see he does a lot more than just driveways. Let him help you and you won't regret it.

My wife and I needed our carpets replaced. She searched and found reviews of carpet sales and installation in the valley. Brandi's name showed up over and over as a great place to do business for flooring for both quality and pricing! So we headed to Brandi's and picked our carpeting. Chris Brown was very helpful. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional in helping us pick the perfect carpets.
A week later the carpet were installed by terrific installers, Steven and Nick. They were great! The carpets were installed perfectly.
Form the beginning of the process to the final instillation, you felt like you were family! They are the perfect family business!!

We had a miscommunication with our flooring company and got white grout with our wood-style title.  To make wood-style tile look like a hardwood floor, you need grout that matches the tile's color.  Brian from Sir Grout gave me a very reasonable quote to recolor all 1,500 sf of the grout.  They moved all the furniture, scrubbed the tile clean, and put everything back.  After they left, I found two closet floors that were missed, and they came back within a few days and got those too.  I would use Sir Grout in the future!  And will continue to keep my tile looking great!

Metro Concrete installed a complete front patio and overlay on my front driveway.  They were on time and on schedule for every appointment, and the job was done in a timely manner.   I am so happy with the finished product.  Thank you for all your help, making my front yard look amazing.  I will recommend them to everyone.

Can't say anything bad about them. Prices are competitive, work is done professionally, owner is responsive and doesn't make you feel like a thorn in his side if you point out changes you'd like to make. It's refreshing to know there are still business professionals out there like Kyle. You could not have someone in your home who is more communicative, honest, dependable, trustworthy, and skilled. We entrusted Kyle unmonitored access to our home to install hard wood flooring of our upstairs hallway and loft. The process was stress free and fast! From initial to quote to installation, the entire job was completed in less than three weeks. Also of note, Kyle is who actually does the work! So many times you hire a company and never see the same "professional" once installation begins, which is not the case with Kyle. Kyle's the one that shows up, on time and actually completes the project. We cannot recommend Kyle and Illustrious Hardwoods enough!

We used the Nextdoor app, to ask our neighbors for flooring recommendations. European Design Flooring was highly recommended. We initially got estimates from three different companies. We went with European Flooring for three reasons. 1. Competitive Pricing. 2. More Flooring Inventory Selections. & 3. Marin, the owner seemed extremely knowledgeable. That is the process we came to working with Marin at European Flooring. Now, let me tell you why I am taking the time to write a review. Everything Marin quoted us from price, installation time and quality of work....met ALL of our expectations! We replaced outdated travertine floors and carpet with a wood-look luxury vinyl. Not only does our house look brand new, but the flooring is toddler & dog tested and is very durable. We would recommend Marin and his team to anyone!

It was truly an all-around great experience.  Mark came out, talked to us about what we wanted to do in remodeling our bathroom, took pictures and measurements, and had a reasonable estimate out to us within a couple weeks.  His crew started the job on time, and they were all great.  They all seemed very competant and friendly.

Once the job was completed, we realized that as a result of our plans (not Mark's), our walk-in shower had a little overspray issue where our vanity was getting splashed.  We called Mark who offered us a few different options and the cost of each.  We decided to have a glass wall expanded a little, and then Mark told us that he was going to split the cost of that with us.  How sweet is that?  It truly was not Sunset's fault that our shower was spraying a little past our glass wall, so that was an added bonus that he offered to share the cost of our "tweaking" of the wall.

We love our new carpeting! Choosing the carpeting was a little overwhelming, but Kim asked all the right questions to help us find just what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable and made the process fun! The installation was perfect and we are very happy with the result!

I haven't decided what I want to do yet but Mike came over and measured and quoted me up. He's very reliable and on time. He's not pushy and hasn't been bugging me to order which I appreciate. I can't say anything about the carpet install yet but so far I've loved the communication and the explanation he gave me.

Anthony stained the concrete floors of my 1,700 square foot house. I originally planned to stain the floors myself, but when I discovered black mastic that needed to be removed first, I called Anthony. He explained the entire process, from grinding, staining, neutralizing, sealing, and waxing. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, and I'm very happy with the result. I highly recommend First Due Concrete Staining.

I love this company! After a bad experience three years ago with another flooring company, I was nervous, but everyone I worked with from concept to scheduling and installation was professional,  honest, and hard working.  The work they did is amazing, and they finished a day AHEAD of schedule! Ericka was amazing! I had to re tile my shower walls, and put in a new shower pan. They were booked a week or two out from when we first spoke (sign of a solid business), but Ericka was up front with me from the beginning on time frame and pricing. Got several quotes, and was very competitive with pricing, and did a fantastic job.

Follow up - some of the grout was loosening up (because of the schluter board I chose to use behind the tile), but she had someone come out and fix at no cost.

Would recommend 10/10, and I am completely satisfied. Thank you for a job well done.
