Jean has done several project for us including poo repair, pavers installation, faux grass installation, and concrete repair. Jean does excellent work. He listens to the needs that you have and then offers a variety of solutions to meet those needs. His prices are competitive and the quality is very high. I highly recommend home for all home improvement needs.

My wife and I moved to a new home in the Granite Dells and wanted to resurface the concrete garage floor.  Joey responded immediately to our request for an estimate.  He spent a lot of time educating us on colors, processes, and materials.  We chose to go with the polyaspartic coating (a fast dry process).  Joey did all his own work and went above-and-beyond to complete the work on schedule.  Joey was very personable, and we appreciated his conscientiousness and work ethic.  We are very happy with our new garage floor.  We wholeheartedly recommend Joey and Hales Concrete Epoxy Coatings.

We searched and searched for luxury vinyl, took home samples from several big stores. Nothing seemed right. Went to ENCORE and not only were we treated better they had a great selection and were very helpful. You have no worries when shopping here you deal with the actual owners. They are very easy to work with and provide the attention to your project as if it was their own. We can't say enough good about the product we picked or the service we received. Do yourself a favor , skip the national, huge companies, where after they sell it they don't care if it is done right, Encore was the best decision we could have made. Still remodeling or I would have posted pictures.

I am satisfied with the job that Royal Wood Flooring did with installing laminate flooring in 3 bedrooms and baseboards. The two man crew were professional and clean. Their pricing is competitive as well. Credit card was not accepted so I was disappointed in losing the rewards points but I saved more money on the contract price than i lost in rewards points. The owner Vinny was a pleasure to speak with over the phone (could do better responding to texts) but overall he provided great customer service. Would do business with again.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

I went in search of some tile for my "Cantina" we are building. Jack helped me figure it all out and I did the work myself. Was a great experience and the tile looks great. I have never tiled before and Jack helped me figure out what I needed and how to make it all come together. Thanks for all you help. Your place is the BEST!

Frank was amazing at coordinating the installation of our vinyl flooring and carpet within the time frame we needed it. He communicated and would check in on the crew for quality and ensure they were on time. I appreciate the quality and care that was given to us by Frank and I highly recommend Uptight Carpet!

Encompassed in a total remodel of our home for the past year, I have had the extreme pleasure of working with the entire team here.  From design ideas to mis haps in old houses, they have been with me every step of the way.   I love the variety of tiles and quality of product.   They are open to changes mid way and all about fulfilling the clients wants.  I couldn't be happier with my house and all of the beautiful tiles they helped me put together. I found these guys as they were doing a job across the street from my house. I trust my neighbors and if they chose someone for their home I feel comfortable giving them a shot. The owner of the company came over to take a look at our hardwood floor (kitchen, dining area) which was probably 30 years old and may have been recoated once in that time. Needless to say, it was not looking very good. He quoted me a price which I accepted and he came to work two weeks later. It took him two full days and upon completion it was like we had brand new floors put in. My wife stays at home with our babies and they took great care to keep everything clean and enclosed as to not impact the rest of the home in any way. There was one minor item that when I flagged the guys came right back over and fixed it completely without any questions whatsoever. I would highly recommend these guys as their pricing is good and the work is great. Only issue is they are busy so don't expect them to be able to come out the next week. I have an after picture, but unfortunately I forgot to take a before picture which showed a very dramatic transition.

I have been looking for someone to come and clean my floors. Remember, it's the holiday season. Everyone is booked including Emil. He made time to squeeze me in at the very end of a long day. They were efficient and he really went the extra mile for me. Now that's service!! I couldn't be happier that my floors are done for the holidays and I'm ready to move into my new home!! Wow! I can't say enough good things about this company! I have polished travertine floors that were a mess, much of it my own fault from using the wrong cleaners and ending up with dull, ugly floors.
I contacted Scottsdale Travertine Polish and Mackenzie responded quickly and was able to set up an appointment to see my floors and give me a quote within a few days.
Not only was their price the best I received,but the results are amazing! It looks like a new floor! I had spill marks and traffic areas in the kitchen that now look brand new. The team was polite, knowledgeable and answered my many many questions.
I highly, highly recommended them, you will not be disappointed. I went from absolutely hating my floors to loving them!

Set up time for estimate visit--- he texted saying he was running late---2 hours later he was still 20 mins away. No thanks.

There were many things that went wrong with our remodel, but I'll keep it rather short.

1. We had two project managers. One got fired. The other was intoxicated on nearly every occasion that we spoke to him. He would angrily call us up on weekends and interrogate us about when the contractors left our house. On another occasion, he claimed that "he was probably drunk" when he took our call at 3:30pm on a Thursday. So drunk that he didn't remember it. He accused us of lying until he looked at his phone receipts. Our sink detached from our counter about 4 months after completion and after several no-shows, I confronted him about it. He hung up on me.

2. We received a design for our kitchen and we only asked for two things specialized cabinets: a cubby cabinet and a spice rack pull-out. Both cabinets were forgotten about. The spice rack was added after completion. The cubby stayed the way it was because the project manager told us there was nothing they could do now and it would require the tear down of the backsplash. We should have pushed back on this, but we didn't. Our design, in total, was missing the two specialty cabinets we asked for as well as additional cabinets that could not be added due to a lack of space.

3. At some point during the re-install, our dishwasher was damaged. It was placed back in and leaked ever since. Now our new cabinets are removed due to the water damage. Maxum sent a contractor to come look at the damage. He said that Maxum would get back to me. That was a week ago and I'm tired of waiting for them to do the right thing as we have always been patient.

Do yourself a favor and look at their ROC cases (ROC 202770). Two cases have led to discipline or resolution and meanwhile there are two pending cases. Please avoid this company.

No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.
