These guys are awesome!  They just finished my 3 car garage and it is drop dead gorgeous !  I had an ugly peeling brown floor. They scraped it off using their machines and got all the paint off to the bare concrete.  Then they filled all the expansion joints with a special compound, so it is now a nice smooth floor all across the 3 garages!  They finished it with white/gray/black chips and it's so think you can't even see the epoxy under it. Then they did a sealer coat and came back to do the finish coat the following day.  This floor is so nice I hate to park my cars on it !  Erik the owner is great.  Truly a company that does it right the first time.  I highly recommend them.

They were amazing!  Prompt.  Professional.  My tile shower is gorgeous!!!  They removed the old shower and cleaned up after each visit.  I will definitely hire them again.

I just had my house remodeled by DJ and have never been more pleased.  The replaced the flooring, repaired the bathroom shower and updated the fireplace.  They were on time, gave great suggestions and the final product looks spectacular.  He knew we were selling our house so that was all taken into consideration.  Love these guys and what they do.  Have already recommend them to all my friends!!

Victor did some kitchen work for my Gilbert house that we are selling and in the end, I am glad we did.

The start of the process was a little iffy to me because he wanted to have a deposit before going to the house for measurements and instead used existing numbers that I sent him from another contractor, which he used to give ball park quote from.  

In the end, his quote was lower than the others we received (4 others) and we ended up using VM Stoneworks to install our countertops and once we committed to using him, Victor went on-site for an official measurement and did not change his initial quote price.

Victor arranged to have the counter slabs picked up from Granite Karma outlet store which we had ordered online (we are out of state) and he had them fabricated a few days before we scheduled installation.

Since I am out of state, I was not able to see the work up close but once he sent pictures and I had my realtor confirm the quality of work the next day, I knew we did the right thing.

He is also very responsive via text which is always nice. I highly recommend Victor for any kitchen remodel.

Javier did an outstanding job in laying out my new laminate flooring.  His prices are very reasonable and he cleaned up perfectly. It was only a small job relatively but he did my two spare bedrooms and they look great.   I have had other flooring done in my home by another business, but here is the difference.  These people communicate perfectly.  Thank you Jackie. You text, they text back within minutes and that sold me initially.  I started the whole process (my initial text) with them last Tuesday.  Monday afternoon my job was complete.  I highly recommend them.

Doug and Wendy were awesome to work with as we had tile installed for the first time in our house! They were cheaper than 3 other business we had requested quotes from, and they explained the whole process to my husband and I thoroughly. They knew how quickly we wanted the tile installed and when an opening date sooner than the one we had scheduled opened, Wendy called me late in the evening to let me know they had a closer date. The workers were amazing, hardworking, and diligent. I was working from home and my kids were doing their distance learning and I could hardly hear them as they worked...mind you they had to move toilets, a refrigerator, and an oven!! We are beyond satisfied with the work and the overall customer service they provided. Doug was available to answer any questions I had during the process and even to offer advice about the work that was to be finished by the carpet company (to reattach the carpet to the tile). Thank you Legend Flooring, the new look in our house is finally complete!!

We needed about 400 square feet of tile removed so we could finish our whole-house re-tile project.  After experiencing the dust-nightmare of DYI floor grinding, we decided to give Flooring Professionals and their dust removal system a try.  We were not disappointed.  Rob and his crew were outstanding.  They showed up on time, answered all our questions and set about getting the job done quickly and efficiently.  The best part?  No dust at the end of the day!  All tile pieces and residue were completely removed and they wiped down all the horizontal surfaces where any incidental dust may have accumulated.  All in all a very satisfactory experience--definitely recommend!

After working with Jeremy and his team on my master bath remodel, I can honestly say I wouldn't look elsewhere for future projects. Every person we worked with throughout the process was 100% professional and a pleasure to work with. The initial estimates were extremely detailed and we knew exactly what to expect, which made our first big remodel much less intimidating. The Project Manager had great attention to detail, made helpful suggestions, and ensured that everything was completed on time. The designer was super helpful and didn't blink an eye when I made some off-the-wall changes (like a bright blue vanity!). The tile expert, knowing I was a little nervous about the grout color, even did a small sample and called me over to take a final look to make sure everything was perfect. Phoenix Home Remodeling is truly a class act.

Had a good experience with some brick work and painting. After some touch-up work the job was done well. The new owners of the house we're happy and the work was warrantied to satisfaction so what more could we ask for.

After reading Kami's T-L flooring's reviews I contacted them to give me an estimate to install vinyl planks for my entire upstairs. Not only did he respond quickly he was prompt to come to my home and he gave me an estimate before leaving my house. I was impressed that Kami itemized everything on his estimate...removing my carpet, old baseboards, 2 toilets, washer/dryer...Kami did a phenomenal job! My floors and new baseboards look absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Kami's T_L flooring

Prep and research:
Remodeling is always a daunting undertaking. You have to research products, find contractors, get quotes, have meetings, ect. Bare Floors was the third company I brought in and he was by far the most knowledgeable and informative guy I meet with. He took his time to listen to what I thought I wanted. He took his time, asked lots of probing questions and matter of factly told me he would be happy to do my job at an agreed upon rate, but he had apprehensions about the products I wanted to use and the lasting life of the product in the desert environment. He walked my wife and I out to his truck and he proceeds to give us a lesson on Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. This stuff was unbelievable! Exactly what we wanted! It is great for our extra large dog and tiny little messy girls. Its great for the kitchen as well as a formal dining room. Water resistant, scratch resistant, soft on your feet, so versatile...and it looks AND feels like real wood.

Buying:
We met Amir at his office (check out the cool "soda" machine), and after looking at more product options, he even laid out a box so we could walk on it!  SOLD!

Install:
Due to other jobs on the project, installation was tricky (my doing) but Amir was really communicative and understanding of my situation. Once we pulled the trigger, he had his guys there on time and ready to knock out the demo. This demo was not easy and they needed to get some heavier duty tools, but nonetheless they got it done. We floated the floor in the kitchen and family room and will float the living room and hallway after the remodel is complete. My wife had ideas of wanting to lay the planks in a herringbone pattern in the dining room. After Amir consulted some of his installers, they decided they could do but it would need to be glued down. This was a super custom request and took a full day of work to complete just the dining room. It is stunning and looks awesome! (Pics don't do it justice)

Trim:
Amir directed me to where to order the trim I wanted and it was the most affordable option by far for that product. As long as you order it 3 days in advance and have room for the 16 foot sections when its delivered, this is a great way to save some money.

Professional:
Since we are still under construction, Amir was only able to complete some of the job (the part of the house we are living in) and will finish the job after the remodel is complete. Like I said, easy to work with!

Countertops:
Amir also has countertop installers and they did a great job on our new white quartz island and honed black quartz countertops. He told us where to go to get the best selection and price, so this was also a very easy process.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

Cardinal Floor Covering has been one of the best contractors I have worked with in Arizona. I own Hawaiian Experience Spa, a day spa with locations in the Phoenix, AZ area, and have had lots of construction work done at the spas. In most cases I have been disappointed with the contractors we hired to build out or renovate the spas. In this case, Cardinal Floor Covering was my replacement contractor after the first contractor, Fred Kromm Tile in Phoenix, went crazy and left the job!

Anyway, we were in the middle of building out a high end shower and steam room. The rough plumbing and electrical was done and it was time for the tile work. We started with Fred Kromm Tile (see his review for details) and after he left mid job we had to scramble to find a replacement. We had two new contractors come in to give us a bid. One never got back to us (typical) but the other, Cardinal Floor Covering, got back to us promptly with a reasonable bid.

Chris from Cardinal told us no payment was due until the job was fully completed and we were 100% satisfied. We hired them and they came in as scheduled and got started. Chris met us the first day at the job with two workers, both of whom were very professional. Each day after that the team showed up on time, worked quietly, and respected the fact that they were in an operating day spa with clients present. There was unanticipated additional work needed because the first contractor had done something wrong (what a shock) and they simply did it without even mentioning more money. That is exactly what I wanted to see in a contractor - give me a price, honor it, and get the job done!

The steam shower ended up exactly the way we wanted it. Customers always comment about the quality of the tile work. We are building a new day spa in the Glendale, Arizona area and are specifying Cardinal Floor Covering as the contractor for all of our flooring needs. They do a lot more than just tile, and we are looking forward to having them on the job as we build out the next day spa.

Outstanding work and I am thrilled! We just had our new carpets installed today and the whole experience was outstanding.  I would recommend them to anyone.  The price was very reasonable and the service was wonderful!  The showroom was wonderful because they have a play area for children while you are looking at flooring and they allow you to take samples home and follow up with a home visit.  

The installers were on time, clean, dressed well and were very courteous.  I was blown away with excitement  that their supervisor personally visited our home just to make sure that things were going well and to see if we had any questions!  

This company is top notch and we will be using them in the future!

I'm a real estate broker/investor who's worked with contractors and tradespeople for 3 decades I can tell you that Scott and RMR are a full cut above what has become the norm in the trades. I just used them for a laminate floor installation at one of my rental properties in Mesa and they were great in every way. They were responsible, reliable, and quite reasonable in price - three attributes that are very difficult if not impossible at times to find within the building trades. I found them on Yelp and just had 2 five star reviews to go by. I say "just" because you never know on this or any similar site whether the reviews are real or phony. After using RMR for the first time I now know that those two excellent reviews are absolutely real.

IronDrive is what every company should be!  All I can say is WOW! They are professional, highly skilled, courteous & efficient. The entire floor was finished in one day!  They deserve all five stars! After sending in my request for a quote, I received the most detailed email response from Shane covering every question including the price.  He came out to the house with floor samples and explained the entire process. Where else can you go and get a lifetime warranty on your garage floor??!   It was very easy to make the decision to go with IronDrive.  We now have the best looking garage in the neighborhood and we can't stop looking at this gorgeous floor!  We now LOVE our garage!!  Thanks IronDrive!

Rustin, and All Pro Floors, are awesome.  Having met with approximately 10 flooring contractors, all of which had great online reviews, I will say, without a doubt, Rustin was the most thorough and professional.  Beyond this, he identified an important problem which none of the other contractors saw; and, which ultimately would have cost us $10-15k of future repairs had we not repaired immediately.  I would, without hesitation, refer Rustin to anyone looking for hardwood, laminate, or carpet.  In fact, I just referred him to my parents who recently purchased a home in Fountain Hills.

We recently had Mission Hardwood sand and refinish our our engineered Oak wood floors.  We had such a great experience!  They were very professional and top notch all the way around.   From speaking with Danka, the bid with with Greg, to scheduling and and getting the work done, you cannot ask for a more thorough company.  Danny took care of our sanding and refinish and his meticulous attention to detail was amazing.  The Mission  Hardwood team is 100% professional and I highly recommend them.
