Juan and the entire G&C construction team were some of the best contractors I have ever worked with! When searching for a company to remodel our kitchen I reached out to multiple  vendors, and G&C was by far the lowest, while also taking the most time to work with us on our design and plan out everything we needed. The remodel included a total demo of the old kitchen, installation of new cabinets, electrical, granite countertops, and a back splash. The quality of their work was second to none, and they finished the project on time and on budget. We love out new kitchen and will be reaching back out to G&C every time we have any other home improvement needs!

I'd obtained quotes from several companies and was just having issues with communicating what I really wanted/needed to be done. I had a leaking patio roof and a broken, ugly patio concrete slab and I wanted both fixed or replaced. VETSBuilt was the last quote I obtained and once I met Bob, I knew I wanted him to oversee the work done on my home. Not only do I support the mission of VETSBuilt, but their work is solid. Bob is an excellent communicator via email, text and phone, and an all-around personable guy to work with. Their work is amazing, I highly recommend them, and I will use them again.

I never do reviews but in this case I just had to.  My wife and I were planning on using a friend's recommendation for someone to do our laminate flooring but it turned out that person's schedule wouldn't work for us.  I am so glad it didn't.  I found JG Flooring on Craigslist and loved the fact that they had great reviews in their ad.  I called and was so impressed with how professional Jackie was on the phone and throughout the whole process.  Javier stopped by to do our estimate and was really great!  

When it came down to having the flooring installed, he was on time, professional and the work looks fantastic!  He also was such a great deal!  I highly recommend JG Flooring for your laminate install.  They were awesome to work with!

We trusted the Legend Flooring team to help convert our home into a rental property and they did an excellent job! New upgraded tile flooring through the first floor, and fresh new carpeting in the bedroom upstairs.

Searching through Yelp listings, we felt called to scope out Legend Flooring. We'd driven by their showroom so many times in passing, so we finally stopped in to ask questions and look at samples. We talked to Mike, who quickly understood our situation and was ready with great recommendations for how to tackle our project without breaking the bank. He gave us ideas and a range of ways we could replace old worn out tile and carpet, and give it that "new house" look.

At the time, supply chains were sluggish, but we were still able to get onto the installation schedule relatively quickly. All said and done, the work was completed in about a month. The Legend Flooring team was even helpful with adjusting their timeline to accommodate us having the interior house painted. I appreciated the open communication from the team, who were responsive by emails, calls, and we always knew we could swing by the store location. They also have a financing available, and options when you pay with cash/check.

When our neighbors came by to check out the house, they thought it looked so good and wondered why we didn't do it sooner! Oh well, our tenants will get to enjoy the nice new flooring, and we'll start saving up to work on our next home project!

Just CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about Flooring Professionals. Had a gut-and-remodel and needed to have the floors ground for concrete stain. Had a fellow come out from another flooring company, and quote me an ungodly amount for grinding ... AFTER the tile and mortar had already been removed. Rob's quote was reasonable, his work was fast, thorough, and professional, and he's right ... the darn floors were cleaner AFTER being ground than before! Although he doesn't normally do "polished", he went out of his way to make the floors smooth and even for me. Did such a good job, that I was able to stain the floors without ever having to "polish" them (which the other guy suggested would be absolutely necessary).  Couldn't be happier!!

We reached out to Phoenix Home Remodeling to get our fireplace remodeled, a light fixture replaced, and one fan replaced with a light fixture as well as the electrical being moved to a different spot. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome!

The house we purchased came with an old wood fireplace that simply didn't fit our style anymore. Since we don't really need the heat, we decided to go with an electric fireplace, and let me tell you - best decision ever. We anticipated that we would love looking at it, but I would have never expected that we would use it as much as we have been.

We had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Every step of the process was highly professional and super customer focused. Everyone we met was amazing, friendly, respectful, and super knowledgable. Every member of the team respected our schedules, our home, and our pets, and they made sure that we are well informed about every step of the process. Amazing level of communication!

I have rarely seen any contractors who communicate as much as Jeremy's team, work as reliable, and clean up to the point that you could barely tell that anything was being done. They have an amazing crew and I highly recommend hiring them for your next remodel, you will absolutely not regret it.

I wish we would have the bandwidth and savings to just have Jeremy and his crew help us immediately with our remaining projects, but when the time comes we will definitely be reaching back out!

The first job that we had done at our house was a view fence that needed to be reconstructed. I was so pleased with the job that was performed and the workmanship was excellent. A year later we needed another job done we decided not to get estimates from anybody else because we had such a great experience the first time with D&D Construction, we had the total opposite experience the second time around the contractors left a mess the job is not complete Dion came over on a Friday night with his contractor to show them what needed to be done to complete the job.
Dion told me that the contractors were going to come the very next morning to clean up and do some extra touchups, So my wife made the Final payment to Dion which was a mistake on our part lesson learned because on Saturday no one showed up so on Monday we spoke to Dion how his contractors never showed up and at that time that is when Dion decided to wash his hands of it and tell us we made final payment job is complete. So just be cautious when doing business with this company.

I recently had to replace approximately 1400 square feet of carpet in my home with new flooring, and after getting a few estimates, I chose Kami for the job. I must say that I am extremely satisfied with the results.

One of the first things that impressed me about Kami was his reasonable pricing. Compared to the other estimates I received, Kami's price was the most reasonable. Not only did he provide competitive pricing for the flooring installation, but he also recommended taking off the baseboard and putting it back after the installation, all for a reasonable additional cost. This attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile was truly appreciated.

Unlike other contractors I considered, who were charging extra for installing quarter round and required me to purchase it separately, Kami included the installation of baseboard in his quote. This not only saved me the hassle and cost of purchasing quarter round separately, but it also resulted in a more aesthetically pleasing look for my home.

Furthermore, Kami completed the entire job in just two days, which was impressive considering the size of the project. The quality of his workmanship was outstanding, and he ensured that the new flooring was installed accurately and professionally. The end result exceeded my expectations, and I am thrilled with the new look of my home.

They installed beautiful vinyl wood plank flooring throughout my home last month. The estimate was accurate and reasonable and the commitments were kept. The installers were professional and well equipped and completed the job on time. The results were amazing and the details and cleanup was spectacular! I am using them this month on another home as well.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

Cardinal Floor Covering has been one of the best contractors I have worked with in Arizona. I own Hawaiian Experience Spa, a day spa with locations in the Phoenix, AZ area, and have had lots of construction work done at the spas. In most cases I have been disappointed with the contractors we hired to build out or renovate the spas. In this case, Cardinal Floor Covering was my replacement contractor after the first contractor, Fred Kromm Tile in Phoenix, went crazy and left the job!

Anyway, we were in the middle of building out a high end shower and steam room. The rough plumbing and electrical was done and it was time for the tile work. We started with Fred Kromm Tile (see his review for details) and after he left mid job we had to scramble to find a replacement. We had two new contractors come in to give us a bid. One never got back to us (typical) but the other, Cardinal Floor Covering, got back to us promptly with a reasonable bid.

Chris from Cardinal told us no payment was due until the job was fully completed and we were 100% satisfied. We hired them and they came in as scheduled and got started. Chris met us the first day at the job with two workers, both of whom were very professional. Each day after that the team showed up on time, worked quietly, and respected the fact that they were in an operating day spa with clients present. There was unanticipated additional work needed because the first contractor had done something wrong (what a shock) and they simply did it without even mentioning more money. That is exactly what I wanted to see in a contractor - give me a price, honor it, and get the job done!

The steam shower ended up exactly the way we wanted it. Customers always comment about the quality of the tile work. We are building a new day spa in the Glendale, Arizona area and are specifying Cardinal Floor Covering as the contractor for all of our flooring needs. They do a lot more than just tile, and we are looking forward to having them on the job as we build out the next day spa.

I went to Carpets of Arizona to purchase new carpet and talked to Cheryl. She is such a sweetheart! After measuring my home-she met my timeline(I had a birthday party to host very soon) she ordered the carpet and it was installed the next week! The installers were wonderful also-they even took up some tile in my bedroom so the carpet would lay better-other companies were going to charge extra for this. And they stayed late until the job was finished and perfect! And they left my home so clean afterwards! And Adam-the operations manager came out twice to make sure everything was going great(and he is very nice to talk to and was funny too!) I have recommended Carpets of Arizona to several friends and to my Nextdoor and Facebook apps. As a bonus-this company is family-owned and I feel you get better service than if you go to one of the bigger stores that don"t specialize in carpets and tile. Thanks Carpets of Arizona!

Alex and his son just installed 164 Sq feet of flooring in our home.  They did a great job and the room looks amazing!  They were very professional and on time.  We will definitely have them back to finish the rest of the house when the time comes.

I had Brian and his crew do my garage floor a year ago, in the summer of 2018.  It's been a year, and my floor looks as good as it did they day Iron Drive did it.  Brian was VERY professional, every step of the way.  The crew was on time, efficient, and did a perfect job.  I went with Brian and his crew because of all his five-star ratings, and now I'm adding one more five-star rating to his superb list.
