Best Flooring Contractors in United States
Just removed carpet from all bedrooms and the den with Flooring America and the experience was superb! Gregory was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He kept me well informed, was on top of things and accessible. During initial conversation he did not exercise any pressure which made it easy for us to compare, analyze and make decisions on out terms. Most importantly, Gregory went through all the important topics in terms of what things can go wrong or may cost more money due to the age of the house, etc. I've seen other reviews that put blame on this company that has nothing to do with them but things that are unenviable... just saying.
There was a little hiccup on the first day of the project due to a last minute emergency and Gregory called me early on demolition day to give me the bad news. Nevertheless, he was on top of it and was able to find a few guys to come for demolition. Unfortunately I didn't get their names but will tell you they were awesome! They worked diligently so they were able to catch up on the 2 hour delay.
They were meticulous and did a marvelous job with the tile. I was and still am impressed. They consulted with me and gave me some ideas of how things could look better which I very much appreciated. They even accommodated my request to include the transition tile I bought.
In all, I am extremely satisfied with Flooring America and the crew that worked on this project. I will certainly hire Flooring America again for the next project without hesitation.

These guys are awesome..We have a new build up in New River (kitchen/island/bathrooms/bar). Alex came out to measure on his way home from a job up in Flagstaff and had our cabinets done and installed 13 days later (other companies I called were 6 months out). They had exactly the granite that we wanted. His prices were great. His salesman Veny - best customer service/sales guy I have seen in a long time. The installers were awesome, fast, clean, respectful and AWESOME at what they do. We had one problem with a counter, came up with a solution and BAM it was in and done. If you want granite counters - these are they guys. And Alex has a great eye - they way the lined up veining is amazing. Nice to work with a company that takes great pride in their work and their customer service. We will use them and refer them for sure.

I bought floors from another dealer. After I received the floors, I needed a couple pieces of trim that matched. The other dealer I bought from wasn't willing to support me with such a small purchase. So, after doing a little research I found Jeff at Floor Depot North. He special ordered the trim for me and kept me in the loop as the pieces I wanted were back ordered. Great service, especially with a small order. Thanks Jeff!

Hands down, Q is one of the best out there - he's honest, hardworking, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. I referred him to my family members as well. Easy to communicate with and no project is too big or too small from electric, plumbing to installing tvs, I would highly recommend him to everyone.

I tried this company for my Scottsdale house through Living Social - $59 for 3 rooms up to 300 s.f. a room, mainly because I used to have a house bunny, who didn't make her litter box. There were lotsa pee stains, which rabbit pee is concentrated like OJ concentrate in the can. I did see cheaper Groupon type deals but they charged extra for spot cleaning and this one included it all.
I only wanted 2 rooms cleaned, and the areas were so small, cos it was only spots and traffic areas. Bed and other larger furniture was not moved. I wanted them to clean my hallways and area rugs, but I know some companies charge extra for halls and stairs or call the hall "another room", and they charge by the s.f. for an area rug (mine were small, 7 foot runner, and 2x3 area rug. But to all this, Nate, the technician said no problem. Not only did he not "charge me" for the hall as a "room", but he cleaned way more area than my expectations, which the 30 foot long living room, and some traffic areas of the great room, and cleaned about 250 s.f. in the ping pong table room.
Someone dumped a whole lasagna onto my carpet there and the stains were there for years, I could not get them out. But Nate got it ALL out. He got almost all of the bunny pee stains out too. Those had been "solidified" on the carpet for years. Even he was surprised it came out so well. I watched Nate work. He cleaned over and over and over, the same dirt areas. Other carpet cleaner companies only would go over an dirty area a couple of strokes, even though I told them it was still dirty.
Nate used a truck mounted steam cleaner. I had other companies leave behind a lot of soap and they would not "come back" as they promised if I was not satisfied. That other company blamed the soap residue on a previous cleaning, but I got in writing from previous owner (elderly couple no kids or pets), that the carpet was only 3 years old, and it had never ever been shampooed before I moved in. I got my money back from my credit card company.
I rubbed my fingers into the carpet after Nate cleaned it. No soap residue at all. I am so happy with this cleaning I told Nate I think it is the best carpet cleaning I ever had in my life, including with Coit, who charged me $450 to clean whole house with no furniture. I will use this AZ Carpet and Restoration and ask for Nate, at a future cleaning. When you call the company, you get a live voice everytime.
I would say 80% of my Living Social deals turned out to be not as promised or represented due to merchant's bait and switch, but Az Carpet and Restoration and Nate, greatly exceeded my expectations. Nate cleaned whatever I asked him to and way more. My house is almost 3000 s.f. and I'd say he cleaned most of the house. Of course the area to be cleaned is much less, due to walls and furniture, but what I am saying is I feel I got way more than he could have "gotten by with".
I would use this company even if they are not running a special, over a company that is running a special. Specials often turn out to be heartaches.

Brian and AZ Remodel pros did a pretty nice job all things considered. I like to be a little more hands on than most, which I know isn't typical when you hand over the keys. Fairly big remodel- step one, remove popcorn from the ceilings and paint the entire house including ceilings... well, they painted the ceilings and didnt remove the popcorn. Brian completely ate that and took fault and it was corrected within a few days. The flooring came out EXCELLENT! Shower came out pretty nice as well... few little things like not raising the shower head while we were in there and a few things slightly off centered but the shower still looks fabulous and I've received multiple compliments on it. There were quite a few mishaps along the way, dings on my fridge, base boards being ripped up by mistake, fan blades damaged, but every issue was handled promptly and professionally by Brian. The worst part by far was the painter and lack of attention to detail and care. The main thing, is Brian is a professional, trustworthy, a man of his word. Would I use AZ Remodel Pros again? Absolutely. I know next time will be a a lot smoother too, as I will have a better idea of what to expect.

Beyond happy with my finished bathrooms. The tile floors and showers are beautiful. Nik guided us through the whole process and his team was very helpful and professional. They asked us questions about options we didn't know we had so we were able to get better than what we had imagined. We're very grateful we chose to work with this team! 10/10 recommend.

They are very friendly and do great work. This company is willing to make sure the job is done right, and they continuously come back to check the project and our level of satisfaction (even after the project was complete). We love our new floors and baseboards and plan to use K&B Remode again! Tyson and David were fabulous.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

Alfredo and his team always do excellent high-quality work. We've had them rebuild the gables on our house, rebuild a covered patio on our casita, and replace several sections of warped and worn-out siding. Everything has turned out great and we're very pleased. We'll be happy to hire Alfredo's team to do more work for us in the future!

Shane was very patient with my wife and I during our lengthy selection process. Apache Tile had connections for the most reasonable cabinets we ever found so we used them to source those as well. We never thought we'd be able to afford solid surface counters in our bathrooms and kitchen, but finding Apache Tile Outlet made that possible. I'm grateful to have found these fellas and look forward to referring them to anyone who needs a "countertop guy".

Jeff is the best...! He estimated our project, made logical suggestions, and made sure we purchased everything we needed all in one trip. No need to return to buy extra pieces, no need to return anything, just a perfect experience. Thank you!

We had water damage from our upstairs bathtub into our kitchen ceiling and walls. Patterson was amazing working with us and insurance making sure the process went as smooth as possible and remained in the parameters of the insurance estimate. They even had even had an issue with our supervisor not responding to us mid repairs for days and they escalated the issue and immediately reassigned to another supervisor who went above and beyond to take care of us ASAP. I was shocked with how well they handled this issue as it certainly was a nail in the coffin and I was holding the hammer ready to swing. They gained all my future business, not only based on the amazing repair job they did, but based on how management handled the employment issue internally to not disrupt the quality of customer service they pride themselves in.

The sales guy was super helpful and we were excited that we'd be able to get new carpet so quickly. Didn't hurt to get $1,000 discount for signing on the spot either. After further discussion, we decided it would be better to wait a few months. We have a sick dog who is just going to ruin the new carpet. I called the next day to cancel the order. They offered an even lower price, but that was not the issue and "Rick" agreed to cancel. They were super quick to take our money but it's been 10 days and I still haven't received a refund. I spoke to someone yesterday who said all the managers were in a meeting and that I would get a call back by end of day. Of course, I did not. I called and left a message today for Rick; the manager I spoke to regarding the cancellation. I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't call back either. This whole experience feels like a sham. We certainly will not consider Express Flooring in the future.
Update 7/23/2020: I was going to add a star based on my conversation with Henry yesterday, but that was negated by the Yelp response from Michael H. The facts are: Express Flooring failed to communicate that I should expect a check as opposed to refunding my credit card transaction. If the check had been issued promptly, rather than waiting four days, this wouldn't be an issue. And, the fact remains that a negative Yelp review will get you quicker assistance than contacting the company directly.
