We didn't have a big project, but Dave and his team treated us like we did.  They were communicative, on time, honest, reliable, and reasonably priced.
I highly recommend Prevail Concrete and we will be working with them again once we start our front yard project.

Quick and easy process from estimate to scheduling to service call.  Shower grout repair looks like brand new.  All granite countertops were cleaned and polished to a high shine.  Professional service from start to finish!

A friend asked for recommendations for flooring companies and I realized I have not reviewed Shiloh Floors even though they did extensive work at my place in 2015! So here it is:
Lee is absolutely super great! His guys installed my floors after the flood from the alcoholic ditz upstairs! He came with a truck FULL of samples, and that's after I gave him a detailed description of what I liked! Within those constraints he brought a boat load of samples. Spent better part of one day while I was making a short list. Then he gave me five that made a short list to put on the floor and see them in different light over the next few days! His workers were courteous, efficient, so darn precise, I can't say enough about how amazing their job is!!!!! Also, since I'm on the ground floor, it's cement slab. So, he suggested an industrial type underlay both for insulation and comfort, like what you would put in a ballet studio so you have floors that "give." it's a floating engineered wood flooring, dark, wide planks, GORGEOUS!!!!
Three years later, and it looks absolutely the same as it did when it was installed. No movement, no gaps, precise and wonderful. I highly recommend Lee and his Shiloh Floors to everyone.

I had under the kitchen cabinet lights that were partially done when the person that was doing them had an ou of town emergency. The old fixtures were taken down and the only thing showing was the bare wires. I had already purchased  the new lights but I needed help with the electrical stuff and install the new lights. I called Dream Builders and spoke with Mesa who worked me into their very busy schedule by the next day since I had bare wires hanging out from the wall. Elvis arrived on time and was able to fix the wiring and install the lights without a problem. They were both very knowledgeable and professional and the price was quite reasonable. I fully intend to use this company for future projects and I highly recommend them.

I finally got my receipt! Still upset that he had lied and said he would get it one night, now tells me he didnt have a way to get me a receipt! He wrote me an estimate, he could have hand written me a receipt too! But I finally got it once I put review on yelp.

Great experience from start to end, so glad I found this company.  They provided a very fair price quickly, not a long sales pitch and negotiating like the other company I called first.  They showed up on time, explained the process and cleaned up like they had never been there.   The work was performed perfectly, it looks amazing.

Responsive, friendly, and does great texture matching for repairs.  I had two areas that needed fixing and both areas look great.

We needed someone to tear out and reinstall new tile in our guest bathroom, after we were finished with a major plumbing repair.

The folks here showed up on time, we're very professional, and were flexible on dates. They even offered to do what they could to help accommodate our son who has special needs. They did a fantastic job and we would definitely hire them again.

Only do business with this company if you want to throw your money away.  My experience with this company was much like Bruce K's.  I used this company for a kitchen install four years ago.  They insisted on money up front for the cabinets, but the cabinets were all ordered wrong.  The job was scheduled to be done prior to my move in October, but I did not even have a kitchen sink until February.  They had to reorder the doors for the cabinet under the sink three times and they were still never ordered right.  They were supposed to place drawers in my pantry, but that was never done.  The crown molding fell down.  Brett made appointments to follow up and then no-showed.  I had some major surgeries so could not spend my time chasing him down.  The cabinet installer was patronizing and condescending and insisted that my cabinets had to be raised to accommodate my wood floor or my dishwasher wouldn't fit.  They never properly installed the dishwasher so the door ended up breaking.  The countertop is too high so the dishwasher clips don't stay.  I spent a lot of money, but instead of enjoying a nice kitchen I cry every day because it is nothing but a giant mess.

So if you are high maintenance and need all that attention and hand holding, go somewhere expensive and pay for it.  Otherwise, this place is quite the find.

A hole in the wall location that has contractors going in and out for the best selection and prices in Phoenix.  (They should know where to go!)  I was amazed at the prices, the selection, and the quality of the products.

So here is the deal; I found beautiful porcelain wood tile like I could not find elsewhere - at almost half the price - and I had been shopping.  (From Italy no less!)  But really, all the tiles there are amazingly priced way below anything else I could find.  And the selection was endless.  So this is not a beautiful store with everything laid out so fine.  You need to go through it and do your legwork.  But rest assured - it is worth it.  I saved a lot of money for an upscale look. AND they delivered it on a Sat!

And now for the installation.  I had my own installer tentatively picked out.  But when I casually informed the owner, Marie, my installer price tag, she easily beat it.  I hesitated - did I dare go with an unknown?  Well, I gave it a go and did not regret it when the work was done.  I only had one installer, so good thing time was not a factor.  But honestly, he was a craftsman with good work ethic, did a great job and cleaned up after himself when it was done.  So all good here!
