I contacted Brilliant Epoxy Floors following a mistake I made in my floor remodel. I was exploring my options and had A LOT of questions. Erik the owner called me and spent a lot of time better educating me on the process of epoxy, what to expect, and how to achieve my desired results. I was impressed with his willingness to hand hold me through the process and was confident in his experience and expertise before I even decided to become a customer. I hired him for the job of giving me a 'natural concrete' look, by using epoxy and couldn't be more thrilled with my results! I LOVE the floor so much and am SO happy to have found him. Dan, his lead tech that came out to my place, along with everyone on the job was professional, courteous, knowledgable and fantastic. I highly recommend reaching out and am sure you'll be thrilled. Juan and the entire G&C construction team were some of the best contractors I have ever worked with! When searching for a company to remodel our kitchen I reached out to multiple  vendors, and G&C was by far the lowest, while also taking the most time to work with us on our design and plan out everything we needed. The remodel included a total demo of the old kitchen, installation of new cabinets, electrical, granite countertops, and a back splash. The quality of their work was second to none, and they finished the project on time and on budget. We love out new kitchen and will be reaching back out to G&C every time we have any other home improvement needs!

Same experience as Mr. X.  Left a message two days ago and never received a return call.  No BS here.  Must not need the business.  I'm moving on to the next contractor.

Vm stonework did a fantastic job with my kitchen. I even ended up with an extra piece for my large window. The installers were professional,  neat, and didn't mind me watching their progress as I was a curious how it all works. I was concerned about what the dream would look like and you have to look so close to even see it is almost not there! Bottom line,  the price was right AND they over delivered with craftsmanship and customer service. Those are very tough things to find in a contractor these days. If you want granite let VM show you how they're different than the rest. I found most granite guys work a full time job and this is a side gig for them,  there's a reason why VM does this full time with a booked schedule, people are willing to wait a couple extra days for something that will be the focal point in their home for years..

Javier did an outstanding job in laying out my new laminate flooring.  His prices are very reasonable and he cleaned up perfectly. It was only a small job relatively but he did my two spare bedrooms and they look great.   I have had other flooring done in my home by another business, but here is the difference.  These people communicate perfectly.  Thank you Jackie. You text, they text back within minutes and that sold me initially.  I started the whole process (my initial text) with them last Tuesday.  Monday afternoon my job was complete.  I highly recommend them.

The first floor of our home was flooded.  The remediation company we originally hired refused to do the repairs for the money my insurance company allotted so we were forced to hire separate contractors to make the repairs.  I found Legend Flooring online and was immediately taken with the fact that it was a smaller company.  From the word go, Doug ensured us that he could repair / replace the flooring in our home reasonably and within the amount that my insurance company offered for such.  Doug was a true pleasure to do business with and every aspect of the process went smoothly - from the first meeting to the completed work.  Doug went out of his way to fit our home in as quickly as he could in his schedule which was very much appreciated.  We couldn't be happier with the end result.

Just CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about Flooring Professionals. Had a gut-and-remodel and needed to have the floors ground for concrete stain. Had a fellow come out from another flooring company, and quote me an ungodly amount for grinding ... AFTER the tile and mortar had already been removed. Rob's quote was reasonable, his work was fast, thorough, and professional, and he's right ... the darn floors were cleaner AFTER being ground than before! Although he doesn't normally do "polished", he went out of his way to make the floors smooth and even for me. Did such a good job, that I was able to stain the floors without ever having to "polish" them (which the other guy suggested would be absolutely necessary).  Couldn't be happier!!

We did a complete remodel of our master bathroom and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience working with Phoenix Home Remodeling! Starting with the initial design phase and ending with a very timely and professionally executed project plan. If you're looking for a contractor who is 100% committed to customer service, and doing what they said they will do, you don't need to look any further! Exemplary project management, regular communication, and fantastic workmanship.

I called and spoke with Dion, he came to my home and took measurements, spoke with me about what I wanted done and advised me that he would have an estimate for me "in a couple of days". Dions scheduled appointment was on 8/25/2018. I have texted him many times as well as called and have received no response. I would not recommend his services. He cannot even respond to a text message and makes unfulfilled arrangements.

Great guy! He installed our new laminate and it looks great. He's very fair with his pricing and I would definitely recommend him to anyone with flooring needs. Definitely would use his service again. 5/5!

They installed beautiful vinyl wood plank flooring throughout my home last month. The estimate was accurate and reasonable and the commitments were kept. The installers were professional and well equipped and completed the job on time. The results were amazing and the details and cleanup was spectacular! I am using them this month on another home as well.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

Cardinal Floor Covering has been one of the best contractors I have worked with in Arizona. I own Hawaiian Experience Spa, a day spa with locations in the Phoenix, AZ area, and have had lots of construction work done at the spas. In most cases I have been disappointed with the contractors we hired to build out or renovate the spas. In this case, Cardinal Floor Covering was my replacement contractor after the first contractor, Fred Kromm Tile in Phoenix, went crazy and left the job!

Anyway, we were in the middle of building out a high end shower and steam room. The rough plumbing and electrical was done and it was time for the tile work. We started with Fred Kromm Tile (see his review for details) and after he left mid job we had to scramble to find a replacement. We had two new contractors come in to give us a bid. One never got back to us (typical) but the other, Cardinal Floor Covering, got back to us promptly with a reasonable bid.

Chris from Cardinal told us no payment was due until the job was fully completed and we were 100% satisfied. We hired them and they came in as scheduled and got started. Chris met us the first day at the job with two workers, both of whom were very professional. Each day after that the team showed up on time, worked quietly, and respected the fact that they were in an operating day spa with clients present. There was unanticipated additional work needed because the first contractor had done something wrong (what a shock) and they simply did it without even mentioning more money. That is exactly what I wanted to see in a contractor - give me a price, honor it, and get the job done!

The steam shower ended up exactly the way we wanted it. Customers always comment about the quality of the tile work. We are building a new day spa in the Glendale, Arizona area and are specifying Cardinal Floor Covering as the contractor for all of our flooring needs. They do a lot more than just tile, and we are looking forward to having them on the job as we build out the next day spa.

Recently had our house carpeted by carpets of Arizona. Michael came to our house to do the quote for us and was helpful throughout the process. Everyone we dealt with from office staff to installers were professional, friendly and did a great job.

I'm a real estate broker/investor who's worked with contractors and tradespeople for 3 decades I can tell you that Scott and RMR are a full cut above what has become the norm in the trades. I just used them for a laminate floor installation at one of my rental properties in Mesa and they were great in every way. They were responsible, reliable, and quite reasonable in price - three attributes that are very difficult if not impossible at times to find within the building trades. I found them on Yelp and just had 2 five star reviews to go by. I say "just" because you never know on this or any similar site whether the reviews are real or phony. After using RMR for the first time I now know that those two excellent reviews are absolutely real.

The crew that came and performed the installation was on time and executed the work quickly with a very high level of quality and professionalism. The work exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

All Pro recently refinished our wood floors.  we had 20 yrs of wear and some water damage on our wood floor.  After they finished, it looks brand new.  We asked them to darken the color a bit and they were right on with coordinating the kitchen cabinet color and the floor, which abuts the kitchen.  I would highly recommend and would contract with them again.  They were prompt, timely, right about the drying time, courteous and efficient.

Eddie was spectacular in addressing all our needs. They changed out our carpet to hardwood on the second floor, then re-stained and sanded our first floor hardwood. Definitely recommend for any projects you have! They take their time and don't rush through any projects - the attention to detail is unmatched!
