I had an amazing experience with the Grout Doctors from start to finish. The grout throughout our home had seen better days - it was stained and cracked in some areas and even after a deep cleaning didn't look clean or even. But, I love our floor tile so much I decided to give grout staining a try. I did not to be so blown away at how good it turned out.

The crew was amazing, friendly and super hard working. It's rare to find top notch service and results these days but these guys delivered on all fronts.

We did our tile work with them before we moved into this house. We found the tile we liked at AZ Tile, and they negotiated a better price for us and purchased it, transported to the site for us for no additional charge.

We measured 1700 Sq Ft and they completed the job in about 5 days. They started it and finished it with no break in schedule and the quality of work was neat.

The owner, Lee gave us some design ideas which ended up working out perfect for our almost white tile, merge with the existing tile in the house seamlessly. Saved us a ton on Teardown and additional tile.

Elvis did a great job at my home and rental. I will use him in the future. He had timely responses, was friendly, and did what he said.

I finally got my receipt! Still upset that he had lied and said he would get it one night, now tells me he didnt have a way to get me a receipt! He wrote me an estimate, he could have hand written me a receipt too! But I finally got it once I put review on yelp.

Another great job for us done by Erik Tile!  Thanks for the great work, this time on such short notice.  We really appreciate your hard work.

Andrew and his team did incredible work for us during a bathroom remodel recently. Even though everyone is extremely busy he made an effort to meet with us right away, showed up on time, and was very clear with us regarding what he could do and when.  We received a quote within only a couple days and were very pleased with his very detailed quote.  He was willing to fit us in to his schedule sooner than expected and worked with us through several design changes and last minute requests.  We would highly recommend Andrew for your home remodel projects and plan to use him on another in the near future.

I really don't like giving bad reviews, but when I am made to feel like I am being blown off its really aggrivating. I contacted Drywall Perfection initially on March 1st for a quote on some drywall repairs. I did get a response back same day asking for my address and stated they would "see what they could do". I provided my address with no response. A week later on March 8th I followed up to see if they could still provide a quote. I received a response someone could head over right then, but I was not available until later that day. Their response was they can have someone stop by in between jobs to give a quote. I asked to schedule an appointment as my repair was not an emergency but was told it was just a two man crew that are very busy and do their best to make it out. Their page says by appointment only, but they wouldn't schedule one. I am unable to wait home every day waiting for them to swing by in between jobs. I didn't hear back from them after March 8th after requesting a follow up on when they could come out. Its amazing to me they are so busy, but don't have time for potential new customers. I ended up finding someone else who wanted the work.

Dave came out to give me a quote to fix a couple tiles in my living room. Price was fair, end result was excellent. I'll be using these guys for all my tiling needs going forward.

From the moment I received a response till after our job was completed we were very happy with White Builder.  We needed our kitchen island to no longer include overhang. We needed it to be about a foot less than it was when house was built.

Not only did White Builder take care of this is short period of time they also found exact match of granite. They arrived on time, completed the island change, and made sure to clean up.  Later the same day the plumber came and installed new faucet. We are so glad we chose White Builder and will reach out if we have other work.

We have now had two perfect experiences with ProSource.  First off, customer service is fantastic.  I have met several reps there and all were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.  Lisa Bettiga was particularly helpful in helping me find a high quality, pet friendly, cost effective option for our home.  In addition, their regional manager helped us to identify a installer.  The selection across carpet, tile, wood floor is vast and they have all the big manufacturers represented in their quiet, comfortable show room.  Finally, we found the prices to be highly competitive or better with both of our purchases there.  If you are doing a new build or re-model, you will enjoy your experience with ProSource and their friendly team.

The folks here showed up on time, we're very professional, and were flexible on dates. They even offered to do what they could to help accommodate our son who has special needs. They did a fantastic job and we would definitely hire them again.

Coming back to Arizona after living in a rural close knit town in Michigan, I found myself missing the accountability that one finds when your neighbors own the businesses you call when you need something done. Word of mouth is the best advertising available in a small town. That is why I love yelp! It allows us to share when a company has integrity, is reliable, and does great work for a fair price. I had a great experience working with AZ Discount Flooring.  Their prices were very competitive and the installation work was top notch quality and professional!!  Best of all was their patience and ability to work with me on the flooring portion of a remodel of my rental in Tempe.  I live out of state, so I had to do coordinate everything over the phone with them.  Their advice and assistance was really appreciated!!  I highly recommend them!
