Eduardo came to my condominium twice to help with the measuring and selection of carpet. He was very helpful, arrived on time, and got the process started. After placing my order, the carpet arrived within a week, and was installed a couple of days later.  The installation looks beautiful. For a small charge they also re-stretched carpet in a different room that had somehow developed waves and wrinkles. I really recommend these guys.

I have had Bram install flooring in two houses and am about to have them do another (when the house is ready). They are very reasonable, flexible and reliable. I literally gave them the lock box code and wasn't even there when they installed the flooring. I'm so impressed with their experience and integrity that I won't go anywhere else for my flooring needs.

Cosimo and his crew are amazing!!  They were very professional, efficient, and fast.  Not only was Cosimo quick to respond to my request for having flooring done, but I believe his company offers some of the best vinyl flooring the Valley has to offer.  When I checked out some of the flooring options that Paradise Tile & Natural Stone had in their store, I quickly realized that the materials used are of an exceptional quality that other vinyls don't come anywhere close to.

I appreciate everything Cosimo and his crew have done for my house, and I definitely recommend them to anyone in need of flooring work done in Maricopa County.

Installed an epoxy floor in garage other than what was selected (the company was referred to me by my brother in law and we said we wanted the exact same floor) and quoted and then tried to fix the situation by offering a very small discount on the job. Then the floor that was installed developed issues and they had to redo the clear coat. Meanwhile, they unplugged our garage refrigerator during the repairs. We had left for a 2 week vacation and came home to spoiled fridge and freezer full of food. They denied doing so and never made good on anything and took no responsibility.

Two stars for showing up on time.

Kudos to Tom and the boys for a job well done. Needed new carpet in the condo. Called him on a Monday. Had a bid and samples and installed by Wednesday. No hassles, no brain damage. A job well done. Tom will be getting a call from me next time I need carpet, you can count on that.

It has taken over one year to finally get close to finishing our kitchen remodel.  One of the last things was to tile the backsplash.  We've tiled before, but knew we could screw this up if we did it ourselves, so we contacted Mike, based on Yelp reviews.  We couldn't have made a better choice.  Mike and his dad showed up promptly at 0800 and went to work.  The first thing they did was to lay down tarps to protect my new hardwood floors.  I was amazed.  After so many trades coming through to do various tasks and always having to remind them to protect my floors, this was a good omen.  They finished the job beautifully the same day.  We will be using them again for our bathroom remodel coming up next.

Floor Source AZ is the real deal. We had about 1400 sq ft of flooring and demolition of the existing floor.
They finished on time, the result was above expectations, the quoted price is what we paid. And they stayed in contact with us throughout.

Where do I begin to recommend this miracle worker named, Seamus. Aside from being professional, he is beyond a miracle worker. He took his time making it right (please see photos attached). He is worth every penny for sure. I am so glad to have found him here at Yelp! He comes in with all his tools and cleans up after it's all said and done. No dust left behind. Rick and his company did tile removal in 9/2020. When the work was done, we had to start hounding the company for follow up and completion- most of the texts I still have showing the lack of care and follow up on their part. Our island kickboards were not reinstalled and left in a pile (we had to send Rick pictures before he finally sent his brother to fix those) and our carpet was torn and burned. The workers did not tell us they had damaged the carpet. We notified Rick who said he has a lots of carpet repair knowledge and would do what it took to fix it-
If it couldn't be repaired it would be replaced. But when he saw the rug in person and where the damage was, he tried to get us to agree to change our tile plan and add a border tile to cover the damage. He also tried to convince us to tile that whole area. When we said no he was visibly frustrated and left before my husband could finish talking to him. He sent a separate company over on multiple visits to fix the carpet- the first guy said the carpet was too old to stretch and would rip more, the next guy said he could stretch it fine but when he did it started to tear and he stopped saying it was the best he could do- it still hadn't pulled past the main tear. The next guy said he knew how to work with this and stretched it more. In the end we were told they put down so much glue if we ever replace the carpet it won't come up. We are still left with an area where the carpet doesn't touch the tile leaving a visible gap in high traffic area. Also the stretching has left the carpet with obvious seam lines and puckers. These were not as evident on the last carpet repair day but as the glue dried the carpet puckered and pulled back. Rick was unimpressed with our concerns, ask for pictures, and them would not return our calls/texts. We are left worth damaged carpet- not worth the savings for this company's dustless work.

Excellent! Right from the initial Yelp communication to the end of the project, Matthew and his crew were responsive, on time, professional and friendly. It's difficult when starting a project to know who to use that would do a good job that was dust-free. My daughter (Vanessa M) had used them for her home project after researching price/Sq ft and referred me. Definitely would recommend.

Was referred to Gainey Flooring from my friend Ron, who swore Gainey was the best. His praise was spot on. We had a full-scale remodel of a golf condo near the Biltmore and was pretty nervous because we were in L.A. and couldn't oversee the project on a day-to-day basis. Bruce put us at ease the first time we met. His rates were competitive, his knowledge superb, and the quality was top notch. He kept us apprised of the progress each day, texting us pictures of the floor.

We were walk-in customers and greeted by extremely friendly staff.  We had our rambunctious 18 month old son with who they treated so sweetly and offered snacks and drinks to.

Vikki was knowledgeable and friendly.  She provided us with the guidance we needed on options and pricing to make our final decision.  She was able to schedule installation around our needs and when the day came, they showed up on time and did a great job.  Our home has been completely transformed and we could not be more pleased with the process!

Pro tip - they only take cash or check, so be sure to bring that with you for deposits or amounts due.

We had our flooring done before we moved into our house. We were still in North Carolina and Dennis made the process super easy. Dennis recommended boardwalk and we couldn't be happier we love it!

Wow, what a great experience and an amazing product!  Eric called me back the same day, covered his products and process and even provided a ball park price without seeing the home.  Eric was able to schedule me on the day I needed, he followed up a few days prior and showed as promised.  Finished in two days and to say I am impressed is an understatement!  I highly recommend First Class Coatings!
