We replaced all of our flooring which was a big undertaking!  Eli and Jesus were great to work with. They were very responsive to our questions and quickly resolved the few issues we had.  Our floors turned out beautiful and I  highly recommend HM Flooring!

I just recently moved into my first official place, a second story condo and was hoping to do wood tile as it's all the rage nowadays, I've heard. But, alas, tile was way too expensive to install and hello, I can't install that stuff myself. Ain't nobody got time fo dat. So after reading a bunch of awesome reviews here on Yelp, I decided to contact Cosimo for some help, hoping that he would have some great price on tile and the install for it. He responded super fast, which I loved, and came out to do an estimate for me! I had already kind of picked a tile out that I liked but after looking at it, he did notice that there was some bowing going on, which made sense since the tile was fairly inexpensive. He also pointed out that the install would be very expensive for tile and because I live on the second floor, the tile would most likely not be completely flat. He suggested instead high end laminate which is just as durable, looks more like natural wood, and is much cheaper to install. I went to visit his store to see the options, and he has a lot of nice options for laminate wood-style floors! My family couldn't even the difference between the laminate and the real wood floors he had. I found one I absolutely loved and met all my criteria and his crew worked super fast. After ordering the wood, he booked his crew to install the floor within a week and they got it done in 4 days! And it was amazing work! It was super beautiful and they did an exceptional job on the stairs, as well.

The only small thing I wish I had been warned about was that they wouldn't leave everything exceptionally clean, so there was a fine layer of dust on everything, which was fine, as it's not their job to be cleaners. He did offer to have them come out again and wipe everything down for me, which was nice of him, but I didn't want to impose. So just know, if you're getting your floors done, make sure you put everything in storage or cover it if you don't want it to be dusty! Luckily, I didn't have anything really in the condo, so I didn't have to do that much cleaning but I could see it being a problem for people who already have things moved in.

Overall, I was super happy with my floors and everyone who's come to see it has told me it looks great. I feel like it has the charm of wood floors without the maintenance and I'm all about things that are low maintenance. I was really happy with the great service, the price, and the speediness of the work.

Had our patio done in Jan 2022 and have small buble but will not repair without charge. Check warranty first!

Recently discovered that our 2nd story terrace was badly rotted in the floor. Called a few contractors but many did not want to tackle this job involving installing a new subfloor.
Well Sammy from Floor Coverings Intl, did, and they did a great job! Put in 3/4" exterior plywood screwed & glued to the framework, then screwed and glued 1/2" backboard to that, then 2 coats of RedGuard, then thinset cement & beautiful tiles. We like the border tiles too!

This is a quality operation. Everything they did was high quality.
We are very happy now!

We used Floor Coverings international Mesa to install new glass tile in foyer, living room and dining room.. Truthfully they came in a little higher than  the other two bids, but we were so impressed with their high reviews we decided to go with them. The job was done so quickly and so expertly we were thrilled. The owner, Kris, checked in often --the entire job took two days. The installers were professional and polite. The entire experience has been positive....wish I could give them more stars.

Showed up at 1:00 on Saturday, hours say open until 2:00. Saw people walk out right as we pulled up, tried to go inside and doors were locked. So either the people we saw leaving were the owners and didn't even acknowledge us or the owners locked the doors right after they saw us pull up. Poor customer service without even walking inside. Don't waste your time.

Mike did a great job on our bathroom remodel. He tiled the shower and floor and it looks great! Great communication and we are so happy with the way it turned out.  Would definitely hire him again!

We had Floor Source install tile for our first floor along with new baseboards and they did an excellent job.  Their pricing was competitive and they were great to work with.  While very inconvenient to do from a living perspective with kids and dogs, the crew kept the site clean, were very nice and accommodating and worked hard to get it done timely.  I love my new floors!

TRUE CRAFTSMANSHIP!!!  I was absolutely amazed when I got home and saw the repair to my granite countertop.  I had about a two foot long crack in it and found the photos of Seamus's work here on yelp.  I sent him an email and he came over the following day to give me a quote.  The whole repair process takes about half a day.  When he is done, it is impossible to notice that the countertop had ever had a crack in it.  He resealed all of my sinks and polished all of my granite countertops and they look fantastic!  He does great work!  You will be so pleased with the result!

DustSharkz we're very quick to reply to my inquiry and scheduled someone to come out for a quote within a few days. Lance was kind and courteous as he measured our space and had a proposal over to me within 24 hours. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they had our project scheduled within 2 weeks. Day of, the crew arrived on time and were extremely considerate during their time in my home. I have an 8 month old baby and they called me upon arrival to ensure they didn't wake her by knocking on the door, and then made sure I left prior to starting the demo as I had expressed concern about the dust affecting her. They completed the job very quickly and did an excellent job, with very little dust considering the work that was involved. Highly recommend.

I can't recommend Matthew and his team enough! They showed up early and got right to work, and were finished within the quoted time! Super responsive and friendly as well. There was no mess made, and their work was flawless. I will definitely use them again for any future jobs!

We could not be happier with yet another completed project by Gainey Flooring Solutions.  The fact that we hired them a second time (January 2020, after the first project two years ago) speaks volumes.  We all know it can be hard to find a trustworthy contractor, but Bruce - and for that matter - his workers, don't disappoint.  Both times we hired Gainey, the craftsmen were just that:  very good at their craft, and what's more, extremely conscientious.  Alex tiled both of our bathrooms, including putting in a new shower pan.  His attention to detail, punctuality, and artistic style are top notch.  Alex both protected our carpets beforehand, and cleaned up every day before leaving.  And Bruce is an excellent communicator, and works hard to keep the project on schedule, evidenced by the fact that he was onsite - five of the total twelve days - to ensure the project was progressing.  Bruce exceeded expectations:  his team completed the work in 3/4 of the projected time.  I would not hesitate to recommend Gainey.

Eduardo and his crew have performed two excellent saltillo tile demolition projects (over 1000 sf of tile!).  They also did a great job installing porcelain tile on our front patio.  It looks great.

Vicki is very knowledgeable about flooring and is very interested in providing great service to her customers. We live in a condo with very strict but also difficult to understand noise ratings for flooring. Vicki dug in to get as much information on this as possible. This was after going all over town and not finding another carpet dealer that understood the sound ratings or that was willing to work with us to meet the requirements. Real pleased with J & B.

We were looking to replace all the flooring in our house and found Adriatic Flooring by a friends recommendation.  They were so accommodating and very responsive to my many questions.  It was a big job, and they did great!  We love the new look! We would highly recommend them!
