Jean has done several project for us including poo repair, pavers installation, faux grass installation, and concrete repair. Jean does excellent work. He listens to the needs that you have and then offers a variety of solutions to meet those needs. His prices are competitive and the quality is very high. I highly recommend home for all home improvement needs.

Joey Hale, hands down, the BEST.  We could not be happier with his professionalism, communications, commitment, dedication to perfection and attention to detail.  If I could give 10 stars I would.  It is so nice to come across a contractor that goes above and beyond, which is not easy to find these days.  Joey did 3 large garage floors for us, all in different colors.  He was on schedule and on budget.  If I was tech savvy I could post pictures of his work.  But you'll have to trust me, my floors are beautiful.  Go with Joey, you won't be disappointed.

We searched and searched for luxury vinyl, took home samples from several big stores. Nothing seemed right. Went to ENCORE and not only were we treated better they had a great selection and were very helpful. You have no worries when shopping here you deal with the actual owners. They are very easy to work with and provide the attention to your project as if it was their own. We can't say enough good about the product we picked or the service we received. Do yourself a favor , skip the national, huge companies, where after they sell it they don't care if it is done right, Encore was the best decision we could have made. Still remodeling or I would have posted pictures.

I live in a historic home and have gorgeous hardwoods that are original to the home. After a recent remodel which included the removal of an interior chimney left parts of our new hallway woodless. We did our homework and called on two companies that came highly recommended in our community for two estimates. We decided to go with Royal Wood Flooring and we couldn't be more happy with our choice! Not only did they show up when they said they would they also completed the job when they said they would! The work was excellent and I am very proud of my wood flooring. Feathering wood is defiantly an art and not something just anyone can do, my once woodless parts of flooring look now like they have always been there. We highly recommend them and after you use them you will know why!

Mark was awesome to work with! He is a creative visionary who helped transform our bathrooms. I showed him a few I inspiration pics and he took it to the next level. He was always on time and delivered what he said he was going to do!

We have worked with Barry at RNB Flooring for years! They have installed carpet, tile, and vinyl plank flooring. We have also referred them to clients and will do so again, as they do an exceptional job!

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

They have an array of gorgeous stone. Have not purchased yet but they were very nice.

Uptight just finished tile installation and new grout / cleaning on the existing flooring in the 3,000 SF house we just purchased.  From the moment we engaged with Uptight Carpet, it was a completely organized and stress free situation.  Frank was our main contact throughout this entire process, and he is terrific.  He helped us with tile selection.  He was able to get our work scheduled ahead of the initial date.  The flooring looks beautiful.  The crew finished on time. There were no issues.  We would highly recommend Uptight Carpet & Decorating Center.  We will also become a repeat customer for all our related future needs.

I had given these guys a bad review a few weeks ago because they over estimated materials and would not refund my money. Im happy to say that after several weeks they not only refunded my money but sent someone out to pick up the excess materials I had purchased. I wish had not needed to try so hard, but in the end they made it right and for that I give them a thumbs up!

Sean did an amazing job on our floors.  He has exacting specifications which is exactly what you want on a job like this. He did almost the entire house for us. He uses great suppliers and we were able to go them and pick out just the right flooring for our job. He also did our stairs and was able to stain them to match our selected floor perfectly. He advised on several areas related to the final finish of the job that really made a huge difference in the end result. Additionally, he was very accommodating of our circumstances relative to multiple projects going on in the home at the same time.

On top of all that, his pricing was very competitive. But more importantly, I knew from the consultation that he was serious about doing an excellent job.  I can't say enough positive things about a job superbly done!  I would highly recommend him.

His work is outstanding. Finds the problem and fixes it. Would recommend him to anyone needing some home repair. I would not use anyone else. He installed a new engineered wood floor in our home after removing outdated tile flooring. Excellent job and well done. He also replaced rotted facia boards. A great person to fix your homeowner problems.

Ruined my Hardwood Hickory Floor had to sue him & filed a complaint with the Registar of Contractors . Does not know what he is doing & his equipment is faulty . DO NOT hire this guy

Be aware of the owner, Emil Bortis!  He will promise and say anything to get your work, and then he will deny his commitments, cash your check earlier than when he says and he will not finish the job.  On top of that he will insult you by saying "you must have me confused with some other company, I never said that".  He came over twice and texted me pictures of his work and the process they go through to clean tiles, grout, seal and finish.  He seemed like a nice person and made me and my husband feel comfortable in having him and his company come over to do the work at the level we expected.   We asked to have all our tiles inside/outside, bathrooms, counter tops cleaned, sealed and repair all of our grout.  My house is a custom home that less than 10 years old.  Boy were we wrong, this was the worst home improvement vendor we have ever worked with and we were duped in a big way!  He asked for 50% payment up front but he said he'd cash the check after the work was done on the first day.  He cashed the check that morning before anything was done!
Emil estimated work would take 2-3 days to complete, but he was magically done in less than 8 hours.  He had one old rotary floor cleaner, and no other equipment, and was in a rush to finish.  He claimed to have an industrial vacuum that would suck up all kinds of grimy dirt and water, there was no such device!  He came with two other guys in a minivan with small mop bucket, (I use a larger bucket for everyday mopping at home), floor machine and few cheap cleaning supplies all from Home Depot.  One person was being trained and other one was supposed to do the pool all day scrubbing, cleaning and sealing the tiles.  He was done in less than an hour and the tiles looked the same, all he did was scrape off the calcium.  They started working our outside tiles by adding a little sealing solution (less than a cup) to a bucket of water and dumping the water all over.  My tiles had a ton of sand, dirt, flowers and leaves all over it.  Emil started using the floor machine on it and the trainee used a mop right after on it.  It was filthy dirty, but didn't bother changing water even though I told them to do so.  Who doesn't clean and mop an area before sealing it? Emil Bortis' from ER Grout and Tile restoration, that's who!  This was entirely an amateur job from someone who only wanted to steal our money.
He was supposed to fix our grout where there was discoloration from high traffic, cracks and areas with missing grout.  He ended up filling just a few areas with a grout that wasn't even a close match, and said that's the best he could do and that it was a color that we picked!  I think not, I'm not in the grout color picking business.  Notice all of the pictures that show where he skipped fixing the grout, filling gaps/cracks, and the tiles look no better than before he did his work.  If anyone wants more proof or pictures, contact me.
He used cheap consumer products, did not clean, scrub, buff or seal the tiles to make them look as good as he mentioned to us in person and in his texts.  He cut corners in products, labor, service and time.  He left my floors dusty and dirty, with all my furniture all over the place, didn't bother putting anything back as he promised he would.  See the attached pictures which show the state of our home after he abruptly left when we asked him to get the job done right.

10/05/17:  Shannon and crew just completed 1500 sq.ft. of travertine tile flooring at my residence. For the past 12 years I have been searching for someone who could professionally clean and polish my floors correctly and I am blown away at how well they performed today!  Four person crew, versus two, deep cleaned instead of surface cleaned, and polished to a luster I have never seen before on my floors. Totally exceeded my expectations and I recommend them 100%.  Was not disappointed one bit.  

Competitively priced with my past cleaners as well.

Mosqueda renovation is great,  there response time was fast and Oscar was quick with the consolation. We got our bathroom remodeled and him and his team did a great job and it only took 10 days  total! Definitely recommend

We hired Maxum after interviewing several other contractors to remodel our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Now that's it's completed, we are happy with the results. There were lots of challenges and issues along the way and we had to prod them quite a bit to get the work done and to get it done correctly, but they did make things right eventually. The project went 4 weeks over the 8 week promise which of course cost us more money since we were living in a hotel while the work was done, but some of that was supply delays and the labor issues that everyone is experiencing right now. I would recommend them but be sure to read the contract and make sure the details of your project are listed correctly or you may not get what you thought (and were assured) were included.

No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.
