Best Flooring Contractors in United States

I do not recommend this business.Dan came out to give an estimate on cleaning and sealing pavers.Because of the extent of efflorescence, he suggested soda blasting or in the alternative placing travertine pavers above the existing brick pavers. He took photos and measurements and promised to provide an estimate for sealing the pavers, as well as a name of a contractor for soda blasting. He indicated we could then price out our best solution. Well, two weeks later and nothing. In a follow up call to the business, Lisa was not helpful, offering only excuses and advised the estimate would not be forthcoming. Horrible customer service.

These guys are great!  We bought a new house and needed the old tile removed and approximately 1,800 sq ft of new tile installed within a very short time frame. They worked within our tight schedule and sent a crew to work over the weekend.  After it was done the owner came out and inspected the install to ensure it was perfect. The tile is beautiful and I was able to move my family in on time. Thanks guys!

Adis did a great job leveling / smoothing out a concrete floor and in so doing fixing some sloppy/bad work by the previous "contractor."  Thanks!

Needing a new carpet, it was easy to return to Brandi Carpet. Unfortunately my husband and I were very disappointed with the customer service this time around. On October 7, 2020 Justin came to our house to measure one bedroom and confirm the carpet of choice. At the time, we were very clear that we couldn't have  the installation until the beginning of 2021. ( since we are part timers). Justin said that this shouldn't be an issue. We gave him a deposit of half the cost. In the beginning of November my husband called to confirm an early January installation date; our check had been cashed. Strangely, On Monday, November 30th, we received a call from Justin ( and later Chris) to tell us that the carpet is no available. WHAT??? It took them almost two months to discover this and we are just finding this out!!!   As part timers our time is limited, planning ahead definitely did not work to our advantage.  Suggest you look elsewhere!

We just had Clear Choice Flooring install hardwood flooring in our Living Room and 3 Bedrooms.  They recommended to us a great hardwood floor.  From the demo work, to the moving of furniture to the preparation and installation of the flooring, the entire process was first rate.  Everyone was courteous and respectful to us and our home and the work was completed perfectly in the time frame promised at a very fair price.  We are extremely happy we chose Clear Choice for our project and recommend them highly to anyone looking for a flooring installation.

Metro Concrete installed a complete front patio and overlay on my front driveway.  They were on time and on schedule for every appointment, and the job was done in a timely manner.   I am so happy with the finished product.  Thank you for all your help, making my front yard look amazing.  I will recommend them to everyone.

Can't say anything bad about them. Prices are competitive, work is done professionally, owner is responsive and doesn't make you feel like a thorn in his side if you point out changes you'd like to make. I'm an unreasonably picky customer but Flavius went above and beyond to work with me. Kitchen and dining floors look fantastic now

Kyle was amazing to work with! He was very flexible with my schedule and the other work being done at the home, and his attention to detail was outstanding! He kept in touch at each step and was very personable with everyone in my family. Totally recommend and would use again!

I have to say these guys did an amazing job. The price was very fair and the craftsmanship was great. I purchased the flooring before even calling them and they didn't have a problem with it at all. They did demo and installed the flooring in less than three days. I wasn't even home while they worked and they did everything I asked of them and nothing was disturbed. I would definitely use them again. They even lined me up with a tile person to do another job in my home and he did an amazing job as well. These guys are amazing. Give them a call.

Several years has passed and Sunset Tile & Bath did an amazing job(s) for us in our going on 20-year old home.  The baths (3) and kitchen with a completely different footprint is amazing.  The quality of cabinets and workmanship and fairness is the best we have encountered.  Audrey was the ASID designer and she was so professional and talented.  Mark the owner was right on with his pricing and the entire crew began the job on time and finished with absolute perfection and attention to detail.  Tony was fantastic and with the project every day and the contractor that installed our cabinets was top quality.  Paul, the field supervisor, went out of his way to see that everything went smooth and on time.  A company with integrity and a desire to please.

I keep saying, "I can't believe it." Baker Brothers is amazing. For 20 years I put up with an extremely uneven concrete floor in my master bedroom. (The result of a remodel by the previous homeowner. Long story.) But Baker Brothers came in and leveled it all out and installed the most beautiful wood flooring. I'm very grateful to Steve at the Camelback location who worked everything out, from flooring choice to completed installation. And to the two installers who were professional and very talented. Every time I walk into  the room now my first thought is, "I can't believe it" (but I repeat myself). The floor is flat and even and the wood flooring is absolutely beautiful!

I'll probably have 10 things I wish I had said after the fact of this review, but here goes. YES, the experience was that good. If every contractor experience I had was like it was with Armor-Kote, I would give up DIY projects and have some else do the job.

Step 1 - the quote, Shane came out, offered up their great color selections, informed me about every level of product they offer and answered every silly question I had about the install process, product and why I shouldn't be doing this myself with an off-the-shelf product.

I'll also note, PICTURES DO NOT DO THEIR FLOORS JUSTICE. Which is probably why Shane offered up references to go see other floors, even his own home and one of their current installs that day.

Step 2 - the install, John and his crew were there when they said they would be.

Backstory, I actually had it on my calendar 30 minutes later (and we were in our rental home 15 minutes away and had not moved in yet). I had left the side garage door open late the night before and had intended to call them in the morning. I missed 2 calls from John, while showering and getting my daughter ready for school.  When I saw my phone, first thing I thought was "#$*t ##%t #(%k, they're gonna leave to another job and be pissed about rescheduling."  Nope! We finally sync'd up and they waited 20 minutes, and John figured out I had left the side garage door open for them. I can tell you now, most contractors I dealt with before would have left after two minutes and forced a reschedule and been most unpleasant.  This was the complete opposite experience.

I had several quotes from fairly reputable companies that offered similar high quality floors. What made the difference was how Shane presented the products and explained in detail each one, their color selections were much more diverse than every other company. They also had a unique "Brindle Flake", which wasn't for me, but showed me they innovate in their industry, which shows they truly care about what they do.

Another great part was the total install time of around 6 1/2 hours. Every other vendor was offering up at least 2 days to install. Granted, we were not moved in yet and this is a brand new home and so other installs may require more prep work, but if we had need, we could have moved all our stuff out of the garage, and had it back in later that night.

Only thing I can offer up as a suggestion, is to tape off the doors before or after the install. We had a couple of other contractors in that day, and I was worried since we were not at the house, (and they had gotten done so quickly to warn them) that one of them would have walked on the floor before it was cured.

I had always wanted a top quality garage floor and now I have that dream floor I always wanted. All I can say is THANKS!!! These guys are just doing it right, by WOW'ing the customer.

Mike is the best. I first met him at the Tempe location! He was incredibly helpful and I am looking foward to working with him now that we have made a new home purchase. He really knows his stuff and has outstanding customer service. Hightly recommend!

I highly recommend Andrew from Valley Tile Removal! After long hours of trying to remove tile and thin set ourselves, we called Andrew for help! He arrived on time and ready to work. He was honest, competitively priced, and did fantastic work! He left our concrete clean and ready for new flooring, I will recommend Andrew to all of our family and friends!

My husband and I had thought about doing this for years, and finally found Anthony from First Due Concrete Staining.
He explained everything, to a T and what was going to happen.
We chose a color and then we went (per Anthony's recommendation) and looked at a color sample at Cohills to be sure the original color we had chosen was what we really wanted.
Seeing the actual color versus the color on the sheet was good because we changed our mind. I highly recommend you seeing the color up front and personal.
We did most of the prep ourselves in removing the existing tile, carpet and linoleum in the three rooms we were getting done. (It's really was not that hard).
Anthony came in the prep is the longest which he fully explained to us.
And I hear you say what about the dust?
There is little to no dust which I was totally amazed about.
So this is the end results which we are absolutely thrilled with couldn't ask for a better finished product.
And how to clean the floors? Anthony recommended either a microfiber brush or a swiffer sweeper so this also cuts down on the amount of chemicals for cleaning of the floor's .
And Anthony stands by his work before during and after.

This is the one and only flooring company that I will allow in my home. These guys are the definition of Customer Service! Not only have they done work at my home, but as a General Contractor that relies heavily on good sub-contractors, they take care of ALL of my customers! Flooring, showers, granite-tile countertops etc... I always ask for Marty, but I'm extremely confident that everyone there has the same type of positive attitude...
Customer Service is priority #1 for them!!!

Spicegirls are the best! I found them through Yelp, and they were quick to help me. I wanted a full bathroom remodel. We met virtual then i went into their showroom to pick the final choices. Rosa is an absolute delight. She worked with me to stay within my budget. She even came to my house the next day just to put the samples in the bathroom to see if it would look good in person. Her communication was excellent. I always knew what was going on & when. She also sent pictures while i was out of town. They have great taste & did an excellent job with my bathroom, highly recommend!
