We didn't have a big project, but Dave and his team treated us like we did.  They were communicative, on time, honest, reliable, and reasonably priced.
I highly recommend Prevail Concrete and we will be working with them again once we start our front yard project.

Quick and easy process from estimate to scheduling to service call.  Shower grout repair looks like brand new.  All granite countertops were cleaned and polished to a high shine.  Professional service from start to finish!

We did our tile work with them before we moved into this house. We found the tile we liked at AZ Tile, and they negotiated a better price for us and purchased it, transported to the site for us for no additional charge.

We measured 1700 Sq Ft and they completed the job in about 5 days. They started it and finished it with no break in schedule and the quality of work was neat.

The owner, Lee gave us some design ideas which ended up working out perfect for our almost white tile, merge with the existing tile in the house seamlessly. Saved us a ton on Teardown and additional tile.

My regular handymen were out of town for the holiday. My second option was to use an alternative contractor but they were booked for two months. The third option was to use Dream Builder. They came out, review the list of items, gave us a pricey quote and said they weren't able to start until after the holiday. At that point, I should've said no thank you and wait for our handymen. Instead, we moved forward with Dream Builder.

Overall, they did a poor job. One of the two guys shouldn't be in this business. He didn't know how to sand or stain wood. Both were done against the grain. In addition, he used all the stain as if it was paint. I had to strip it, resand and restain. Oh, money well spent....

As for Elvis, he didn't texture the wall and, when we asked, he told us that it'll look textured once the paint dried. Are you kidding me?! You can see that it's not textured when it's wet.

One positive thing out of this job was finding out a wire was dead so we asked Elvis to ground it to be safe.

Second time I have used Carlos for my cabinets.  They come out great. Hardware installation is perfect.  I will be using him again

Our tub was sinking and creaking and also a different shower was leaking so we had Green Home come out to check it out. We had our fix and remodel completed and now our bathroom looks beautiful, we got a sturdy tub and pricing was reasonable. Really you can tell these guys are honest and hard working. Definitely went the extra mile to help me and my wife. Really happy with their service. 5 stars.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this company. We had a roof leak that took forever to remedy. Bill arrived on time with a reasonable lead time. He kept the area extraordinarily clean. The texture matches perfectly! Highly recommend!

Carl is fantastic!!! He is very detailed and exhibits true craftsmanship. He completely remodeled our master ensuite shower for us and it's gorgeous. Fast, clean, and great price. We'll definitely use him time and again for our tile and flooring needs.

I went here for flooring. They have the biggest selection I found anywhere, which was so helpful. However, working with the sales staff was an absolute nightmare. Sooo many mistakes and unfulfilled promises. It literally took more than four MONTHS for them to process a return on five boxes of flooring, and it required me to push and push and finally the return was processed. Then, three months later, they contacted me to say I owed $50 because they gave me too large a refund on the return. I will never buy from this company again, but like I said, they have a great selection of products.

I just bought my first home and knew I wanted the bathrooms remodeled as the rest of the house was really modern and cool but bathrooms were really outdated. I received quotes from 5-6 different contractors to do the work and Chris and Steve at AZ dynamic builders honestly gave me the best price and more importantly did the BEST job on my remodel.  I am obsessed!! They were super responsive to respond texts when I had questions about what to buy and what would look good.  They were a pleasure to work with.

I had a great experience working with AZ Discount Flooring.  Their prices were very competitive and the installation work was top notch quality and professional!!  Best of all was their patience and ability to work with me on the flooring portion of a remodel of my rental in Tempe.  I live out of state, so I had to do coordinate everything over the phone with them.  Their advice and assistance was really appreciated!!  I highly recommend them!
